The room was beautiful and decorated beautifully. It came complete with a stove/oven dishwasher and soap, dishes, rags, utensils, coffee pot, refrigerator (not a mini fridge). Then a desk, couch, ottoman, full length wide mirror. Then a huge king bed that was super comfortable. With two end tables with easy plug access. A dresser that held a large flat screen that swiveld so you could watch in bed or the couch. Two huge windows with thick easy close drapes. Then you walk into the bathroom sink area with a big mirror and a lighted retractable make up mirror on the wall. A hair dryer and in the large closet behind you an iron and ironing board, hangers extra pillows etc.Then finally the bathroom with a long glass wall shower with the best water pressure I have ever had the pleasure to use at a hotel!!! In the morning a large lots of choices breakfast bar and omelette bar. Easy check in friendly hotel staff! I highly recommend this place and would be glad to stay there again.

Great location by the mall, easy to walk to/from mall from the hotel. Room comes with full size refrigerator. Free breakfast is a nice plus. Clean, spacious and beautiful lobby with a pool table and bar.

Just spent 2 weeks staying here while training for new job. I really enjoyed the accommodations-good size rooms and everything necessary for an extended stay. But I was impressed with the entire staff’s friendliness and excellent recommendations on food and sites.

Very clean with modern decor. Staff was very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Gave me a room upgrade because I was having a bad day. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was nicely designed and clean. Very comfortable beds. The bartender was great and kept the bar open an extra hour passed closing for us.

Pretty good hotel. Homemade omlettes for breakfast with a nice oil and gym. However had some door issues with bathroom, but overall the team has been fairly accommodating.

I was in the area on a lark of a road trip and this hotel was the only place I was able to get a room. The room itself was nice, however as it was a late check-in and they are an energy efficient hotel, I had to wait for a while for the room to cool to a comfortable level from their standard 80 before I could comfortably sleep. The breakfast provided the following morning was lovely and a great way to start off the day.

we booked through Expedia, and for some reason the only room available was a suite. the room was *very* nice. included stove, fridge, dishwasher, all of which we didn't need for our single nights stay. but we were impressed regardless. there was only a shower stall, which would maybe be my only complaint because we had our 2 year old which made it difficult to bathe him. HOWEVER, he was delighted to take a "big boy shower" like mommy and daddy so it worked out so no mark against our review. centrally located, and directly across from the King of Prussia mall. staff was very friendly, room was clean, hotel (in general) well kept. we had a nice stay.

Extremely expensive, and not worth it at all. The pool is VERY small and you can't even stay in the pool area because the amount of chlorine in the air takes your breath away. There is a lot of wasted space in the room which I really didn't understand. The couch bed was not comfortable AT ALL and it was very small. A pair of my flip flops went missing. When we arrived with a lot of luggage, there were no carts available, they couldn't find any carts and no one even offered to help me with all of our bags to my room. The breakfast was nice but not enough seating. I would not stay here again.

I stayed overnight for a business trip. This is located right nearby the mall which is the 2nd largest mall in the States. Hotel is pretty clean and staff was friendly - also got a free bottle of water. My room was a suite which was equipped with cooking-ware. It surely worth the money.

This place is awesome! The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very nice. The breakfast is complimentary and has a huge spread from cereal, to muffins and bagels, to eggs and bacon to making your own omelettes. I would definitely stay here again.

First time using Hyatt House. They are the most very accommodating to all our needs. Their breakfast is the best. Wide variety of choices for all ages. They offered cold, hot cereal, omlets made to order, fresh fruit, yogurt and much more. The staff couldn't have been pleasant. No question in my mind, would definitely go back.

Nice hotel for a good price. It was clean and comfortable. It is a hotel where you need to put your room key in a slot inside your room to have electricity. That seemed to confuse some people as I heard a few call the front desk asking how to get the lights to turn on, so keep that in mind!

This particular hotel is within a three minute walk to King of Prussia Mall and close distance to Penn Turnpike & I-76.

Top notch across the board! The front desk staff are attentive to meeting your needs/requests and will go above and beyond to assure that your stay is superb. The free breakfast has excellent variety and is fresh and delicious. The gym and pool are super and exactly what i need. The HBar staff are exceptional and deliver superior service to each guest. Lastly, the rooms are comfortable and meticulously cleaned, thanks to outstandingly guest services.

very clean. staff was very personable. great location, close to food and mall and shopping. had a fire pit with chairs out front, very romantic. great getaway. the pool and Jacuzzi were relaxing.

It was the last minute decision when we were in the King of Prussia mall. A quick reservation using the Hyatt app and bingo. Everything was set. We arrived the hotel 5 minutes later and everything was ready. Hotel smelled great and the room was clean. Love it!

Its ok. Nothing impressive. The rooms are a little old and the bar has a minimal selection of drinks and even less of food which gets really annoying if you stay there for a while

Okay, so I was in this hotel for five nights. I and not a very big hotel credit, I am happy with minimal expectations. So I had to arrange a business trip, basically playing The Chaperone of employees for my company to come up to King of Prussia for a very grueling week of user testing for a software. This hotel was a great location for us to end our long days. Every morning there was a nice, continental breakfast, and the service at the front desk was very very friendly. There is a pool and a hot tub here too! Another great feature of this hotel is that it is right next door to the famed King of Prussia Mall. So being in a business trip where transportation is really not easy for a large group, what I am saying is I only had one rental car for a group of 5 people, folks who wanted to get out to walk over to the mall and walk around all day and get their fill of the wonderful, tax free clothing features of King of Prussia. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice, clean hotel with individual suites. All comes with a fully loaded kitchenette with dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge. Same hyatt bed everyone is used to. Hot breakfast with omelette station is a plus. A great option if you are out here for business. Located conveniently across form king of prussia mall and valley forge and only 30 minutes from downtown Philly if there is no traffic.

The breakfast is included and tasty, the pool was relaxing. They give you free headphones in the gym and the gym was bigger then most hotels. The room was very spacious. We stayed in a king sized bed room. It had a separate living room kitchen area. If ever in the area we would definitely stay there again. It's located walking distance from the mall and toys r us. But they have free shuttles to take you there as well.

Had a great stay here! We asked for an early check in and they were very quick to get back to us. The suite was very comfortable and clean. The sofa bed was big enough for my adult kids to sleep on. The kitchen area in the room had utensils, plates, flatware, pots, pans and a decent size fridge and 2 burner stove. The breakfast they serve was good and it was pretty full until very close to ending time. They had an omelette station and served coffee, juices and tea. There were plenty of tables too. Didn't get to use the pool or jacuzzi. It so close to the mall, which is incredibly huge. There are also a lot of restaurants near by within walking distance as well. It was an excellent value for the price.

Everything has been great so far. Super happy with the Internet and accommodations. My one complaint is that I can hear the highway from my room and the air conditioning is agressively cold. But blankets are there for a reason!

First off, I booked a room for the wrong dates. It was 100% my fault. When we arrived, the staff was awesome and put us up in a similar room, changed the dates so we weren't charged twice, and we were in our room inside of 5 minutes. The room was decent, kitchenette gave you all the essentials, and the location is perfect for KOP if you're here to shop. One minor complaint would be the TV. No interactive hotel menu, you're not able to rent a movie, and very slim kids programming if you're traveling with the whole family.

From the moment we arrived it was a pleasant and professional experience. The front desk manager " D.D" was knowledgeable friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. The food and the breakfast buffet was delicious. And the servers were cordial and welcoming. We would highly recommend this hotel for others to enjoy.

We had a great stay at this excellent hotel. Only negatives I can think of are that the ac was a little louder than is usual for this nice a room, and twice the key card "forgot" how to get into the room. These were very minor problems and overall it was a MUCH nicer room than the price tag would suggest.

Wow! Hyatt Places are great, but this place is level. Everything feels upgraded from the "Place", including fitness center, breakfast, and rooms. Wonderful stay with attentive service. Can't wait to visit again.

Solid Hyatt House accommodations near King of Prussia Mall. Rooms are comfortable. Gym is functional. Breakfast area works. Bar offers a good selection to get a quick drink.

We love this hotel when staying in King of Prussia. Great breakfast, close to the mall and easy access to the turnpike. On our most recent stay, the hotel went above the call of duty to resolve a difficult problem we experienced. We will always use this hotel when staying in the area.

The room that we stayed in was a suite so it had a little kitchen and everything. It was super spacious and comfortable and the staff was wonderful. They made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay.

Nice place and nice rooms but not very sound proof. Put near 1st floor elevators and could hear people all night through door all the way in the bed and heater/air conditioning rattled it its little closet.

Rooms were spacious and the workers were informative and nice. The food was also really good with an oamlet bar at the side.

Everything was great. The room was clean, large, and loaded with amenities. Considering that my room was partially facing the highway, it was amazingly quiet and hardly noticeable when there was no noise in the room. The wifi connection was very strong, though the speeds seemed a little too limited; just barely fast enough to stream video. The breakfast spread was large and had a good variety. I will definitely be staying there for any future trips.

Meet family from out of town. Our stay was perfect. They arranged for all our rooms to be close together. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Amenities as promised. Kids loved the pool. Close to everything we needed.

I thought the location was great, because it is less than a mile from the King of Prussia Mall. The breakfast inside is amazing with the omlete station. I would come back if I visited the Philadelphia area again.

The staff here is awesome. The rooms are very convenient, especially for an extended stay. Not a full gym, but its usually pretty free, so you can breeze through a session. And the location is very good. Mall is right across the street, Capital Grille sits on an adjacent property, and of course, Shake Shack is right across the street too.

Clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows were my favorite part. Nice staff - a little overwhelmed by the # of people that they needed to transport on the one shuttle that they have but overall a good stay.

Amazing rooms! A real steal for the price. Great breakfasts! Good location. However, on Saturday, a large group of inner-city kids appeared. They were in the pool with no adult supervision. They were behaving badly - even dangerously. When I told three young boys that they were not allowed in the hot tub without adult supervision, a man appeared out of nowhere and told me to never say anything to "his" children. He got nastier and even ugly. Too bad he managed to negate an otherwise wonderful three day stay.
