We just stayed for the last four days as well as a year ago. Front desk people were always awesome and smiled sincerely! Great place to stay. Hope they get there elevators fixed and performing better. I’ll put up with elevator issues when you have such a great front desk staff- they’re the best!

The hotel is a really cosy place. I stayed for two nights while attending meetings in their conference rooms. The rooms are a good size and the conference rooms are large enough for 30+ person meeting. The staff is beyond friendly and do everything to make your stay comfortable. Overall great place.

I would of given 4 stars but the wait for the elevator was extremely frustrating. They offer made to order omelettes and let me tell you this is not be no means a regular Continental breakfast, it was very tasty and it's free. The complementary happy hour was well what can I say... HAPPY!!!

Wow! This place is a mess, we stayed there for my brothers wedding and I will make sure no one I know ever stays there again.The only two elevators they had running we’re extremely slow. The air conditioning was not working. The housekeeping staff is very careless with my room and items. I was allowed to come in my room without showing any proof of who I was twice while they were in there. Since we were not in our room when they started I know they had no clue who I was. My sister-in-law checked into her room and it was infested with ants. They did allow her to move into another room. Someone in our wedding party got the same room the next night and the room was still infested. We tried to call the front desk to complain about the air-conditioning but no one would answer. I went downstairs to the front desk and there was only one woman working. The phone was ringing off the hook. She finally answered and put the guest on hold. I’m not sure why they would only have one person working the front desk in the early evening.

The ONLY reason I am giving you a two star review is because the tall maintenance man was amazing and the girl who checked us in was very friendly. I’m very sorry I cannot remember the names to give them the recognition they deserve. They were truly the only bright spot in this stay.

Would definitely return to Embassy Suites. Clean and spacious rooms. Pillows were soft, overall experience was very good. Morning breakfast was a nice treat. Perfect for visiting because of its location.

WOW! Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Free breakfast was finominal. Fresh omelettes cook right in front of you. Also the happy hour with snacks and free wine beer and well drinks. Great stay.

Great room! All of the elevators weren't working and our room didn't get cleaned until after 4 each day, so that was frustrating. But, the workers were nice and we enjoyed the pool and overall hotel experience.

The hotel was in a decent location, and the lobby & reception area were really nice. Check in was fast and easy. The suite I stayed in was large and comfortable. However, it was also obviously dated. Fixtures were loose, it needed new paint, and their attempts to repair the floor of the bath tub left it looking dirty. Service was fantastic, and employees were friendly.

Spent a long weekend at the hotel while in town. Parking is free and convenient, the hotel has a good breakfast including an omlette station. Snacks were offered in the evenings at a reception. The room was clean and the bathroom nice. Some construction was happening at the hotel but it was only an issue by day.

I didn't stay but they had great service. It looked very nice in the lobby/ 1st floor. Everyone was every nice and very helpful. Very satisfied!!!

This is the best Embassy Suites in Denver, possible the best in the country! The entire staff is amazing! We stay here often, all the employees are so welcoming and happy to help with anything we need. Hannah deserves special mention, she's always finds a way to go above and beyond, she is a part of the reason we made this hotel our home away from home.

Overall impression is it's a dated building in the outside. It seems by the rooms that they used to have balconies, but no longer. The room is ok. The seat cushion in the living room is torn. The air conditioner doesn't work well at all, so I wouldn't visit on a warm day. I had to use the room phone for long distance, be prepared to pay 2.00 for a call. It charges regardless if the other person doesn't answer. The customer service is good. They offer to help when they can. I found the website to be extremely misleading by saying 2 rooms because I was thinking 2 bedrooms. Otherwise I wouldn't have booked this hotel. To me it's a given to have a living room and saying 1 room or separate room would be less misleading. I mean, with their thinking, why don't they say 3 room to include the bathroom too?

The hotel isn't bad. The common areas are quite nice. The elevators are aging and one of the four was broken during my stay. I ad black spots on the ceiling of my bathroom, but the staff quickly addressed them and resolved the issue. Overall not a bad hotel.

Embassy Suites is a great place to stay whether you're on business or just enjoying a little pleasure time. Free breakfast for the family in the morning and complimentary Cocktails for Mom and Dad between 5-7 in the evening. Great place!

This hotel is located in a convenient location in the Hampden South area. The hotel has spacious rooms so traveling with children is more convenient. There is a free breakfast every morning which is a benefit to the stay. Usually free breakfasts at hotels are not very good but this hotel has a good breakfast with very good service. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and I would highly recommend it.

This hotel is great! The layout is open and modern. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is fresh. The room was made her than expected and had several options. The parking and lain entrance were back from the lain highway which I found more convenient. I have already planned my next stay.

My husband and daughters and I stayed here while in town for a medical specialist appointment. This hotel was perfect for us. The staff is genuinely friendly, the beds have crisp tight fitted sheets, the breakfast is above average for a buffet, the relaxed atmosphere and abundant seating and generous flat screens with variety make this hotel enjoyable! The price didn't break the bank.

The hotel is a little on the older side, but the rooms were remodeled. I was happy that the room had a safe and an extra sink in the room. Service during check in/out and breakfast was good. The cable guide wasn't working properly (could still watch though), but I didn't bothered asking for help with it since we barely used the TV. All in all, very good experience. I would've given it 5 stars, but maybe I'm just too used to the hotels in Vegas.

Had a great visit this past weekend. Staff was extremely friendly and customer oriented. Great breakfast and happy hours. If you stay hear you won't be disappointed.

This is an original Embassy Suites property and building and it is well cared for and maintained. Mostly the staff are nice and efficient. I happen to like this throwback to my early days of travelling. For the most part when it comes to business travel, it's the staff that makes the difference and this Embassy Suites location treats me like an acquaintance and valued guest.

All round an amazing hotel. Heated pool. Hot tub. Free drinks between 530 to 730. Decent parking. Never had any trouble finding a place to park. Friendly staff and great environment!

Very nice, clean room, great quality. Located in a nice area, lots of stores and restaurants close by and not too far from downtown! Made to order breakfast and a cool restaurant open all day! Plus free drinks and light snacks in the evenings (pretty awesome)

This Embassy Suites is fully renovated. Looks terrific and has friendly staff. The rooms look and feel new. Rule of thumb for getting better sleep in a hotel room... Sleep on the side of the bed that's furthest from the door!

Beds were comfortable, but the bathroom was designed for midget's. The staff was extremely nice. The breakfast however was decent as it served egos, with no option to make your own waffles.

Very clean hotel with great comfortable beds and an amazing hot breakfast. Their service was terrific too. We travel with 4 kids and requested a crib before both of our stays at this hotel. When we arrived the crib was always ready, room was spotless and the breakfast in the humongous atrium that is the trademark of Embassy Suites is a perfect was to start off the day rested and nourished.

The rooms are spacious and clean. I did find make-up stains on both of the towels in the bathroom, other than that we have had no problems. The property is well maintained and recently re-painted.

Absolutely love the geek of this gem of hotel, thus it has become my preferred choice for my denver stays. Best part it is centrally located to every major thing you'd need for a 3+night visit

The hotel was great. However my debit card was double charged! The manager said it was charged and refunded immediately, but that money was still on hold and therefore not available for several days. It wreaked havoc on my account and caused me to get declines and overdrafts until it was resolved. You do not want to get double charged for $800 trust me!

The staff is very welcoming. Hotel is being renovated. Breakfast buffet and nightly social was great. Bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The location was good. It is near a ton of restaurants/ shopping and close to the Denver Tech Center. Overall it was a great place to stay.

I had to wait until 1700 to check in to my room , ice machine wasn't working. They are remodeling, so the hotel is a mess. First day the hot tub was cold and maybe to much chemical. Next day it was closed. My son was upset. It seems as if the air conditioner wasn't working in the whole building. I was disappointed with my stay this time. I have been coming to this hotel for 35 years. This was the first time it's ever been like this. They gave 30k reward points for the trouble. I will go back again, but not until they have finished the remodeling. Overall stay was nice, even with all the troubles.

There were several aspects of this hotel that were really pleasant. They had a really nice little reception from 5:30 to 7:30 with complimentary snacks and drinks including wine, beer, and mixed drinks. They also have a great continental breakfast.

However, the hotel was under construction which wasn't a terrible bother, but there were some sections closed off. There were ants in my room, and the hotel engineer was very prompt in coming up to spray some non-toxic repellant. It was pretty noisy though. Especially during the reception time, I wasn't able to properly enjoy the living room of the suite because of the noise from the lobby/common area. Also, there was a gap in the bottom of my door and the floor/stripping so I'm pretty sure that's why there was so much noise. At least I was able to go in the bedroom part of the suite and close the door for some peace and quiet. Lastly, the housekeeping staff probably could have been a little bit more thorough.

Overall, my stay was pretty pleasant.

Stayed for 3 nights and no room service... no towels no coffee.... kids were running WILD! After i put my 1 year old down for a nap a group of boys began knocking on my door like animals! They didnt know i was right there and were dumbfounded when i opened the door an caught them. The elevators are ridiculously slow and it didnt help that the wild kids pressed every button on every elevator and froze them up to where no one could use them for at least 30 to 45 minutes! Breakfast was horrible. I guess they feel as if their guest act like pigs they should feed them as such.... bacon and sausage was under cooked and tasted as if it was a cheap frozen brand. Prices were extremely overpriced considering the choas going on in this place. A glass of milk was 2.75! Next time i will stay at the Fairfield Mariott where they are clean and have some rules for their guests
