Pros: Service/staff was great, and kind. Lobby and breakfast were fantastic. Ample parking, staff was nice enough to move their van so we could park our trailer. Huge lawn in the back to hang out or walk your dog. Right next to a Tops store(they have EVERYTHING).

Cons: Shower head sucked, room had stains in the carpets, towels were rough and the pool water seemed dirty, jacuzzi was fine.

Overall, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat because the staff is so nice and laid back. Stayed for 2 nights.

Everything was good with our stay. Room was clean and had a nice kitchenette. No bad surprises here

Came there for a once night stay with the family after visiting the Niagara Falls.

The hotel is clean and seems newer. The hotel seems to be managed by the skeleton crew as at night when we arrived which was around 10 there was only 1 person on duty and some time later when I came down to get some candy noone was there for at least 10 to 15 minutes.

The suites at the holel are good 2 room suite we stayed at had a kitchen and some dishes, so if you need to cook you can. We only stayed for 1 night which worked fine for us. Kids had their own bedroom and we had ours. 2 bathrooms so possibility of an extended stay exists though we didn't need it

Overall I would stay there if I need to.

The hotel was nice enough. For some reason, all the pillows for my queen sized bed where half the normal size. The place was clean, with a decent complementary breakfast. Night staff leaves a little to be desired

Room was musty, carpet was in desperate need of steam cleaning, furniture could use replacing. Did not feel confident leaving luggage on upholstered surfaces. Bed was comfortable, staff were pleasant enough, breakfast was decent.

Nice suite for business/training or a long weekend. Wi-Fi is adequate for dual HD video stream. I wouldn't suggest trying to game on it after hours. The best part... no bed bugs!

awesome place to stay; rooms are quiet and spacious. Breakfast was great and the pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating; there were 10 of us coming together from 4 states and the staff went out of their way to get us adjacent rooms

Me & my 3 sisters booked a suite & had a girls weekend for my birthday & it was amazing. The hotel staff was wonderful!

Nice place, friendly, helpful staff. Double room and a pull out couch, with two bathrooms and small kitchen was very nice and plenty of room for 6 people.

Can you say heaven on earth we are making it our permanent stomping grounds when we are in town. If there was any service they offered it. Highly recommend

Stayed for a volleyball tourney. Room was clean, pool is small but the girls had fun in it. I enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was good. Staff was incredibly friendly! I had interactions with at least 5 staff members in the 15 hours I was there, and every single person was friendly and accommodating. Everything was great, but the staff was by far best part about this place!

Checking in was very easy and not stressful. The room was a fairly good size and the full size kitchen definitely exceeded my expectations as I wasn't expecting actual full kitchen to work with. I expected something substantially smaller.

Housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful, as well as the front desk staff. It is clean and the daily meals though simple are good. I will stay again!

Love this place! It's like a second home :) the staff are all very friendly and have all become like family :) they're kid friendly and pet friendly! The salt water pool and hot tub are nice.. And the food isn't too shabby either :) clean facilities and spacious rooms! Love having the kitchenette (especially the dishwasher!). Free laundry on site is super handy as well! Highly recommend!

Nice large room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, loving room and kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast included. Only negative was residual smell of cigarette smoke in the bedroom.

Very nice! Quick check in, spacious rooms, well-stocked buffet breakfast. It was so helpful to have access to the washer and dryer. And the pool was enjoyable--indoor so we could use it no matter the weather. Very happy with our stay!

Stopped in and stayed at the Staybridge Suites Buffalo for 2 nights, before heading up to Ontario.
Easy accessible from the I-90. Right across the street from grocery shopping. Various dining choices are near by.
Great front desk service. Snacks available and a social hour with a light dinner available.
Room was clean and surprisingly quiet with the interstate in the backyard.
Cost was affordable and fairly priced..
Next time I'm back in town, I'll stay at Staybridge again.

Perfect place to stay after a long day of travel. They gave us free dinner as well as a free beer and then free breakfast in the morning. The room was comfortable and clean and they allow you to have a dog that's dog sized (not only ones that are less than 20 lbs)

We always stay at Staybridge when we visit Buffalo for Bills games! The rooms are great and the hotel has every amenity you could ask for and then some. A home theater, a breakfast buffet, and more!

Amazing staff with exceptional customer service. Rooms are super clean, adequate size, very comfortable bed and couch with a kitchenette. During the week they provide dinner with beer!! Yes, you read that correct they provide dinner with beer on top of the breakfast hot/cold buffet available every day. Also, fresh baked cookies. If you're in the area, look no further this is the best place to stay and worth your money.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff is very nice! They offer a lot of complimentary things and the rooms are a good size and clean.

Excellent stay. The room was clean and comfortable, full breakfast (including eggs, bacon, and freshly made waffles) was provided at no extra charge, and complimentary cookies and refreshments were available all day. Friendly staff too.

Stayed for two nights. Excellent hotel and it included hot "continental" breakfast and a light dinner with wine and beer. Very clean and accommodating, convenient to interstate. No complaints, which is rare these days.

Best place to stay in Buffalo. I almost hate telling others about this place because it already gets filled fast and I always want a room myself but this place is indeed the best in the area. Apartment style rooms with full kitchens.
