Nice and comfort hotel to stay in Allentown, have stayed here for couple of weeks. Staff are very polite and cooperative, a very good place to stay with family and how can I forget to mention their shuttle services for pick and drop facility.

Their outdoor area is beautiful and cozy.
They have 2 large gas grills, a nice gas fire pit, an outdoor pool and a fitness center and whirlpool.

Was surprised by how accommodating this hotel was. It fit a large family comfortably allowing everyone with space and not a cramped feeling. The kitchenette, refrigerator, and freezer were also helpful this stay.

We have a two bed room suite. Across the room from two big dogs. We are a group of Three adults and two kids, the lamp wasn't working, had to be replaced, the tub in one of the bathrooms is stopped up, the refrigerator has about 5 different puncture wounds, the bathroom wasn't clean, the bathroom walls are dirty. On the positive side although the pool is small it was empty so it was enjoyable. The breakfast was good and the complimentary laundry was great. We are staying two nights and this is going to be our second night.

Great free breakfast, nice outdoor pool for summer swimming and indoor hot tub. Suites were clean but a little on the small size. Came with a mini kitchenette and the very basics needed for cooking.

It's a good property. Rooms are old but we'll maintained. Desk service during early hours can be slow. They have a good Monday to Wednesday dining option for free with beer or wine. The only part they miss is no bar or restaurant on this property.

The breakfast was very good and there is free dinner Monday thru Wednesday. Our rooms were a bit loud as they faced the great room, but the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great staff. The breakfast is pretty good, lost of options. Around 5pm They have a happy hour with two free beers. Shuttle service is also free around town.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I went to use the spa and it was cold. I was walking back to my room and talk to maintenance employee. I told him about the problem and told me to come back in a couple hours. Which I did and it was fixed and I enjoyed the heat on a snowy first day of spring.

Good service... clean rooms... rooms are a little musty at times... but the location is great... close to the airport... bars, restaurants and grocery stores...

Lovely big suite, 2 bedrooms w 3 beds, 2 baths, 3 TVs, fully stocked kitchen w dish washer, living rm w pull out couch, DVD player, clean hot tub, small fitness rm. There's a free laundry, but some of the washer n dryers don't work. Free continental breakfast every morning, free dinner s Mon, Tues, Wed. w 2 complimentary beers or wine.

I love the free dinner and free alcohol Monday Tuesday and Wednesday night. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Really great breakfast every morning as well. It is a little expensive but it is worth the price. You get what you pay for you know.

The best hotel ever stayed at in the Lehigh Valley super clean staff is always friendly and I enjoy the spacious suite like rooms. I use this hotel for my morning off with my 7 bridesmaids for the wedding and coming here again was just as convenient and pleasurable will definitely return in the future.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. All the workers were friendly and courteous the rooms were clean and the bed was super comfortable. I was able to have my dog here which was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for a good night's rest comfortable rooms and excellent guest services. Thank You!!

I was in room 403. When I got there they required I sign a form stating I wouldn't smoke in the room, lest I incur a $250 cleaning fee. Fine, I don't smoke, so no problem. Unfortunately, when I got into the room it reeked of cigarettes and Fabreez. I called to the front desk and asked for a new room and they said they would check on one and call me back. I waited about 15 minutes and heard nothing so I called back. They then told me they were sold out and would be unable to move me. The offered to "spray the room down" which I declined because it already smelled as if they had tried in the past. The only concession they made was giving me a $10 voucher for their snack store. Though the staff was polite, and I'm sure they were actually unable to reaccomodate me, I'm unimpressed with this hotel and the stink in the room.

Located conveniently only 5 minutes from the airport and surrounded by a plethora of restaurants to eat from. The manager and his crew were wonderfully accommodating and as always the Staybridge Suites rooms were very comfortable. Set up like a cute little apartment, you can't help but feel so cozy. They also have a yummy complimentary hot breakfast.

The rooms are a bit dated, but very spacious. The hotel is clean and well kept, and staff is friendly. In the morning there is complimentary breakfast in a fairly spacious area with plenty of seating. Overall I'd recommend this hotel, especially for extended stays.

Place was welcoming and comfy, stayed for three weeks and felt at home! Breakfast was great and the staff nice. The suites were amazing!

We stayed in a two room suite and it was very clean and comfortable. We had two bathrooms and plenty of room to relax. The pool area was nice with enough loungers and an indoor hot tub. They're is a small budget dinner some weeknights and the free breakfast was great, more extensive than any other hotel I've stayed at.

The beds were great. I had a suite and the kitchen had everything. Breakfast has everything you'd expect. There is a mall nearby, but otherwise it's a typical airport hotel.

Really comfy bed, slept really well. Airport can service was quick and on schedule. I didn't stay long so I can't comment on cleaning, etc, but they have a good breakfast and staff is friendly and helpful. Would go back.

The staff here took good care of me and had a smile on. The lobby is large and spacious, opening into the massive great room. Breakfast bar is fresher and more appetizing than most places.

Had a wonderful week long stay here this year. The rooms have everything you need for a week or longer stay. Full kitchen (everything except oven) with microwave freezer, fridge, stove-top, and dish washer. all the regular hotel amenities from full bath to office desk to work. Was pleased to find out that I could hook up my laptop to TV for some netflix or hulu. Internet was fine for streaming movies all day. I only used the wireless but a CAT5 hook was available and Im sure would have been even faster. The only down side is the pool is out doors so It was not open in the spring time yet. The hot tub is all season and very large. There is a complementary laundry room attached to the exercise room for all your laundry needs. Yes I would stay here again.

Accommodations were nice. Full breakfast buffet was also good. Lack of larger event rooms is the only reason I am giving it a 4.

We have stayed here before but it has been several years ago. We loved it then and nothing has changed! The people are all very nice and go out of their way to help you. The shower is great and the towels are plush. There are 2 desks so we could each set up our laptops comfortably/ We had a guest stay over and all of the additional bedding was in the closet. Breakfast was very good and lasts till 10:30 on the w/e.

I fell in love with this hotel when I visited the area again last week. The front desk staff was especially friendly and out going. They even called me after I checked in to make sure everything met my expectations. Yes it did! I'll be back for my annual Christmas visit. My new favorite place to stay!

Pretty good long stay hotel. Few dishes, dishwasher, pans, full size fridge, etc really came in handy. Bed was super comfortable and nice. Close to the airport. Would stay again.

Location a bit tricky to find but not bad if you pay attention. Outdoor pool that closes in the winter, but nice indoor hot tub attached to the gym. Very nice staff, nice breakfast arrangement. Rooms were very large and have full kitchen. Only minor dislike was that the bathroom could use updating, but it was clean and functional, just dated. Rest of the room and hotel itself was beautiful and clean. Would stay again!

Rooms are in need of some updating, but are a decent size. Suite only had a double bed, so it was a little tight. Free breakfast was pretty good and had a number of options.

It's a very nice place, the rooms are very nice every staff member I came in contact with was extremely nice and helpful. My family and I spent our thanksgiving getaway here and we had a beautiful time. Great choice

My wife and kids booked this hotel for a 2 night stay on Labor Day weekend, we had stayed at the Hilton next to it and had a great experience so we decided to give this place a try since it has rooms with kitchens, after we checked in and went to our room, we opened the door and the room REAKED of cigarette smell, now this is supposed to be a smoke free, being a non-smoker I was overwhelmed by the nasty odor and called the front desk and asked to have someone come and spray the room with some type of odor eliminator, a man was sent with a spray bottle of some kind and just handed it to me and left, the bottle didn't work, the kitchenette was missing cooking equipment, we called and took them nearly 45 minutes to bring what we needed. After finally cooking dinner we went to sleep in the cigarette smelly room, the next day we had their breakfast, it wasn't bad, then went to a theme park all day. When we returned the room had not been cleaned and all the workers had gone home for the day because of Labor Day, we called the front desk and they told us that we had put a don't disturb sign and that's why it was not cleaned, we did not put any sign outside the door, so we had to ask for clean towels which never came to us, we had to go in person to get them. The next morning, Labor Day woke up, went to breakfast and there were so many people trying to get breakfast that we almost did not eat, at exactly 9:30 a worker started to take away everything and our kids were still waiting in line to get breakfast, my wife had to speak with one of the hotel employees in order for my son to be able to get breakfast, for a long weekend they should extend their breakfast hours and have more employees to take care of guests, and the worst part, guests are allowed to bring outside friends and family, a particular guest brought outside guests and they took over the pool area and other paying guests couldn't get access to the pool and pool area, the pool area should be for hotel guests only. In general the place is nice but the service and the way the place is managed can benefit from a change for the better. I doubt we will stay again.

While house hunting in Pennsylvania we stayed at Stay Bridge Suites near the Allentown Airport. The rooms were very comfortable and it was so nice to have a kitchenette available for quick dinners. Breakfast was wonderful every morning with lots of choices – way beyond the routine coffee and doughnut you get at most hotels. Three nights a week they have complimentary light dinners as well. We enjoyed very tasty wings and Caesar salad one night. More than ample dinner and the beer and wine, also complimentary, were a big help in unwinding after a day of looking at houses. When we had a little problem with someone elses cigarette smoke coming through our bathroom vent they quickly took care of the problem and apologized profusely. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Stayed here in June of 2011. Have reservations here for the end of August and the end of October. My daughter is in college in Allentown and this hotel fit us perfectly. Clean rooms, decent beds and bedding, very friendly staff nice breakfast buffet. Obviously I liked it, I have plans to stay there again.
