Sheraton style but a bit old hotel though the room was tidy and clean. Breakfast selection and service was very good. I was also dinning in the hotel restaurant. Menu selection and food taste were good. Only problem was repair works floor above my room and it was absolutely not possible to rest after a long-haul flight. But it was not the only problem, problem was that when I was trying to complain (as works were going on till rather late hours) all desk managers at the reception were immitating that they will solve the problem. Normally 1 call of Customer should be enough. It was the only negative experience I had during my stay.

And well known area . The hotel is situated back side of select city walk. South Indian food is very delicious, fresh juices are great, room service is great. It has nice ambiance, really enjoyed the stay .

This was our first stay at property. The staff at was very receptive and helpful. Our reservation was handled promptly. The ambiance is very good. Rooms are spacious with upscale amenities and clean linen. The property has a good pool, spa and fitness centre. Multiple restaurants and bar options for leisure stay. WiFi good across the property.

Absolutely top class hotel. Wedding was beautifully arranged, staff very kind in accommodating specific requests with a smile. Room was spacious & comfortable, and I appreciated the green initiatives they are employing (no single use plastics, in room drinking water provided in glass bottles, no disposable serve ware). Also a bonus to know the ice/water is purified on site. We had a great experience here.

I visited the place for a late night dinner, the quality of the excellent and so were the staff. They all greeted us and also helped one of my friend with medical attention. All in all really good experience

This place is beautiful. As we all are aware of Sheraton Hotel hence we know it's a brand and their quality of everything is phenomenal. If you don't have any problem of budget then you must go.

Excellent Hotel! Good facilities like Sauna Bath, Steam Bath, Swimming pool & a well equipped gym - All that is required for a business traveler. Staff is courteous and food is amazing - especially I liked the breakfast. South Indian food tasted so authentic. Kudos to the staff! Will stay again...

I was there to attend the event at one of the banquet in hotel. The banquet is quite small as compared to other hotel with a capacity of 100 - 150 people and and dining area is also small. Food is ok. Service is fine. Good location

I stayed here with my family this May and had an incredible experience. Starting with the amazing staff...Andrea greeted us at the door and was accommodating from the minute we arrived. He was funny, personable, and extremely helpful with any special requests we had...and my family asks a lot of questions....

Clean, nice place with friendly staff. Need to work on better food as per health and taste. May be good for many, but am a bit more declined towards a healthy food for all, rather than just taste.

Gorgeous foyer, friendly guards on the front doors, fantastic choice of breakfast dishes in buffet. Wines are expensive though. Local Kingfisher beer is lovely and doesn't have the taxes.

Great rooms: large, with good furniture, universal plugs, comfy beds and pillows, lots of toiletries and amenities. There is a safe free of charge, kettle and a large fridge with items for purchase and enough room for storage of own items.

Very good service: from the security staff to cleaning to extra services like laundry, which is fairly priced.

Food: The breakfast buffet is really nice and tasty, with plenty of "safe" food choices for tourists.

Other: There is a lovely pool, gym, and some spa services. They will arrange car service to and from the airport for about $20 each way.

I would rate 4.5star. nice ambience. Luxury hotel. 5 star facilities. Good food and drink options. Stay was comfortable. Lot of mosquitoes near reception waiting area. Need better maintenance. Hope I don't get sick as I have bitten by few of these 5star mosquitoes ;-) otherwise this is a great hotel.

The breakfast buffet selection is very comprehensive. The hotel staff were really nice and professional.

We particularly enjoyed the club lounge with a very nice selection of canapes and wines during happy hour, complete with professional and warm service personnel who were very knowledgeable in the F&B offerings by the hotel.

One of the best 5 star hotels in New Delhi. It's location is a bit awkward in South Delhi but it is one of the best hotel. It is an ITC property and quite good in it's services.

I stayed here for a night. The rooms and interiors of the hotel are very nice. The staff is very polite and helpful. I didn't like the buffet dinner and breakfast too much. The food was quite bland. It's more suited to a European or American palate than to an India one.

I went there for a counselling session for master's degree. The arrangements were good. And after the session, they also provided us with snacks. The brunch was delicious. Overall, the seminar and the place was with going.

The hotel has all the basic amenities of a 5 star hotel. The location is excellent as it's right next to the most popular malls such as dlf place, metropolitan mall and select citywalk which are full blown malls with cinema theaters, food courts, spas, parlour and most leading brands. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. They greet you every time and make conversations on a good note. Prompt service. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are amazing. The coffee shop and the pavilion restaurant are open 24/7.

The Club Lounge staff Roushan is very professional to tell me about the local alcohol and do a very great job in the lounge.
Food in the breakfast was super nice.
The negative thing is the room has a weird smell from the drain, I almost vomit when I step into the room.

Not any question in mind to give 5/5 rating its provide good five star services as by name they also provide good services and ambience atmosphere. Also it's locate near to one of the best mall of delhi ' Select City ' so you also experience of shopping and hangout. Nice place to visit

One of the most luxurious hotel with the best interiors that will make you feel as if you have come to some kings palace with all bells and whistles.

Good all round. Next to a shopping centre with cheaper restaurants and wine shop (although still pricey by US/EU standards). Nice staff. Excellent breakfast. They are refurbishing at the moment so I got a 'guaranteed quiet room' which was an initial concern as I expected whatever room to be quiet... Exchange rates are a rip of. Lost 33%. Car and driver are good - $16 to the far side of town although Uber was under $5 coming back. Sheraton driver ensured I was in the right place so worth the additional $10 for customer service. He was a good driver too.

I attended a workshop at Ballroom. Found the way to Ballroom unique and long. Felt like getting into a tunnel and enjoyed the swimming pool view through a BIG glass.

Food is good.Rooms are ancient, that is why one van have a feel of staying in a vintage home.
'Delhi pavilion' is popular in this hotel, the best things being the 'Shayaris'... the retro Delhi styled.
Quick update:restoration is in process and the new design of interiors is just as immaculate as it had been.

Rajesh and his concierge staff are superior in every way. We were treated like rockstars, our every need attended to immediately. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in New Delhi.

Sheraton never needs a introduction, fresh as a flower when ever you enter. Most important is the food and drinks, they serve Multi cuisine at coffee shop, south Indian and Japanese food. The place is cozy and has the warmth of a classy hotel. A must visit.

Been there 4-5 times in last 5-6 years. Its a classy star property. Conveniently located next to DLF Select Citywalk mall. The rooms are A grade and the services are top class. The entire hotel including reception area, lobby, restaurants, basement exhibition centre, convention centre etc. are well maintained. Its a must try if you are on a business trip to Delhi or visiting South Delhi.

Noise from other rooms taking shower or going to toilet is very disturbing! Don't stay on 3rd floor. Great location next to shopping center. If the noise problem would be not there, I would have given at least 4 stars but that's a serious problem. The breakfast choice and quality is also quite low.

A respite from an intense city. Clean, extremely well mannered and helpful staff, extensive dining options. The water is internally filtered so you can shower or drink tap water without fear of getting sick. The air conditioning and filter is great and seemingly strips all the external pollution. Would happily stay again.

A comfortable hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, good food and friendly service. The hotel is located next to several large shopping malls and close to several leading Delhi hospitals. The main road in front of the hotel is unfortunately very congested making the approach difficult.

No grandeur about this property that you would expect from a five star. Even the banquet halls are mostly average in decor and food.

Great location, good food. Infrastructure particularly bathroom is ancient. The buffet area in the morning is teeming with too many staff so busy with themselves you have to weave through them. Lunch buffets are great. Dakshin is authentic and fantastic food. Other than breakfast time, service is excellent. The short cut to the mall is another plus.

During my 4 day stay I am impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They go through great lengths to make my stay as nice as possible. They are polite, make small talk and always smiling. Sometimes I even feel a bit embarrassed. The breakfast is good and you can get local food for breakfast, which tastes good but not too spicy for the morning. The rooms are big with good air-conditioning, but no option to open the windows for real fresh air (which would be disputable here ;) ). There is a big comfortable bed, TV, bureau, couch, bathroom with shower in the bathtub and is also spacious enough. Outside there is a pool and you can get to the old centre within the hour by taxi or Uber. Internet is in 2 speeds, but also not that expensive.
