Our apartment was flooded by heavy rain. Since we have two cats needed a pet friendly place. Homewood Suites us such a place. Wonderful staff and service. The cats had fun. Daily breakfast was very good ever day.

We visit Reading regularly to visit family. The Homewood Suites is the ONLY hotel we want to stay at! Comfortable.... clean.... spacious rooms and friendly staff. We feel so at home here, we won't consider any other hotel. Oh.... the breakfasts are delicious, and coffee is offered ALL DAY!! What more can we possibly ask for??

Very nice hotel. It has everything you need for a home away from home. I stay here when I need to be in town for business for a while and want a good comfortable place to stay.

We chose to stay at Homewood Suites because it is our first time traveling with our 6-month-old twins and we needed more space than usual. Staying here was the best part of our trip! We had plenty of room for all of the babies' things and ours. It was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating!

Came to stay here for my wedding weekend. The rooms were amazing, the staff polite, and the personal little touches so sweet.

It was impeccable! The suite was beautiful. Very clean. The hot breakfast was great. The front desk was helpful. The outside pool area was clean and well lit at night. I definitely will be back for another stay real soon.

My stay was booked for two nights at one of their suites. My check-in was fast and very smooth. The suite was in great condition, very neat, clean, and spacious, and had several amenities provided. I highly recommend this place for your next stay!

These hotels are always setting the standard for accommodations when you look for a hotel... and I have to mention the the complementary breakfast is always a winner for me. But even more so at this location the staff is great and always welcoming, I definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

Rooms are very nice, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is AWFUL. Ran out of food in the middle of breakfast time. Most of the food was badly over cooked. Ran out of silverware and even plastic utensils. You are far better off finding cheaper accomodations, and going out for breakfast somewhere.

Very nice place. We got a complimentary upgrade for our room since they ran out of the one we paid for. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms and service are both great, and my room even had a fire place in it! Breakfast definitely could have been better though. The sausage was dried out and the selection is minimal.

The rooms are nice enough, spacious and comfortable, but the air conditioners only sometimes worked, the dishes were filthy, and we were moved from a two queen to a king without being informed. Most annoyingly, the staff seemed completely unconcerned.

Nice hotel. The full kitchen is very useful and they have free drinks and snacks every week from Monday through Thursday.

I recently stayed at Homewood due to having to leave our apartment for the night. Our stay was restful during a stressful period. The staff were all pleasant and welcoming. I truly felt like every staff member from cook to the cleaners wanted to ensure a great stay. The breakfast was very good, and I was surprised by the quality. The coffee was delicious. The only issue preventing me from giving this Hotel 5 stars was the less than pristine state of the shower. The shower wall was peeling and badly needed servicing. The state of the shower stood out in contrast to the otherwise well maintained facilities. In spjte of this, I would definately reccomend a stay here. Convenient to major roads and situated near an outside shopping complex.

A little on the expensive side, but you get a lot of bang for your buck. Both Breakfast and a Light Dinner. Massive rooms, with everything you need for your stay. Clean and comfortable. One of the nicer hotels I have been to. Only complaint would be parking, the Steak Place nearby eats up some of the hotel's parking.

Relatively clean room with a view of the pool area. Only two issues with my experience: the smell of bacon being cooked for the next day's breakfast getting into the room for about an hour, and the noise from the hallway. Perhaps another room away from the smell may be OK

Omg'osh!!! This place was awesome! Our 3 families stayed to enjoy a weekend and the Guest Services were happy to greet you coming and going; asked if you needed anything; gave directions that were on point when asked. I would go back again to visit them. We stayed there when visiting Christmas Village.

A year ago, my family & I stayed & loved this hotel! Free,full continental breakfast that was buffet styled. Had happy hour too. Rooms are very spacious, beautiful full kitchen with bar stools. Beds were so comfortable. 3 large flat screen TV's & we took our cat. Very clean. Only problem was the exercise room stayed full & it was small,thought it'll be bigger. Other than that, no problems.

We had a small group of 8 people meeting forn. New year's eve. Two were from out of town and had a suite. The living/kitchen area was nearly perfect for what we needed in terms of size, seating, and area for food and games.

Besides the centipede that snuck in my room, lol, the bed was comfy and clean, the shower was clean and had plenty pressure and hot water. The room was perfect and I would stay there anytime!!

Hotel was great. There were 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 older kids. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a large family suite that had 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and a sitting room with a full kitchen and sofa bed. 2 full bathrooms and 3 tvs - room was excellent! We took full advantage of the free dinner reception (food was average) on the Wednesday and Thursday evening - including 10 cent draft beers and wine!!! Outdoor pool was good. Big breakfast was good, as always at these hotels, things get a little frantic/busy with all the patrons, but was fine. Hotel is right beside a large strip mall with lots of shopping and restaurants. This was a great base for our look at Amish country, Lancaster is about 35 minutes away and to Hershey Park about 60 mins away. Staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel was neat and tidy.

This is a very comfortable hotel. Rooms are clean. Love the pool and outdoor kitchen area. Rooms are large with a full kitchen and separate living room and bedroom. Complimentary breakfast everyday with evening socials Monday thru Thursday.

This is a very good hotel with great rooms. almost every room is different than the other but there are short comings which really make you stay at this hotel miserable.
1. Internet sucks in this hotel. If you are working professional and you need internet then be careful while you plan your stay. Every time it gets reset while you are working on some important stuff. Even premium internet speed sucks so don't go by the words which say that you will get the premium wifi.
2. I am not sure how come they book a particular room months in advance for a particular person. I am not sure how does that work. I have been living in a hotel for almost four years and I have never seen something like this. Guest is standing in front of them and they say the room is booked for someone else. So they need to clear certain things like this.

I strongly suggest to improve the internet connectivity in this hotel if they expect people to live here for a while.

Amazing staff! This is my home away from home when I'm in town for work. Very clean and comfortable big suites.

The rooms were very nice and spacious there was a full fridge and dishwasher a garbage disposal and small stove top. There is a fireplace in the room and a nice whirlpool tub. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The drinks for sale in the lobby were expensive like water bottles and soda. Monday-Thursday they have complimentary dinner. There was a Texas Roadhouse in walking distance and a Target right next door too. We traveled 15 minutes to get to the Google Works art museum and there was a place called Crystal Cave nearby that looked really interesting. The room was very clean. There were two TVs. 24 hour coffee in the lobby.

My stay at the Homewood Suites superseded my expectations. From the friendly staff, the clean and spacious accommodations, to the morning breakfast buffet...it was by far outstanding! I'd definitely recommend this place and I will return when I'm in the area!

I took my boyfriend to Reading, PA for his birthday because Jerry Seinfeld was having a show. We stayed at the Homestead Suites which was a lovely experience.

The rooms were clean with plenty of space and the customer service was excellent. The staff is friendly and eager to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Clean, crisp, serene...what else can I say? Rooms are great, service was very friendly, lobby is gorgeous with the fireplace, library and open space. Cookies, meals later in the week. Definitely worth the extra bucks to stay. Excellent location near restaurants and away from the downtown bustle of Reading.
