Front desk staff was always friendly! Clean room, great space in the suites.

The hotel was spotless. The employee at the front desk was so very helpful getting us in a room early so we could dress for my cousin's wedding. Wonderful experience!

This is one of the best hotels that I've ever stayed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There are to many ammenities to list. The breakfast is amazing. It's my second visit and wouldn't stay any where else while visiting Rockford.

Clean and very spacious 1 bedroom suite; very quiet stay; excellent breakfast and very gracious and courteous staff. The toilet see was broken when we checked in and we wonder what housekeeping was thinking to turn the room over b4 us and not have had it replaced. Even though it was evening, the front desk gentleman came right up and out a new, seat on the toilet.

Rooms are super clean. Customer service is above and beyond what I expected. The prices are reasonable also.

Great hotel in the Rockford area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Got a free room upgrade and room was huge. Breakfast was great as always. Great restaurants across the street and they even had happy hour but it was 2 lol. Beer wine and pizza. Great hotel

I've been staying at this hotel for years now and every time they go above and beyond to make me.and my family feel welcome from the all the staff to the management. the rooms are very spacious and clean and you won't find better people if you're in rockford the only place to stay is the staybridge u won't be disappointed

room is great if you like cooking yourself. I would eat here though. Cereal and breakfast is ok. But dinner is a whole different story. Ultra processed foods offered.

Nice clean hotel close to everything. Rooms are spacious, and the sleeper sofa is great for those teenagers who want to fall asleep in "their own room" watching their own shows (on the second TV set). Works great.

I'm an over the road trucker! I had stayed at Extended Stay America since they were built! One day they changed and I left! I chose Staybridge! Most times have been good! This last time has not been good! I made my reservation a few weeks ago! I tried to explain to Martha the type of room I need but she said Staybridge doesn't do that! My husband and I got into town on 06/30/17! I called to see if the room was available because I thought my reservation started 07/01/17! First instead of checking Renee sent me to reservation! I asked for Martha but was told she was in a meeting! She was supposed to call me but never did! After 3 phone calls I drove my semi to the Motel. Renee said Martha was in a meeting! Liar! I see Martha walking around doing nothing! She would not come to the front desk! If I'd been a man she would have been right there! I've seen how she acts with male guest on more than one occasion! Renee was not polite at all! Isabel Sanchez witnessed the situation! I asked to talk to Mike and all he did was cover for Martha! I've felt like I've been lied to and been treated unfairly! All the employees here go out of their way to make us comfortable! This is not the first altercation with Martha! I don't believe she deserves the title of Front desk manager! Bob, Rich, Lisa and Shuntay always go beyond the call of duty to help us! Like I said if I'd been a man at the desk she would have broken her neck to try to accommodate me! Really sorry she spoils it for your decent employees!

Nice two room suites that include a range top and refrigerator. The rooms are nicely appointed and include newer flat panel TVs and a DVD player. Breakfast is pretty good for a complimentary hotel breakfast. The evening socials which include complimentary food and drink could also serve as your evening meal. Really a great place to stay.

Great hotel that is outside Chicago. The service is nice and attentive. Located close to the highway and restaurants. Indoor pool, meals provided 3 nights out of the week. Quite nights. Good tap water.

Great rooms, plenty of space. Lots of little conveniences. The pool was a bit smaller than we thought it would be, and the water was too cold. Awesome breakfast service, I would gladly stay there again

The service here was great! They did everything possible to accommodate us, we're more than willing to answer all questions we had about the area, and was a great option for me since I had my dog with me. The rooms were clean, nice and the beds were comfortable!

The suites are spacious with a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable with many amenities. Friendly staff. It is located among similar types of longterm stay hotels. One needs a car to get anywhere.

I travel a lot for business. Their rooms are large and comfortable. The staff seems to enjoy their jobs. Tuesday through Thursday they have a reception which is a fun way to meet fellow travelers and enjoy food and beverage. Oh, the rooms have a kitcken, but with the reception there is not much need.

I have stayed in many hotels & suites. This is the best ever, seriously. The welcoming desk staff were super friendly. Our king-size suite was large and very clean. They let us know that the complimentary dinner that night was pulled pork sliders, coleslaw and wine. We each ate our fill & had 2 glasses of wine. Very dog-friendly!!!!! Our little Bichon was only $25.00. It was very quiet...just an outstanding place.
