Room was nice. Sheets wouldn't stay on the bed. Pool was dirty, with black leafy looking things on the bottom (indoor pool) Hard to exit the street at rush hour. They need a stop light there.

Room was very spacious. Staff was friendly, courteous, and engaging. Breakfast was tasty, and complimentary happy hour was just what was needed after a day on the job.

Great staff, very helpful. Room was a little dusty, like it hadn't been used in quite awhile, but was fine. Very clean other than that. Pool and hot tub were nice and upkept. Bed was comfortable. Overall, a nice relaxing experience, which is what I was after.

Location was close to interstate. Good food and friendly staff. Good internet speeds also. Would stay again.

Homewood is by far the hotel we judge all others on... Love this hotel, they did a remodel I'm not fond of, it's all white and looks way fancy like I need to get dressed up to have breakfast in the morning, but still same friendly service and wonderful amenities... Went to the hotel for a birthday party. Room was nice. Pool was very high in chlorine.

Room was ok sized. Went to a birthday party held there. Swam in the pool. Found glass pieces on floor near pool where little children were swimming.

The cleaning service was amazing. Rooms were beautiful. Had some trouble with the new key card system. Rodney Lee was extremely kind, courteous and respectful to us. Very well-mannered and just all-around helpful. Spent a fair amount of time in the pool/hot tub area and it was relaxing. I'd stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet hotel. I do have to say that the beds weren't too comfy to me, but I think that's everyone's own opinion to make.

I was very pleased to stay here at the Homewood suites. The rooms were very clean. The front desk staff where very professional and knowledgeable of the place to dine near by. Breakfast was good and their social hour during the evening was great. A definite restay for me.

Hotel is set up great for family's. Pool area is well kept and staff is engaged in all areas. The rooms are very reasonably priced considering the quality you get.

pretty disappointing for Hilton, rented room 301 Jacuzzi king suite for a few days. Rooms are very dated and carpeting worn looking. sofa extremely plain, gray and ugly. no recliner or "comfortable" chair. Towels were not soft. no extra towels with having Jacuzzi. hand towels small and I couldn't wrap my hair in them. There was no difference between this and most mom and pops we stay in. breakfast was plentiful but everything was way overcooked.and not kept hot at all. coffee pots in rooms are 2 cup maker n two cups of coffee is all you get. when they replaced it daily, they didn't replace creamer n sugars. the didn't replace shampoo and conditioner. beds were comfortable. we had a smoking room but there's no ventilation or Windows that open and it becomes stifling. I'd pay $50 bucks less next time and stay at a days in.

The hotel staff, the beds, the large bathrooms, the hot tub, the pool, and the location being close to the only Mall in the entire city (less than 4 miles I think) made it a stay that allowed me to work, the wife and kids to play/shop and for us to be on the highway to home within 1 mile. Did I mentuion how comfy the beds are? Be sure to notice the grammer, when reading reviews, as those with bad grammer usually have the kids who were responsible for pizza in couches; in the first place..

Nice pool and hot tub. The room was nice and the bathroom was big. Liked having a small kitchen and the breakfast and dinner was good.

I stayed on the 3rd floor in a two bedroom queen suite. It was really nice, we had a living room area a small kitchen, and a separate are for the beds. It was a decently easy location to get to, right off the highways. The staff was very friendly to us. The only things I wasn't impressed with was the blankets were pretty scratchy and the lobby closes at 11:30

Hotel is in a quiet area right off of the 229 and close to shopping and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. The only downside is the pool. It's supposed to be heated but is ice cold every time.

Great experience! The room was very clean and comfortable. Having a suite with a lobby and sofa bed made all the difference. Plus a full fridge and stove. Morning breakfast was also delicious. I didn't get to use the pool and gym, but the outdoor firepit was nice for a cold night. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice room. Separate living and sleeping areas, convenient kitchenette stocked with necessities. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Only downside is they don't serve breakfast until 7am so we missed out.

No words could convey the kindness of the staff at this hotel to our family as my wife was very ill. For five weeks, the staff at this hotel took care of us in many ways, and then sent flowers to the service to express condolences. The hotel itself is comfortable and roomy, the breakfasts and evening meals are fully adequate and tasty, and the service is truly outstanding. I will never forget the kindness of the staff at this hotel during a very difficult time. They were wonderful.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Room was clean and so spacious! Room was big enough to allow several parents to gather in one room to visit. Good breakfast in the morning. One of the parents in our group said, "I don't know why we haven't always stayed at this hotel."

The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff were all very friendly, our cleaning lady even left us a note. Breakfast was good every morning, the rooms are very nice. Also there are resteraunts nearby for food options

My family stayed here while visiting and absolutely loved it. Very clean rooms, professional staff. One lady even brought us out some snacks when we were playing games in the lobby later in the evening, just because :) definitely would recommend people stay here, the suites are very roomy as well

I was there for an event. The room that was provided was well let and had plenty of room,if a bit cold. Coffee and water we're provided throughout the day. Overall a pleasant experience

Hotel in general was good. We were given a handicapped accessible room with had a wheelchair shower which was not ideal for my 6ft tall husband or my young children. Also the entry dog was not square and drug on the ground making it extremely difficult to open and close the door. Breakfast was decent. Pool area could have used a cleaning.

I have stayed here at least 5 different times and have always given 5 stars. This particular visit I had several 'issues'. Each separate but accumulated left me a little disappointed. Hotel is Very Clean and room very nice especially as I've stayed in more "swankier" hotels with a high degree of "I paid this much for this?". All and all this is a great hotel centrally located in Sioux Falls

It was right off the interstate. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They have food and beer and wine from 5-7. The free breakfast was good waffles eggs sausage hash browns.

Clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast was better than most "free" breakfasts. Staff has been friendly and informative. I definitely will stay here in the future. Oh almost forgot, free beer and wine between 5 and 7 Monday through Thursday.

The staff were friendly and courteous. We were greeted upon arrival. There was a mix up with the keys which was quickly resolved. Many nice options for breakfast. The room was quite comfortable, although I would have preferred a firmer mattress. I would definitely stay there again.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were modern and clean. We had a river view room, which cost a little extra and was probably not worth the extra $ because the view in winter is not that great. The underground parking was free and very convenient.

Oh I loved the atmosphere right away upon walking in to this hotel! If you are looking for modern you are at the right place! Staff very friendly, nice big pool with hot tub, rooms have kitchens- very functional, and the banquet room where ee spent most of our time offers a nice space for hosting parties.

The suites provide everything you need. The separate bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is newly remodeled. A nice place!

I always stay here when I travel to Sioux Falls for work and it's always a great experience. It's a bit cheaper than a downtown hotel, rooms have a kitchenette, and they're currently in the process of updating to give the hotel modern furnishings (seems mostly done). I've never had anything but excellent customer service here either.

Room was nice and clean and had excellent service. No issues with the staff or my room.

However the walls and ceilings/floors in this hotel are too thin. Normal volume conversations in the hallway can be heard clearly in the rooms and you can hear people in the rooms next to and above you. The plumbing is also unacceptably loud, you can hear your neighbors showering and flushing their toilet. If your fellow hotel guests are quiet this wouldn't be a big issue, but when you are in a room below what appears to be a herd of elephants with IBS waking you up at 5:30 in the morning with their stomping and constant toilet flushing while children throw temper tantrums in the room next door it can lead to an unpleasant stay.

It's in a Great part of town with quick access to many different things such as good restraunts, bars and near stores. The rooms were well kept and clean and spacious with many different things in them

It was very nice. The stay was only for one night but everything about the service was good. We stayed in another Homewood in Wyoming and it was as good as this one. Even the people who help you to check in were friendly and even laughed at our jokes. After driving for the whole day it was worth it staying here.

Maybe others are used to loud air conditioning / heaters all night every night. Sleep was difficult. We even got comped a free night. Well, $150 back. Yeah, that fixed nothing... Maybe a breakfast made from powdered eggs and odd smelling bacon, coffee that looks like it was run through 3 times is ok for others. The rooms are ok, two separate rooms. If you want to watch TV in one room, don't expect anyone to be able to sleep in another room. Thin walls (same reason why the a/c can be heard all night).
Staff makes excuses for EVERYTHING. Hot tub did not work even after lying about someone pushing the emergency off button. Then told that the staff had to go to the emergency room after acid got on him. Why does the guest care about the operational challenges? We can't get our vacation time back. The next day, still didn't work after we were told it was being fixed now. Same cold water. If it didn't cost $500 to leave and fly out today, we would.

Very modern, clean and friendly. Rooms are spacious but the mattresses, especially the sleeper sofa needed some upgrading. They have a great continental breakfast with ample room to sit and eat. I would definitely stay here again.
