Staybridge Suites is the sweetest brand for touring bands and this location nails everything I love about them. First of all this property is in a great location right off of the interstate with plenty of parking for an oversized vehicle such as ours. Fast and friendly late night check in. The rooms are extremely spacious and have full kitchens with all the utensils and cookware needed to cook a meal you are used to over having to get something from McDonalds. If you been subsisting on fried bar food like we have, you’ll be pleased with the 24 hr work out room with a great selection of equipment. I love the free laundry facilities and 24 hr store. My favorite thing though is the excellent continental breakfast with a wide variety of premium choices and also a soda fountain! Love love love this spot and can’t wait to be back when touring through the Dallas area.

The room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The AC was so refreshing after being in the Texas heat all day! The bedroom was separated by a door from the tv and kitchen area. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates glass cups and other appliances. Ive seen kitchenettes in hotels but this one was one of the biggest and had the most counter/ cabinet space! The front desk let me know that if I called in the morning I could extend my check out until 2 pm. I'm not an early bird and I was so happy that I could catch a few more hours of sleep. They had a wonderful pool located out back with a nice patio area. Great place! Great location! A+

Was greeted at the front desk by a very friendly staff. Got up to our room and it was very clean and ready for guests with great amenities. The hotel also offers free laundry, gym and pool, which were great ways to rewind while being on the road. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay. I’m a big germaphobe when it comes to hotels! Everything was clean, the gym was way better than most hotels, and the staff was nice. The breakfast tasted kind of like fake food to me, but it’s hotel breakfast I didn’t expect much. Other than that I recommend staying here!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's far enough off the highway so that you don't hear traffic but close enough to where it's convenient to arrive at or leave the hotel with minimal fuss. The rooms were lovely, well maintained, clean, bright and, surprisingly, had more than enough power sockets to support all of my electronics gear. The hotel deserves a 5-star rating for that fact alone. Also, the kitchenette and appliances and refrigerator were all top-notch, good quality and a test to use. The cabinets were already fleshed out with pots, pans and utensils. The television had easy access to the HDMI connections and other video input it and output. the staff was friendly and helpful. The only snag that came up was an unavailability of extra towels in the evening but, somehow, I survived this almost catastrophe! I highly recommended staying here if you're looking for a reasonably priced, clean, stress free, efficiency hotel room. I was absolutely pleasantly surprised.

The price was good, and the room was nice and clean. Had a microwave, fridge and silverware as well. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good too.

This was a nice hotel right off of the Sam Houston Expressway in Houston. We had been on the road a few days and the amenities that the hotel provided were just what we needed. The staff checked us in just fine and the rooms were large and newly renovated. The rooms have a kitchenette with a fridge and a coffee maker. There was free laundry and free breakfast in the morning. Because this was an extended stay hotel, they have free dinner on some week nights, but we were coming in on a Saturday. We were treated great by the staff. This is a nice, safe hotel, especially tailored to business travelers.

Holy Moly! What a fantastic evening in Houston. My family couldn’t be happier. The hotel was clean and accommodating - made for a wonderful stay. Parking our RV was easy. This place ROCKS! The staff behind the counter kept us laughing and smiling. Will stay again!

Really excellent experience across the board at Staybridge. Staff was particularly friendly and accommodating to our needs. Our son Matthew really enjoyed the evening social hour (free food AND beer/wine!). When the wife needed to run an errand the next morning, they were more than helpful: the shuttle driver Ezme drove her both ways to the nearby mall! The suites were enormous and would comfortably hold a family of four or five for a week if necessary. We didn't use the kitchenette, but it was clean and modern as well. Having stayed at a variety of extended stay hotels in the past, I can confidently recommend this as one of the most modern and inviting I have ever been in. Entirely positive experience.

I had a very pleasent visit at this location. The hotel is not far from memorial city mall and city centre. It was very clean. The staff were friendly. I was also very impressed with the breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staybridge Suites was an incredibly cozy and inviting experience. The hotel is set up for long term stays so it really makes you wish for a much longer stay than one night. Being a touring musician who stays in a lot of hotel rooms on tour, there are things I often look for in a hotel room. The first one is the cleanliness of the shower. This shower was spic and span and ROOMY. I always appreciate when a hotel has a separate sink area from the toilet part too. The beds weren't too soft - a good firmness and there was a variety of pillow choices on each bed. Also, a living room suite separate from the bedroom where my partner and I could watch different tv shows. All in all, the room was very clean, cozy and made me feel at home. I only wish we could've stayed longer!

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Room was spacious and super accommodating. I was in Houston for a 5 days for a comedy festival, so having a full fridge and kitchen was great. The outside patio and pool area were great for hanging out during the day. Hotel is close to multiple grocery stores and lots of late night food (I highly recommend Taqueria Cancun Restaurant). Easy access to the I-10 made getting to and from downtown Houston quick. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Houston.

Touring comedian Luz Pazos recently stayed here while performing nearby and had a wonderful stay! The room was perfect, clean, and the floor was very quiet. The staff was awesome and very friendly considering the really late check-in, and even provided a late check-out so our client could take full advantage of the free breakfast, laundry room, and fitness center in the morning before hitting the road. This is a perfect property for a touring entertainer!

Stayed here for work now on several occasions. Very nice and new accommodations. Love the location for getting to just about anywhere, and it is safe. Never had any issues with crime in the area, which I have had break ins to my vehicles and felt uncomfortable in some neighbors in the Houston area on other visits. Stayed here for 40 days after hurricane Harvey for work. RHONDA at front desk was so pleasant to work with on any need during my stays!

I visited a client that had been displaced by Hurricane Harvey and I was impressed from the front entrance. She told me how wonderful her stay had been and all the various accommodations thst were available for her and her 3 kids. Amazing!

what a great place?!?!?!?! The staff makes you feel at home by being so friendly. The complimentary breakfast is phenomenal. They really go above and beyond to make sure they have a little bit of everything. It is very good and fresh! There is an office center that is very clean and the computers are very easy to use without any logins. Property is very clean! Staff works very hard and you can tell they love their jobs. The location is very convenient. Freeway entrances nearby.

The Staybridge Suites in Houston is as nice as a place you can find anywhere. You walk in and are greeted by their helpful and friendly staff. Next to the front desk is "The Pantry." Here they sell snacks, microwavable meals, and the traveling necessities that we all leave behind. Pass the fire place is a huge, comfortable common area that also doubles as the area for their complimentary breakfast. A breakfast that is as good as any you'll find.

The Staybridge Suites provides a great experience with all the bells and whistles.Beyond the common area is a large surrounding outdoor patio and a beautiful outdoor pool. The hotel also provides a business area, workout room and even a laundry room. All the things long time travelers are sure to appreciate.

Finally, there are the rooms. You walk in the one of the first things you notice is the full kitchen. A FULL KITCHEN. It comes complete with a full refrigerator, full stove, microwave, coffee maker and a dishwasher. The next thing that you will appreciate is the room's living room area that comes complete with a couch that folds out to a comfortable and good sized hideaway bed. The bedroom itself is incredibly spacious. Plenty of closet space with a sink and mirror that is separate from the rest of the bathroom. Which, if you are sharing a hotel room with multiple people, you really appreciate.

It was my first time at the Staybridge Suites in Houston, TX. and I know it will not be my last. Seriously, this place is perfect.

The room I had was nice and clean. Friendly staff. I appreciated that there were good vegetarian options for the dinners here - tasty too! I love the king suite studio floor plan, feels like a fancy tiny apartment.

Very spacious rooms. Super clean. Full kitchen. The front desk staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and a nice pool. We will only stay here from now on.

Clean room. Great customer service. Van drivers were knowledgeable and customer friendly. Property manager was kind and accommodating. Only thing that prevented 5 stars was poor customer service from the front receptionist Angel. He was quite brash and rude. Other then that I would certainly stay again.

Location was just outside of the busy chaos of 290 so that made it nice. Everyone there from the front desk​ to the breakfast crew was super friendly. Breakfast was amazing!! Clean and comfy rooms with lots of plugs to charge my stuff!

We stayed at this location for my nieces birthday weekend. Our room was clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and its location is great. This was my second time choosing this hotel.

Rooms are great, breakfast is well put together and the Monday thru Wednesday socials are a good evening relaxer

Great location. New facility. Clean rooms. I stayed for 3 nights and had no issues at all. They do light service everyday and full service once a week so make sure you know ur day if you are staying more than a week. The fitness room can use better air conditioning as it gets hot from the laundry room, which btw is free. Overall, 5 stars.

Very nice experience. Stayed here for 2 nights in the king suite. The staff was awesome....good people. Everything was clean, peaceful, and quite. The kitchen was pretty fancy. The bed was very soft. The free breakfast was great...probably the best breakfast I've had in a hotel that was for free. They also have a pantry room in lobby for snacks and drinks which was convenient. Definitely will stay again.

Loved it! It has great, clean, quiet and pleasant environment which is a must if you are staying in hotel. The standout part is the daily hot breakfast buffet, which is complimentary too. They offer evening social snacks 3days a week too. I would love to stay again.

I am taking out half a star because the elevator was out of order for most of the week, and my room was on the 3rd floor.

Also I am taking out one and a half star for the front desk lady, called Khad... [I don't want to write the whole name, I guess the management knows who I am talking about]. I think she does not know what customer service is. She is rude, with attitude. The rest of the staff were polite, nice, smiling, and great, especially the night shift. But this lady, really needs to get out of this job and get a job where she doesn't interact with people!

Also I stayed there for a week, and requested a late check out by one hour (1 pm instead of noon) and I was told I have to pay extra for that. Though it was a great hotel, I will stay in another one next time around.

Location is great as I work in a neighboring building. Staff has been great. They offer dinner, complimentary, Monday through Wednesday nights and always have a breakfast buffet. Great place to stay.
