My go to place when visiting Chicago. Very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast is one of the best.

Great hotel room. Clean and comfortable. While this Staybridge building seemed a little older than others we've stayed in, our room had more in it--a small kitchen. Very nice!

Solid breakfast. Nice room and gym area. The occasional dog bark, but that's to be expected at pet friendly hotels. Overall good experience.

Excellent place overall. We took a 2 bedroom for our 2 kids as a family holiday. We stayed 2 weeks. The doors squeak and we never walked around bare foot as it is a little tired on that side of things. But the beds were super comfortable. The shower was fine. It's great to have 2 bathrooms as well. But the AC is very loud in the second bedroom because the main compressor is in behind a locked door. Not like a normal hotel, quiet AC. But honestly. It was a good stay, great area as it's a more upmarket area. Not far from little shopping villages. I would stay here again if there wasn't something more newer.

My family has stayed at Staybridge since I started going to school in Evanston because of its great prices and proximity to the city. It also always has really good continental breakfast.

Great place to stay. Wonderful staff. We had to park and fly out of country for a month. Our car was safe and sound. Staff was very friendly to send a pickup right on time when we landed back after a month.

Great room design and so many amenities. Pleasing colors with terrific breakfast. Only gripe being that due to the accepting policy of pets in rooms, the extra deposit should actually be used to wash the floors/walls/furniture/bedding of stains and hair more extensively...well, in room 103 anyway.

This hotel has very nice customer service and the best facilities that you can expect from any modern hotel.

I stayed here for nearly a month of my contract after staying at a more expensive extended stay type hotel under a high end brand flag. While there were a couple issues that came up with the room, normal maintenance type issues that most people aren't considerate enough to report, the management was spot on in getting them resolved promptly and checking back with me to ensure it was done satisfactorily. Overall the staff was very friendly and the meals served were a nice feature. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others, and did put it on the list of hotels to use for my contract firm for the value it presents. For a traveling consultant that likes values and amenities, this place does deliver. They even have laundry facilities that are of no charge. This is very convenient since it prevents having to deal with lots of change weekly for laundry. Overall, you would not do yourself wrong by staying here. Thank you to the staff and GM for a very pleasant experience.

Gotta go again and again they are great with customer service they give excellent rooms and the staff are never short of amazing from the front desk to the housekeepers .... I had to give them a tip because they are GREAT.....

Very clean and sort of quiet for the most part. It is pet friendly, unfortunately so sometimes the middle of the night does bring a couple of late-night barking every once in a while. It's nice to have a kitchenette and a fridge so I can get some light groceries instead of eating out around town. They have a stovetop, microwave, and they stock the drawers with real cutlery/silverware/plates. It makes a great stay for a week on business. They hand out free beer or wine passes Monday thru Wednesday from 5 until 8. Breakfast and dinners are served during the week which is great so you don't feel you need to eat out. TVs and wifi everywhere. Helpful staff - I've never had an issue with anything during one of my business trips but if I have any questions they are very helpful!

Our stay was wonderful as usual. Staybridge Glenview staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable & quite relaxing.

All great except people who had room above us must have had children and they were actually running around until 3am.

I really enjoyed my stay at Staybridge Suites Chicago -- Glenview. The rooms are so clean and well maintained. l will come back again.

Pros: 1. Comfortable bed; 2. Wide variety of breakfast foods, fruits and beverages to select from; 3. Within 5 minutes of shopping, dining and the Glenbrooks Speech and Debate Tournament.
Cons: 1. Called hotel the night before stay to arrange an early check-in and was told to my relief there'd be no problem and no charge because multiple rooms were clean and ready, however, upon arrival, I was greeted to a $50 extra fee; 2. To my surprise, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan... could be a bit embarrassing.

Room is very nice but checking in was not great. New clerk. When I said I tried making reservation on my phone and it only allowed me to do so if I had my IHG number I asked if he could get it for me. He said I’m a new clerk and only mgrs can access data base. I said I said is a manager here? He said not until Monday. It was Sat. afternoon.

He told me he could book the room I wanted for $140 a night. I said it’s $122 on line. He said he couldn’t do anything about it. I asked to use business center to book room. He directed me to the business center and I was able to book same room for $119 a night. Now doesn’t it make sense for clerk to be able to do this for a customer at the desk? I’m just saying it doesn’t seem to scream customer service.

Great place to stay. Everything here is perfect. Staff is warm and friendly. I don't miss home much when I am here.

Excellent extended stay rooms with plenty of kitchen utensils. Room was tidy and modern. The curtain for the window was unmovable and constantly open, which was odd, but overall a decent room.

The place looked great, clean, tidy, new. Personnel was ok but could be better in service. Very far from airport but close by shopping.

This is a clean, reasonably nice Extended Stay style hotel. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was free and comparable to a Holiday Inn Express or Embassy Suites. The bed was comfortable but the towels were somewhat exfoliative.

This is my 1st time here, and such a lovely place with the kindess staff. Just warm welcome, and very accommodating.

It had everything you would need when away from home...free laundry, free breakfast, free socials with drinks on mon-wed, plenty of parking, gym. indoor pool, clean, staff is friendly and helpful, close to the highway, near shopping and restaurants. If I didn't mention anything they still have it.

Decent hotel. The ambient temperature in the lobby and breakfast room could have been cooler. It was quite hot and made breakfast uncomfortable. This is just a minor detail, though.

Location is easy to get to, but out of the way. Check in went smoothly and rooms are clean. Internet is fast and breakfast is good.

This hotel is fantastic. It has a full kitchenette with daily housekeeping. Nice hot water indoor pool and a good range of morning breakfast options. Laundry is also free.

The stay here was very good! We were in town for a graduation service. The beds were very comfortable. We had three people so one of us slept on the couch that folded out into a bed. It was not bad either. The staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast is much more extensive than other hotels in have stayed at before. Lots of selection and very good quality. There is a pool and workout room but we didn't use either do we can't comment on those. This is a very good deal for the price.

Great staff & easy to get to city either by train or car!! More importantly Staybridge makes you feel like your home.

Nice clean room, offering free breakfast (good!!), and an indoor pool. They also offer a free social hour with drinks and snacks. It is walking distance to the Metra train to get downtown. The only weird thing... the room had 2 beds, but because of the 2nd bed, the door couldn't close. It was like they didn't measure the room before putting the bed in it.

The room was very clean and it was very easy to check in for an overnight stay. Nice staff!

A very comfortable hotel with nice suites at reasonable (for the off-season, at least) rates just outside of The Glen, an upscale section of Glenview.

Great room. Clean, big walk in area, service was fantastic. They even set up transportation to and from the airport for us.

The suites were rather small and not all had couch beds. Some of my friends and I slept on the ground. They didn't have rollaway beds available. The staff was as kind and attentive as they could be in the wake of such a busy weekend.

What a great place to stay. We have had a king suite and it had everything you need. We will be staying here again.

Perfectly nice hotel for a night. The staff was friendly. We did have a toilet that ran constantly, but that happens sometimes. Left them a note so they could fix it for the next guest. Wish they would have had decaf coffee available at breakfast. Minor complaints. Otherwise, clean and comfortable.

Room was clean. We stayed for two nights. Since the sign in the room indicated that maid service was going to be skipped (which was fine by me ), I left my pajamas on the bed. When we returned to the room later that night I was surprised that the maid had come into the room and replaced towels and made the bed. That would have been okay except my pajamas had been thrown into the corner of the room. I wasn't happy about this. I also am currently handicapped with an injury and am limited in my mobility. This is why I gave them 3 stars.

Very much a family atmosphere. Great varieties on breakfast food options. We stayed in a family suite that the air conditioning was a little loud. Poor ventilation in both bathrooms so it would stay steamy for long periods after showers. Several doors were sticking in their closed positions. Festive dinner gatherings for half the week included in your stay. I would stay here again with my family.

Kitchen with fully functioning sink, stove, microwave, and fridge included. The cabinets are stocked with plates, cups, and other utensils. Spacious rooms with a couch, TV, spacious bathroom, and comfortable bed. Continental breakfast in the morning is great with waffles and omelets. Indoor pool and a gazebo outside with a fireplace. Great place to stay!

We came out as artists for the Greater Chicago Jewish Festival, the hotel made everything as accomodating as possible which was pf great help, located not too far from the event and more... all pluses for us & our overall trip!

Very beautiful facility, and well maintained. The staff is not only friendly, but more than willing to help. The location is good (~10 minutes away from anything and everything), and the price is superior to all local hotels. Even their free breakfast is fantastic, best I've had as far as hotels go. Going forward, I'll be willing to stay at a Staybridge suites even if they're proximal to my itinerary. I loved this place. It's not the fanciest place, it's not the closest place, but with all things considered, it's truly top notch.

When i arrived to check in i accidently locked my keys in my car. The staff was friendly and helped me to get my car opened. Special thank you to Kevin the maintenance manager for his help.

Room are great nice kitchenette everything very clean. Staff was very friendly. Has a very nice breakfast, they also have a drinks and food social at night. We will recommended to others!!
