A good place to stay for the fair. It's got good food, be it breakfast or supper. Outlets are a little scarce, but that's okay. Uh my room's bathroom door doesn't fully close but that's fine, it's just the little nobby; the door closes but like doesn't click but that's okay too.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Rhoda went out of her way to assist in the business center and even printed out documents for me while I enjoyed a good breakfast. Rooms were comfortable as well. I'll definitely return whenever I need to visit the area.

Comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath suite to accommodate 6 of us. Large fridge, 2 burner stove and dishwasher made kitchen easy to work in. One elevator stopped working but was fixed later in same day. Customer oriented. Hot breakfast included hot cereal, eggs, potato sausage mixture and a variety of rolls. Across street from Mall of America, easy access. 10 minutes to airport.

Pros:The rooms were clean and location to everything was great...

Cons:
-Staff is not all on the same sheet of music, different information from each person I spoke with.
-Need to show me where it says 20% down on each nite of your stay that is refundable.
-received a receipt at checkout with a credit that stated $503 and change but my online statement today showed $689. Put everything on paper once transaction is completed at checkout so everything checks out. My in hand receipt and pending account charge should not differ at all. That’s almost two hundred more dollars.
- I enjoyed the hotel but cannot stay here again. Besides the GM, the prior staff was not Veteran friendly in my opinion. I just don’t understand how you can reserve a room one day and by the the time you get there multiple things have changed and no one knows anything. This is unsatisfactory. My name was even misspelled.
- They also tried to charge us $174.00 each night when the person that took the reservation clearly told me 174 for the first night and 134 for the following two nights.

**Two retired veterans with over 45 years combined of active duty service and 7 years of combat duty and this is how we get treated at a supposedly upscale hotel on our anniversary weekend from Colorado Springs, CO. Not even gonna get into my service animal ordeal that had to be taken care of by the GM which was very nice and attended to us immediately after being notified. I just hope my account is cleared up so there are no more issues.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. These employees are very welcoming. They were helpful in tracking our missing belongings. I will visit the establishment again.

The hotel rooms are dated but nice. Very comfortable beds. The evening reception doesn't serve drinks like some Homewoods but the food was better. The patio is very nice and did a great job of providing an oasis from the mall and airport.

Awesome place with their style of breakfast and sometimes happy hours . Jason was the best! Loved his spirit and he was super helpful and friendly.

Lovely suites, the bedroom doors block off substantial amount of noise and make the living area easy to use when guests are sleeping. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, dishes, stove, and full refrigerator including an ice-maker. Black-out curtains work wonderfully and the air conditioner works great within minutes of being turned on. Bedroom also includes a ceiling fan.

The breakfast is tasty, including eggs, sausage, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, juices, and hash browns. Also provides cucumber water near the front desk throughout the day. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Shuttles are also available by request for the Mall of America.

Wonderful place to stay! Conveniently located within walking distance to the Mall of America or take the free shuttle bus to the Mall of America or anywhere else in a 3 mile radius. Never miss a flight with shuttle service to and from Minneapolis-St. Paul International airport. This is the place to stay amazing staff, free breakfast every morning.

Hungry for Dinner? You don't have to leave the hotel Monday through Thursday nights as evening "light meals" are complimentary. By all means the meals are not light. Fresh salad and soup every night with rotational menu ranging from pork sliders to chicken fried rice to stir fry to burritos and more.

Your in room kitchen has all the necessary pots, pans, silverware and dishes needed to cook any meal should you get the urge to cook up some homemade yummies. Gym, laundry, and pool helps this place feel like home no matter how long you are here.

Liked the location. Visited out of town guests who stayed there. The pool is a bit small and there honestly could have been at least one more elevator. I was a bit confused while trying to locate a room but otherwise, it is nice and clean.

Was worth every dollar...the king suite was simply perfect. My wife is highly critical of just about anything but she had nothing bad to say about this place. The meals were great, the pool was great, the proximity to MOA was great, the service was great. I'd highly recommend this to anyone wanting to feel at home away from home.

We chose this place die to its proximity to the Mall of America. Rooms were nice and decently priced. Kitchen area in the suite we stayed in was nicer and larger than expected. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

Great value for what we were doing in town. The shuttle was very convenient and a much appreciated service. The breakfast provided great options for people as did the light dinner. The only downside was the chlorine level in the pool. We swam on our first night and our eye were still burning on day three. We did not go back to the pool after that first time.

Staff was very friendly. Kitchen is excellent in room. Free dinner Monday through Thursday is amazing. Parking lot was in very poor shape. Overall, good experience and I would stay here again.

Nice place. Only annoying thing was there is no ice machines and it is delivered to your room. Had to call twice for ice and it took them 50 minutes. Also house keeping came in the room at like 7 or 8 when we were still in there.

The homewood suites was very accommodating with our 5 am flight and helping with that, park and fly, making us to go breakfast and so much more. We flew back from Denver and the shuttle was at the airport to pick us up within a couple minutes of my calling them to tell them we arrived. When we arrived we realized our keys for our personal car were left on the key chain in our rental car in Denver. Kristie at the front desk was so helpful allowing us to hangout while we tried to have another key made so we could drive the 4hrs home. She was so positive and uplifting with her attitude and was incredibly helpful with everything. Putting our luggage away so we could go and get food and letting us hangout in the lobby until everything was squared away. Amazing service and definitely recommend the hotel for their great service and staff, especially kristie (sp?). Thank you guys for the wonderful service.

Lovely, newly renovated conference rooms. Perfect for small confrences or corporate meetings. The breakfast/lobby area is inspired, beautiful color scheme, great variety of seating. Coffee is great, too. Book it! Conveniently located across from the mall of America! Wonderful parking, with restaurants within a stone's throw.

Stayed here for a few nights. The room is renovated nicely and the front staff were wonderful. The location is good, a few eateries nearby and shuttles to MOA and airport. There is a full kitchen you can make some meals. The pillows are not so comfortable and don't give me good support. The noises coming out from the heat vent and the fridge were quite annoying for my sleep, especially if you are sleeping in the sofa bed in the living area. Breakfast was good.

Nice rooms. Doing some remodeling so things look new. Beds were comfy and breakfast was good.

I stayed here for two weeks a year and a half ago while looking for a place to live as I just moved back to town. I wish I had been able to live there permanently. My room was fantastic it was big it had its own bedroom and it was possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and had the most comfortable pillows I've ever slept with. My parents have stayed here also and thoroughly enjoyed it. The evening meal that they serve is not something I would count on for dinner, do yourself a favor and go across the street to the mall or down to TGI Fridays instead.

We received a voucher for this hotel when our flight was cancelled and we had to stay in Minneapolis one more night. Their airport to-and-from shuttle service is great (operates 4:30 am to 11 pm). Staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating (our vouchers were printed incorrectly by Frontier and instead the hotel staff accepted them anyway), they even printed our boarding passes for us in the morning. The front reception area looked a little shabby and parts of the hotel were under construction so I wasn't expecting anything nice out of our stay, but I was wrong. Our room was clean and modern and the kitchenette was very well supplied with dishes and cookware. Really quite a comfortable stay despite our unfortunate circumstances.

Front desk people are friendly. Cleaning staff make you feel at home. Manager's Reception is very good selection and the food service staff bends over backwards to make sure you are happy and we'll feed.

The suite we ordered and confirmed 2 days prior was given to another family. The one they gave us couldn't accommodate us so they have us an air mattress which deflated by morning. The hotel is going through much needed renovations. Breakfast was good. Staff were really friendly and accommodating.

Enjoyed our experience at the Homewood Suites. From the time at check-in to the nice fully functional one bedroom suite with kitchen. Everything met our needs. The breakfast was good and filling and the evening meal (Mon - Thurs. Only) was satisfactory. This was a great benefit for our stay $$$. We will say here again and recommend this hotel to others.

The room was okay, however it needs some updates the beds are very uncomfortable and the room has a musty smell. I had to buy scented candles in order to stay in the room. If are like me and enjoy staying in luxury hotels be advised this is not one of them but the location is great and it's reasonably priced. There's also a very happy and friendly staff waiting to greet you and help make your stay enjoyable.

Huge lobby area. Breakfast is decent except for the baked liquid "scrambled eggs". Nice pool (no nearby bathroom) and courtyard. Airplane noise is to be expected but the rooms are pretty well sound-proofed.

Staff is amazing! My daughter left her stuffed dog on the bed when we left for the day and when we came back that night our maid had him on a pillow covered up with a blanket and a candy next to him. It was really sweet! Thank you Homewood Suites for making our stay so enjoyable 😊

Pretty clean environment. The pool was nice to swim in. The beds were very comfortable. The room did not have an oven, but they had a decent sized fridge, a microwave, a coffee pot, a toaster and a dish washer.

We had a wonderful experience. Slept very good. They served us dinner and breakfast it was great. The front desk staff very nice. I think it can use a little upgrade on the carpet. Other then that it was beatiful.

The front staff is great, location is awesome the only thing bringing this Hotel down is the housekeeping. Ceiling fans were so dusty I had to clean them myself. The food is also decent.

Its OK. Not as nice as other Homewood Suites I have been to. It definitely needs a renovation. Staff is friendly. The location is convenient since it is next to the MOA and the Metro stop there.

We had a great experience here. The staff has been helpful and the suites are perfect sized for a family of 5 to stay in comfortably. It is a great location for our 2 day venture at the Mall of America.

Checked via Hilton app and was able to choose room. Room was clean and orderly. TV in both bedrooms with a reasonable number of cable channels. Hilton Honors wifi was adequate. Breakfast 1st day was a miss with scrambled egg flats turned into cheesey egg tacos.

Room was a good set up suite with fully separate living room / kitchen and then sleeping area. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Decor and cleanliness were adequate. Food (breakfast and "light dinner") was ample but not very appealing. Location was close to Mall of America and price was reasonable

Rooms were very clean and felt comfortable. Breakfast was not low even when busy and staff was super helpful. Key cards deactivated twice right away and caused small inconvenience but was fixing within a minute or two.

Room we got was very nice, there is a shuttle that will take you to the mall of America and staff are very friendly. Unfortunately they lowballed the price over the phone and the actual charge for our room was much more than expected. We had already driven here so we decided to just stay. However, I hope they can be more clear about that in the future.

Location is outstanding, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and the Mall of America. Price does reflect the location. Good, free, self parking and a tasty complimentary breakfast each morning. Small pool, but we'll maintained, same with the fitness area.

We stayed here for labor day weekend and had a great time! We had a great room on the 6th floor. Mall of America is a 5 minute walk away, and parking is ample. There is some airport noise but it's not that bad.

Stayed here this past weekend with my wife. I had made a reservation and upon arrival the room that I had selected via the Hilton Honors application had not loaded into the hotel computer. In addition, none of the rooms on the floor were ready for use. As a result, I had to take the 1st available clean room. Having a app check-in with a clean room is defeated if the room isn't ready. The room was clean and orderly, but the sheets did not fit the bed. I woke up several times to pull the fitted sheet into place. I am hoping this is a glitch because I've stayed before with no issues. Hilton, please fix this experience.

Very friendly staff, provided some free toiletries as we forgot our toothbrushes. I was about to buy some from their store and the gentleman working the front desk said to put them back as they have free ones available if we'd like. Honestly thought the days of free items from a hotel so you can get by have been nonexistent, this place has proven me wrong!

Breakfast was great, lots of options and the staff that was getting the area ready were super friendly and very helpful when asking for things breakfast related.

We had a suite that we were upgraded to after our first night's stay in a room that was supposedly non-smoking, but was clearly smoked in. The new accommodations were lovely, but not more than was expected of a suite-style hotel. The beds were large and comfortable, but the bedding had a used feel to it. Otherwise, there was very old lighting in the rooms, and an adequate amount of privacy between the bedrooms. The continental breakfast lacked flavor and texture, and the IHOP across the street is more than welcoming after the sight of the free breakfast.

Imagine a home away from home. The staff are so friendly, you would think they are family. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where the people were so concerned for my family's comfort. We stayed on February 7th 2015 in a 1 Bedroom King Suite. The room was in perfect order. A full kitchenette with utensils and a full sized fridge & dishwasher. Bathroom was immaculate. The layout of the living room was quite nice, with plenty of seating for 5. The complimentary hot breakfast was not your typical kind. They have selections that I haven't ever seen other hotels offer. There are truly choices that are sure to satisfy anyone staying. My entire family was rather impressed with this hotel. Even after we checked out the following day, I asked if we could leave our vehicle parked in their lot for a couple of hours while we toured the mall, "no problem" was the response I received from Annie at the front desk. The details are very emphasized at this hotel. You can't go wrong here. I guarantee we will be back!

I travel A LOT, I've been to more modern hotels but this one is by far one of the best I've been to. I'm staying for two weeks and every day I encounter that the personnel is amazingly friendly and courteous, this is especially meaningful when being away from home. This hotel has breakfast and dinner and the food is delicious (for both), the space is clean and, again, the kitchen personnel is wonderful. Kudos to the management of this hotel, they are doing a MAGNIFICENT work and made my stay here very comfortable and enjoyable. Dinner is served between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm, I arrive from work, usually, after 9:00 pm... I have a plate, wrapped in tinfoil, with dinner waiting in the refrigerator, it feels so welcoming and caring!!!
I will definitely be back and, from now on, I will recommend the Homewood hotels to everyone :-)
