Clean with modern design and nice amenities. I enjoyed my stay!

The location is in a quiet location and felt very safe. Everything I saw was very clean and the mattresses and pillows were new. My room was very clean. The free dinner is a huge bonus and it was plentiful and good. The night I stayed, the menu was Cobb Salad and Chicken Fingers. It was enough for a nice dinner. And free. The breakfast also was complimentary and had a good selection of foods from oatmeal to cereal to pre-made omelettes, bacon and corned beef hash. Plenty of fruit and juices were also available. So, I'd give them a great job on the cleanliness and food.

I asked for a late check out because I was staying with my brother who was having a medical procedure and the staff was super-friendly and accommodating about that.

The one thing that kept me from giving them a five star rating on this stay was that the front desk person who checked me in was not at all friendly. I encountered her twice - once on check-in and once when I inquired about something and each time, she was grumpy, not helpful, never smiled and did not appear to be loving her job :). In addition, there was never anyone at the front desk -- you have to ring a bell to get them to come to help you. Other than that, I loved my stay and would most definitely return.

Had reservations at Drury Inn that left me with no place to sleep at 3am after a drive from myrtle beach and working all night. Came to this place to have them not only help me out and get me a room, but helped me with price and didn't charge me late check in. Love all staybridge hotels, but this one really helped me and my co worker out and the place is awesome 👍👍. Side note never go to Drury inn.

Best hotel for the money if you are traveling with your pet. The breakfast selection is very nice too.

Good place to stay for a extended period as the rooms have all facilities. Cleanliness is ok. Breakfast is great and the evening food served is a surprise as we didn't know about it. They even provide beer and wine.

Rooms are nice, WiFi is good, staff are friendly. Breakfast is small for choice. Loads of good place es for food nearby. Would recommend.

If you are staying in SC, anywhere near Greenville, stay here. Don't bother with the Hyatt...come here. The beds are awesome, plenty of outlets, free guest laundry, a kitchnette (dishwasher, microwave, stove)
Then they had dishes, silverware, glassware AND pots and pans! The comforters were warm and cozy. The closet (yes I said closet) is pretty darn big! They have wordless AND wired free internet, pool and workout room.
This place is awesome!

Room was clean. To us it was about the value for the money. Not sure that it was worth $180 a night. Breakfast was ok, community room was nice, actual room you slept in was small, but had a kitchenette. We were 15 minutes from downtown, lots of road construction in the area.

Very nice hotel! Great location, right next to huge shopping center and easy freeway access. Very nice and spacious room. Service was great too, highly recommend!

Clean room that was comfortable. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Fitness was ok-a treadmill, bike, elliptical and some weights. There is no place to put a suitcase though, unless you're going to hang everything. I asked about a stand, and was told they had none. My suitcase was on the ottoman for the 2 days I was there.

As far as I went was the lobby. I went to tour a room to make reservations but there was none available to look at. The lobby was ok. My expectations are high so it didn't suit me greatly.

Great stay. The hotel is located within walking distance of restaurants and stores. It's also in a quiet location. The staff was very helpful. We had some issues with the room and they were very efficient and prompt when they corrected them. We'll definitely stay here again.

Not impressed. The suite is small and drab. Our rooms were mostly clean but had used towels still hanging on the wall in the tiny bathroom. The rooms are dark with unpleasant lighting. There was a good bit of noise from the room above, so I recommend trying to get a third floor room. The bed was comfortable.

Great place nestled off in the perfect location. One of the most customer-friendly designed layouts that I've ever been to.(grills, canopies, outside patio and furniture,etc.) Only thing missing was a firepit. That would earn them 5 stars in my book. Lol

The rooms were nice and spacey and the staff was quite kind and considerate. This is a hotel that I would recommend especially due to the free breakfast buffet every morning.

Economy basic hotel . Looks nice from outside. Staff were nice. No major complaints. But room was dark, had an unusual smell and there was no hot tub though it was advertised on hotel tonight as having one.

Would definitely recommend to everyone. Clean rooms. Not far from the main road, but far enough to make you feel secluded, perfect for vacations.

The lobby here is so lovely and as the first thing you see, it really makes you feel welcome. The staff was sweet and helpful. I was here for a wedding and only stayed one night. The room itself was nice, berry clean. Good stay for a good price.

Mediocre breakfast, hallways and stairways are a bit rundown. Rooms are ok but could use a bit of general upkeep. Beds are not the most comfortable and breakfast is mediocre. Pretty standard 3 star hotel. The rooms are however quite spacious with a kitchen which eliminates some if the claustrophobia with longer hotel stays.

I'm inclined to give more stars but i arrived at 2am and left at 6. The staff was nice and the room was great.

I just completed a 35 day stay at this hotel. I had "The" best stay ever! Everyone from the front office to the kitchen went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my stay. Special thanks to the general manager Robin Godfrey who really laid out the red carpet for me their. If you are ever in Greenville SC please stop and stay at Staybridge Suites! And "No" I don't work for them, just a Spire Elite member of IHG and I am glad to have found this unknown treasure.
