The service was great, rooms were neat and food was pretty good. Plus you have a 2 drink ticket to start the night. Made with some strong drinks

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel and the staff was great. I'm docking it 2 stars because when I sleep in a hotel, I want to SLEEP. For whatever reason, it sounded like there was a herd of stupid kids running up and down the hallways for hours not only as I was trying to go to sleep but also in the morning.

Pretty nice hotel, better than most embassy suites because it is a huge open, obnoxiously loud atrium space. Only 4 floors and so much quieter than the normal embassy suites hotels. Great breakfast. Excellent staff. AMAZING black out curtains, which are so important in Alaska.

This place is my favorite big corporate hotel to stay in at anchorage! The Continental breakfast is absolutely fantastic, omelettes, pancakes, eggs, French toast to order, biscuits and gravy, and bacon bacon bacon 🥓!!!
The rooms are split into two rooms, a living room/kitchen and a bedroom. Great all around, love this hotel!

This Embassy Suites is great. The staff very helpful. Rooms great and spacious. Many amenities here including postal services. They have a daily happy hour for guests which is pretty cool.

Very nice, clean hotel. The staff is amazing! The entry way is beautiful! Made to order eggs, French toast or the breakfast bar was delicious. At night, the 2 hours of “social time” with 2 free drinks and snacks was really cool. This will be a for sure place to stay next trip to Anchorage.

Amazing rooms, friendly staff, very clean. The reason I have to give it 4 stars is cause of my view of the parking lot. Amazing scenery all around and I am stuck looking out the window at a parking lot. Amazing hotel just ask for a room not facing the parking lot.

The front desk was super good. All but the last driver to the airport went out of there way to help us get where we need to go. One of the rooms did not have a shower curtain other than that The last driver dropped us off at alaska air where two of our family were flying out of , but told the rest of us (6) of us to walk down to delta. So Canes in hand and luggage we went to delta.

Every time I've been here, I've always had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, the employees were friendly, and the room was clean. Their breakfast is very expansive and very delicious.

Love staying here whenever my husband and I are in Anchorage. Very clean suites. The staff is great. They have a manager cocktail hour from 5:30-7:30pm every night. Which they give you 2 free well drinks and a display of light appetizers. Our batender Kay was awesome 5 stars just for her. I recommend staying here whenever in Anchorage.

This hotel is the best in Anchorage. I was immediately greeted as i entered. The front desk staff were amazing, very friendly. The ambience was wonderful. The room I was given was beautiful inside and very quite. I did have a bad experience with the brunch they had for Easter. The hostess told me to sit at dirty table and was helping other guests while I sit at the dirty table. I had to ask for water and utensils. She helped everyone else while I just sat there. The hotel staff and ambience was amazing, they even called the day before I checked out to see if they could help with anything.

This was a nice stay. After my brief tour of Anchorage and finding out thats its not quite all that (at least in March), coming back to my room more than made up for my disappointment. They gave me an upgrade to a Jacuzzi room (sign up for Hilton rewards boys and girls, it pays) so i soaked away the afternoon sipping wine and watching movies.
The room was very spacious (see the pictures), clean and comfortable. The carpeting in the hallways could use an upgrade but everything else about the hotel was very current. Two free drinks and snacks between 5-7 was also a huge plus. Nice job Embassy, I'll be back!

It is a awesome hotel the service is good and the food is perfect

this Embassy suites is one of the best ones that I have ever had a stay at. there is even a game room. which most Embassy Suites don't even have. the breakfast is OK. with the exception of the biscuits being to hard to eat, and the hot water that I used for my tea being way too hot to drink. this place if fine for a weekend getaway, especially during the summertime.

This is a fantastic hotel. Very nice and clean rooms. Lobby is beautiful with a fountain. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's not cheap but no hotel in Anchorage is. Plus two free drinks and cooked to order breakfast are included. The breakfast is very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overpriced, but you get a lot for Anchorage. Breakfast is included and usually pretty good. Evening Manager's reception is also included.

Everything was good but the pool. They do not regulate if enough. They also put salt and chlorine in it. It made my whole family sick

Good hotel franchise. Have stayed there in other states. Room layouts are nice with plenty of room and they are usually very courteous.

Rooms a pretty good, the bar is excellent and the meals are pretty good too. Staff is wonderful, overall a great experience so far, I plan on making this my go to for business trips up here.

I am currently staying at Embassy Suites Anchorage AK., the service so far has been great. But I found out two nights into my stay the cooking spray was upsetting my stomach from eating omelets for breakfast. I love the 24 hr access to the fitness center. Thanks for picking me up from the airport I will be using the service when I leave. The front desk gets two thumbs up!! Wanda Badall

Hotel lobby and meeting rooms were very nice looking. Catered food was decent. Clean facilities on ground level. Didn't stay in a room so can't judge that part.

Nice breakfast, great rooms. Lots of space to work on my computer. Used the washer and dryer. They had the quarters I needed.

Oh my god this place!!! From the moment you enter it's stunning. The lobby even has a fountain. There's a lounge, restaurant, and a library with a pool table! Each guest gets two free cocktails of their choice - amazing. We stayed in a suite with a hot tub!! It was giant and had a tv on the wall next to it. There was also a sitting room/ kitchen and a separate bedroom. Each of those also had a tv. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower. In the morning there's a huge breakfast area where they will cook you an omelette or pancakes or French toast... for free! As much as you want!!! And they have seriously the best coffee I've ever had. I cannot wait to go back.

This Embassy Suites is absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious and very clean, the breakfast is the best around, it's nice that guests get 2 free drinks a night at the bar, and the customer service was excellent. The hotel is situated well in town and is really 15 minutes away from everything, at most. The WiFi was reliable and a decent speed as well. The beds were a bit soft for my preference, but they were very comfortable nonetheless. Overall it was a great experience and felt warm and welcoming whenever we returned for the evening.

Not as big as a big city Embassy Suites, but has all the Alaska charm. Definitely recommend. Nightly snacks are not as big as other ESs, but several high end restaurants within 5 min walk, mostly to the southeast.

Our stay at Embassy Suites was short but wonderful. The rooms were perfect. Spacious and comfy. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. My favorite part was the continental breakfast. The food was wonderful. I would stay here again and again.

This is always my preferred hotel in Anchorage whenever I travel for business or pleasure and it has never disappointed me. Modern, clean, cozy, convenient, and a good value. Staff are always very nice and accommodating and the rooms are spacious and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Centrally located in Anchorage with beautiful views of downtown and the mountainside. Clean rooms, room service with a decent menu, and a lounge with a bar make this a decent place to hide away for a day or two. Within walking distance to Fred Meyer, Sears, and Moose's Tooth Pizza.

The rooms are spacious and modern. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in, and the housekeeping was top notch (the room was spotless). The free breakfast is awesome and on par with what many 4 star or higher hotels charge for. First time staying at an Embassy, and I'm sold!

The room is nice and the food, including the free breakfast, is pretty good! So far everyone has been friendly and the location is nice. The room has a fridge, microwave and everything I would want.

Best hotel in anchorage. I live here snd my family likes to go to hotels for fun and we've been to multiple ones around town and this is the only one that stands out. They have the best complimentary breakfast and an amazing chef who cooks it right infront of you.

Front desk : The front desk staff were very friendly. We had a smooth check in and check out. They helped us with our car rental. Well knowledgeable about Anchorage. They also have a free shuttle service to the airport. The location of this hotel is good as well. Reasonably close to downtown Anchorage, shopping areas and other restaurants. They also have a small convenience store in the lobby.
Restaurant: The restaurant food was tasty and fresh. Their service wasn't very good. The person who served our table seemed like a amateur waiter. Their free breakfast buffet had good variety of choices for adults and kids. The made-to-order eggs for breakfast was nice.The restaurant had good spacious seating arrangement.

Room view: There is a view from the room we stayed on the 3rd floor but it's visible only from one conner of the room.

Cons : The house keeping didn't replenish the coffee cups. In our 4 days stay they did it just once. This made it inconvenient for us as we had to go to the front desk to get the coffee cups ourselves. They also forgot to empty one of our trash bins.

Over all : it's a good & neat hotel to stay.

Anchorage Embassy is my spot whenever I'm in town. Great suites, the restaurant is good, and it's located in midtown which I like. Definitely be back!

Nice, newer facility, large rooms, spacious lobby, with a good bar and much better than average hotel restaurant. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Rooms were very quiet, and had blackout blinds for those really late summer solstice sunsets.

Great suite, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and living areas. Airport shuttle is small, call ahead to make sure they know you are waiting, many people don't and the driver takes the ones that call first. Free full cooked to order breakfast, can get a little busy and slow. Well kept place.

Nice hotel with restaurant and bar. Staf was super nice. I was there for a conference meeting and found the accommodations for this to be lovely.

I've stayed at the property over the past several years. Each time it seems to gets worse and worse. The parking is insufficient. The breakfast fluctuates on quality. Service as far as room cleaning and timely delivery of extra towels or bedding leaves much to be desired. The last two stays involved unclean showers. They've also taken away some of the better cable channels. As a Hilton honor member I get free Internet but it's slow and spotty.

It's pluses are larger rooms than the newer hotels and location in midtown which is why I give it 3 stars. For a family, you can pack a lot of people into the room. But if you book using points, don't expect any perks like early check-in or late checkout. And if you don't want to have to park across the street (which sucks during the Alaska winter) then plan to be back at the hotel by 5pm to grab a spot.

Embassy suites always seem to impress me. The staff was very accommodating and the made to order breakfast is always top notch. Lovely beds and comfortable clean rooms. Weird location but it was convenient for all of my needs.

We decided on staying at Embassy Suites for my daughters birthday. The staff was very friendly! They even left a gift for my daughter and she felt very special! The room was spacious and cozy! The complimentary breakfast was delicious! I got an omlette that was made to order.

Great place to stay. The Bar/restaurant staff is awesome. Food is great. The bartenders are very gracious and friendly. The rooms are clean and fresh. They will let you ck in early if needed. The only downside to this hotel is the shuttle pick up from the hotel takes entirely to long.

I was at Embassy Suites for an event hosted by Hays Research in Anchorage, Alaska. The entire day was an overall joy. The food, room preparations, A/V equipment, etc...were top notch.

I had a great experience at the Homewood hotel in , AK. This facility was very clean, the personal were very friendly, polite and accommodating. All the operation aspects of this hotel were top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel

Staff is very nice, friendly and professional. Location is central midtown - can walk to at least 4 restaurants. Included breakfast is much nicer than most hotels with great selection and quality of food.

Great hotel but room close to Benson st is kinda loud....Also, the bar can legally ONLY give you 2 free drinks....It's not like the other Embassy's where they serve unlimited until Happy hour is over....Still great place!

Great rooms, good service

The hotel is located in Anchorage, not excessively far from the airport and across the road from the Sears mall. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast included in the stay was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had, with made to order omelets and pancakes. We received courtesy calls and the staff was very responsive.

My husband and I very much enjoyed the room. We received a warm welcome at check in despite how late it was, and they were very helpful with our early checkout. We will most definitely come back for another stay.

Good place with a delicious breakfast and drinks. Rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the mountain view rooms have a good view.

The room was clean, but the pull-out couch bed was terrible- bad mattress pad... Even for a pullout. It has springs poking out the sides.

The mattress "cover" didn't fully cover the mattress, so I had reservations about how hygienic it was. To top it off, the linens and blanket were terrible... Basically it felt like what a budget airline would give you if they were in the bed linen and blanket business.

Also, our room was a ridiculous hike away from the lobby.

Much of the staff was helpful, but a few standout employees were incredibly rude and seemed to look for excuses to refuse service. Our company oversees caretaking for children of millitary families for events organized by appointed chaplains, we were refused even simple requests by some of the front desk staff, such as plastic cups for water for our room full of toddlers (we were given large wine glasses, thankfully, the chef overheard and brought us what we needed after we were turned away).
The reason we were given was that they would only take requests from the head chaplain, which is absurd.
Overall, I was not satisfied the level of customer service.

We recently used the Embassy Suites to hold a networking event. It's the third or fourth time we've held an event there in the last couple years. The meeting space was beautiful and set up exactly as planned. Staff was attentive and quickly responded to requests. They've recently replaced the carpet and it's now a nice touch. Every aspect was decorated beautifully. We will definitely host events here again.

The rooms were great. But what made me really love this place was the breakfast. Fresh custom omletes, great fruit, tasty potatoes, eggs Benedict half the time and the list goes on.

It was also in a pretty convenient part of town. It was kinda near everything. Best thing nearby was the International House of Hotdogs.

Breakfast with made to order omelettes. Complimentary cocktail reception. Clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Friendly, accommodating staff. What's not to love?

Very great hotel. Staff are cheerful, helpful, and nice. Very modern, with free wifi. Very nice sized rooms, and very cool decorations, such as grizzly bear statues, and a very cool fountain. (The staff even let us throw coins in it from the third floor overlook)

I've stayed here twice...and loved it!! Rooms are clean and modern. Service was prompt, pointed, and warm! Will return!
