Very nice hotel, looked fairly new. Rooms are very nice with plenty of room. It's not very busy around where the hotel is at because it's kind of out of the way. The hotel has social hour not sure what days they do it but it was very nice and it was a Thursday evening. They served spaghetti, mini corn dogs, salad, potato soup with crackers, some melted cheese and pretzels.

After a long drive with our 3 young boys, my husband and I arrived late at Homewood Suites only to find out the wrong room was reserved for our family! We simply couldn't fit in that smaller room, and they were heavily booked with a big event happening in town. The front desk clerk was obviously sympathetic to our situation and disappeared for awhile. When she came back, she had found 2 rooms side by side that we could use for the whole weekend, for no extra charge! Also, the rooms were nice, clean, and well taken care of, the free breakfast was delicious, and our boys played in the pool (stocked w/towels) for hours - until we made them get out - haha! We definitely recommend this Hilton hotel.

The property seems quite new and updated. Very clean presentation. The breakfast was good... the dinner was ok but only has beer, no wine. Don't know if that's common or just that night. The pool was not cold but just right on temperature. They have a work out room also with fairly decent equipment... also new. Parking seemed a bit lacking but at the time I went I didn't have any issues.

Hotel is clean and newer. I wish the suites were layed out a little better. We have a baby and we really didn't have a good spot to put the pack n play that was quiet. Overall would stay again.

The room is clean and the food is great!
The hotel looks brand new. Complimentary dinner Monday through Thursday is great too!

Excellent breakfast and service!! Rooms clean, new and comfortable. Excellent comfort beds. Can hear every little noise from hall but not through the neighbor walls, not sure why this is. Was located near family so will be returning.

The brand new building was very nice. The suites were large and comfortable. There was a large fridge and useful appliances. The bathrooms were nice and the showers were great. It was a very nice stay. The front desk employees were helpful and nice.

I usually stay at the Drury, which I love, but they were full. So happy I stayed here. The room is extremely clean. Mine is a one bedroom with a small kitchen. The bed is by far the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever stayed in. The free WiFi is a bit slow, so I paid for the premium which is averaging 14 Mbps. Staff has been very nice.

Newer building that has a very modern look inside. Everything has been clean and they have everything you need. The multi room suite has been good for oir small family. Bathroom isn't cramped. Due to the divided road its a little hard to get into from the freeway but you can go around the corner and come in a back way. Digital keys are neat but I prefer the regular card as its cumbersome to bring up on my phone everytime. I was a little worried about noise being closer to i65 but I havent heard a peep. The breakfast setup is sizable which always makes me happy.

Room was outstanding, staff was very friendly, not to mention free beer on tap. I checked in at 4:30 in the afternoon and had to wait for my room to be cleaned. Also had a problem with my company's corporate card used for booking the room that took a little bit to straighten out.

Great service. Not full 5 stars as the fridge door handle was broken, and water temperature in the bathroom sink was inconsistent. Otherwise great stay.

We had the best stay at Homewood Suites in Franklin. The staff were phenomenal!!! Everyone from the front desk help, the breakfast staff, the cleaning crew and everyone we encountered were so very kind and helpful. The room was very spacious, so comfy and clean and the lobby area was perfect for hanging out with a bunch of kids when they needed a break from her room. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and even provided great pool towels for the guests to use. The free breakfast was wonderful as well as the social hour the hotel provided on certain days. I cannot day enough good things about our stay.

My girlfriend booked this room. I am generally not impressed with hotels. But, this one was modern and the staff was very helpful. The pool was indoors, and the fire pit outside was romantic and convenient for a smoker. There was no hot tub - that is my only complaint. Everything else made up for that. I will definitely return on my next trip.

The hotel is very modern, clean and family friendly. The staff was the best. They always greet you with a warm smile. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The breakfast was amazing. I definitely plan on returning. Kudos to the management and all of the staff.

Stayed here on my wedding night. The staff was wonderful! Very nice, clean comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I especially enjoyed the granola and yogurt.

Awesome family oriented hotel. Modern and clean. Very friendly staff. Less than 20 minutes to Nashville. Stayed here for 2017 solar eclipse. Manager quickly got us into their "last" room, that they keep for emergencies, when our AC went out in our room. No questions asked.

We stayed here when we left Florida due to the hurricane. The hotel is very clean and rooms are very nice. It's the staff that set this place above the rest though. All so nice, warm and welcoming. Went above and beyond for everyone I saw. Also showed compassion to our situation. Hotel goals! We will stay here again when we decide to take a vacation to Nashville. Amazing amazing

Fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff, rooms wee well equipped and homey (and very clean!). Can't beat the easy commute to Nashville, with shopping just a quick drive away. Indoor saltwater pool was heated and DELIGHTFUL. Very pleased.

I booked a 1 bedroom suite with 2 double beds in the spacious bedroom, updated bathroom with one of the largest closest I have seen in a hotel, and a spacious living room with a full size sleeper sofa. the kitchen contained a stainless steel fridge and dishwasher with a double burner and microwave. the room comfortably held this family of 6. Amenities included an indoor pool and 24hr fitness room, firepit, and a made to order breakfast bar.

Very chic! I enjoyed my stay here. My only complaints were #1 the view and #2 the hall carpet, though nice, was definitely not designed to push / pull luggage across. I loved how friendly the staff was, and I adored the bag of fresh towels and toiletries placed on our door out of respect for the Do Not Disturb placed on our room.

Exceeded my high expectations. Suite had much more room than imagined. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and tasty. All employees have been helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay again.

Service desk was extremely polite and friendly! Room is gorgeous and very spacious! CLEAN! Roll in shower is convenient for handicap use... In comparison to Hampton if you need to use a roll in shower chair, The Hampton has a wider shower. Keureg in the suite! Kids love the salt water pool!

We stayed in the king bed suite. It was very comfy abd everything was clean. The morning breakfast was delicious. The service was ok and could have been a little faster when we requested something to get done

The best possible service you can receive. Heated salt water pool. Fire pit with music playing out back. 2 gas barbeque grills. Great breakfast and evening social. And guest service is above and beyond what you receive at other hotels. This is a brand new hotel very hip design.

We travel a lot, so we have stayed in a lot of hotels. This Homewood Suites is the nicest one I've ever been to. The sheets are so soft you want to sleep naked just to feel their silkiness on every inch of your skin. The decor is lovely with wood floors and a very well done accent wall. The bed are comfy and the kitchen is gorgeous. This was not a rushed thrown together construction project. We vet much enjoyed our stay. :)

Room was in good condition, but it took a few minutes to get hot water in bathroom each day. Included breakfast is acceptable, and the free beer in the evening was a nice touch. I didn't receive free bottled water upon check-in like at other Hilton locations.

One of the newst hotels in the Hilton line in Franklin, TN. Everything is nice and new. The lobby is quite lovely and the managers and staff are nice and accommodating. I travel for business and pleasure and find the Hilton chains meet the mark in offering clean comfortable accomodations almost everywhere I go. This new Homewood Suites is no exception.

Absolutely one of the best overnight visits that we have ever had. All the workers were willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent service. The location was very easy to find as well as close to a local mall and restaurants. Cleanliness of the Homewood Suite was outstanding. If I'm able to at a Homewood Suite again it would be a definite must stay. In a scale of 1 - 10 it was a 12.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, very nice, clean, spacious rooms. The kitchen in the room was beautiful, I wish I had something to cook in there. Sheets were so incredibly soft! Breakfast was delicious, couldn't have asked for more.

Nice clean new room. Hot water didn't work but was fixed quickly. Quiet. Nice view. Breakfast was out of many items but eventually restocked.

Newer-ish hotel I think. Good decor setup. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was pleasant. No bar, but not a huge deal. Lots of places nearby with good food. Pool is small, but they have one. No hot tub. Grills available out back, but not sure if they are for guests' use. Value was excellent. Minor tick for not being greeted as a Hhonors status holder, and no bar.
