Bots must have written the positive reviews. I travel frequently for work and stay at numerous other Homewood Suites and Hilton locations and this location should be avoided. Currently staying here as my wife and I are in town for a wedding. The common areas and halls are dirty and unkempt. The room we were given upon check-in was not the room which I selected when checking in on line. Instead the room we were given looks like it hasn't truly been cleaned recently, someone else's hair all over the shower and sink, mold in the bathroom, scum in the sink of the kitchenette. General grime. All of this discovered after putting our infant down for bed after arrival so no real chance to request another room. Doesn't appear to be much "management" happening here.

I've been traveling a lot lately and I must say this was an outstanding example of what a genuine welcome should always be. Fast check in. Outstanding room, so nice! Wish I were staying for more than one night. Great service, great location, clean, and very comfortable.

The room that my parents had was grand. It was like a miniature apartment with a balcony. I was impressed. The pool is indoors too.

Super clean and modern. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast choices. Loved the recycling area that is available for guests on each floor and in the rooms. Great water pressure for showers. Slept good.

Great service, comfortable food and in a perfect location. I constantly stay at this hotel for work and never have any issues. Parking is great as well.

Had my daughter's birthday party in the pool here, after calling around to other spots, this one was the most welcoming and eager to please. Totally great experience :-)

hotel was new, clean and quiet. i usually stay at the Embassy suites next door, but it was not available. this hotel is better A/C unit not as noisy and bed more comfortable

I put my in-laws there. Was so nice started to give them my crib and stay there.

Place was clean and friendly, but my room smelled like breakfast in the morning and the cooking of happy hour also came into my room. Must shave been right by the kitchen vent. Room #210.

Fantastic service! Comfortable rooms with thick walls, so even though you're by the airport, the planes aren't that loud. I forgot something in my room and they shipped it home to me the very same day. Will definitely be coming back!

Needs more cleaning in the dining area. Carpets are always dirty. The shower the curtain smells.. other than its a nice stay

Nice hotel. All suites with separate living area and sleeping area. Includes kitchenette in every room. Breakfast every day and a dinner included with stay. Dinner is Monday through Thursday only. Dinner menu changes daily.

Located 15 mins from downtown and 5 minutes from the airport.

This location has an indoor pool. Not treated with chlorine!...viva le bromine! Also has a business center, outdoor basketball court (they have basketballs and footballs to borrow) small fitness center, and large common areas.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and zero complaints from this Diamond member! Would definitely recommend to any traveler and will stay again when in the area.

Room and facilities are average and can't complain, but the service deserves special recognition. Both the lady who checked me in around 2pm and the gentleman who was working around 8pm on 6/26 were extremely hospitable and professional. Guest service can often come off as phony or excessive, and both of these employees have the personality and professionalism for supervisory/management responsibilities at any hotel brand.

Very clean, and the staff was great. The location is near the airport, but still close to downtown. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was fine but dated, but the 6:00am breakfast still was not ready by 6:30 and staff was not even apologetic about it. I finally left to check out so I could make my meeting downtown at the Hyatt. Had breakfast there.

Rooms were clean, but didn't feel like there was any attentive care to detail. Found dust in spots. Management staff felt uppity and stiff. Seriously comfortable bed and rooms are still packed with many amenities.

The room was ok. Strangely proportioned, but fine. Staff was very nice and breakfast above expectations.

Room was clean and quiet. Parking was well lit. Door handle only worked in one direction. No room upgrades available, which is rarely the case at Hilton properties. A little dated as well.

Very nice modern hotel close to the Columbus Airport. Nice courtyard with gazebo for sitting outside and having a beverage. Hotel is modern and updated with a mini store inside for items needed while traveling.

The air kicks on and it is very loud, which makes it hard to sleep.

The staff is very nice (I can't stress how nice and accommodating they are). I am a vegetarian and they went out of their way to provide me with vegetarian food at breakfast and at the evening socials (particularly Shanna, she was very helpful and friendly). The rooms were clean and comfortable as well. I stayed here for quite a while, working on a project for my company, and throughout that entire stretch of time I was not let down or disappointed by the hotel and it's wonderful staff. Location is also good, very close to the airport and the awesome Easton Town Center (a large outdoors and indoors shopping and dining plaza).

Good location, but the hotel overall is lackluster. Bright white lights in the room that aren't relaxing. I would prefer a Hampton for their breakfast. But, the staff was very polite. I would stay again, but prefer the Embassy Suites across the street.

I really enjoyed this place because the staff members made me feel welcomed! This hotel offers free Orange Taxi's to and from the airport when the Hotel Shuttle is not operating! This was a huge plus!

When traveling for business I prefer Homewood suites for their breakfast and suites.

Staff was very nice and welcoming.
