The staff was friendly, polite, and very helpful assisting with the booking of my rooms for my family and the rooms are amazing and very clean. I recommend this place to anyone who is interested in this hotel.

I had no idea how nice it was untill I got there!!! I was so surprised and happy with the way it was laid out! It's honestly like you're at home! The idea is fabulous and so are the accommodations! This is where I'll be staying from now on when I come to visit my parents in Dallas

I left in a rush and forgot a 50 dollar pillow still in the box and over 600 dollars worth of jewellery in the suite. 2 rings that belonged to my great grandmother that cannot be replaced and they kept telling me they would call me back. I told them exactly where they were left and never heard from anyone. I called in 3 times and never heard back. So if you stay there beware and do not leave anything. They will keep it. The jewelry meant a lot to me and now it's gone. I know it was housekeeping because of where done off the items were left. Thre room was nice though.

We had an amazing experience here. The rooms were very spacious and my family loved their complementary breakfast. Anthony took such a good care of us. Hats off to his hospitality.

Nice room. Quite. Roomy. I would definitely stay here again. We asked for rooms close together and that wasn’t possible but everything else was perfect- Good Job!

Let me start by saying that I've only stayed at 2 Homewood Suites. The fact that I liked the 1st one {in Colorado) is why I even considered it here. The property here consists of several buildings. While I read that it's been renovated recently, I found the carpet in the hallway of the building I stayed in to be colorful but holding a musky smell. The room itself is comfortable. The air conditioner wasn't really cooling down to 72 and would go on all night and it's loud. The bath room is a joke. You have to step into the bath tub if you want to close the door. Saturday morning breakfast was meh. Wet scrambled eggs, overcooked sausages and a bland unequally diced potatoes were the main parts. There were no pastries but plain bagels were available. On the whole the free breakfast wasn't appetizing.

Nice spacious updated suites for reasonable price. Breakfast in the morning and snack in the evening included. Comfortable lounge chairs with pillows in the common area.

Places was really nice. They just had little thing they need fixing. Like the light on the shower. But the breakfast was great and all the people there were really nice

It was undergoing renovations when we stayed. We didnt eat breakfast during our stay. They were painting the lobby during breakfast hours and we had no desire to inhale paint fumes while we ate breakfast. The bathroom in the room was not well thought out because it is WAY too small. I had to stand in the shower in order to close the bathroom door and take the toilet paper off the roll to be able to use it. Otherwise, we had a comfortable stay.

The construction was a bit of an ordeal. Even the rooms that were finished still had some issues. The door not closing well, etc. The staff was good.

The management and staff are very professional. The food is very delicious. The rooms are ALWAYS clean and smell good

Homewood suites was amazing! My family and I stayed here for two days, loving every moment!
The rooms were well lit, not overpowering and extremely clean!
Staff is extremely friendly and the complimentary breakfast was great. They offer a wide selection of food to choose(various brands of toast, cereal, waffles, bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, juices, condiments and more!)
Overall great stay and I didn't want to leave.

Good, quiet place in hidden area. Really cheap for a suite for a group of 8 adults. I would recommend this place if you're going in groups or family.

Nice room in a nice apartment style complex. It's a little spread out and some of the rooms are being renovated. The breakfast was very nice and the room was spacious.

Though a bit pricey for long term, (89.00 a night, single person). Its probably good for a family. The breakfast daily is really good, complete. The 4 day a week " meet and greet" is really supper and that's healthy and complete. It is safe and quiet.
The employees are helpful, kind and polite. I had absolutely zero problems which after 3 weeks of stay is nearly unheard of in the hospitality industry. I rate it a 5 and would have gone higher.

Staff is friendly. Buildings have a unique design but rooms are still the standard layout you expect from Homewood. Kitchen facilities are old and need to be refreshed but otherwise this was a nice place

The room was large with a kitchennete, couch, two TV's, table, and nice comfy bed. Drawback was it smelled a bit musty. There was a happy hour every day (I think m-th) with free wine/beer and food. The staff was very nice. The breakfast bar was great. Wifi was ok.

Not a very nice hotel at all. The room and the entire building reeked of cigarette smoke. Carpet was also very dirty in the room. Employees were very rude, and seemed to have a very bad attitude. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We have stayed here for 25 plus years, probably paid the mortgage several times over. This trip was bitter sweet; an end that is disappointing.
They're allowing greed to deteriorate the wonderful assets they have. So sad...but will be our last stay unless there's a major overhaul. Moldy smell, a dog chewed up both ends of the ottoman, the covers had a cigarette burn (no smoking building). This is above and beyond wear and tear. Disappointing.

Decetlnt location, staff was friendly. Right next to street, well main street. Traffic can be noisy. But good beds and good showers for the money.

Room was clean. Restroom were clean. Everything was available in the room. Beds were comfortable. I. Had no problems at all.

Overall it's an okay suite, the AC is a bit louder than I'm used to, and it's in the bedroom, I can't sleep with it on. The bed is firm, there were two types of pillows, small firm and large soft. The shower and toilet are a little crowded, the shower is a little narrow, but the head is high, no bending over to get under it, which was nice. Couch, couple chairs and desk, fridge, microwave, sink.. What you would expect of a suite. Nothing impressive, just what you'd expect.

Me and my family arrived at the Homewood Suite on Friday and my daughter 14 and son 15. After staying with this hotel every year, you would know the layout of the room. I noticed that they didn't have the lounging chair that my 14 year old daughter like to sleep in. After speaking with the attendant at the front desk. He went out the way to get maintenance to bring the chair up to the room. Mind you je had customers giving him a hard time, alone with getting two pilots to the airport on time. On Saturday night, someone was having party, beating on our room door at 3:45 & 4:15 in the morning. After filing a complaint with the same attendant, who was able to get on duty manager to speak with me. Before checkout both the attendant and the on duty manager send us away with a smile. They professionalism will take them along way. And I will continue to stay at this hotel.

The customer service is really great. Very friendly and polite staff. The have a delicious full fledge breakfast and have a variety of refreshments including beer and wine every evening from Monday to Thursday which was the best part. I got the room on the backside but next day upon request Betty provided another room which in my opinion has the best view and I really enjoyed my stay. Took one star off because everything is old like literally very old and pillows were worn out so I got neck pain but still they try to make your stay very comfortable.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. The rooms are nice and there's so much to do on belt line road!

The suites were nice. They have a night front desk agent named Brian who was the absolute best person I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

The service has always been great. But compared to the other Homeworks suites by Hilton. This one looks old and not as modern as the others I have been to. And the WiFi is really bad and breakfast isn't much to write about.

This place is musty and looks like it belongs in the 70s. The night auditor is nice guy, but the hotel isn't worth it.

This was a nice hotel to stay for the weekend for the rate. It does need some updating but other than that it is a friendly place. Loved the complimentary breakfast and the attentiveness of the staff.

Decent suites if you need to stay somewhere for a few days. Furniture is a little older a little worn but very clean. I stayed there because they had a smoking room available which most Hilton Hotels did not anymore so that was a definite plus for me.

The decor and furnishings in the room were getting a bit dated. The outdoor buildings setup was also a bit of a pain in the cold/rain. Can't park too close to the building.

The suite was nice and while there where issues with my reservation due to a missed connection flight I was able to get it resolved after contacting the genreal manager.

I would have to say the breakfast and evening welcome at this Homewood suites was not as well taken car of. I would just stop and get a drink and eat else where. Also the plugs in my room lamps were not working, and probably a fire hazard.

The staff are absolutely superb. The room is very nice and in good shape. Besides the yapping dog a few doors down, there's no issues with my stay.

The TVs are a little older, but still get the job done. Internet speed is average for this hotel chain.

I'm a guest at a different Homewods... was visiting a coworker at this one. Sitting in the lobby I could here problem after problen with check ins. Made me glad I wasnt in this hotel. Even though my hotel had charged my personal card for my 13 day stay instead of the corporate cardm

Our stays are always enjoyable. The rooms are clean and the staff in the front is always very friendly. There is plenty to choose from from the free breakfast. Would recommend.

This hotel looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1980s but it is acceptablly clean despite the need for updates. The full breakfast is a plus as they use real eggs, not powdered like most hotel breakfasts. Also the free evening food/social hour is an added bonus. This was on the cheaper side of extended stay hotels in the Dallas area and if price is your main concern this is a decent place to stay. Staff have all been friendly and helpful as well.

It satisfies the need of a place to sleep, but that's it. It's night very nice... Kind of dingy. The walls are thin so you hear everything your neighbor says. The worst part is the bed is WORN OUT. There's a whole in the middle that you have to lean against to keep from rolling into. I swear I never have any issues with beds, but this is hands down the worst bed I've ever "slept" on. It's 1AM, and I can't sleep my back is aching so badly. Never will stay here again.

The rooms are very nice and roomy, the breakfast spread is fantastic and so are the weekday social hours. Great food and free wine and beer! The staff is very kind and accommodate you as best as they can. They even got me set up with a limousine shuttle service to go to the airport! Talk about great service! It's also in a prime location, many choices to eat at only a few blocks away. Room is cleaned daily, dishes get rain the dishwasher if I am too much in a rush for work and I just leave them in the sink. I'd definitely book here again!

Some staff is friendly, but some staff not. I book a nonsmoking room, but I get a freaking smoking room. Horrible experience. Even I fell my room is dark and dirty.I don't like this hotel.
