Nice, clean hotel. Spacious room with a very large bathroom. Looks either new or freshly renovated. Polite and helpful staff also. Very good location, easy to find from the interstate and very close to the airport.

I have traveled to many other countries and have been in virtually every state in the United States.

I have never met nor encountered such friendly and accommodating and helpful staff as the Staff that serves you in the Restaurant. Tamara was especially nice.

Kuddos to the management for hiring such nice people.

From all of my other reviews of chain hotels, this blows out of the water. If you had a choice in Canton for a hotel, even if this is kind of expensive, ignore the price. There is a happy hour from 530 to 730 where you can get free snacks, like vegetables and chips, and drinks, including soda, juice, and alcoholics. Plus, there is free breakfast with a hibachi grill where they make omelets and pancakes for free for you. The breakfast also has the normal continental stuff included with the grill. And on top of all of that, the room had 3 free sodas, and tons of chips and candy and Keurig pods for, guess what, free. The beds were amazing and the staff was even nicer. We paid for a normal suite when they gave us a premium and we asked how much we need to pay extra because our booking site wasn't working well with us, and one of the people said it was taken care of and we didn't have to pay extra. The pool there was awesome and they had more towels than most hotels even have at the pool and the room. The shower was also awesome and people usually say that this is the best hotel in Canton, which now I can say is true.

Decent sized rooms, clean, and nice staff. The breakfast in the morning is ok, few beers in the lounge at night was cool though. Would've given a four of five if they didn't try to charge for internet access for decent bandwidth.

we enjoyed a two-night stay at the Embassy Suites. On the first night, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly, so they upgraded us to a premium room for the night while they fix the thermostat. The breakfast was excellent, with a made-to-order omelet station and other buffet options. Great coffee might I add. The location was perfect in terms of proximity to the airport and many canton attractions. Would happily recommend this to anyone travelling, from business to personal.

Only on night 2 of a 5 night stay when this survey came up. Really great hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Free pick up and drop off from CAK Airport 24 hour service plus hotel shuttle will take you anyplace and pick you up till 11pm. Fresh cooked to order breakfast included. New property with nice rooms and bathrooms. 24 hour gym. Really great place to stay.

I have stayed at this embassy suites at least 5 days per month since it opened. This is by far, the best airport Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is professional, courteous and very thorough. Thomas does an outstanding job and is probably the best I have seen at any hotel in the category of dealing with customers and solving issues that are small, before they develop into problems. He will be a Hilton Hotel Manager one day because of his people skills. I cant say enough good things about this hotel.

I'm very pleased with this hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights because of a wedding. There was an issue with our first room they warned us and said that they had no other rooms available at the time but that the next day they would upgrade our room for no extra cost. The rooms are beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Everyone that worked there was so nice and the breakfast was delicious. Very pleased with my stay and would stay here again.

This hotel is located not fare from shopping and the all you can eat breakfast is very nice and its cooked to order. now my family and I drove in from Missouri I wish the check in could have been a bit faster we had to wait 20 minutes past check infor our king suite to be cleaned. But when we got in the room it was worth the wait very big room and nice bed. bathroom was huge and had a nice stand up shower. I would most definitely recommend a stay here.

The only reason Im giving ithis 3 stars for this two complaints and they are that this hotel advertised a hot tub witch they do not have at this location witch was said. And I wish the check in could have been a little faster. When you drive in from another state you most definitely want to check in and relax.

No hot tub is the reason for the 4 stars. Was really hoping for a hot tub to relax in! Otherwise a phenomenal hotel, fantastic customer service at the front desk, high quality made-to-order breakfast, very comfortable beds, luxury rooms and bathrooms.

Great customer service as my husband had surgery and we needed our room ready by 3. This hotel is very clean, nicely decorated and located right off interstate. The restaurant has great food choices too.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and so welcoming. Very clean and conviently located. We were able to take the shuttle everywhere we needed the whole weekend. Will definetly return and recommend to friends and family

Good visit. Close to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Free drinks and apps every night! Great breakfast included every morning. Better than your typical included hotel breakfast.

Everyone was nice and they have a late check out. 😁 The rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious. It was quite and peaceful. The view is great.

This is the only place I stay when I go to Ohio this is one of my favorite hotels. The rooms are perfect very spacious refrigerator coffee pot, and anything else you might need is very pretty inside and out, the staff is super friendly and helpful, they have a full breakfast which is absolutely great, they also have a happy hour are you get free alcoholic beverages and snacks such as nachos popcorn and different things, Embassy Suites in my opinion is the best place to stay they have an indoor pool and jacuzzi workout room computers, is located right where you can get to Walmart or grocery stores and a mall. I highly recommend if you're in this area to stay at this Embassy Suites if you've ever stayed at an embassy then you know exactly what I'm talking about enjoy your stay!

Have package deals as well and shuttle service.

Embassy Suites always is contemporary. Very clean and the service was excellent. The whole staff was phenomenal. Midwestern friendliness. Overall amazing and a good place to take the family as well as a weekend getaway for just the two of you.

Great hotel that's super close to the airport. Extremely modern with fantastic rooms and exceptional service. Would highly recommend for business travelers or people looking to stay close to canton and the airport.

I was honestly surprised by my stay at Embassy. Aside from the upscale lobby and rooms, the staff was so very friendly and personable. I don't usually have brand preferences when it comes to hotels, but I'll definitely choose an Embassy Suites again, if given the chance.

Very clean and comfortable including the conference rooms. The staff was extremely accommodating as well. Provided the best, hands down, complimentary breakfast that i've ever experienced. Would not hesitate staying here again.

The rooms were nice and clean and the beds we're soft and really comfortable. The pool was nice all though there was no hot tub. Check in was fast and easy as well as check out. They have a patio for smokers and a snack area. The bar was nice and the free breakfast buffet was delicious. The prices were affordable and it was overall a great hotel. We will definitely return.

This hotel is extremely nice, new, and modern. Rooms are divided into two areas with clean, modern bathrooms that are very large. No tubs at least in the normal suites, but I actually prefer it that way. Very nice staff and clean rooms/linens. If I was to nitpick, there isnt much food within walking distance, but they have a shuttle so thats really not a big deal either.

Excellent service and they try to help you with suggestions even if you don't ask. I had an early flight so they suggested they follow me back to the airport in the evening so I had nothing to worry about in the morning as their shuttle runs 24/7

The location was great, close the the airport, and a shuttle will take you anywhere within ten miles. The rooms are so spacious and the bed was quite comfortable

Family Reunion! Many Family Members staying, but we live here, but the rooms are so much smaller than the Original Embassy Suites! ... Independence, Dublin, Beachwood,Ohio, and Florida! Suites are more roomier!

Very nice hotel with a good not great restaurant. Friendly atmosphere with mix of business travelers and families on vacation. You'll be able to unwind after a hard day at work or fun day visiting the Football hall of fame.

Not the quality expected from Embassy Suits. Especially from a new hotel. The grout in the shower is already coming out, the smoke detectors above the bed blink non-stop all night comma and the air conditioning is very loud. Otherwise the amenities are nice but it feels like things were done on the cheap and not wisely.

Great stay, spacious rooms, very clean. Modern look. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and when the staff found out they brought us creme brûlée and another dessert. Great service here.

This hotel was fabulous. We had a small glitch at check in and the hotel manager took care of it immediately with a smile, a sense of humor and an upgrade offer which we did not take because it was not necessary. Every single staff member that we met was efficient, friendly and so happy to help. I would recommend this hotel to families, business travelers or anyone just looking to get away for a night.

I used this hotel for a banquet event and it was perfect! It is close to the airport and highway. The staff is friendly and the price was very reasonable!

Shawn the evening clerk and Amanda were very nice and welcoming to my family and me. My husband and I have stayed there before and it was nice enough that we thought this is where we will stay next time we visit the area. Well we arrived with 4 children (not ours) our grandson and his 3 friends, and they wanted to swim. Well Shawn and Amanda couldn't help with the kids but they were so helpful with checking us in and getting swim towels I could focus on the kids. The entire stay was wonderful. only complaint you don't have non dairy creamer, coconut milk or almond non dairy creamer for coffee. So I had to go without my morning coffee. See you next time .

Review of merger trip - mandatory company trip. Found accomodations very clean, pleasant with excellent staff and care exhibited. Would use facilities again even if not mandatory company trip. Complimentary evening reception and breakfast overall outstanding plus to staying at facility.

New as of 2016. The staff are a wonderful collection of enthusiastic people who really want you to enjoy your stay.
At check in, I was even walked to the elevator and shown where the pool and exercise areas were.
WiFi is free and strong in the lobby area, which was very comfortable for us to work in.
I was extra tired, so ordered room service rather than eating in the restaurant... The short rib panini was actually quite stellar, and a great change from the usual safe room service burger.
Airport shuttle starts at 4:00 am, and will also take you anywhere within a 10-mile radius of the hotel for outside dining... Or a tour of the Harry London chocolate factory!

Great experience at the new Embassy Suites in North Canton. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. My only complaint is that the TVs in the bar area are way too small. We would have spent more time and $$$ at the bar if we could watch the game.

Had a work conference here. Very friends staff, clean bathrooms and great food for lunch. I would recommend this place to anyone for having conferences in the area as some of the other places are dated and run down.

However, guests are being told they cannot check in until 4pm.
Our wedding starts at 4...
In our initial meeting we were told early check in was available, now they want every guest to call the day of the wedding to see if their room will be ready early.
3pm would be ideal for our guests.
Our block only has 20 rooms. Cleaning services can't get 20 rooms ready in 4 hours?!
24days till the wedding...

So far, not good.
Booked a block of rooms for my wedding, very inconsistent service being given to my friends and family.
Multiple people were given the wrong type of room, others the wrong pricing.
Less than two months until the wedding. Hopefully everyone has a place to stay.

Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast and awesome happy hour. Service was amazing, staff went above and beyond to accommodate our entire baseball team family. I highly recommend booking your next trip here if staying in the Akron/Canton.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to the rooms are great the service is wonderful nothing like it Bianca Vicki Thomas Katie and Denzel all the staff is great are great I would totally recommend them and I will definetly be coming back soon!
