Hotel is very nice, the lobby is beautiful. I liked the room, however the carpet is definitely due for replacement. Also the toilet paper roll holders make you want to break your spine trying to reach back for them. Other than that though, I enjoyed my stay. :)

The rooms are huge which would be great for a family (although we were only 2). Clean and comfortable space. But the best part is the free happy hour every night. You're paying for it in the room rate ($$$) but it's a great perk!

Embassy went through a renovation. It is beautiful. From the lobby to the rooms. Customer service is great. Food wonderful. Breakfast buffet has many selections, both hot and cold options. Will continue to stay at tnis location when my travels bring me to Columbus.

The hotel is amazing. Service is top notch. Only thing is don't order the shrimp tacos. Had to return them as the shrimp was hard as a rock and tasteless. Aside from that one dish, everything else was beyond expectations. Especially the complementary 5 à 7 drinks / happy hour reception nightly. Would highly recommend staying here. I would definitly stay again.

Seems to be a very nice hotel. I did not have the pleasure of staying in a room. However being inside one of the conference rooms was very nice. Upon entry you come through the lobby and straightaway into the restaurant and bar sitting area. Very nice and welcoming decor with a modern touch. Seems like a great option for an event or for a overnight stay. I certainly wouldn't mind coming back for more.

Loved it! Beautiful hotel, great rooms, free buffet for breakfast and dinner plus free drinks. Only complaint was the pool room was on the small side and there was no hot tub. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Columbus.

This was located in Columbus, Ohio near I 270 and Cleveland Ave on the north side. It was excellent. Suites were so spacious and clean. The check-in was quick as well as the check-outs. The full scale made to order omelets were delicious. They had everything you wanted for breakfast daily, served buffet style. The staff was very helpful and polite.

A really beautiful hotel. I believe it was remodeled in the last few years. They have a top notch staff that was very accommodating. They have nice rooms with a seperate sitting area from the bedroom. I enjoyed every minute of the time I spent there. I would definitely recommend.

This is a nice hotel with amazing staff as of April 2018. They serve nice complimentary breakfast and light evening snacks. The suite I was in was nice and cozy. A good place for family or business travels

What a great place to stay. The rooms are HUGE. There was an open bar and snacks every night. Breakfast every morning complementary! So many things to choose from. This place knows how to bring in the customers. Plus it is right next to the highway. Easy access. If I get to come to Columbus again I would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was fantastic and answered all of our questions. The pool is both an indoor and outdoor pool which is also great. It even has a waterfall feature. You had to wear a wristband at the pool which put me off. I didn't appreciate feeling like I was at an amusement park when at a hotel pool. Breakfast is of course amazing as was the manager reception.

I stay here mostly by myself to visit family. A lot of families stay here from out of town for sports competitions. The only slight downside for my situation is elevators full of families. The breakfast and managers reception in the evening are excellent. The rooms are great. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and freeways.

The hotel was full, so my reservation of a regular room netted me an 8th-floor suite that was huge and so pretty! The bed, bedding and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The shower was excellent. The room was clean, with huge windows to let in light. The free breakfast was awesome! It went above and beyond your usual cold, stale and sad-looking continental fare. I really enjoyed my little stay here.

Hotel is set back a little from the road but easy to find. They're are many choices in Columbus but the rooms are spacious and well laid out. Great staff and service work plenty of parking. The breakfast by far it's the nicest I have had and they have a omlette and egg station. Would recommend.

Nice but you can tell that it is beginning to age. The hotel was nice enough though. Unfortunately, the front lobby to the bar and brunch area left that open space perpetually cold. This did not go well with the brunch food. The elevators are incredibly slow and make some alarming noises when you're on them. The staff is great! Friendly, and helpful, our front desk man (Caucasian gentlemen nice beard worked all weekend.), Brunch servers, and housekeeping staff were excellent!!

This is tough. During the week this place is great. Weekend/holidays? Complete madhouse. Not necessarily the fault of the staff...they can only do so much. People smoking in the rooms, smoking weed, music up loud, kids running lose. Of course, as soon as you call the desk and they check it the problem stops. I know there is only so much they can do if they don't witness it directly...maybe charging just a bit more for the rooms will keep this to a minimum.

Professional and down to earth staff, relaxed lobby very electrifying, healthy and filling happy hour snacks and alcohol beverages on tap, spacious and clean rooms. Hearty breakfast to start your day, a great escape, especially compared to Embassy Suites in Dublin...a drag.

You'll enjoy your stay on Corporate Exchange Blvd! I wish we were there tonight. Switched it up , in dublin, and not feeling it. Not catering to guest, rooms smell like smoke, broken toilet which doesn't flush and we cant eat dinner until 5:30. What kind of tumbleweed is this.

I stayed over night after attending an event. The hotel itself is very nice and had good decor. The event had drinks and food supplied and both were of good quality. The staff was also very professional and courteous. I would stay at this hotel on my own since this event.

Excellent hotel! I highly recommend this hotel if visiting Columbus! The staff is awesome, appetizers late in the evening along with unlimited drinks, and in the morning, breakfast made to order. The room is clean as well as comfortable!

For Thanksgiving my family and I stayed here, we loved it. They reminded us of the Opryland Hotel before it was flooded (except without alm the plants). Breakfast was complimentary which included a omelet cooked to your choice. The rooms were clean. Overall we have enjoyed out stay.

Nice rooms, clean areas all around, spacious, and exceptionally friendly staff. Beds were typical of your better hotels in terms of size (smaller than I prefer), but the mattresses were firm and flat. Bar and lounges had plenty of areas to host groups small and large.

Check in was quick and easy even with them having some sort of convention staying there (which I was not a part of). Was able to try the workout room which had some free weights and cardio equipment. The workout room was clean and everything seemed to be fairly well maintained.

GREAT place to stay -- VERY nice folks working there starting with Robert (blond fellow) I think his name, at the front desk!! We accidentally booked the airport Embassy instead of this one RIGHT by the hospital we needed to attend -- he got us fixed up!! Hopefully the Dr will do the same for my lovely gal today!!

Nice rooms with an updated common area. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good overall experience. Temperature in the common area may be a little on the cool side for some but that could have been due to my visit coinciding with a significant turn to colder weather.

Staff was incredible. Accommodations were top notch. Food was great. It was unfortunate that the majority of the hotel was unsupervised soccer kids and drunk, noisy dads until 11pm. The place was ransacked and we barely got any sleep. Pool was hazardous due to dozens of kids roughousing. I have 4 boys so I understand roughousing but this was out of control. Kudos to the amazing staff and their patience during the weekend

Went there for a work event. They had a lunch provided and it was delicious. Also the staff was very friendly and did an awesome job. Had a great experience and would definitely go back.

The best experience I've had staying at any Hilton property. Exceptionally and genuinely friendly staff from arrival to checkout, nicely updated rooms, and a well above average breakfast area. Even the beds seemed moe comfortable than usual. I will go out of my way to stay here again next time I'm in Columbus.

The rooms are decent but not as nice as you would expect for the money. The mini refrigerator did not work in my room. I do like the complementary drinks and snacks during the happy hour. The staff is friendly and courteous. Overall not a bad place to stay.

We enjoyed our short stay at Embassy Suites. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. We used the fitness center which was conveniently open 24 hrs. The complimentary breakfast was nice and the staff was very helpful. I also thought the restaurant/bar area looked nice and liked the indoor pool.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. This has been the best experience at a hotel. There has been some hicups the the a/c not working but they were quick to respond and get it fixed. I recommend if you need to stay in Columbus spend the money and stay at the Embassy Suites.

Great place! Had the opportunity to DJ a an event in one of their rooms. Everything was wonderful. The staff and the entertainment host was very helpful and accommodating. They have a restaurant/bar which is amazing. Looking forward to doing business here again.

Beautiful main floor interior, the bar area is awesome. Typically​very comfortable room. However 1 of 4 elevators not currently working. Affects getting to and from your room. We stayed 2 nights and our room wasn't made up after the 1st night. Good breakfast and evening managers cocktail party with good snack choices.

Amazing breakfast! There is a nice variety of food - cooked to order omelets were a favorite with my family. The staff was very nice and the facility was clean and attractive.

Great Hotel. Nice beds for a nice hotel. One elevator was under construction so that was kind of annoying. Breakfast was really good. Had dinner the night before very large portions at a very reasonable price with a decent tasting feared.

They just had a 9 million dollar renovation and the place looks great! The staff for the most part are really nice. Only complaint is there are a lot of kids (not Embassy's fault), it can get kind of loud at times. Not in the best of areas but it's is right off the freeway which will get you around town.

As with all Hilton properties, the stay here was comfortable and pleasant.

This particular Embassy Suites appears to have been recently refitted / updated (or perhaps even built in the last 10 years).

Furnishings were modern and comfortable, staff was friendly, and the bar / food service was impressive for a mid-market hotel.

I'll be staying there for future visits to the area.

Bottom line - nice hotel, friendly staff - staying there again in January. Breakfast was fast and good. Complementary coffee. Hotel was clean but walls are thin. Can here neighbors wasn't a concern for me but others I traveled with

I stayed here this week while attending a three-day training conference. The experience was excellent. I was greeted by a great atmosphere that was enhanced by a smiling staff. Front desk service was great! The free breakfast was incredibly bountiful including made to order omelets! Free happy hour drinks at the open atmosphere bar, and very nicely presented appetizer bar were amazing. My room/suite was very nice and clean. I felt very pampered. I will most definitely stay here again when in Columbus. A special kudos to Curtis, at the evening front desk, who was very conscientious and pleasant with great assuring answers to all my questions.

This place is great. It is a newer hotel with a great staff. It is comfortable, clean, and right off the freeway. It is a few miles away from the Pro Football Hall of Fame and shopping. There is nothing directly around the hotel and a car is needed. It offers free internet and breakfast. I would definitely stay again....

My family drove from Chicago to Columbus to celebrate my daughter's Birthday. When we walked in the doors of the lobby, we could tell that some major renovations had been made, because we stayed here last year. The upgrades and improvements has this hotel looking Amazing. From the lobby/lounge area to the rooms, our stay was great. Complimentary snacks and drinks when we arrived, and a 5 Star Breakfast in the morning. The lobby/lounge area is very beautiful with modern decor, and the rooms were very clean, spacious, comfortable, with new & modern decor. The staff was very professional and friendly. The only issue I would say was the elevators and the ice machine. 1 of their elevators was out of service so it took a while waiting on the elevator. And the ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order. But other than that, my family had a great stay and will definitely return.

Our stay was for New Years Eve...with that being said there were issues. Check in staff was not friendly but did try to resolve issues of several guests. And didn't get a goody bag like the other guests either. Not enough check in staff either, line was out the door! Women in pool area with glass drinkware so I had my kids get out and we left. The suite itself was clean, beautiful and the bed very comfortable. Worst part is they ran out of food; bacon, sausage, eggs, juices. Part of that is because some guests were taking more than their share! I am willing to check it out again, just not on a holiday! So for those reasons I gave my experience three stars.

The hotel has been recently renovated and the hotel looks awesome and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was very helpful and friendly service. I would recommend this hotel as a top-notch location to stay a day or two.

Room was nice and clean, the interior of the hotel was very impressive. The center of the building is open to the skylights above and is very neat area to sit at the bar and have breakfast in the morning. The one knock I had was the staff was not always helpful. I asked for a tray for breakfast so I could take food up to my wife, but was told they didnt have trays. Which I had one brought up to me with room service the night before, so I know they had them. Was just an instance of someone not wanting to provide me with Service.

Location is alright. A little out of the way but in a safe location. The lobby is beautiful since I that been recently renovated. Great for the free continental breakfast since they have custom omeletes. Rooms are alright though nicely furnished and spacious. Service was attentive and accommodating. Would visit again

Elevator capacity is less than optimal at peak times. I advise choosing a room on as low of a floor as possible, although... even if you check in online before arrival, they will assign their choice of room without communication.

Gauntlet of cigarette smoke at front entrance at all hours. I have found this to be typical at Embassy Suites, not just this location.

My brother booked me a suite for my bday in Aug, EVERYONE was courtious & polite from the front desk (on every shift) to the great breakfast each morning to the open bar each evening! Hotel was just as beautiful as the staff! Renovations were going on during my stay so I know it will be even better when I return!

I've stayed at Embassy Suites several times. My last experience was Mothers Day wknd 2016 in Buckhead Atlanta and it was exceptional! The staff was prompt and curtious. The food was amazing and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I'm in Columbus Ohio for a baby shower and I can't wait to check in this afternoon!

Beautiful. Great, varied breakfast with an omlett bar. Connected indoor and outdoor pool with a hot tub next to it. The pool offers shallow areas for children and deep ones for those able to float. Pool ranges from 3 feet to 7. Great room service and beautiful interior design. Many complimentary options are also available.

Nice hotel, clean and up dated. Breakfast was good and has healthy options. Staff was eager to put a smile on my face. This hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the Columbus airport.

I have stayed here a few times and always have a mediocre experience. Breakfast and happy hour are great. The rooms are not as clean as I would like. Dead bugs in the bedroom (better dead than alive I suppose). Bathroom fixtures often falling apart. The elevators are so slow.
