This Homewood Suites location is beautiful, located directly between 2 indoor shopping malls and an upscale outdoor mall all in close walking distance. It is also right off interstate 40 making it easily accessible for traveling. The rooms are very spacious, with a cooktop and full refrigerator. The beds were a bit firm for our liking, but still comfortable. There are 2 TVs, a small dining table, and sink also. The outdoor pool area was both beautiful and under used, as we had it all to ourselves for the bulk of our weekend stay. After reading all of that, their hot breakfast setup in the morning is still the best thing about Homewood. Every meal is different, but delicious.

Excellent stay. Wonderful staff and a very nice room- very clean and pretty much new. The breakfast was well maintained. Of course being in Uptown you're very close to LOTS of food and shopping- within walking distance. This will be my place of choice regarding a Hilton property.

This place is amazing! My kids and I stayed here one night and I wished we could have stayed longer. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were great. The breakfast was awesome!

I knew it was going to be bad when I saw the worn out carpet, dents and scrapes in the main corridors. This is a typical long-term stay facility. It's run down and you can smell everyone's cooking. I only stayed one night. The main reason I'm giving a generous 2 stars, instead of three, is the air conditioner unit. It's clunks on and off, waking all but the soundest of sleepers, and blows air directly onto the bed.

I reserve a 1 star rating for genuine fleabag motels. While this place wasn't very clean, it wasn't the worst I've seen.

Google has this place rated as 4.1 stars, which has confirmed for me that I can't trust the ratings I see online. I can't believe that actual customers rated this place that high, unless rating inflation has gotten so bad that people won't give anything a rating below 3.

I was just there to meet a friend in the hotel lobby which was clean. The pool was nice, the entire area looked well kept. Did not stay overnight.

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Soft bed. Swimming pool for kids to swim in after long hot day in the sun.

Lovely place but poor communication between the employees. We checked in and went up to the room. There were men doing repairs in the room. We said we would go back downstairs and change rooms. We were told to not that they would clean up and leave. The walls had been touched up and the caulking was fresh in the bathroom so we were told basically don't touch anything. The screws had been taken out of the tracking in the closet and were sitting on the floor. The dirty air filters from the a.c. were left leaning against the bed and we had to put them out of the room. When we talked to the front desk about it the gentleman blushed and said they would make sure things were fixed before the next person stayed in the room. That's it.... No real apology. It wasn't until I took the survey about my stay they sent to my email that I got an email apologizing that I was unhappy with my stay and hoping I would consider staying there again. The pool is tiny and they do not have trashcans near the pool. A large family were having pizza at the pool and all the kids threw their plates on the ground. My son cleaned up all the plates and took them to a trashcan outside the pool area on the other side of the courtyard. The bed was comfy though and the view of the sunset was nice from our window.

The hotel is nice, standard Homewood. Unfortunately they don't serve beer or wine at the evening social. Brenda was fantastic to work with!

Beautiful hotel. Clean. Modern. Looks like a tiny apartment with a huge bathroom. Will be using this when we come this way again.

The location of this property could not be better. Directly across the street from luxury shopping mall, ABQ Uptown, you can walk to pretty much any shop or restaurant you can think of. Rooms are standard and the ones I saw were clean but a little dated. They were undergoing a renovation in one of the wings to update the rooms. Free breakfast in the mornings was small but sufficient and the courtyard next to the outdoor pool was just lovely. The only issue I had was that we reserved a 2 bedroom suite, but when we arrived there were only 1 bedrooms left and someone had to sleep on the tiny couch in the living room.

Rooms are clean and fairly standard. Evening buffet style dinner, simple food, not much variety but... hey it's free.

Rooms are very nice and clean and well supplied. Great safe location. Everything within walking distance. Amazing complimentary breakfast.

"Conveniently Located"

The staff was friendly, with one exception.* The front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping staff were extremely friendly. Our rooms were clean and well supplied with toiletries. The cool air temperature was perfect for sleeping. This facility shows its age. Yet, it appears they are in the process of updating by sections.

Let's talk about breakfast. While the breakfast station was filled with the usually stocked foods, the temperatures for the hot items surprisingly ranged from cool to cold. All items in warming tubs were at room temperature, or cooler. After tossing my first cold omelet in the trash, and excitedly following an employee returning with a new batch of omelets, I found complete disappointment. It was cool to the touch. Again, I threw away another cold omelet.

*Instead of going without protein, I decide to kindly speak up. I requested the third omelette to be heated. The employee questioned me and responded with the reasoning of the cooled omelet to the patrons "leaving lids opened which causes the food to get cold". I proceeded to explain the batch was new and delivered by another employee and continued to imply that my omelet needed warming. He did not seem interested in making it right without a debate, but to just heat it up and see me on my way. I was only partially pleased he completed my request.

I would return for a room, but consider a warm breakfast elsewhere.

I just completed a 9 night stay at the ABQ Homewood Suites at Uptown. This is a great hotel in an excellent location right across the street from numerous Uptown shops/restaurants. The suites are spacious and in great condition. Check-in is painless, and general hotel services were performed well. Fitness center provides essentials that I enjoyed several times. I had two minor problems that were promptly addressed by hotel management. Breakfast is great with green chili routinely available. I have stayed here before, and I will stay here again.

This hotel is located in a great area, it wasn't too far away from anything. The rooms were nice, the service was nice, and the breakfast was a great bonus.

Great convenient location to lots of restaurants, shops, and a movie theater. Room was great and hotel met all my expectations. Will definitely stay there again.

Clean room, good condition, comfortable bed, good pillows, windows open (nice to get fresh air), good shower, low quality tea options, have had much better breakfast and dinner at other Homewood (roughly same stuff, but here it's poorly prepared).

Pretty nice place. Very convenient to stores like Trader Joe's and other shops. Walking distance to places where you want to go. Very happy with the room we got. They gave us the city view not the back of the hotel. The parking can be sketchy since I don't like seeing broken glass on the ground which means cars may have broken into. Other than that we like this Homewood suites that we have stayed so far. Pictures are taken at night.

Rooms are a bit worn, but the staff is very helpful and friendly. Quiet area, plenty of parking. Heating and cooling was a bit iffy (I had to move rooms because mine didn't work) but other than that, no problems.

Staff was friendly and the room was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Appreciated note left by housekeeping wishing us a pleasant stay, and the swans made from hand towels but otherwise everything was "ok.

Great room for the price with friendly/helpful staff. Great breakfast but the Asian take-out night less than satisfactory. I found it weird that there was no fan in the bathroom or towel rack near the vanity.

The front desk workers, where nice and courteous, the rooms are nice and spacious great location all the stores are in the right place easy to get to good restaurants good food great people great atmosphere.

We stayed here the night of 8/11/2017 on our way across the country and it was comfortable and clean. It is in a nice area of town with a ton of places to eat surrounding it. Bonus: it's really close to the breaking bad house!

My family and I initially stayed at another hotel called Nativo Lodge in Albuquerque before we found this one, and we had a horrible experience at Nativo Lodge forcing us to cancel early because of poor service and lack of room accommodations even though we had already paid our reservations 2 months in advance. Since we arrived to Homewood Suites, the experience has been so welcoming and positive. We enjoyed our remaining stay here at Homewood Suites very much, as it made us feel "right at home". We would definitely come back to this hotel every time we visit Albuquerque again!

The rooms are great! Loved most of everything! I was just sadly disappointed in the breakfast selection! They had cheap taco shells filled with eggs and sausage that were terrible, there was a few other common things but not a huge selection. Everything else was great, just not happy about that.

The Homewood sweets is a very nice hotel to put it incredibly lightly, the rooms are gorgeous, the staff are very pleasant, and there is plenty of places to go that are within walking distance. Would recommend

Great place, breakfast buffet very local including tacos! As always, beds are awesome! Could easy been 4 stars but only 2 carts for luggage available in the morning is unacceptable for this size of hotel.

Beautiful suites to stay with nicer views and good services. They also have various events for hotel guests in the evenings like game night, tea party etc. The breakfast was also good.

Good customer service and cleanliness. Free breakfast AND DINNER all week! (No dinner on weekends) The WiFi however was very sketchy, and the connection very spotty.

It is a very nice place to stay. The rooms feel like a home, away from home. It is surrounded by plenty of shopping centers, restaurants, and near the airport. I will definitely come back on my next visit.

Not the nicest Homewood I have stayed in. I didn't get bottles of water on check in. The wallpaper in my kitchen was bubbling off the walls. The smoke alarms went off when I showered. The location though is fantastic. So close to many restaurants and shopping.

It was a good experience overall. Plenty of space for our large family and was clean and well taken care of. I slept on the pull out couch and even that was fairly comfortable, above expectations.

It was very nice and clean but the remote control's hardly work with the tv's. And the channel selection could be better. Also the internet was down. Other then that if was fine.

Clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The kitchenette was supplied with basic kitchen items, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the pool was closed for the winter.

The room is nice but the wifi is very lacking. Overall the hotel itself is very nice it is the lack of wifi and acknowledgement of honors members that gave me cause to review

Nice quiet suites when you need more room for a longer stay. Not in perfect repair, but no deal-breakers. Very easy to get to from the airport and centrally located in the city. Convenient doing and restaurants in walking distance.

Homewood Suites by Hilton in Albuquerque, New Mexico is a great place to stay because the rooms are immaculate and the front desk service is very friendly and addressed any and all of our questions. The one thing that isn't so great about this hotel is the breakfsst. For how nice of a hotel it is the breakfast should have been up to standards.

Room was okay staff was very friendly, but the breakfast was horrible I only would eat the bagels and they were still ice cold and tough as rubber after toasting. The orange juice looked weird. The yogurt was a big tube of plain. I since I stayed at the same chain the night before I couldn't believe the 180 in the food that was given out.

No complaints. Just passing through so this location right off the highway was nice. Near several restaurants and the ABQ uptown area with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean. Adequate parking.

I don't think this hotel is up to the standards of other Homewoods. Seems like this was a retrofit of another hotel. Elevator is old and creaky, wallpaper by the elevator is peeling, one outlet in my kitchen has a scorch mark and doesn't work. Tv in the living room is terrible. Remote doesn't with well for me or my father in a different room. The rate was $100 cheaper per night than the Wichita location and it shows.

The location of this hotel is awesome though.. If you can handle some quirks, it's a good place. Hyatt place just built next door..

I book the hotel for all our company's incoming guests! The rooms are all suites with kitchenettes. It's right across the street from the ABQ Uptown shopping (includes a Starbucks!), just down the street from the Coronado Center Mall, Winrock Theater, several restaurants & Target (just in case you forget something). The hotel offers a free breakfast with all the favorites, & a homey atmosphere. If you need anything, the front desk is very helpful, & can direct you to what ever you may need.

I have honestly never been to a neater and cleaner hotel. The main room was like walking into a very big living room/dining area. It was wonderful! My room was comfortable and so clean! The maids do a fantastic job. I love the location as well. A shopping center and a mall. I was a bit in heaven lol! The staff was pleasant as well, but I wanted to point out one staff member in particular. There was a gentleman working on the 4th of July who made me feel at home. I don't remember his name, but he worked around 5pm-ish on the 4th of July. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor was very refreshing. When I come back through, i will stay here again.
