Rooms and service have been great! Can't go wrong h with Staybridge.

This was my first stay, I love it. The rooms are spacious and well thought out. I never want to stay anywhere else when traveling for work or for fun. The breakfast is nice, it has hot and cold food. There is a light evening meal Monday - Wednesday that included 3 wine selections and 2 beers on tap. The staff was warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable of their policies and the area. The shuttle was convenient.

The rooms are very clean and the hotel is very welcoming. The rates were very reasonable and it is so nice to have a full refrigerator and kitchen bowls and utensils to make dinner.

A very excellent, comfortable, clean, well run and relatively inexpensive hotel. I will definitely recommend staying at any Staybridge Suites Hotel, and hope to have the luxury of staying at one again myself.

Stellar. Incredibly clean. Incredibly friendly. Nice open areas with games and fires and barbecues and all sorts of amenities that you don't see other places. Very nice free breakfast, and nice happy hours early in the week. Having stayed a half-dozen places in Irving, this is easily Head and Shoulders Above the Rest.

Our stay was short and sweet. I took a group of 13 kids and 5 adults for a quick overnight trip. The suite style rooms were perfect for our occasion. My only complaint is that our reservations were not clear to the hotel staff. I called 3 times prior to staying, simply to confirm, and each time was given a bit of a run around. We were given a small discount for our troubles, which was nice, but still worth mentioning. I would stay again.

I've always loved staying at this hotel. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and mostly quiet. I also enjoy the free breakfast that's offered. Never had an issue with the free wifi neither.

Great location, nice people. The rooms were clean breakfast was good.
The common areas really needed better attention and the elevator looked dirty.

Decent extended-stay-type hotel with full kitchen and living room areas. Decor and fixtures are on the older and cheaper side, but the hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast buffet quite decent. Would stay again.

Have been staying here for 3 weeks. Staff is very friendly and will take care of all your needs. This is a very family friendly hotel and pet friendly. They provide a very good breakfast 7 days a week with more then one thing to eat like other hotels. On monday,tuesday, and wednesday they serve dinner which is very good and saves you from having to go out and fight crowds to eat. This will be the only place i stay when in the area.

Very clean and spacious! It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and linens were soft and fresh and clean. I highly recommend!

Great experience here! From the front desk, breakfast area, housekeeping.. all was exceptional.. room was very clean. We had everything that we needed! We will definitely stay here again!

Room includes a kitchen, couch, desk and bed. Very clean. The provided breakfast is satisifiying and Monday through Wednesday evening meals are nice as well!

Great location, friendly helpful staff, large breakfast area with good variety. We had 3 rooms, and 2 were 2-bedroom suites. They were spacious, clean, and included kitchenettes, living areas, and 2 bathrooms. There is a large area outside for recreation including sport court, a pool, grills, seating, and a fire pit. There is a nice laundry room with several machines. We would stay there again.

Rooms and hotel are very clean. Nice breakfast and work out room. Great to have access to free laundry machines. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the cleaning supplies they use are so strongly scented. It does dissapate quickly, though.

Staybridge Suites is a great deal for the price! The rooms are more like mini-apartments, with a fully stocked kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. Although the facility felt a bit dated, it was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast included real food like eggs, bacon and fresh fruit,coffee, teas, and juice (as well as the typical toast, cereal and milk).

It's official, Staybridge is my favorite place to stay. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was well stocked. Staff was friendly. We were only 7 minutes from the Irving convention Center, so great location foe what we needed.

We came to town for a concert. This hotel was only a few minutes away from the venue and plenty of food options near by. The room had a full sized fridge in the kitchen, couch with pull out bed in the living space, and a separate bedroom. They offered the typical complimentary breakfast, but also offered complimentary dinners on Monday to Wednesday. The service was great as well. I would definitely stay there again.

This place was great. They never hesitated to provide us with what we requested. Very clean, parking was easy, and the kitchens are fully equipped for long stays. Will for sure book with them again in the future.

Stayed here with my son to attend the AT&T Byron Nelson. Great location in Las Colinas area, close to the course, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the property clean and nicely appointed. The pool area was quite lovely and my son enjoyed the basketball court. Breakfast was pretty good too. We'd definitely go back next year if they weren't moving the darn tournament!

The power was out in the hotel. They were really cool about it (gave us free pizza and ice cream) but it was still a bummer.

Amazing hotel - accommodations are fantastic, food is delicious, and folks are friendly. After a long drive from Denver CO, this was exactly the experience we needed!

I recently came to the Las Colinas area for work. I stayed at the Staybridge Suites for the week and have absolutely no complaints. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again if the need arises.

Very nice hotel for long stays. The breakfast every morning was nice and they do vary the offerings so that it doesn't get boring by the end of the stay. The room was very comfortable and roomy. The gym was a little small for a hotel where extended stays are likely. I would stay here again though.

Convenient to Dallas, Irving, Arlington, Fort Worth. Great free breakfast, nice roomy suites, small library, games, movies. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Best hotel I've been to in a while. Everything you would want in a stay away from home. The nice sized kitchen in the room, spacious bathroom and excellent service.

Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean. The hallways were somewhat cramped in some areas and the elevator was small compared to others but these things were minor. They served breakfast with hot items which was nice but the ham on Sunday was very thinly sliced and the eggs were not appealing to me at all. The location is excellent for getting anywhere in the DFW area. Less than 15 minutes to shopping areas in Irving and only about 20 to Grapevine Mills. I could stay there again. For the money it was an overall good value.

New beds, good breakfast, and a nice outdoor area. When we went they had a lot of nice fall decorations. The kitchen was very convenient.

Convenient location close to restaurants, shops, and major roads. Room was comfortable, clean, and fairly quiet. Not sure why dishes provided were service for 3 instead of 4. Only 2 bath towels, would prefer more. Breakfast was good with a variety, although they could have used a second waffle maker. There was always a line. Overall good experience.

Built in 1999 and last renovated in 2013, my room was surprisingly very clean. New sheets new towels and a very clean bathroom /kitchen area. Breakfast was good and little touches like a soda fountain and real plates and silverware gave an extra touch to everything. I will stay here again without hesitation.

This is our first time at a Staybridge and we're impressed. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the free breakfast is better than most other hotels. We've had multiple problems with our room keys not working but the staff has been great about fixing the problem.

The first room I was put in was smoking, counter to my request. When I went down the desk agent said it was non smoking but changed the room for me. There were stains on the ceiling.
The breakfast staff made a huge deal about a spill of less than a cup of water. She even told other guests. Or maybe it was staff visiting for breakfast for their kids.
Not the standard I expect for Staybridge.

Great service and has wonderful breakfast and dinner 3 days a week. Wonderful to come back to a hotel I could call home and feel comfortable not having to go back into the terrible traffic to get food and relax.

The rooms are nice. The free breakfast and dinner is ok but free. I found housekeeping to be a little lacking. They only emptied trash and stocked fresh towels. I had to grab soap off a cart!

Extremely pleased with the accommodations, staff and meals. We had a two-bedroom suite with three adults, three boys and a dog - all were comfortable! Highly recommended.

Great hotel, stayed for a night after watching the Rangers play. Clean room, comfy beds, nice area and not near the airport (major plus) so it was quiet the whole night. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the DFW area.

Clean and free breakfast. Only issue no airport shuttle. Very cozy.

The accommodations are very nice as well as the staff. But this is a business hotel and their internet connections are ATROCIOUS. I WAS HERE FIR 3 days and could get nothing done because of this one thing. I did, however, speak to tech support a lot.

Bad connection. Like dial up bad but slower.
