Very clean and friendly hotel. The staff offers great service and is helpful. Their breakfast selection and made to order breakfast options are amazing. The two bedroom suites are also very roomy and comfortable

4th floor king double room suite was great! a/c can get a little warmer than we set the temperature to in the king room but other than that, no complaints. highly recommend staying here!

Great place to relax and unwind. Morning cook to order breakfast gets the day started and the Manager's happy hour in the evening 2nds the day just right.

Building is undergoing upgrades with the climate system, so my room wouldn't cool off to my liking. I didn't complain - probably should have, but I won't hold it against them. The front desk personnel are always happy and helpful and I am sure would have addressed the issue if I had reported it.
My onenrecommemdation is more lo-cal options at breakfast.

I have been a guest at several Embassy suites and always have had a very good stay. The El Paso is clean and the staff are friendly. The manager's reception at this location has been sub par. Pretzels and chips can be found at any bar. This is not what I am used to. After discussing this with other guests, they were expecting the same more just like I was. The mattress in my room must have been very old as it had a huge crator in it that prevented even rolling over.

The staff were very friendly and professional. I could not believe how clean the room and the linens were. The large desk rolled out and can be used as a dinner table, the pull out sofa was large and comfortable, and free happy hour and breakfast buffet was so much more than I could ask for. After staying here I don’t think I will ever stay in any other hotel except this one in this city. Definitely a 5 star hotel.

The ac in the room sounds like it's working but it's not even blowing cold air. Fortunately, when we spoke to the front desk, they took care of the problem and accommodated us. The AC was fixed by the time we returned to our room! Customer service is great. The hotel is clean but parking here is a total nightmare. You have people from the surrounding restaurants and other businesses sharing the parking lot. Good luck parking anywhere near the hotel. Would we stay here again, absolutely.

First class hotel. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The temp was easily controlled. The breakfast has made to order items. Very nice experience.

This was a great stay and I would stay here again. The staff were excellent, both friendly and helpful. The made to order breakfast was great. A courtesy airport shuttle was a big plus. I didn't give five stars because the lighting in the room was too dim and there was not enough storage space.

Nice hotel pretty close to the airport. Great access to I10. As usual, they have a great breakfast and nice happy hour. Rooms seem a bit dated but comfortable.

Nice place to stay in El Paso. The location is easy to get to. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. As with all Embassy Suites, the breakfast was great. It is an older hotel, but has been updated. The rooms have the sink and mirror in the main room, with a door to the bathtub/ shower and toilet. All new facilites, furniture, etc. The evening happy hour had light snacks as well as drinks.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The cocktails are a plus! The staff was very helpful. The beds were good quality. The gym is above average. The pool can be a little warmer! But was clean. The breakfast is above average

The property is well maintained and very nicely equipped. The lobby and bar area looks great, the entire hotel is open air so you can look up and see the entire 8 stories, it’s a cool view. There is an open bar in the evenings which is very generous and the morning made to order breakfasts are very hearty. These two features make the price well worth it. The rooms are suites so you get a living room with a pullout bed which served us well. The central location also made most destinations no more than a 20 minute drive away. Will stay here again when I return to El Paso.

Room was great. It was making the reservation that was horrible. It took me an hour on the phone to make it and it went from $125 to $185 a night. What happened? I too bad making these reservations are so terrible. The shuttle was do helpful and the staff is awesome.

Typical embassy suites. They tend to be older but nice. Really dig the free breakfast with fresh cooked eggs made to order. I'm keto so I tore that up. My only complaint and the reason I gave it 4 stars is that the toilet and the bath tub share the same over sized space but there's only a light over the tub. That was annoying.

This place has friendly and helpful staff. They had a manager's drink special from 5:30pm to 7:30pm where you get a free drink during those hours. The only three negatives I have are that the rooms are not very quiet, the air conditioning was very load and the appetizers we ordered (nachos and chicken wings) reminded me of not so great bar food. Other than that this place has good decor, the beds are comfortable, and everything is very clean.

We stay here every time we visit El Paso. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the kids LOVE the indoor pool and the staff is exceptional. It's a bonus to have a great breakfast included in your stay. We love it here.

I have been very surprised by how nice the accommodations are. Beautiful suite. Obviously all completely renovated. Friendly staff. Free evening snacks and cocktails. Free breakfast buffet and made to order AM cuisine. Convenient location and a restaurant with other options on either side of the property.

As a first time guest in El Paso, it was very easy to find. The hotel and rooms were clean and modern and is very nice. Complimentary dinner and drinks was great and staff were friendly. I did reserve a crib and did not hear back a response regarding the crib until 12 hours later during the stay.

It was nice and clean. I was only there for a professional event, but it was still nice. The coffee provided for the seminar was delicious, and I don't like coffee lol. The employees were helpful in directing us to the meeting room.

Check in was prompt and courteous with free snack and drinks from 5-7. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a strange odor of old and must. The furniture is outdated and the restroom is very small. We had multiple flat screen television sets in our room that helped with the clutter of one TV. All in all the hotel room was ok. Definitely in need of some upgrades but as I said all in all not a bad hotel.

I completed my weekend stay and I have to change the 3 star rating to a four star rating. I rested so well and I enjoyed my sleep so much. The beds are very soft and very comfortable. The attention to guests is just right and the overall stay has been very well enjoyed. I definitely recommend.

Always enjoy my stay at embassy suites. There are among the best chains. The layout of the hotel and the rooms are all similar. love the fact that there are two-room Suites. The bed was very comfortable. I always ask for foam pillows but rarely do I get what I asked for but I Embassy Suites I was given the foam pillows

Room was facing I-10 so a bit noisy. Great breakfast even had a person to make you an omelette. Indoor pool and hot tub, plus a little gym. Great customer service.

Carpet is a bit... old fashioned. But, overall it was a great stay. Comfy rooms and really good free breakfast.

Great location, great spacious rooms. Rooms have an interesting layout but still doable. Can't speak on breakfast since I always sleep in. Happy hour was okay, definitely not consistent across the board...some embassy suites go all out. The chips were stale. The drinks were a little weak (No, I am not trying to get wasted, but I know how they should taste) I asked for two drinks that they did not know how to make. I use happy hour to experiment with drinks. Overall, I am always satisfied with Embassy.

It's always nice to stay here. I've been here 3 times and will be going back a fourth time!

Great place to stay for a small family of 4. Love that the bedroom is separated from the living area. The living room also has a large sleeper sofa for the kids. This a very clean well organized hotel with a nice gym that overlooks an indoor pool which is great for working out while watching the kids swim. The only issue we had was that the air conditioner needed repairs so we had to leave earlier.
Love this place and we will be back!!!

The air conditioners throughout the hotels weren't working the beginning of our stay but they were fixed. The staff was phenomenal. This included the food and beverage staff for breakfast, front desk, and the housekeepers that took great care of our room.

We had a good stay! Room was great, aside from a parking lot lamp that shined directly into the bedroom, so intensely that we had to draw the heavy curtains to be able to sleep. It's seriously bright enough to signal UFOs, haha! The front desk girls could use some customer service training too, but not too bad. The hotel is nice & their wine/snack hour is great! Rest of staff really friendly too!

Nice hotel, comfortable beds, huge rooms, decent complimentary breakfast. Free drinks and snacks in the evening! Gym is small but good for a small workout. Staff is nice and attentive.

The manager was exceptional. I had accidently booked my stay for the night before. He corrected the mistake and ensured I wasn't charged. The facility is new and recently renovated. Highly recommend it.

This was a perfect stay! We relaxed at the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. You can tell the hotel has been updated recently and it looks fantastic. We ordered food during the evening reception and that was good too. Embassy Suites are one of my favorite Hilton affiliate hotels. You won't regret staying here.

Perfect stay. Not one flaw. From the front desk to cleaning staff everyone and the amazing bar tender, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. It's hard for me to list but the location, happy hour and services were flawless. Don't expect a lavish pool or outdoor area but the inside and staff certainly make up for it. I will definitely recommend and return with my family. Thanks again!
