Good location, great instalation and easy access to the office! Breakfast was good, but not a lot of variety. Clean room and great service!

The breakfast was good, the staff friendly, but in the first month somebody of the staff stole me money from my bag when they cleaned my room and in the second month the charger of my mobile too ! I told to the staff and they did anything! So be careful with your things!

Check - in was a breeze.. King Suite was spacious and adorable. (Pics to prove). Two flat screen t.v.'s kept me choosing which room to hang out in?... living room, or bedroom? Full kitchen equipped with; modern fridge, sink, cabinets filled with essential dishware... perfect! Fitness Center and Market place for your food cravings and health care needs.

The entire room vibrates when the hotel does their laundry. It was scary at first but quickly explained. Nice service in that they offered to move us.

Good rooms and service

A very nice hotel with great hospitality. One of the best suites I have stayed in Milpitas. The staff make you feel at home.

We stayed her for one night but could have easily stayed longer. We stayed in a junior suite. It had a full size refrigerator, and fully equiped kitchen. Some of the reviews talked about the TV's being old, but ours was a 40" LED. The bathroom room was clean, the staff was friendly and we enjoyed a nice breakfast in the morning. I cannot comment on the internet in that I didn't use it but overall a very good experience and a reasonable rate.

Spacious studio rooms with all facilities including a kitchen area. Very good for extended stays.

1. Breakfast always the same. I lived here for one week. I found rotted break one time, expired eggs one time. The kitchen staff are quite unprofessional.
2. The water pipe near my room is making noise every time my neighbors are using toilets. I couldn't fall sleep the whole night of the last day. The maintenance guy checked it, but did nothing. And the front desk did nothing either, just leave me like this. Horrible.
3. The Chinese front desk is quite nice and professional. The other are not at all.
4. Overall, not worth the money.

Nice hotel. Free breakfast and dinner with beer and wine. It was really good. The couch in the room was not terribly comfortable but wasn't the worst. Everything else was very comfortable and nice.

Very nice hotel, better than average breakfast choices, nice evening reception with wine and beer (one Bud light handle, one alternating handle). They've got a heated pool as well as a hot tub, plus a couple of bbq's to use. Their shuttle runs regularly to various locations around town, including the Great Mall.

Stayed 2 days for a work trip and was pleasantly surprised. A bit pricey but everything in San Jose was. Much better ambiance than your typical "airport hotel". Had a small kitchen, swimming pool, decent WiFi, and a daily "social hour" with food and drinks in the lobby.

The down-side is there isn't much going on around you. It's great if you're staying in but not an ideal location if you're looking to go out for food or drink.
