The suite was huge and exquisitely beautiful. Staff was very professional and polite! Banquet hall was posh and good for black tie event. ABSOLUTELY GOOD. 6 star indeed!

I was giving a birthday lunch for my wife at Brasserie Les Saveurs last Saturday. Setting was posh, high ceiling, next to the pool. Food was good ( main course is a western dish with Singaporean twist, plus local favourites like laksa at the buffet line. ) Staff was attentive in general. Although the system didn't seem to register my reservation, which was a shame as I had asked them to do something nice for my wife. Message didn't get through but since we were very full. It wasn't really needed.

Located at the edge of OrchardRoad where all the shopping you can do till you drop ...... The hotel has the what it takes to be a luxurious hotel with equal pricing as well. The Japanese Restaurant is highly recommended...... enjoy!

A very fine avenues for 6 star stay & 6 star dining experience..i was invited by my close friend to attend his son's wedding which was held there recently.

I was really impressed with the food service & hospitality shown by the service staff.

Rooms are in well kept condition and looks very classy with the marble flooring. Service is very prompt and on the ball with staff being very professional and very detailed to your every need without you asking for it first. Best hotel i have ever been with comfort at tip top class.

Attended an event here. The service was immaculate and the ballroom was really grand. The buffet spread provided by the hotel was amazing. Meats which are normally overcooked by other buffet providers (e.g. beef and salmon) were just right. Would definitely recommend this hotel for any corporate or private event.

St Regis is nicely located in the hearts of town. The lobby is not as big compared to other hotels but the atmosphere is warm and cosy. The restrooms are clean and well equipped. The ballroom was huge with nice lighting and beautiful set up. The hotel interior isnt as big but the excellent service from its staffs suffice it. Would love to check the rooms out next time.

Located near to orchard shopping district. Luxurious feel and good breakfast buffet selection. Great room and lavishly decorated. Great for special occasion. Impeccable service.

I call this hotel a "Classy" hotel for those who like the old classy feel to a hotel. Has lots of paintings around the hotel. LOVE the chandeliers hanging throughout the hotel (first floor). The Spa is nice. The pool is small but nice. Not much for lounge chairs though, not sure how convenient it is to get a chair during peak season. The Italian restaurant outdoor seating near pool area.
Butler service was good.
Room was nice.
The lighting in the room was a bit of annoyance for switching lights on/off...confusing.
Overall decent hotel.
Food for breakfast was fine...but for being a 5star I'd expect a little more offerings for their buffet. Servers were attentive

Best service and room in town. The rooms are voice cancellation. Service was great and if u want a good night sleep this hotel can provide. Location a bit far from orchard road but it is a nice walk from hotel to the town area.

Great service. Hotel was really luxurious and my kids loved it too. Only problem we encountered was that when we turn the water to the hot side, it takes a while for it to start spraying hot water. There is also no kids pool so not really suitable for young children.

Loved the hotel, loved the service and absolutely loved the room. Very luxurious. Good central position, bus stop across the road and wonderful butler service. Would stay again. Highly recommended.

The afternoon tea there was delicious. My favourite was the waffle! Ambience was great. Definitely a good place for families, friends or couples to visit and enjoy a good afternoon together

Went for high tea at the Brasserie Les Saveurs. The atmosphere was good and the quality of the food was excellent. Service was great as well. Overall an enjoyable experience and will definitely be back.

Central location, and it is a short walk from the main shopping district. Nice ambience, and clean facilities. We went to Brasserie Les Saveurs for dinner. Their dessert were good, as were their steak and cod fish dishes. I was not a fan of their lobster bisque, thought it seemed to be more of an acquired taste.

Located at a quieter part of Orchard, you will feel like you are transported into another world at St. Regis. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, whilst the rooms are fashionably comfortable and welcoming, reminding you of a home away from home. With the butler service provided, your every needs are taken care of conscientiously, and it just makes the stay all the more enjoyable.

Having dinner at Chinese restaurant Yan Ting. Excellent food and attentive service. Had a wonderful evening experience. Will come back.

Super luxury. From a wonderful bedroom and bathroom to an excellent bathroom with fast filling tub, I loved my stay. The pool was also quite refreshing and all the staff was very nice and courteous.

Wonderful infrastructure with many unique art pieces inside. I was there for a banquet and sadly the dinner was a tad slower than expected. Certainly different from the usual communal courses in chinese weddings. Individual plating means each course takes longer to serve and apparently coffee and tea is not a standard offering for after dessert

We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs. The food was very good, I had the lamb, my wife had the cod fish. The buffet on top of that was great. They had a wide selection of good cheese, desserts, and meats. To top it off the staff were great, very professional, and attentive. As a SPG member we also qualified for a 15% discount which was great.

Dinner at Yan ting was an amazing experience. Staff were extremely friendly, making everything so delightful for the night. Food was delicious, totally worth the price paid for.

Went to the Brasserie La Saveur. Food is delicious and ambience is excellent. Good place for family and friends gathering. Service is excellent too. Thumbs up.

The style of the St Regis is a little too conservative for me - but I suspect that is exactly what attracts most people to the property. Room styling aside the rooms have all of the facilities you need, and once you close the room door behind you feel like you are enclosed in your own ecosystem - the rooms are so quiet. The bathroom has great facilities and the room service has an enormous array of items which further enhance the butler service on offer. You can get good pricing on the hotel - and if so, well worth checking out the St Regis.

Posh, and great dining experience at Yan Ting Restaurant. We booked a private room and the service was impeccable. Food is great as well. All dishes were individually plated. Well worth the visit.

For a romantic setting with live piano and fine buffet spread of desserts, bring your love to Brasserie Les Saveurs. The high ceiling decked with lavish and decadent decorations only seem fitting once you settled in and whisper sweet nothings to your love as I did mine. Words can't express my experience any more for it takes a couple to soak into this atmosphere and fine dining. PS: I didn't get my anniversary slice of cake as promised by the staff but that's how this place makes you forget about such trivial stuff. :P

Had lunch at the French restaurant and service was excellent. Food wise is okay, except for the pork set which the meat was a bit dry and tough. Drinks at the bar was AWESOME with wide selection of whisky and other drinks. Bartender could recommend and provide tastings for the whisky. Price a little steep but overall experience was good!

Ambience was on point, with christmas just around the corner, it was well decorated. staffs were very attentive and takes initiative to engage guests. As I was just attending a wedding banquet, unable to comment on the rooms.

Excellently located at the end of ochard road, near to lots of malls and good restaurants. Unfortunately there's no metro within easy walking distance, but there are decent bus services within a 10 minute walk. The ballrooms are classically decorated, and the staff service is excellent. Food at the banquet halls was fresh and fabulously prepared.

Great service and ambience. Food & beverage is good but pricey. Most of the food & beverages outlets are packed when I was there. Bookings of tables highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Location of hotel is not so ideal as it's off the main Orchard Road thoroughfare. Slightly inconvenient. Still a great place to meet people.

Its a 6 star hotel for plenty of reasons. The rooms are best of the kind. the staff are very friendly and helpful. I went there for BMC Exchange program and the function Halls were perfect for the program and the staff are willing to do the extra or go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction the French cuisine was $55 buffet but didn't try it though. In terms of proximity to Orchard Road and location I can say it's by far the best location for any hotel

Rooms aren't modern perse, but definitely define old world class. Was very pleased with my visit. Stayed in the lady Astor suite. Hotel staff was wonderful, and accommodating. Breakfast was quiet the spread. Highly recommend.

Wonderful staff and hotel. Exceeded every expectation and represented very good value. Very high quality food at the breakfast. Can't fault the hotel. Gym and pool also great. Would recommend to anyone staying in singapore. Once again great and friendly staff.

Dined at LaBrezza. Find the place a little small but service was great. Unfortunately it was raining heavily and we were seated outdoors, otherwise the ambience would have been much better. Wouldn't consider the buffet spread as wide but the unlimited grilled lobsters for the BBQ night was a killer.

Excellent service. Great food and environment. Really enjoy my stay and seeing the servers go the extra mile to make the whole experiences more pleasant and smooth. Will visit again.

St Regis is a gorgeous hotel with great amenities and excellent service. The location was prime, near Orchard road and is fantastically furnished. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly

The ambience of the place is very nice for dinner. The high ceiling and simple but classy decorations really make it look classy. The spread of appetisers and desserts was good. Particularly the cakes and sorbet. The main course takes a little long to be served. Else the place is perfect for a relaxing evening.

Loved their butler service. I had fresh coffee all the time. They also offer 2 pieces of dry cleaning. Experience was very pleasant, except for the poor service during breakfast. Breakfast service was severely below expectations.

Suites are amazing; each one comes with a butler. The bar's beer selection is terrible but the bar looks great. The staff are amazing; they brought up a spare bed for my friend who had passed out on the couch at three in the morning!

Dined at Yan Ting - wow! want that true Singaporean cuisine experience? then you must try this restaurant. The menu offers all manner of dishes from bird's nest to lobster to abalone, but it's the unique presentation style of these dishes which makes this restaurant stand out. Staff are all very efficient and friendly. It is at the higher end of the scale in terms of price but the experience makes it worth every penny. Will most definitely be going back

Nice hotel to stay at comfortably. The breakfast is great. Only reasons I wouldn't pick is that it's further than others rhotels from the core of Orchard Rd and the decor is too traditional for me.

Location of St. Regis is great. Service and food is excellent. The hotel truly deserves it's 6 star recognition!

1st time attending a wedding ceremony at St Regis. The John Jacob ballroom is spacious and feels luxurious. Food served was of great quality but it's weird that the food was not served at the same time eg : Table of 10 guest, 8 was served and the other 2 had to wait for 5 minutes before the food arrived. Definitely need improvement in the consistency of serving.

Timeless hotel.excellent room design and decor. Strategically located. A true SPG level service. BUT they need to improve on the breakfast.

Small number of rooms. Unique Butler service. Great location for Orchard road and Tanglin shopping. Also catch the largest private art collection in South East Asia, including Picasso and Botero.

My favourite spa in Singapore! Love the treatments (facials are very good!) and the facilities are excellent. Makes for a fun afternoon with friends or relax by yourself.

Gorgeous hotel, top shelf linens, towels, etc. Felt the service aspect was a bit lacking - not once during my 6 night stay did I actually see one of the vaunted "butlers": the cup of tea I ordered upon check in never arrived, no one brought me an iPhone 5 charger when I requested it, never got orientation as to how the somewhat complex light and climate control systems worked.

They did let me shower at the spa after checkout when I got back from wandering around before heading to the airport, which was a big plus and definitely above/beyond.

Rooms are great, modern yet cozy. But service and food quality at all dining options does not match the St Regis mark and price.

The absolute best hotel I have ever stayed in. My room was absolutely palatial... beautiful appointed with amenities and comforts galore. The breakfast buffet was heavenly and the service was exemplary.

A gorgeous and stylish hotel located walking distance to the shopping district of Orchard Road. Amazing breakfast buffet with non-alcoholic Bloody Marys available. The spa is overpriced. The pool area is relaxing but there is outdoor dining which non-hotel guests can access so privacy is not guaranteed.

Nice comfortable room with natural sun light with a soft bed. Yan Ting the Chinese restaurant is the best for dimsum.
The hotel offer sparkling wine for the evening cocktail for SPG Platinum member or you book a suite room.

One of the most luxurious hotel in Singapore. Service with a smile and grace. I love how the bathrooms are so spacious so you can relax and indulge after a long day out shopping. The piano bar on the first floor is great for unwinding.

This hotel is a very luxurious hotel, Royal style, every thing is outstanding, great room, luxury bathrooms, (TV in bathroom),lobby, chandlers, lifts, great breakfast, fabulous spa, steam room.

Loved the luxury style of the hotel all marble, loved the style of the breakfast restaurant ROYAL STYLE, great service, nice pepole, short walk to shops.

I really enjoyed every minute during my stay and would love to go back again.
