Mary at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting us a room. Handled all of our questions and we had a pleasant stay.

My company put me up here for a night. It was wonderful. The rooms have everything you need for an extended stay. The staff are all very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

It's very clean and makes you feel like you are at home. My kids LOVED the swimming pool!! Breakfast was the best I had at any hotel!!!

This is always my first choice when I'm staying in at a hotel for out-of-town business. Rooms are great staff is excellent that was Social Hour in the evening and I'll even cook your dinner on Monday Tuesday's and Wednesday's

The check in was a bit too lengthy. The room was comfy, but could use more privacy for multiple occupants (ahem, a thin bathroom door right next to the bed). The amenities were great.

The room was bigger than most hotel rooms. It included separate living, kitchen, and bedroom areas. Big enough for a small family - two double beds and a couch. It was clean, quiet, and pleasant. I'd stay here again.

The staff is super friendly and very polite. The only thing that drove me up the wall was the craftsmanship that went into this building. It is very awful...I'm in the construction business so I know what should be acceptable and the finishing is completely garbage. If they are gonna charge this much for a room they need to do something about the appearance of the building. Oh...and they need a TV in the pool area. 3 stars just for the STAFF.

The service was good, the bedding with clean mattresses and towels. My favorite part was the breakfast in the morning

This hotel was really nice. Full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and stove top in the room. Spacious and comfortable. Friendly and quiet. All youd ask for if you're looking for a good nights rest.

Absolutely love this place the rooms are spacious. Everything is clean. Workers are very friendly. Pool is a great size and a plus was the theater room. Breakfast is plentiful and so many choices I loved the fresh fruit.

Very nice rooms with super comfortable bed. Breakfast is good also. Only issues were the pool area and the heat-a/c was very loud in the room. Will stay again.

The suite we had was really spacious, and pristine. The furniture was very comfortable, and so we're the beds. The kitchenette was very clean as well, and stocked with all our needs. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying there again.

Stayed here a couple times. Overall happy with my stay. It seems to get busy and booked quickly so plan in advance. The have a business center, pool, gym, and free laundry, a pantry to purchase items, all the rooms have kitchenettes, they have a nice breakfast, they have free dinner and drinks Monday thru Wednesday. There's also a theater room off from the breakfast area. The room is nice a spacious and feels clean.

Our stay was great! The staff were well informed and courteous. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean and our room was wonderful. It was spacious, clean and had more amenities than we could think to use. Wish we had stayed longer than 1 night.

Tub had hair in it, room smelledbad, both phones unpluged, anda large spider in my bathroom.Asked for asdistant to kill it...so terrifiedof spiders..no help..had nightmares my first night. Day 2- room stiill bad oder, ask to bug spray in room...nothing as of yet.

Everything was great. The room was more than i expected. Had a great time the staff was wonderful.

We book Staybridge every year, for 4-5 days, and we have always been extremely happy there. The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. We appreciate the snacks and beverages offered in the evenings on Mon., Tues., and Wed, too.
The dining area has comfortable seating. There is a fireplace and a theater room.
One wish: larger trash cans in the rooms. Because we book a suite with kitchen, we go through trash quite quickly.
We look forward to staying with Staybridge again.

Top of the line hotel! Staff was welcoming and friendly. Hotel was quiet all night. VERY clean! Not badly priced for what you get. All around great place for a night out. Ended up staying a second night because it was so nice.

I love this hotel, the location was perfect for visiting family all throughout Chicagoland, especially NWI. The room is very spacious and has everything I could need.

If you don't mind waiting for hours for one of their three luggage carts, book a room here. Guests love taking the carts to their rooms and then taking their sweet time. When asking the front desk where all the carts are? "Hhmmmm, I don't know, all three are missing?" Also, god help you if stay on the first floor by the housekeeping rooms. Despite having a quiet do not disturb sign up, this seems to encourage housekeeping to yell and crash the work carts into doors and walls. I had to even get up to ask to respect the sign when they were in the adjacent room because they were practically yelling in Spanish.

Great two bedroom suite we had for my daughters birthday! Lots to do! Theater room, pool, great breakfast, and the service was awesome!

This was our second stay at this location and it was ok. Not sure we will stagnate in in the colder months. The room was super cold when we arrived late in the evening after visiting with family. It took a long time flrvthe room to hear up. Similar to our last stay the room would get cold fast if heat was off as the windows were really drafty. I can't recall the cleanliness of last room but this one was dirty on the walls, doors, carpet and chairs. So if something is visibly dirty..... My daughter found a cheeto on the floor and luckily I saw it before she put in her mouth. All in all average of no other locations are available.

Nice place to stay, friendly people, free breakfast and three times a week dinner social. With a full size kitchen it makes a extended stay handy. It also has free washer and dryer....helpful to people traveling for work.

The whole place seems very new. To was large and had a kitchen in it. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was decent too. Could be a little less expensive for its location, but I was very happy with the room.

As hotels under the Staybridge Suites brand name go, this one is just okay. The past experiences I've had with Staybridge put the brand on a list of some of my favorite hotels. This one leaves something to be desired. It's...adequate but it lacks a certain premium feel of other locations.

Just really beautiful.. Definitely going back just to relax.. It's very very clean and quiet .. If I could I would give it 9 trillion stars

Walked in, attempted to check in. I say attempted because the young lady was n the phone talking to someone who was cancelling a reservation. I am not sure how long I waited to check in, but it seemed way too long. She didn't even acknowledge my existence until she got off the phone. Once I was checked in, I saw my room. It was very nice, look like it was an extended stay room. It had a stove top, silverware, bowls, and a full size frig. The king size bed was a bit soft for my taste, i like my mattress firm. The pillows were nice, and the couch in the living area let out into a bed. Except for the check in, it was a good experience.

We were not expecting to need to stay overnight in the area, but this hotel was able to provide a quick and valued service to us. We were treated with kindness, respect and everything exceeded expectations. The reservation was made through Priceline and they were able to let us and within minutes of the reservation being made.

Stayed here with my sister and her family for our brother's wedding. We enjoyed it! The front desk staff was great, and the hotel is very clean. We would stay here again, and would recommend it to others!

It's a new place, you would expect the tiles to still be stuck to the baseboard. Plus the cook top was not even connected in my room, the electrical connection was just hanging when you looked under. The breakfast was nice, but the pool was way cold, the theater room seemed a great idea, but to me a theater is more than a couple recliners in front of a TV. I have a better surround sound system in my living room..

Rooms that look like apartments,i was truly impressed.The location needs more upgrading but the hotel is 7 star to me
