The hotel is a little hidden from the rides which is nice for traffic and nose but bad to find it. Parking leaves room for improvement as well. The rooms are spacious as normal for this chain however they are in need of updates. The staff has been friendly and the breakfast was really good.

We have stayed here twice now and will stay again if in need. Love the 1 or 2 bedroom suite options, perfect for a family with kiddos. Many options for breakfast, pool is open early and stays open late, and check out at noon is fantastic. We found the kitchen to be a bit lacking in necessities, but that didnt matter much for this stay.

I generally don’t take the time to review stuff, but this place deserved it, I travel for work so I stay in hotels a hell of a lot more than I want to, but this is by far the best, the staff is truly amazing. They serve breakfast and dinner Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and the food is great. The environment here is one of a kind. Quite at night, rooms are clean, the staff are great, they really make sure you feel like family. I really appreciate the hospitality and hope I come back to WI just so I can come back here! Keep up the great work! You guys are what every hotel should strive to be!!!

This is a solid hotel but one complaint is that they really don't like looking at the special requests especially when it is by a higher level frequent guest. I don't like being were people stumble out of the elevator or higher traffic areas. I was one door away from the elevator. The noise! Another complaint was regarding the Internet not the fastest. Love the new smart tvs. The breakfast could have been better laid out. They really should have trays you can use to take it back to the room because with families on the weekend it's hard to find seating. Oh! Why do you have to get rid of the ginger lotion. You get a knock down for that!

Awesome staff and amenities. A group of us came up here for training with our company and really didn't know what to expect. We ended up talking about how fun the experience was so far half the day at training. Our trainer even looked at switching hotels

I had to cancel my reservation for our family reunion last minute. I thought it was going to be a hassle but I spoke with Debbie when I called. She was very professional and kind during our conversation. A very personable thoughtful individual. Her customer service skills were top notch, thank you Debbie for a very pleasant interaction and the kindness you bestowed. Staybridge is very lucky to have someone like her on your staff.

This was our first time staying at a Staybridge Suites and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. Even though it was full we didn't hear anything. I love the fact the bedroom is separate from the sitting room also has a full kitchen. I highly recommend staying here.

Rooms were pretty good and the front desk/dining staff were amazing and very welcoming. Housekeeping was subpar(they dont take your trash on the weekends and will just drop an unopened trash bag in the trash for you to set up). I came here to be at a hotel with perks (food being one of them) and it was unsatisfactory.

We stayed here for 2 weeks when we moved to Wisconsin, and this place became our home due to the awesome folks who work here. All the staff are super friendly and they serve great food on all mornings and their social hours Monday to Wednesday dinner was the best. Highly recommend this place to everyone and families traveling with children.

Awesome place to bring the family as the youngsters can swim and mom and dad can relax in the hot tub. Nice comfortable rooms make it a nice rest stop on your travels or as a destination spot.

This hotel was a good place to stay while we were in Milwaukee. The room we chose was a single queen bed and it had a kitchen. You can see what comes in the kitchen in my pics. Be wary because when you cook in the kitchen, make sure you have the vent going. Tried to fry up some bacon, and caused the alarm to go off! The staff are pretty friendly especially in the kitchen. On Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays, they have what is called a social at dinner time, where they offer you a free dinner! One day was meatball sandwiches, the next day was nacho bar which had quite a few things, and then Wednesday they had hamburgers. It was pretty cool and if I had known that, I would not have brought so much of my own food.The menu changes every week. They even serve beer and wine with your dinner! The staff told me that they make their own food, so you kind of get some home cooking ( the pasta salad was wonderful). The breakfast is great and there is a nice selection. One of the breakfast mornings they had biscuits with sausage gravy, eggs or cheese eggs, fruit, cereal, drinks, waffles, oatmeal, etc. The room was decent. The bed was extra comfortable. The couch lets out into a bed, which was not comfortable at all! I sank into it as soon as i sat on it. Some furniture needs to be changed out. You can see visible signs of wear on certain objects. If you stay here, try to see if you can get a room that is not on the same side as the Walgreens! I could hear trucks every morning coming to the Walgreens to make drop-offs, and it was annoying. The staff will lightly clean your room if you want them to, which I would give about a 3 out of 5. The person that cleaned my room forgot to give us face towels, another kitchen towel, more detergent for the dishwasher, and forgot to put one of the pillows back on the bed. It was left on the floor. I would come again because the service was so pleasant!

Great hotel with nice amenities. I flew in for training at a local facility, so I didn't have a car. They picked me up from the airport, drove me to my training class both days and took me back to the airport. The breakfast is great and not just a continental, they have much more. They serve dinner and free beer and wine on weekdays too! I had a great stay.

These are the most dedicated customer service oriented people .....if they hear of something not right for your accommodations......they will get it right .....Kudos to Dale and kitchen staff especially.....Awesome😊

How has this place got such good reviews? For $150 a night it is way overpriced. The rooms are old and tired. You can't close the curtains. The shower handle came off when I was turning it on so had to quickly try and refit it before I got scalded. The shower curtain fixings were loose. The heating is very noisy and there are signs asking people to be quiet all across the hotel. I suspect there may be a rowdy crowd?

Very clean and welcoming. Amenities were awesome. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but that depends on your taste. Good breakfast was a nice bonus.

The place was nice and cozy, with an awesome free breakfast. The only thing I would hold against it was the front desk staff. They weren't patient when the system "accidentally" cancelled our reservation. It took a bit, and a long time on the phone, but finally we got our room.

Conveniently located just near by Walgreens, gas station and pick and save. Rooms are external facing, staff are genuinely helpful. Social events with free drinks and lunch are attraction. Facilities including self cooking at room, common swimming pool and washer and dryer.

Very good looking suites. My only concern was that all of the lamps in the suite are controlled by a single light switch by the door. A second light switch in the sleeping area probably would be more useful. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

The property is nice and has much to offer, but my rooms the last two years were definitely beginning to show wear (one sofa cushion was worn to the point of having holes in the upholstery!) and are in need of new furniture and mattresses. It is definitely time for management to consider renovations! For the price you pay, you shouldn't have to deal with worn mattresses and furniture. If this keeps up, I will definitely be looking to stay elsewhere on my next trip.

Edit 11/23/2017 - Well, I stayed here again for Thanksgiving. They have finally replaced the carpet and upholstered items. The mattress in my room was excellent. In fact, I may purchase one for myself!

The only thing that wasn't great was the desk chair in the room. It is really uncomfortable. No lumbar support whatsoever. It is very low to the ground, making it difficult for taller people to sit in. For a long-term stay hotel, a good desk chair is a must!

Beautiful new property. Awesome beds with a down duvet. Smart TV's. Great staff. Centrally located with lots of local eating choices.

Pretty facility. I photographed a wedding and the bridal party got ready there. The rooms were well lit and spacious enough for the photos, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable.

I love this Staybridge. There was a very chill vibe while we were there. The hotel staff was very helpful n friendly. It was fun to watch movies in the theater room.

All the employees have been frendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot eggs and sausage. With nice fresh fruit and cheese. Bed is very comfortable with soft sheets and plump pillows. Lovely place.

Best place around. This is where I stay every time I am in the area if they have rooms available. Friendly staff great breakfast. Pool area is great. Rooms are fantastic. Overall 5 stars from me. Keep up the great work.

Nice and quiet on the top 5th floor. Clean room. Great free breakfast. Pool and hot tub were fine too.just in time before pool rehab started the following week.

I come from the slums of Antarctica, where me and my fellow penguins live a life of misery and starvation. Seeing the splendor of this American hotel caused me to become suspicious, there must be something wrong somewhere. The staff couldn't be this nice without hiding something. After looking near and far, under couches and carpets, I found it. The pool. I can only describe it as Grody. Mystery hairs, UFO's (Unidentified floating objects), and no complimentary snacking fish. In all honesty it wasnt much different than your average public pool, but I prefer the ocean. Not as much hair, but but maybe more dead seals. Everything else was good. Oh yeah and I also started hearing the voices of the dead after a night there, but that may just be me.

The Staybridge was very nice. Clean and easy to get to from the exit. The gal at the desk Klara was super. I would definitely stay again.

This place offers amazing complimentary food service, and the lady assisting during dinner was the friendliest. She kept offering to grab us drinks and anything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this place!

I cannot give the staff here enough credit. They are amazing. I did a 6 month extended stay and they made it a most enjoyable time. They took care of all my needs and provided a number of services based on my needs. The evening socials with beer and dinner became evenings with good friends (both staff and guests). They provide a sense of community while traveling and being away from home. The hotel was always clean and the room/suite with it's kitchenette was very convenient. The hotel has a Walgreen's next door and a grocery store across the way. Location is good. I strongly recommend this particular hotel and will stay there again. The overall value of these Staybridge Suites is outstanding.

They don't clean your room on the weekend. That's very important to me. You pay too much money not to get clean up service. I do think it's a great hotel. I would definitely go back on a weekday.

This hotel is very clean and the staff was very professional. They accommodated all of our needs in a timely manner. Breakfast area was very busy but was well stocked. I will definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for anyone one an extended trip. The kitchenette is a great option to keep expenses low while away for several days. The hospitality in the hotel lounge was fantastic.

The room was immaculate it had two bedrooms kitchen and living room the bed was super comfortable. Had one interaction with the manager he was extremely helpful he took a set of keys to my roommate that was several miles away and could not get his car started. He went way above what he would have had to do I will definitely return

Everything was awesome, especially the staff!!! Room was great, free breakfast and dinner mon-wed.... BUT we were not told that the swimming pool and hot tub were being renovated.... if we knew we would have not gone there for the week! They comped us a free night.

Went to visit relatives that were staying there. They had a huge 2 bedroom suite and it was very nice. Lots of room and a big kitchen. Both bedrooms had a bathroom. The area that has the breakfast had a beautiful Christmas tree.

We stayed at the Staybridge for a wedding, and as usual our stay was fantastic! The room was clean, the hotel was clean, and breakfast was wonderful with a good array of options. We will definitely be back!

Stayed for a week, great experience. Room was spacious and very clean. Noise was never an issue for us. Breakfast was one of the best we've seen (I travel for work so I've been to many hotels); eggs, potatoes, doughnuts, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe,etc), cottage cheese and more. They have a library that guests can borrow complimentary DVDs or books. We would get a DVD and go to the private theater! They have kids dvds also. The library also has crayons and puzzles. We would go to the business center and print some coloring pages and head to the library in the evenings to color with my daughter. There is outdoor seating with a gazebo, fire pit and grills. Finally the pool and hot tub were great, we always had the whole thing to ourselves and the pool was actually a nice temperature. Oh, almost forgot, the washer and dryers and free to use!

Way overpriced. I've been to touristy locations in prime season and payed far less. 240 dollars a night if you happen to be broke down and drop in. It is way cleaner than the other options around you though. So if you want a clean hotel bend over and take it up the rear.

You can tell the hotel is old, & a lot of the rooms have something wrong with it -- most likely the showers. The breakfast is good, but they use fake eggs which can get tiring really quick. They serve dinner M-W but it's usually not that good. The staff is kind and helpful so that can make up for some of what's seriously lacking in this hotel.

The hotel was great. Nice rooms and accomodations. There was a full kitchen, nice facilities, workout and pool areas, and terrific hot breakfast in the morning. The bed were a little soft for me, but some people might enjoy that.

Room was nice. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good. The only issue that we have had was a smell in the hallways and the dancers above us that come out
late at night.

Clean rooms and common areas. Helpful and friendly staff. Continental breakfast was very good. The mattress was a little springy for my tastes however overall the room was quite comfortable. We got a deal through Groupon to the pricing was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel or another Staybridge Suites.
