This is my go to hotel in the Greenville area. The hotel is always well kept and the staff are phenomenal. It's nice to see consistantly faces who make sure things are right for your stay. One of the bartenders in particular, Kevin, is top notch and engages his customers and has killer drink suggestions.

Great hotel. Nice beds, clean. Little snacks at night. Also happy hour for guest. Gym and two pools!

Super nice hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. The restaurant bar Build a Burger was yummy! Highly recommend.

Played The Preserve at Verdae Greens and the course was in fantastic shape. Definitely an intermediate to professional course. Fairways are fairly narrow bit well maintained. Will be back.

So much potential. Location had a number of experience issues during the stay including elevators under maintenance, closed stairwells, and housekeeping staff that waltzed into rooms at 8:30am. Rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendliness/competence was the biggest issue.

This hotel is very nice and appealing, however; the rooms seem a little outdated from what I saw. I expected a little more class in the decor. It could have only been that particular room; but again, it's nice!

Beautiful Embassy Suites on the outskirts of Greenville. There's a golf course along with all the standards we expect from Embassy Suites, including the evening reception and a cooked to order breakfast.

Suites are well appointed and our family of three enjoys the king bedroom with sofa bed.

The only concern I had was that there was a stray partial bottle of water randomly placed on the counter when we entered our room. It was the same that I received as a Hilton Honors member and we deduced that it was just left behind, leaving me a little unsettled regarding how well the room had been cleaned. However, that was the only thing we noted that gave us pause.

Very clean Embassy Suites. Great friendly front desk staff and breakfast staff. The young lady that makes the breakfast omelets makes you feel at home because she remembers how you want your omelet made. That is key to great customer service. I will be staying again.

High school reunion. Good service, great price for a suite, and our buffet dinner had awesome mac and cheese! The dessert table was a sight for sugar addicts like me to behold. Carlos at the desk was SO helpful and helped me retrieve the computer cord I forgot.

This was one of the nicest Embassy Suites that I have visited! It felt brand new. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was complimentary for all patrons, not just those with status. The pool was refreshing and clean and warm 89 degrees. The fitness center had 3 treadmills, 2 elliptical, 1 bicycle and weights etc. There was also an outdoor pool. There were too many amenities to describe everything! Just see for yourself!!

During this stay we were greeted by a friendly staff, and the GM was very engaging. Breakfast was very organized with several staff members available for keeping the breakfast area neat and clean. The room had a less than stellar view but overall was quite spacious. This is an atrium style hotel boasting a new renovation, an indoor swimming pool, and attached restaurant.

I was not a sleep guest, I used the meeting facilities. I have stayed overnight before. All room entrances are on the interior and surround the atrium which makes for interesting acoustics. It is well maintained with free and ample parking, no garage. Small check in desk. All glass elevators for those who love the thrill.

I really liked this place. Our room was a suite and that is great for my husband likes to watch tv late at night. The other thing was there was no tub and when you are short that is a big plus. Every one was very friendly and kind. Would recommend this hotel

Responsive staff to the minor issue I had. Quick resolution. Great restaurant. Nice little bar. Comfortable suites. Great staff. I chose a room.with a view of the ballroom roof. My mistake.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and comfy. The happy hour is fantastic and the outdoor seating with the fire pit was great. The grounds are very pretty as well. Location is very convenient to highways and local dining.

Great place for a special event. The Greer chamber of commerce had their 80th anniversary celebration here, and it was a wonderful time. From excellent food to a terrific program, the whole evening was a very special event, and this venue made it a wonderful time!

Our experience was great! The staff were very pleasant and helpful from the time we got there. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast and evening reception were amazing! I will definitely be staying here again.

We attended the HHS 2017 football banquet last night.. The banquet room was very large and comfortable , there was nice spacing between tables which allowed guest to mingle ....there was 200+ people attending . Dinner was buffet style and every one was served in a timely manner... The service staff was friendly and attentive .. They really did an excellent job for such a large group.

Nicely remodeled and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Our room did not have heat (was set for air) and on the 18 degree evening found quite chilly. Calling the front desk we were given the option to either relocate to a room with heat or bring up extra blankets. At 12am we opted for the latter. Turning off the system actually made it warmer. The breakfast was great and the parking was abundant. Only other thing the hotel could improve on is have the indoor pool heated.

The room I stayed in was a bit dated and my room on the 3rd floor was filled with sound from the lounge late at night, which became annoying on the 3rd night. The room was fairly clean with the exception of the bathroom. Staff was pleasant and the bartender's at the on site bar were nice.

The quietest HVAC system I have ever not heard in a hotel room.

Went to a wedding here. The conference/party hall was nice. I really like the lobby area and bar as well.

Conveniently located to several highways and easy to find, not to mention being adjacent to a golf course. The main lobby opens to a beautiful atrium. Perfect for any professional gatherings and family gatherings. The rooms are well cared for. Staff was kind and helpful.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean, and in good condition. The only two strange things were the bathroom and the electric outlets. Both my husband and I could not get our phones to charge faster than a snail's pace even when we plugged them directly into the walls. The outlets provided on the lamps at the bedside were three times slower, so if we used the phone at all it would not charge but would instead only lose charge slower than usual. The bathroom does not have a bathtub, which is fine, but one of the sliding glass doors on the shower is locked in place. This means that you have to step fully into the shower to turn it on, therefore getting sprayed with the cold water before it has a chance to warm up. And the showerhead is not flexible enough nor the stall large enough to point it anywhere but at you when turning it on.

Most of my experiences with this hotel have been excellent. Sadly on weekends the atmosphere can shift when the mom's and dad's come with their brood and allow them to run wild while Mom and Dad sit and drink at the bar. During the week when families are home and the guest's are mostly business and professional travelers the hotels are excellent. Not the hotels fault.... The problem lies in the guest's they can't control.

Amazing experience. The hotel was beautiful and my room was spacious. The amenities and services were great and accessible. The staff was kind and accommodating. The food was great! I will definitely be finding a reason to return.

The employees were helpful and friendly, the rooms were impeccably clean, the coffee and breakfast was delicious, and the happy hour was just what I needed after a long day of travel.

We enjoy the Embassy Suites chain of hotels and choose them frequently. The Greenville Verdae location is no exception. Cocktail hour was laid-back, with a limited selection of wine, beer and mixed drinks to choose from, along with hors d'oeuvres. The seating area was spacious and comfortable. Morning breakfast featured the made-to-order omelette bar and then the usual hotel breakfast spread. All staff were courteous. Our room was comfortable. We had one issue of cleanliness regarding some dirt in the bathroom.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent and kind staff. I have recently had surgery and even the maintenance staff offered to help me with luggage. Wonderful tall maintenance man whom was very kind. You have a good employee there for sure.

We stay with Embassy Suites 4 to 5 times a year, usually a great experience and we love the breakfast. On or most recent visit we noticed that there were no breakfast meats on the bar. We finally discovered that the bacon and sausage was hidden behind the omlette station and guests had to wait in line and ask for them. I got two measley strips. I asked why and was told it was to save money. I couldn't help but notice that there were more dinning room staff standing around with obviously nothing to do. If this is a money issue, perhaps they should reduce staff during slow times and put the breakfast meat back out. Seems like a very poor management decision.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the service is top notch. Free breakfast was perfect and the evening reception saved us time and money. The pools are nice and the live music on the patio was fun. This place is affordable luxury!

Beautiful hotel on a nice golf course. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was a suite and was spacious. House keeping did a nice job cleaning every day. Each morning had a full service breakfast; with eggs cook to order. It's no 4* restaurant, but it is better then a "Golden Waffle" and powdered eggs (no knocking the waffle)

I liked the hotel, but everything was under maintenance. Waiting 10 minutes for an elevator is ridiculous. The people were friendly and the rooms were pleasant - they could try for some better sleeper sofas.

I stat at Embassy Suites every chance I get. The staff here were very friendly and they all seemed genuinely happy to be at work. The room was clean. Breakfast went smoothly even with a sold out hotel. I give it 4 stars because my husband said the bed and pillows weren't comfortable.

The layout of the suites here were well thought out. All the amenities in spacious privacy. Customer service was warm and quick to respond. The only drawback was an elevator that was under repair. This caused longish waits and crowded company in the rides up and down. But then that's something that couldn't be helped. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Very busy facility. There was 2-3 family reunions, etc going on here this weekend, so it was not a particularly quiet place during the day. Room was comfortable though, and clean. Nice managers reception, pool and fitness center areas.

The room ,breakfast, and staff are great. There was very loud construction being done on elevators. I could not hear myself think in the rooms. What makes thus painful is the hotel was having a restoration done all last year and it seems like a continuation.

The hotel lobby staff was phenomenal! We had an issue with our Hotwire reservation and they went above and beyond to make sure it got sorted! The rooms are lovely and the continental breakfast was one of the best I've had!!

They were friendly and able to accomodate our early arrival. We also made a last minute change to a double room which was fabulous. They also provided us with refreshing bottles of water.

Hotel venue very good. Only issue was the food ran out too soon. The room itself was good with seating and acoustics.

Nice spacious suite rooms. They give you a gift upon arrival & provide a daily free happy hour every evening. Plus you get a free buffet breakfast each morning. Nice recent built hotel with golf & tennis on site. Hotel is in a nice section of town near recent built homes & near several resturants. Hotel provides shuttle downtown if you want to visit there.

The rooms are clean and very spacious. There was a bar sink (no detergent), room sink and bathroom sink which made 3 people getting ready easy and quick. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. For our stay, we enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks at the bar on the evening and a free breakfast buffet in the morning. There were a lot of kids at the hotel, which honestly took away from the luxurious atmosphere this hotel is known for. I would suggest more control over the snacks and buffet because I saw a couple of the children using their bare hands to help themselves to food. All in all, it was a great stay.

Went to see family who was staying there. Hotel was very clean and quiet, even though there was a bridal fair going on. Great location with beautiful accommodations!

What a beautiful hotel. Plentiful Parking, Nice Employees, and Great Lobby! The conference rooms were very nice and had great features for PowerPoint and videos.

Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Fantastic breakfast included in price of room. Facilities are top notch. Even a complimentary drink each night. Great place.

This hotel has plenty of modern decorations and smart screens. The event rooms are positioned just off the spacious lobby and are visible to all of the main entrances, perfect for hosting an event were people can come and go as they please.

This hotel is amazing. I absolutely love it here. The rooms are huge. Complimentary breakfast is great, and they offer free alcohol at night. Staff is friendly too. All around great experience.

We had a 25 year company celebration for the company that my wife works for. The hotel was beautiful. The meal was fantastic. It was an overall great experience.

This place is very nice and well rounded. I've not found a single staff member that has not smiled or been over the top courteous and helpful! Leneora (not sure of spelling) at the front front desk, has been absolutely AMAZING! Been a very pleasant stay! Would stay again and recommend to EVERYONE!

Embassy Suites is a world class hotel. The staff is friendly. The rooms are fresh and clean. The hotel is beautiful. Great golf course next door. Close to downtown with in a reasonable driving distance. Lots to do on Woodruff Rd. Great hotel.

We celebrated our mother's 80th surprised birthday party here last evening. I must say, we were treated like royalty by the whole staff. The team that served our dinner was so accommodating. The staff did everything they could to assist us in setting up the video presentation before our guest arrived. The manager gave us a beautiful birthday card and heartfelt gift for our mother's birthday. I couldn't eat during the celebration; therefore, my food was covered for me to eat later. Unfortunately, my plate was thrown away by a staffer who did not know I planned to take the plate to my room. Management ensured the chef made me a replacement meal! Chef, thank you for a delicious meal. Thank you Embassy Suites for ensuring our time with you was memorable.

Quick check in. Our suite presented us with the loveliest view and the plus is that it was near the elevator and vending! Suite was very clean and well kept. I like that there was a sink located in the bedroom as well. All rooms were large. The staff was great and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Embassy Suites goes above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. They provided us with an exceptional room, wonderful food, and friendly service. It is located within a perfect distance from many local shops and restaurants. I highly recommend the clean and comfortable Embassy Suites.

The Good:The suites are clean, nice, and spacious! The staff is friendly and it's in very convenient location.
The Not-So-Good: Due to renovations, there is a jack hammer creating intolerable environment in public areas (not heard in room). The indoor pool and hot tub are inaccessible, as part of construction, as well. This will not stop me from returning.

I recently had my wedding at Embassy Suites. I was excited to book my outdoor wedding there since they have the beautiful lawn and terrace, but in case of rain, things could always be moved indoors. It turns out it was good we thought ahead about the rain plan as there was a 100% forecast of rain for the day of my wedding, and we did end up having to move the ceremony from the lawn to the covered terrace and the reception from the terrace to a ballroom inside. It didn't end up raining much that day, just some mist, but we were so glad we made the decision. Other venues we looked at would have made us pay for an expensive tent rental and other last minute changes. We would have been so upset to pay so much for a tent, then not end up needing it since it didn't rain. Embassy Suites did everything they could to make our big day as perfect as possible even with the last minute changes due to the weather. Their staff did a great job setting everything up and being on call to get us anything we needed on the day of. We were also glad they do all of the food in house, unlike other venues where we would have had to hire an outside caterer. That made one less thing we had to deal with, and the food is actually very good, too. The only thing I would warn other brides about is that I have heard they have a lot of turnover in the Event Sales Manager position (the person in charge of your wedding). When we signed on to have our wedding there, it was a woman who had over 10 years previous experience in wedding planning and was extremely organized. She was one of the big reasons we chose Embassy Suites, and we were very comfortable with her. Unfortunately she left few months later, and the replacement person they hired a few months after that (and just a few months before our big day) was very nice and was trying her very best to make us happy, but in my opinion, could have used more training. At times, it took longer than we hoped to get answers because she kept having to check with other people or departments. I also know someone else who got married here a few years before us, and she had a totally different Event Sales Manager. So be aware that the person you are dealing with could and may change before your wedding. There were a few bumps in the road, but all in all, Embassy Suites is a beautiful venue, and we were very happy with our big day and our decision to have our wedding there.

This was a last minute stay and will definitely be going back when visiting GNVL, SC. My kids loved the pool and the room as well. Breakfast was wonderful. Had plenty to choose from. The lobby and courtyard is simply beautiful!!
