Great Hotel in a central location 15 min walk from the city centre. The rooms are good quality no bath but great shower and high quality breakfast. I would stay here again. The staff were polite. The car park is decent too.

The location is great and the breakfast is awesome. But the rooms are very old have not been reformed. There is a refrigerator inside the room but it is too small to put some stuffs.
But there is a restaurant inside the hotel which is very delicious.

An interesting hotel of mixed history, the bar area is very 70s with leather sofa chairs, oversize lights but the modern rooms are very modern. There are also older wood panel rooms from the party we went with who thought the rooms were very tired. All in all a good position 5 minutes walk from the grand square and centrally located in Brussels for tourist visits.

When I checked into my room, there was somebody still inside. So then I got checked into another room in which the power kept on going out once I plugged something into their outlets. The breakfast was great quality but with not much variety.

Quite a pleasure and easy to write down a positive remark about this Hotel. Excellent infrastructure, huge rooms, with tons of details and good quality amenities. Very quiet what makes it easier to rest. Fabulous restaurant with a large and top quality menu. Very good work team, fast and reliable. And best of all, excellent location either for business and tourism. I've been using this hotel once every 1/2 months for the last 8 years and I've never been deceived. Outstanding.

Great hotel for business travel. The business suite I stayed in had all the amenities including a good desk with decent chair to work at and a great bed. Staff is very attentive and polite. Special shout out to the ever social and very courteous bartender, you know who you are. He makes you feel at ease and welcome if you sit down in his domain. Breakfast is copious and varied with a station to order your fried eggs to your specifications. Good, free coffee in the room and complimentary mineral water are very nice perks, just as the bath robe and slippers. There is an iron + board for your wrinkled shirt, too. I would like to have given 4.5 stars if Google let me. Why not 5? I'm depending on a good shower in the morning. The bathroom is beautiful, clean and well stocked, but the water pressure of the shower is too low to have a good scrub and after a few days that annoyed me. Parking underneath the hotel is very handy, and expensive although that is a minor nit. Still definitely one of the best hotels I've been in and I'll probably be back.

I have been working here as a trainee for three months. Although this is a four star hotel, it has the standards of a five star hotel. The atmosphere is very calm and the interior is visually appealing. They seem to be adopting many eco-friendly measures, and have put many plants all around the hotel.
A good workspace environment will reflect on the care taken towards the guests, I can say it is the case for this hotel, as the staff with whom I have worked are very conscientious.

I love Radissons all over Europe, but this one -Wow!
The air conditioning in all the (hot) rooms, certainly on the second floor, rattle like an old truck on a cobbled street. Will never stay there again unless on the 6th floor.
They spent €`000's on fancy elevator security systems but left the air conditioning in from the 1960's! Bad investment. Clients cant sleep and all complain but the staff can't do anything unless there is another free room to move you to. Beware!!!!

Stayed here on our trip to the Belgium Grand Prix in August. Great location in the city for bars and restaurants which we frequented every night! Lovely hotel and very helpful staff made our stay very pleasurable. Will definitely go back for a city break at some point.

Cons
We originally be booked an executive suit which turned out to be smaller than the standard room. We were able to upgrade to a junior suit which was very nice (pro) I wish this had been clear from the get go.

Christmas morning, we asked if they could take the wrapping paper when the room was cleaned. I don't know if she didn't get the memo or she just didn't want to. Our housekeeper wasn't very polite which is why I wonder if it was the later.

Wifi on my iPhone 5 would not work. But I was the only one with that problem...

Location is pretty central just 5 minutes walk to the Grand Place. It's a clean modern facility and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent though with delicious eggs cooked to order

Great central location, very good (and popular) meeting facilities, clean comfortable rooms, friendly helpful efficient service. If you're looking for cosy and quirky however, look elsewhere.

Close to all the sightseeing, fantastic breakfast, if you can upgrade to business class it's well worth it for the extra perks.

I visited this location for work for a few nights. I was greeted by a friendly, professional staff. The hotel itself showed to have a nice atrium with a nice bar and restaurant. The room itself was very clean and modern. I had no issues here and I really enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to central of the city!

The room I got is confortable, clean and spacious, however does not have view to the outside. The service is ok. WiFi works pretty well. The breakfast has a large variety of food. Is basically a hotel for business and to stay a couple of nights. Very well located in the city centre.

Hotel is very classy. It seems like they are doing everything they can to assure one enjoys his stay.

The rooms were better than average. Staff were nice but always seemed short staffed . It took us prob 30 mins to get the bartender to take our order . The pillows in the room were sooo flat .

We stayed with Raddison Blu Brussels through Tomorrowland's Global Journey, we loved it so much we stayed on for an extra 2 nights.
We had 2 small issues with our A/C and power in our room and maintenance we there within 15 minutes each time.
The only issue (and this is specifically for Global Journey) was that we weren't told that breakfast finished at 11 on the Tuesday and missed out on our pre paid breakfast.
Besides this small and specific issue we couldn't fault anything.

Although we visited this hotel during their not busy season we still weren't able to get a queen sized soon at this hotel. Instead they said they would fix the problem by putting a sheet on two twin size beds which my husband slipped through and injured his back. Additionally the rooms aren't built well and the shower leaks water all over the floor even splashing out into the corridor and making it extremely slippery. I also did not like the breakfast, although the fresh fruit and tea was good, the waffles and eggs were terrie

Nice hotel not far from the center, I had a problem while trying to book a room but whe I arrir at the hotel the manager upgraded my room to an executive suite as an apology witch was appreciated

We booked for a third bed to be in our room, which was not delivered until several hours after we contacted reception to ask where the bed was. However, the rooms were nice and clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was also excellent, minutes from the Grand Place and shopping, restaurants etc. Well worth it.

Hotel is in a great location with easy access to the central train station, restaurants and bars. Super friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Dinner was good, nice restaurant in the inner patio, but they forgot our main course and we had to wait more than 45 minutes between the starters and the main courses.

Nice hotel located close to many of the landmarks in the city. Beds are small if you're used to American hotels, but they're clean and comfortable.

Reception is amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff. Very large room with TV of at least 42 inch with different foreign channels. Breakfast has a large choice of breads. Possibility of omelette made at the moment. Nice place for cocktail with nice illumination by night. Newspaper in english available for free. Spa and fitness room available for free.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of staying with you from 02/06/17 - 02/10/17. We found the hotel to be really lovely and the staff exceptional. The Consierge, reception staff and waiters were most helpful. We especially like to commend your restaurant waiter Igor. He was so helpful, pleasant and professional.

The staff was attentive and friendly. They let me take my room as early as 10am (even though official check-in time is 3pm AFIK), because the hotel wasn't full, a few weeks after the attacks. This was a huge plus for me, in contrast with the more rigid other Brussels hotels.
The room was spacious and clean, breakfast ample, everything went smoothly. Definitely recommended.
