Loved our stay! Our room was fabulous!! We travel a lot for business, 1st time staying here and had told our company "book us here again" love the complementary "happy hour" wine, beer & tasty treats. Everything is very clean & polished. The hospitality team are all very hospitable 😄 seriously, very friendly & always smiling. The pool is pretty basic but very clean ( I do appreciate that)

They offer shuttle services & have a person in the lobby that can give you the low down on where to go. If you can treat yourself to a little trip across the bridge, go to Sanibel & and go eat at Cip's if you can go when it's light out, the whole area is beautifu!!l All & all we loved the hotel & our stay!

I would have given it a 5 star for overall happiness & satisfaction but...there was a boo boo that was so irritating, it cost the rating a star 🌟. I specifically spoke to the room attendant, for our room #104, this morning. I told her we were hosting a 2 day meeting, there, that ended at 4. That I was basically out of the room, but had a "do not disturb" on the door, BECAUSE we did not have to check out until noon. I told her my meeting would break for lunch at 12 & I had food in the refrigerator that I wanted to come back & get. That it may be a few minutes after but I was coming back to get it. I even ended with " is that ok"? She nodded yes, I said "ok, great, so... don't throw my food away" She nodded and said ok. At 12:05 I went to my room, she was just finishing the room, so she either she was in the room before noon or she cleaned it 5 minutes??? Smiling I went to the refrigerator to get my food, homemade baked ziti (I had been given btw) Instead I was given my tupperware which she pulled from the trash, saying an apologetic "oops".....Really? Why did I bother SPECIFICALLY speaking to her, the room attendant?? Because apparently it was waisted breath. I have to say.....that really did irritate me. The front desk did offer to comp a grab a meal from the side shop. I declined! Although I appreciate the gesture, a frozen Hot Pocket or pizza was not going to console my disappointment.... Homemade Ziti 💔.... bet it would have been fantastic. ..I'll never know

Excellent place to stay while visiting the area. Easy access off and win the Interstate. Close to the airport, shopping and attractions.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have been remodeled and are clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The morning breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy. Very close to the airport and to fgs you making a convenient, accessible place if you're in that part of Fort Myers.

This is a decent place.
The layout of the hallways with the elevators is weird ( all levels ).
It's easy to think there's only one elevator but one, is all the way to the back. Anyway *..
Our stay there was excellent. A suite with two rooms with its own showers, and one living room with a full kitchen.
Full Breakfast till 9 30.. ( was delicious 😋 ) It should be extended this time.
Pool, not big but acceptable. The location of this hotel is wonderful because cross the street there are plenty known restaurants to choose from and being served with quick walks

I hate when hotel bathrooms don't have exhaust fans! It makes taking a shower quite annoying since the entire bathroom gets damp. Other than that tho, everything was great! We found the place last minute on our drive from the airport to Ft. Myers beach. We didn't need the kitchenette since it was a short one night stay, but it would be great to have if we were staying longer. Everything was clean & the included breakfast buffet was just right - a great selection! The man at the front desk (sadly I forget his name) was super kind & super helpful! He found us a room last minute and made sure our price was not crazy. I was so very tired from being up at 2am to get to the airport, on only 2hours sleep :(, he made sure he got us in & settled right away! He gave us a few extra "free" waters and snack bars since I was too tired to make it anywhere for lunch. Very kind & hospitable, indeed! I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay too!

I love this hotel. 5 minutes from airport. It has free comp breakfast and dinner. The host are very nice.

Came from San Diego Ca to visit my best friend, for a girls weekend. WOW! This hotel truly made it over the top! Tom made it an experience I soon won't forget! Don't get me started on the breakfast! My Godness. Everything one could ask for, and more. The staff was warm and inviting, never felt like I was a bother. Friendly and helpful! Plan to return next year. Till then thank you for everything.

Stayed here for 3 nights for an event at the Germain Arena. Overall friendly staff, reasonable rates, clean rooms, and great complimentary breakfast and happy hour in the evening. Would stay again.

We arrived late at night. And they were very accomodating to us. Rooms were very nice for the price. Really good walking distance from a lot of nice restaurants.

Had a room on the fourth floor, a suite. Very well kept rooms, room service came in each day and cleaned everything up. Very quite, haven't heard a sound from another room. Sheets, towels, blankets have all been cleaned and changed daily. Spent 5 nights here, would recommend.

Stayed 1 night before an early morning flight. Everything was great. Only wished the continental breakfast would have started a bit earlier, we left at 5 am for a flight and the breakfast didn't start until 630am.

The hotel is very clean. The staff from management, front desk, shuttle and cleaning were all very personable and professional. My room made me feel like I was royalty!! They offered dinner and breakfast which was wonderful. I cannot say enough how wonderful a place this is to stay!!

The room had a full kitchen with full fridge, tv room and bedroom. Very nice room. Located right by the airport and a lot of restaurants and bars. Great service. The gym could be a little larger other than that it was great all around!

I stayed here in January with my friends for the second year. The 3 bdrm condo is very spacious and well appointed with a full kitchen, washer dryer and screen in porch. The pool is nice and salt water with restaurant service at your chair.

This is a very nice hotel the room is spacious and well appointed. The breakfast and light dinner are more than adequate. The Hotel is located near several healthy fresh semi fast food restaurants. Access to the University is quick and easy along with I-75. The only challenge for this hotel is the drive fto the beach.

Stayed here 4 nights over Spring Training and couldn't have asked for a better spot. Insider Tip: if you're with your guy friends, check out Twin Peaks; you'll thank me later. *Very close to RSW; room location was perfect up in the corner of the top floor. *Pool is wonderful, albeit warm.

Went there for a time-share presentation which was held in one of the conference rooms by a third party organization not affiliated with Homewood Suites. The conference room was clean, professional looking, and the free water was cold. Great job on the conference room Homewood Suites.

Friendly staff and nice rooms. The breakfast area can get crowded with the number of guests there for events. Also, the breakfast quality is sub-par for the price and expectations. If a Marriott Residence Inn is the competition, they need to up their game.

I don't understand the bad reviews for this hotel! We stayed for 7 days and everything was perfect. We had construction done to our condo so needed to be out for a week and this hotel provided everything we needed and more. It's close to EVERYTHING, clean, and best off all wonderful and friendly staff, they have a free breakfast with loads of options and free light dinner. We ( husband two young boys and myself) would recommend this hotel and stay again if we needed to. :)

Clean, nice area. Front desk employees unprofessional and seem to greatly lack proper training. Good breakfast & they serve dinner. I have not tried the dinner however. I travel for work and stay here 15 days a month for the past 5 months.

Clean, new and comfortable. Well-kept rooms, building and property, in a nice area, close to all dining and retail. I stay here for business travel, at least once a month. and i would not hesitate to bring my family.
