Nice big rooms. Super convenient to the beach. Huge breakfast spread. Nice people. Easy parking. Rooms are a little dated but still nice. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed tremendously! The staff is wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Met some amazing people during our stay from all over. Our room was great and loved the easy access to the beach. We had a great view of the ocean from our room. We will definitely be coming back.

Yes, this is a wonderful hotel to stay in while waiting for a perfect time to visit the beaches. The breakfast was fantastic. That's probably the one reason why you'd want to stay here, as I have been served by a master chef who had been cooking and preparing multiple plates at once. The jalapeno and pepper omelet I ate was delectable and left me savoring for more foods to palpate my taste buds. Room service was nice as well. I would recommend this suite to anyone who is looking for excellent, free breakfast meals and an easy route to the nearest beach--just dont get sunburned.

As a Hilton Grand Vacation owner and a Hilton Honors member I often stay at Hilton properties. On vacation the family made a last minute decision to visit Destin and Embassy Suites had a room. When we arrived the place looked nice but when we got to the room there was rotten food in the drawers, open bags of chips under the sink, bugs on the windows, the sound on the bedroom TV didn't work. I can say that the staff was very nice and worked with us to make things right. Also, the breakfast was fantastic.

My boyfriend drove us 13 hours to get down here, we booked a room last minute online which was easy. The staff is very, very friendly and the hotel was beautiful but we thought we had paid for more than what we got. I wanted an upstairs room but got ground floor and we were told by one employee there would be a jacuzzi tub in our room just to be told by another there wasn't even a jacuzzi on the premises. We paid extra because of it but the second woman was so nice we just let it go. The private access beach is absolutely wonderful and the rooms are spotless. Overall, we'll be back next year but we won't pay $300 for something they don't even have.

Staff were nice and helpful throughout our entire stay. BREAKFAST buffet is limitless and tasteful for all taste buds. Evening social was nice as well. Had a great rest and relaxation trip with the ladies!

We are staying for a vacation last minute. The check in was easy. The breakfast is delicious. The suite room was awesome and spacious. The people were very friendly. They had a show for the kids during happy hour which was great. The pool was clean.

The staff is extremely nice. The hotel is nice and my room was lovely. The free breakfast buffet and hour hour was amazing! I also really enjoyed the food!

The following review is still factual, although I dropped my star rating from a 4 to a 3. The GM of this hotel seems to be having convenient amnesia, by replying that I requested a room on the 4th floor....This simply never happened. With each request, I I kept stating I would take ANY clean room with two queen beds. I even mentioned this to GM personally twice, as I escalated my concern to him. (Rich, you told me you would call me right back with an update and and hour and a half went by with no call from you.....That is when I went to the front desk.) .....Disappointing response.

My kids and I checked in this property on April 5, 2018 for a four night stay. I am a Hilton Diamond member and booked the reservation months in advance with the request of an early check in. I called at 9:00 a.m. local time and asked if a room would be ready. I was told that the previous guests had check out of the particular room in which we were assigned, although it was not clean yet. My name was placed on an "early check in" list.

We arrived around 10:30 a.m. local time. The room was still not ready, so we stored our bags and I left my mobile number at the front desk. We headed to the pool and then the beach. Not hearing back from the front desk, I called a couple times throughout the afternoon. I kept being told that the room had not been checked by a supervisor yet. I continually let the staff know that we would take any clean room with two queen beds. At around 3:00 p.m., I called and spoke to Manager and duty and he told me he would look into it. After waiting in the lobby until 4:00 p.m. and seeing multiple guests check in, I asked to speak to the Manager. We finally made it into our room around 4:30 p.m. I get that is a resort hotel and that early check in is not guaranteed. I just found it odd that so many other people were able to check in before us. Maybe they were all Diamond members with early check in requests?

The only saving grace with the lack of communication and action around the check in process was that Trish at the Front Desk was very helpful and friendly. Later in our stay, I met Pat at the front desk. Wish she was working during our check in as she was very customer service oriented. Additionally, the Housekeeping at this hotel was excellent. The team kept our room very clean, made sure we had an ample supply of towels, and was quick to respond to our requests.

In summary the check in process and communication was very frustrating. Most of the other services were average. Thus, efforts by Pat, Trish, and Housekeeping saved my Rating of this hotel!

Love the setup of the suites. Plus a nice bonus to have made to order breakfast included and free happy hour drinks. Just across the street with private beach access!

Good was delicious!! Atmosphere is absolutely beautiful they have free drinks from 5:30 to 7:30 7 days a week. Have a beautiful pool and hot tub. There rooms are clean with plenty of hot water.

One of the nicer Embassies we've been to lately. The Embassies are aging and this one is no different. But here the outside pool is very nice, the bar is large and opens at 2 (managers reception 5:30-7:30). The room was clean and the beds comfortable. This Embassy has access to a private beach across the road and behind some condos.

Been there for a total of 3 weeks over the past few years. Always good service. Parking needs to be enforced though. Beach visitors are taking away spots from your customers.

Our stay at the embassy was amazing. The breakfast was really good. The happy hour was what we needed. The room, was like a mini apartment that included a living room. We were walking distance from the beach and close to the shopping outlet. The only thing I could complain about is the walls are thin. We heard a man snoring each night lol but we were so tired, they probably heard us snore too lol.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location! We stayed on the top floor and had perfect view of the ocean. In the morning we were even able to watch some dolphins from the comfort of our bed! The rooms were very clean and spacious and the hotel staff was incredible. Klaus at the front desk made us feel right at home the moment we arrived.
Over all we had a great stay and will recommend this location to any beach lover!

This is our second time coming here. The first left such an impression that I have wanted to come back for years. They have done a great job of remodeling the hotel. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent, spacious room at an excellent rate. Front desk and room service are also top notch. If you don't need to be right on the beach I highly recommend this hotel.

Truly another wonderful Hilton experience! They have done some renovations over the years which was a pleasant surprise. It is basically across the street from the beach so the location is excellent. The service was 5 star as always and I will definitely be staying here again.

On my 4th day. Not sure why the sheets are on the bed upside down.....I was hoping today's housekeeper would notice what yesterdays did but alas, no. Nothing like having a tag in your face at night. Great bartenders, great breakfast and kitchen staff. Please change coffee or add more grounds. Its really poor tasting. Coffee is the best part of the morning. Would stay here another trip.

The location is nearly beach side. You cross one road and walk about 50 yards and you're to the beach. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding with made to order omelets. The complimentary drink menu in the evenings was quite extensive as well. The rooms were what you would expect from an Embassy.

Excellent hotel for family. Breakfast is super awesome to have, you don't need to find a breakfast restaurant or eat the cereal and fruit all other hotels offer. We really enjoy this chain of hotels, always will recommend!

Hotel was remarkably clean, lobby, restaurant, and guest rooms were modern and comfortable. We had a great view facing the sunrise. Short walk to the beach, very short drive to the shopping outlets and restaurants. All in all, perfect location and perfect stay!

Embassy Suites in Destin is fantastic! My husband and I have spent 2 anniversaries there so when our daughter got engaged and wanted a beach wedding this is where we turned. Jill and Dean have been fanomonal at answering questions, and coaching us through the planning and prep process. Friday is the "big day" and I'm sure it will be wonderful. I can't thank the staff enough for all the help and outstanding customer service!

The hotel is located approximately 200 yards north of the beach which makes it easily within walking distance.
Free cooked to order breakfast (omelets, oatmeal, grits, eggs, bacon, ham, coffee, tea….)
Free “Happy Hour” from 5:30 – 7:30 which includes snacks such as chips, salsa, cookies, drinks (both alcoholic as well as non-alcoholic).
Digital check-in when used is a breeze and hassle-free.
The workout facility has free weights, a pull-up rack, various cardiovascular workout bikes, treadmills, elliptical, etc.

The check-out time is a bit early.

It's a beautiful hotel walking distance from a private beach. The lobby and bar area is very nice. The only reason I have four stars is that the room/bathroom could be nicer and the pool is rather small. I'm still very happy with it though.

Lovely atmosphere! We used my husband's rewards points and it was perfect for our family of 6. The bed was very comfortable, probably the most comfy hotel bed I've ever slept on. Breakfast was nice and had enough options so that you didn't have to eat the same thing every morning. Beach is right across the street with a private access. They had entertainment a few nights in the lobby for kids and they loved it. Kids also enjoyed the reception every night. Would definitely come back!

The front desk was as train wreck, everything else was great. I came in early and I knew the room would not be ready however I thought I would still try. The lady at the front desk said she would call me once it is ready. Guess what , no call. I waited in line again at 4pm when the room was supposed to be ready and it still wasn't. I go sit in the lobby thinking they would call when my room is ready, nope. I see all these customers coming in getting their rooms so I stood in the long line again and it was finally ready. Now the new girl at the desk just stood there talking to herself trying to figure something out for about 5 minutes and would not tell me what was happening. She had to get help from two others to finally get me my keys. She needs to connect better with her customers. Once we got to the room all was good. We walked to the beach across the street, very nice. It's in a great location. Fix the front desk issues and I would rate 5 stars.

What a great hotel. Recently renovated. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour will save you cost overall. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the room service.

Great hotel! The staff is courteous and quick to respond to requests. Breakfast and the evening reception are superb! Lovely beach. Only issue is that it's not in Destin proper, actually located in South Walton. Also, you have to cross a rather busy street to get onto the beach.

We had an awesome stay. The rooms are rather large. The sleeping and living areas had ceiling fans in them to keep everyone comfortable. Addition to the wet bar in the separate sitting area, there is a sink in the sleeping area. The front desk service, breakfast and evening reception was top notch! I highly recommend this Hilton ES location!

Love this hotel! This was our first time in this area and we will be returning here. The rooms are huge and clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, I just wish they would do sausage and gravy with the biscuits and had more variety of fruit, like watermelon or strawberries. The happy hour is great too, all the appetizers are drinks for free are awesome, my kids really enjoyed when they had Shirley temples with the appetizer.. and then the private beach is a huge plus! All around it has been a great stay for us!

This was the first vacation for my kids and I since my husband passed a little over five years ago. I cannot say enough about our stay at Embassy!
Rich and his staff were so welcoming and helpful! The breakfast was excellent!! The hotel lobby and restaurant area is beautiful.
Our room was extremely comfortable! The location of the beach directly across from the hotel is amazing!

This hotel was nice. The decor was good and everything was clean. Breakfast was great. There was even a magic show for the kids which they enjoyed.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very nice. Breakfast included a buffet and omelet station. Also 3 minute walk to the beach. Definitely recommend.

Lovely and right across the street from the beautiful sugar sands beach. Careful in the bathtub/shower though. The skid-proof bottom is not quite skid-proof.

Out door pool and hot tub. Hot tub wasn't hot and swimming in the water gave me a rash.
Other than that, my stay was okay. Good omelets ❤

Awesome hotel with friendly staff I have to say the friendliest we've met since our visit to Florida. We stayed in 3 different hotels throughout our stay in Florida and the staff here was by far the best. Great location just right across the street from the beach with a private access gate to go onto the beach.The breakfast was great as so was evening reception with complimentary snacks and drinks. The room was clean and considering we went during spring break and were towards the pool area we had no complaints of noise. Our family really enjoyed this hotel. if ever we are in Destin again definitely this is where we will stay.

First time there and so impressed. Arrived late, slept in and missed their wonderful breakfast. Went out to eat, came back and back to bed. Long trip and weird hours. I placed a do not disturb flag out so we could rest.

Really nicely upgraded interior, especially public spaces. Compares very nicely to other Embassy Suites, along with nice benefits of breakfast and evening reception. The location is great, with, easy access to the beautiful beach. Also, we felt the location in Miramar Beach was perfect for our visit, convenient to Destin, but in quieter location. A good value.

The hotel sent up a gift basket for the inconveniences (again, they didn't have to do that). The location ( 30 seconds to the beach), the friendly staff and super clean facilities was exactly what we needed in our stay. Thanks Embassy Hilton!

This hotel is right on the coast with private beach access. Once you go inside the hotel is very modern and grandeur. the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We came for a wedding and they even helped us take some family photos. Likewise, we did not want to leave the next day at checkout because the weather was beautiful. When we arrived it, they were offering FREE DRINKS. We arrived a bit late, but was able to take advantage of it for about an hour. They accommodated our request and we extended half day for half price. The breakfast in the morning has a variety of fresh choices and the chef also made omelets and pancakes per order. The rooms were neat and spacious. The cleaning staff were helpful.

Hotel has been recently renovated and is very well maintained. Rooms are large and furnished nicely. Breakfast includes an omelet bar and the evening reception is a bonus as well

Great hotel with convienent beach access. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. The atrium space made for a lively gathering space. The location is much quieter than Destin and would make a great family vacation spot. The hotel is also near the outlet stores with great shopping.

The location was great. Walking distance to the beach. Friendly staff and clean lobby. Our room was clean and quiet stay. My wife is a light sleeper and she didn't wake up at all. The next morning are a great complimentary breakfast; with made to order omelets, eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, juice, coffee, cereal, fruit and etc. They have a pool but we went to the beach instead. Also we enjoyed complimentary Wi-Fi. We had a great time in our family vacation.

Everything was great! The location is perfect, it may not be on the beach, but there is a small two lane road you walk across to get there. The room were very clean. The room I stayed in was a very upscale motel room. The service was good, all the employees were kind.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We were originally booked in a room on the ground floor in a back corner close to the staff area and dining room. Was very loud. But when we asked to move, we were promptly moved into a nicer room that was totally clean. Great service! Breakfast selection is great. Would definitely come again, even if you have to walk across the street to access the beach.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Room was well appointed and perfectly kept. Breakfast was top notch especially for being complimentary.

We had 2 nights in this hotel and enjoyed it every minutes of it. Private access to the beach is a plus. Our room is very clean and quiet. The staff are nice and courteous. Overall our stay is very memorable and definitely will return to this hotel in the near future.

We came and stayed at this hotel because a wedding reception was being held in the downstairs ball room. We arrived on at Friday for the weekend and left on a Sunday. I've put together my overall opinion of this hotel.

Pros - Nice location, not over crowded and the beach area in front was clean and relaxing. Really good selection of complementary breakfast foods and drink. Atrium is very clean and well lit. Management staff was very friendly and always said hi to you. Bartender is really friendly and knows his stuff. We received one free drink with room key, not sure if was a promotional thing with the wedding party though.

Cons - If it wasn't for the wedding I probably would not have stayed here simply because the rooms are overpriced. I had a little bit of work to finish up when I came on Friday and was disappointed that the internet is charged 10$ per day per laptop. Since my Husband and I both work it was 20$ a day for internet.Which was slow. Not to mention they screwed up our internet billing and charged us double then what we actually used per day. ( which got fixed after some hassling ) I also hope there is never a fire here. Only 2 small stair wells for the whole building. Our room was directly on the opposite end of the emergency exits. I don't take the elevator so I had to walk a considerable long ways to get to my room. Small staff and only one bartender working in the Atrium before we were allowed to go into the ball room which caused a huge line. Don't count on the pool here... very tiny and really pointless. Furniture in the rooms are out dated. I expected much better quality considering the price of the rooms. Also our air conditioning in our room was not working correctly, it was always a constant 75 degrees no matter what we did. You do have to share the beach with 5 other hotels. Wasn't a problem for us since it was a quite weekend... but do expect it to be a problem during peek holiday season times. Not much for kids to do here. Most of the children I saw were bored. Definitely need to provide them with their own entertainment.

The rooms are nice and service is great. Happy hour is very nice you must see Jim the bartender for the best drinks and service during happy hour. The voodoo wings are also great at the restaurant.

We just returned from our 26th wedding anniversary trip, and can't wait until our next weekend getaway! I would give it 6 stars if I could! We were treated like royalty. The staff was fantastic, and the room, breakfast, cocktail hour, restaurant fare and all amenities were world class! There were some renovations going on, and even the contracted workers were extremely professional and helpful. We hardly knew that they were there. Access to the beach can't be beat! And the ocean view made our trip!
