Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and nice rooms. Furniture (sofa and chairs) in the rooms could be more comfortable. Great breakfast in the mornings.

Room was good, staff was friendly especially the kitchen and housekeeping. Only issues that made me grossed out was that the floor in our room was so sticky my shoe stuck to the floor and came off my foot the day we checked in....the fact they serve breakfast and dinner (dinner only m-th) was nice

This is such a nice hotel with great ammenities. Love the free dinner 3x a week. Really helps stretch my budget. The walls are thick enough that you dont hear your neighbors which is a big plus.

Amazing dinner social! Brought in extra pizza because there wasn't enough food. I wished the room had been more spacious. Also the TV wasn't facing any of the furniture which made it awkward to watch TV.

Suite was real nice except love seat was a little uncomfortable. Staff was very accommodating.

Great place. I've stayed here numerous times over the years when travelling in and out of Northwest Arkansas. Always good service and staff has always been very responsive whenever we needed anything. We also have a corporate account and have our guests stay here regularly. They are always pleased with the experience and commonly comment about how good the food is.

Loved my stay, employee's are friendly and very professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast bar is awesome, food is fresh everyday. Haven't been here on days for social hour but sure it is just as goodand as fresh as breakfast.

Very clean place. Pet friendly, extra pillows in the closet. The rooms seems a little put dated compared to the others we have stayed in, but it is still an amazing experience . Food was great. Juice and soda, coffee, fresh fruits, Greek yogurt and such.

The rooms were great, the staff were really nice, the breakfast was great, and the socials they had on monday, tuesdays, and Wednesdays were awesome, you get dinner, and beer and wine. All in all a great place to stay.

We are staying here because of a flood in our house. They do a fantastic job of making us feel like we have a home away from home.

I stayed at the Staybridge Suites Bentonville - Rogers for a relocation for a new job. They were very accommodating given that I have kids and pets. The two-full-bed suite is very nice with doors to separate the beds from the kitchen/living area (which has a pull-out couch) and from the shower/toilet area. There's free laundry downstairs and a pool next door at the Holiday Inn. There's also a a fitness room. The breakfast is great, and there are socials some days of the week with dinner and beer.

Good location with decent rooms. The breakfast is good and the staff are helpful.

The staff is helpful, the rooms cleaned to varying degrees ever day of your stay, breakfast served daily and dinner Monday through Wednesday. Awesome!

Mini kitchen provided. Pool and hot tub shared with holiday inn next door. Great free breakfast. Happy hour Monday-Wednesday.

I was here on a business trip and booked this hotel. I was more than pleased with everything from staff cleanliness and affordability. I have no doubt that I will stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

Here for 2 weeks for work. Hotel had everything I needed and was located close to restaurants and activities. The social good on Monday thru Wednesday with food and drink was great.

Satisfactory, had some internet issues but that's typical for the area. Enjoyed the room, plenty of hot water.

Good location. Clean. Never did find the pool, but did see the workout room. Like all the Staybridge Suites, it has a nice little kitchen area. We actually like the Staybridge in Fayetteville better. It has a larger buffet (for the evening social meal & breakfast). The rooms are also a little larger, & so is the eating area. The Fayetteville location also has a nice outdoor area w/ lots of comfy furniture, grills, & a fire pit, which they light each evening.
The only thing we liked better about this location is that they allow you to serve yourself drinks at the evening social. They have Shiner Bock & 1 other beer on tap, plus bottles of red & white wine. At the Fayetteville location, they have a drink nazi (her picture is in my review of that location).
Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in the area. It is very convenient to restaurants & the Promenade shopping mall.

Stayed in a nice 2 room suite with full kitchen. Breakfast included daily. They also had a spaghetti dinner with wine the night I was there.

Nice, clean place. Good breakfast and dinner foods with healthy options. The cooking staff was very friendly and they kept all the food out for guests the entire scheduled time even if it was not busy. The housekeeping staff was also very kind.

The staff was fantastic from mgt to house keeping everyone one there was always nice, helpful and courteous always made me and my family feel like like we were at home even after our house burnt down they are so awesome with our four legged kids that stayed with us

Our room was clean and cozy. Service was good and staff were friendly. I was a little disappointed in the TV channel selection. We couldn't get any of the movie channels. Wi-Fi was free, however, so we ended up watching Netflix on our tablet. The location was very convenient, with shopping and dining options all around. I would return for another visit!

Clean comfortable bed with a nice room. The breakfast was also very good compared to most free hotel breakfasts. I prefer saying there to the other hotels nearby.

Great hotel with clean rooms and kitchenette. Beer and sodas served in evening for guests. (Soda is all day) breakfast was good. There were a couple of types of eggs and some sausage as well as fresh fruit, yogurt parfait, etc.

The free morning breakfasts were outstanding! And weekday nights they have a 'social hour' in the lobby area for all the guests to enjoy all-you-can-drink FREE beer and wine! You *can't* beat that!

Beginning our second week of a two week stay in a one bedroom suite. Clean , comfortable , quiet. King bed & pillows excellent. Good hot breakfast seven days a week and dinner Tue Wed & Thur with beer & wine included. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to friends and will return.

Clean rooms and excellent service. Every Easter weekend we come in for a church conference. The room has everything you need. Fridge, microwave, stove, glasses, ect. You can't go wrong staying there. The breakfast is great also.
