Embassy Suites in Kennesaw on Chaistain road has been my home away from home. I have never had a bad stay. They have always made every effort to make my stays extremely enjoyable. The staff are so nice and the breakfasts and happy hours are always amazing. I stay here every chance I get.

The rooms were clean and spacious, bed was comfy but didn't care for the pillows. Location was great,right next to our destination. Must admit everyone we encountered were friemdly and accommodating ....Good stay.

Would have been more stars if people weren't still being racist, and complaining because little kids are having fun in the pool which I also felt was due to racism. Nice hotel most staff were kind. Great location but not sure if I would pay to stay somewhere where I am left uncomfortable and my kids can not enjoy themselves due to others.

Location very congested so plenty of restaurants to walk to. The room was a little smaller than I'd prefer even for a single bed room but nice and clean. Staff was nice and very concerned about making sure deliveries got to the right place.

It's a different kind of Embassy layout. Kids were disappointed in that alone. More like a regular hotel than a standard Embassy suites, with the rooms down long hallways rather than built around a large atrium. Hotel bar appeared to be in the Ruth Chris steakhouse (which was attached to the hotel)...and did not feel accessible for just a beer or two in casual clothes. Rooms were standard size, but the couch bed was not level (head much lower than feet) and mattress was less than optimal (even for a couch bed). Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Friendly staff and standard good breakfast.

The good: beautiful lobby, great staff, air conditioned room upon arrival, nice amenities and freebies, comfy bed.

The bad: dusty dirt clods around the door frame where the hard floor was near our bathroom (my young son found a huge one and attempted to play with it), Ruth's Chris failed to deliver our lobster bisque after ordering $140 worth of food, the pull out couch bed was at an angle so I had to sleep with my head significantly lower than my body.

Overall average experience, would go back.

What a wonderful experience we have had with Embassy Suites! Robyn has given our families the best experience for accommodations during our wedding planning. We just got married this past weekend and we are so glad to have chosen this hotel! We will be returning guests to this hotel in the future.

I love this hotel. They are right in the center of great shops and restaurants. The hotel was really clean and the free breakfast was truly awesome. The check in staff cost them a perfect score. Not so nice at all.

Everyone there was so professional and friendly. They would yes ma'am, can I help you with anything, is there anything else you need and thank yous all the time. Hotel was clean with beautiful towels, nice bathroom. There's a refrigerator and microwave, coffee pot, a sink and two televisions. On my limited income, it was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I will look for Embassy Suites whenever I travel.

I went here with my family for my birthday. I loved the atmosphere and the food was delicious. Our server, Lex, was pleasant and provided outstanding service. I would've given this restaurant 5 stars if I hadn't found a fruit fly in my salad or plastic in my potatoes. Even still, the owner and chef approached me personally and apologized. I wasn't even upset about it. I was just glad the issue was acknowledged.

Polite and friendly check in staff. They informed me of their special event hours and provided a information card with my room card to remind me later. The room was large and comfortable. Although, I noticed that the lighting was minimal in the room.

Very nice hotel with only a few minor dings. The hotel itself is within walking distance to quite a few restaurants, and even has a restaurant attached to it. It's in a great location to many surrounding areas and I75. The staff were incredibly nice and accomodating. Rooms smelled clean, and with the exception of some weird paint marks on the bathroom doors and stains on the window curtains, it was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again if I'm ever in town!

Honestly a little more than I needed for one person but would definitely be great for more than one person. The breakfast in the morning was very good! Fresh omelets and other great food. I would definitely recommend!

Ruth Chris Steakhouse at this location has got to be the best place to experience a Steak dinner ever! Wonderful service from beginning to end. I got the Cowboy and brother got the chicken, which it was amazing.

This kind soul went above and beyond to help me out with my reservations after accidentally reserving the wrong night. She then helped me find one of the very few rooms still available that met my special request. I cannot say how well I was treated here. I will choose to stay here any time I'm in the area. We love staying at Embassy Suites. This is why we chose to stay at one in Kennesaw, GA. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed. We stayed on the 7th floor and as soon as we stepped off the elevator we smelled what seemed like the smell of someone getting a perm. The smell was noticeable in our room. At times we did not smell this smell, so we decided not to complain. The second night, the smell seemed to become stronger.
We also found the room to be in need of some attention. For the hotel to be fairly new, it seemed like somethings were in need of repair...we were kind of surprised. We also heard a light siren sound outside in the evening that occured every so often. For this reason, we had some issues sleeping.
Upon checkout, we informed them of these issues, they gave us a $50 credit on atleast one of our nights. I guess it was something. Hopefully they have addressed these issues.

The location is close to where I was conducting business so that was ideal and the rooms are super spacious which afforded me to do work in my room with the the feeling of feeling all crammed in. The beds were comfortable however the pillows became no existent in a matter of minutes and both mornings I woke up with a stiff neck. The service in the whole was good but when I call down to have something sent to my room I was told that they didn't have the man power to do it, which was slightly frustrating. The restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing however extremely pricey. That being said there are plenty of dining options within walking and driving distance.

Convenient location to retail and restaurants. The suite was clean and comfortable. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was wonderful, other than the coffee.

The hotel is very clean. It's slightly outdated, but still very nice. The complimentary breakfast and cocktails were a nice benefit too. Having an additional fee for upgraded WiFi though was unexpected. All in all, very nice stay.

Loved our stay here! Hotel was very nice...room was comfortable. All the amenities on site were great! Enjoyed dinner downstairs at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse - and it was nice to simply be able to go upstairs after a nice dinner. Will be back!

This hotel is safe enough and clean enough to stay at, but it needs a deep cleaning and a refresh to match the quality of other Hilton hotels. Furniture is uncomfortable. Don't try to use the pull out bed, the staff doesn't clean it or put sheets on it. The carpet in the hallway looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it was installed. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good.

the staff at the front desk was very personable and helpful and professional as well as welcoming and inviting. The room was reasonably sized and clean, as well as up to date. It was conveniently located and the check-in and check-out wear a breeze!

4 Night in on my 11 night stay and I am disappointed. Staff has been friendly and helpful the beds are really comfortable. Internet is pathetic and will drop connection regularly, and I have only been getting 4 Mbps, so no netflix above 480p. There is a premium option at $10 a day but good luck getting a deal if extended stay. (My biggest complaint about this location). For 2 nights now I cannot even park on property because parking lot is so small and fills up for the restaurant or hosted parties (I even checked back parking lot and on the sides). Rooms are mostly adequate but other than the bed the furniture is extremely uncomfortable. The problem is it shouldn't be just adequate Embassy Suites is a little more premium than the average. Most of my issues is out of the staffs control, which they are outstanding and friendly. Some of the best hotel service.

Emma did a wonderful job taking care of us after finding out there were wash rags left from the previous guest and that our room wasn’t done. Then, today Nov 13 at 12:15pm, our friend (who always pays for our premium room for 4 nights (room 627)
asked the lady at the front desk for a bag of chips while waiting for me (he had the same bag of chips in the car. He was just making conversation.) She said no. I had to give her my Hilton Honors #. She gave me a bag of waters. I asked if I can have the chips instead. She said no bc I’m only a silver member. I just said Wow.
I’m shocked at the horrible customer service from that front desk lady. Emma was excellent😊

The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant served delicious food and the staff was awesome. The only complaint I had was that the complimentary breakfast was a little bland and cold. Would stay again, for sure.

Very accommodating to a large wedding party. This hotel had 3 other weddings staying with them on the same night and the hotel staff was able to get the entire wedding party on the same floor. This location is also right down the street from Kennesaw State University, so, if you have friends or family graduating, this would be a good place to stay. 2 bars within walking distance of the hotel, a Tin Lizzy's and a Taco Mac.

Nice hotel in a great location. Staff was great. Busy weekend with several weddings but no noise heard in our room. Will stay again.

Check-in was a breeze. Very nice front staff and extra pillow requested for the kids arrived quickly to the room. One room suite had plenty of room. Foldout couch bed is a foam mattress, good for kids. No bathtubs only showers if that matters to your family. Ruth's Chris in the hotel, and they cater the evening social and breakfast. Big cuddos to Mr. Lorenzo who makes a mean omelette and made breakfast the best part of our stay and a great start to a long drive.

Its usually nice, as far as the rooms go, they keep used tissue in there and glass cup are always dirty, but it could be worse I guess. there were a group of baseball teams (kids 10-16) running through the halls all night slamming doors, because their supervisors and parents were apparently getting drunk at the restaurant. they were just as loud and careless. We called the guest services because they kept waking my kids up. But they claim all they saw was drunk women in the laundry room. And they obviously knew it was the baseball players as multiple people were upset. If im paying over $100 a night I would expect to not have to worry about this kind of thing. I will not be returning because this is the second time they brushed it off as if its OK. I'll go to the new Hilton a block away since this is becoming a new trend. *paid honest opinion

On par with other all suites hotels, including Embassy's other locations. Noticed that my reservation was for a king room on the day we were to check in but we needed a double. Called the front desk and we were initially told that the hotel was booked full; the young lady then asked us to wait for a moment while she checked further. She came back and told us one double was available due to cancellation and booked it for us. I checked my app a few moments later and confirmed she changed us. We arrived 4-5 hours later to check in and were told that there was never a double available and the manager went so far as to say the conversation we had never took place. I had not refreshed the app and showed him the reservation and he still insisted that it was wrong. At that point we had no choice but to book a 2nd room to accommodate the family - we were traveling in full force for a lacrosse tournament. The manager was gracious enough to give us a bit of a discount but the overall experience was a bit off putting.

A great hotel with exceptional suite rooms. Very spacious and comfortable. They had daily happy hour with free snaks and drinks a big win for a family the road. Good beds and bathrooms as well. The next morning to our delight there was a made to order breakfast and the omelettes we're great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Standard Embassy Suites property - nicely kept up; friendly, attentive service; complimentary cocktail hour in the evening, complementary breakfast in the morning; smallish pool; Ruth's Chris Steakhouse on the main floor for an in hotel restaurant, but several less expensive options nearby. The rooms are very quiet. Stayed here more than once, and would be happy to stay here again.

Very comfortable and spacuous room. The lobby and breakfast area are beautiful. The breakfast is good without being overwhelming. Free drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) in the evenings. The fitness center is sufficient with dumbbells and several treadmills.

Pleasant staff, excellent breakfast, nice rooms (as expected), and very clean. Tasteful decor. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is nice. The room we stayed in could have used some more TLC by the housekeeping and maintenance teams. The room wouldn't cool, the toilet was broken and leaking. But other than that, the hotel was nice. The happy hour and breakfast made up for the not so good things.

Perfectly fine Embassy Suites. Location is good, walking distance to several good restaurants. Rooms are big and clean. The dining area is a little small but they make it work.

Embassy suites is centrally located to many restaurants in the Marietta area. The hotel was lovely and the service was excellent. I especially enjoyed drinks and light snacks in the evening. Check was quick and easy. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.

Good location near (walking distance) many restaurants and shopping, close enough to the freeway without being right next to it. Good, friendly service. Clean rooms. Can't complain except I would have imagined the cost to be lower than it was considering the area and the size of the room.

Super comfy beds but my room was not super clean. The steak house downstairs closes at 11, which is kind of a bummer. Quiet and comfortable though.

This was a business conference at the hotel. It's located right off the highway and has Ruth's Chris Stake House attached to the hotel. The room we were in was large with good audio and video capabilities. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

We are from Wisconsin and stayed here on our way to Orlando for the night. Very clean, courtesy, and hot breakfast. You don't find that much any more. Also the attendant Jalyn was AMAZING. She was the friendliest person in a hotel I've ever met. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay after a 15 hour drive. Defiantly would come back if in the area again.

I've stayed here twice and loved it both times. The kids love the indoor pool and my husband and I love the onsite steakhouse. The rooms are nice, breakfast is good, especially for a complimentary hotel breakfast, and the staff is very, very polite.

We ordered a side that they later ran out of. We had to order a different side and delayed the meal being served. We had to get our dessert to go.

Absolutely perfect. Room was extremely inviting. Staff was more than helpful. I would highly recommend it.

Lunch with the family at Ruth's Chris was excellent. Service was good, food was great and everyone had a good time. It is nice to visit a place like this on a slow day and have it to ourselves.

I want to give this hotel 4.5 stars, but because it has a Ruth's Chris in the Lobby, I will give it 5. Newer, clean and big rooms. Great staff and location. Excellent suburban hotel with everything you need. Having a great restaurant and bar in the lobby really makes this not feel like the deep suburbia that it is. I will stay here again. PRICES can be high at certain times, but this is a very good suburban chain hotel if you can stay here.

Great one night stay here. Rooms large and updated. Even with the hotel nearly fully booked there were plenty of parking spaces. Staff was very friendly.

Clean hotel with a hot breakfast in the morning. What's not to love? Took my family of 4 and everyone was comfortable. Even got to use the fitness center. Also a great location surrounded by restaurants and a nearby Mall. Highly recommended.

AC in our room did not function well at all, so the room temperature was not comfortable. Also, the pillows and beds are pretty uncomfortable. After staying in many other hotels that take pride in their bed's (Hampton, Courtyard, even Best Western), I'm surprised Embassy Suites hasn't done something to improve theirs. Finally, the toilet in our room (#532) didn't function properly and the lid had to be removed to adjust the float to keep it from running all night.

I've given the hotel 2 stars because the cooked to order breakfast was pretty good and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. Other than that, I would look for other options.

Ruths Chris restaurant is wonderful and close proximity to KSU. Walking distance to several other food options. They also offer cooked to order breakfast, pool and fitness center. Rooms are great here too.

Clean rooms and exceptional staff create a friendly atmosphere for any overnight stay! It doesn't hurt that a steakhouse attaches to the hotel. Don't forget to enjoy their free cocktail happy hour every night.
