Great hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and include a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator. It's right on the river and a short walk from downtown. They offer a good complimentary breakfast, and dinner a few days a week. The beds are very comfortable. The only downside to this hotel is that it is located right next to the train tracks. Would recommend.

Great hotel for the most part. Very clean and we'll kept. Great staff. They were very booked though. We were staying for 2 weeks and we were put in a handicap room. They said the bed was a queen but there was no way that was true. It also took 3 days to get into a king bedroom. It will be interesting to see how big a 'king' is

My room had a river view and the garden area in the back of the hotel was amazing. The features i love most about the garden were the grill are, fire pit area and soothing water fall.

Brand new building located right on the river. Nearby brewery and restaurants. Short walk/drive to downtown. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

We had a family group stay and they were so accommodating with all of our needs. We enjoyed the courtyard both nights of our stay and the staff was great!

Nice rooms that are clean. Great kitchettes and spacious washrooms. Hotel could start updating a little....less carpet and Keurig machines vs coffee pots!! Breakfast room is huge and the food is always hot and tasty!!

Beautiful hotel overlooking the river. Great pool, free laundry, and in-room kitchenette is adequately stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans... everything you need to cook proper meals during your stay.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful courtyard. Booked a king suite with a sofa sleeper and there was more than enough room for my husband, myself and our three children. They have actual cribs as well, not just playpens like a lot of hotels. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The staff were very welcoming as well! We will be staying here again.

My company has a corporate account set up here. I always stay because of it but the hotel is great regardless. Rooms are super spacious and staff is always helpful and nice. The food is also excellent in the morning and most weekdays when they put on a spread of food for free.

They have renovated their rooms since we last stayed here in 2017. Super nice . The staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are more expensive in summer than winter. Would love to see them offer toaster ovens to cook pizzas.

We meet friends there that we're visiting from out of State. We meet them in the lobby. It was nicely lit, very clean, and had a welcome feeling. They said the rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. We suggested that they stay there because there's a choice of a couple very good restaurants within easy walking distance.

Clean rooms. Decent service. Good location and easy access to room from multiple doors.

The staff was so helpful and pleasant. The room was clean with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The complimentary breakfast offered choices for all food types.

I was only there one night. They have good breakfast and provide a nice evening meal during the week. They have a "Quiet Time" established and monitored between 10pm and 8am which is really nice if you have kids that need to sleep.

Staybridge Suites is one of the nicest places to stay in Great Falls. The rooms are large, clean, and bright. The hotel was almost completely full the weekend I was there, but it was extremely quiet. The grounds out the back of the hotel are well kept. The breakfast serves hot food (day 1 was pre-made cheddar omelettes and bacon, day 2 was sausages and scrambled eggs), fruit, cheese, breads, and muffins, juice, tea, and coffee. It was a decent way to start the day. My recommendation is to ask for a river view on check-in. Friendly staff and a great location!

This is a gorgeous property with ample amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub, complimentary breakfast, large community living room area with a fireplace as well as a separate game room, a workout facility (my only complaint is that there is only 1 treadmill), a business center and an awesome outdoor patio with a firepit, grill (and complimentary use of grilling utensils) and lots of seating options. The entire property is well appointed with beautiful landscaping and elegant furnishings. As if there aren't enough great things to say, the staff is phenomenal. They were all so friendly and attentive. I had an issue come up during my stay and they quickly worked to resolve it and make things right even going so far as to hand write me a note and giving me a little consolation gift bag and they discounted my room rate. I applaud the staff and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in great falls. Two thumbs way up. :D

Hotel staff have made us feel at home while we look for a permanent home. They have arranged the kids stuffed animals to the kids delight. Picked us up when we dropped off the rental car. The food is actually good and there are healthy options.

Cleaning service is great. I stayed here for a month and my bed was made every time I came home after work with fresh towels, unless I left a sign out side my door. The breakfast and dinner was great. What a great staff team and very professional. They definitely deserve the five ⭐️'s.

Pretty much everything I expect from the chain. Good complimentary breakfast and dinner a few nights a week also. Room are great but the bathroom vanity area isn't designed well.

start it off Saje the breakfast server did a phenomenal Job keeping my drink filled and did not have me wait one time and the food was hot and delicious.. Kudos to him keep it up Saje! I was told I would get a river front room when I called 2 months in advance for my reservation. However, they did not provide me this room at checkin.

Updated Review: The staff was amazing, helpful, very hospitable. This stay was completely different from the last stay.

I filled out the online survey after our last stay and was honest about our experience. I then received a personal email from the front desk supervisor. She explained some of the situation on their end with reservations, but she took responsibility for her guests experience and their standards. That is rare in today's culture! This is the real reason I wanted to give Staybridge Suites, Great Falls another chance, and I am glad I did!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to the airport and downtown. I recommend stopping by The Front Brewing Co for a nightcap.

The rooms were spacious and equipped with all things people would need, but maybe can't afford right at the moment. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is great.

This is a very nice IHG property. The staff is helpful and friendly. The extended stay rooms are comparable to other properties, only maybe slightly smaller. Breakfast offering is as you would expect with the standard fare. The food served in the evenings for the social hour has been very nice. There is a large fenced courtyard in the back of the hotel with a nice view of the river, and is conveniently located next to the River's Edge Trail for walking, biking or running.

The room that we were given was great. Two bed , Two bath, and a full kitchen setup. Over all the only problem I had was the coffee pot was full of molding coffee.

This may be the best Staybridge I of which I have been a guest. I love the landscaping, the clean rooms, and the fantastic staff. There is a decent brewery just out front as well!

Great room. Clean and large room. Was quite nice to have a 2 room suite. Wonderful warm indoor pool and some pretty good restaurants nearby. The nearby coffee shop stocks Stumptown coffee which was a great change from the normal junk coffee.

The drawback: fairly pricey.

Clean and relaxed rooms. Rooms available with kitchen and large work areas. Free internet. Not far from airport. Next to the Missouri river and park Friendly and professional staff. One of my favorite places to stay when traveling through.

The beds were comfortable and they do occasionally change mattresses as ones were being moved out of an adjacent room and new ones brought in. The towels are almost full size and much better than regular hotel towels. Laundry is complimentary. The breakfast is delicious, with items rotating each morning. A complimentary paper if offered. There is a restaurant on site in the parking lot. The pool is warm and delightful. Sleeps two adults and children comfortably.

Service was not as good as it has been in the past. Fire pit is turned off way too early and staff argued about when it should be turned off. Great room totally unusable for most of Saturday as it was used for a shower? Could almost not access outside because of the large number of guests blocking access to outside or even to some interior hallways. No warning about this ahead of time. Plus guests at this shower were very rude when you wanted to walk by them. Made for a upsetting stay.

I have really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and have gone out of their way to make us feel comfortable. When I leave the room, I do not feel like any of my belongings are in danger of being rearranged or missing. The cleaning staff will also leave us notes to tell us if something needs to be addressed. The bed is soft, clean and the pillows are comfortable. I really like the shower head and medium water pressure in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast is yummy but is not home cooking, so temper expectations accordingly. I do appreciate the fresh coffee all day and the fresh fruit. The complimentary evening meals a few times a week are a nice treat to any stay, but I have yet to try them.

So far I've been here a couple of days. However, I'm quite comfortable. The staff are friendly, the workout room is a little bit smaller but, has enough to get the job done. The pool is a relaxing end to a long day.

I've been staying at the hotel for quite some time now. The train has not bothered me after the first month or two but the internet service is the lowest form of life. It is not worth the trouble to even try and put in the password. As a matter of fact, My laptop "timed-out" with the 6 digit password. I have talked to them at the front desk and it seems to be a joke. If you are planning to work from the room, bring some type of personal connection or find another Hotel.

The hotel was great! The place looks fairly new, nice, big, and clean. The staff were all friendly. Love the kitchen. I travel for work a lot so it was nice to be able to actually grocery shop and cook in. It was also nice that they have a meet and greet with food most nights and hot breakfast in the mornings. But, the food just wasn't very good.

Excellent place. Close to the flight path, and the train, so a little noisy. Hundreds of TV channels. Great staff.
