This place was nice. I was in a King Suite, and it was just that, Sweet! (It was during the corona era so I still pine sol'd the whole place) Try to get your room in advance (Dont ask why, just GET IT IN ADVANCE!)

Stay here multiple times a year mostly during the holidays. The very clean very beautiful hotel. Good selection of complimentary breakfast items. They have an omelet bar that will cooked to short order which is nice.

This hotel was pretty good, it is in close proximity to interstate 95. It is a new building. They fully accommodate the disabled, from room locations to fully adaptive bathrooms. There is a free happy hour with rail quality mixed drinks. The parking is free but you have to inquire about the parking pass, otherwise 10 dollars is taken from your incidentals fee that is totally refundable, when you make sure you're given the parking pass, the clerk will not mention it. The food was average, but the better option is to travel the 2 miles to Springfield Town Center where there is a multitude of fine restaurants for your choosing. Just take Loisdale north to the mall. Once again each location in a franchise has its pros and cons, this Embassy Suites is light years ahead of for instance, the Old town Alexandria locations. I think if you want to be in the Washington D.C. mix, but not in the mixed up congestion of the DMV, this hotel is perfect easy in and easy out.

Best hotel breakfast ever! Made to order omelets, hot and cold buffet, pancakes, grits, delicious! Staff is excellent and attentive. Room was well appointed, bed so comfortable it was hard to get up, amazing shower. Only quibble was that the towel hooks in the bathroom were too high. Hard to reach for this short person. And don't be afraid to done at the Crossroads restaurant. Very good selection of food, but not overwhelming. Includes delicious gluten-free and vegan choices. Decent price on the wine. Hint - order the bottle at dinner, you can take the rest to your room. Booking directly with the hotel saved me $38 night over 3rd party prices. That includes an AARP discount, which they asked about. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the high hangers in the bathroom. Highly recommended.

The host was nice and treated us with respect. I cant remember his name but we checked in at or around 6pm. Everyone was helpful and treat us with respect. The breakfast buffet is the best buffet ever for any hotel. The place has a good feel. That place is like listening to Frankie Beverly and Maze just makes you feel good, warm and cozy. Great place 10 STARS

A delightful find just south of DC. A perfect end to a dreadful day of lousy weather and miles upon miles of traffic congestion on I-95 N. The rooms were comfortable and luxuriously appointed. The hotel was a delight to walk through. Even the hallways smelled great. The free breakfast included was amazing. And the complimentary open bar was an added plus. Would definitely love to stay here again.

I would recommend this hotel. I really didn't want to leave. Very relaxing bed! Very relaxing shower! Excellent food at banquet made by the hotel. Good food from hotel restaurant. Free breakfast🍛was good. You can get made to order omelettes🥚. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Staff was very nice. I didn't have any negative experiences with the hotel but I didn't like getting around in the area.

Nice staff. Very clean rooms. Nice gym and indoor pool, but it's a little tricky getting there make sure you follow and read the signs. They have free happy hour and complimentary breakfast. Very nice decor.

So far it's been fantastic. Great rooms with lots of space. Bathrooms are real big. Comfortable beds and two TVs with Direct TV. A real fridge with a fridge and freezer not just a mini fridge. A full kitchen. Great sized table. And overall it feels like a top notch Hotel so far.

We rented a room for a graduation, they were super nice. The servers extremely helpful, and worked so hard making sure our tables were cleared quickly. The front desk staff were also really nice and helpful.

It was an easy check in/out process and the hotel was clean throughout. A couple things I would like to see an improvement would be towels for guests at the pool and the awareness of the chef at the omelet station in the morning. The chef was told there's a dairy free guest and not to use butter. Even though the chef did not use the butter, she did use the spatula that cooked other omelets with butter, twice.

It is a nice hotel but buyer beware, from past experiences at multiple Embassy Suites, these rooms are not suites. They are a 1 room with a little kitchenette area, a sofa and a bed. There wasn't a bathtub in the bathroom, but the shower was very nice.
On the upside, their managers happy hour is one of the best I have ever been to. Free beer and wine but they also offered coffee, which we opted for. They had a great selection of cheeses, crackers and fruit. The breakfast is also the best I've experienced. Fresh made eggs and omelets and big selection of proteins, oatmeal, fruit, breads, pastries and yogurt. Friendly staff and great location, it just really should not be called a suite.

This is a very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. They have a nice bar in the lobby area and the staff is friendly and professional. The beds we slept on were firm, not sure if all the beds are the same. Bathroom was large and very clean.

The customer service was The most noteworthy part of my experience. The workers who helped with our event were very kind and gracious. One young gentleman was kind enough to help get a glass of water for those of us who were working the event as well as some silverware we were trying to enjoy our meals while we were standing and working ourselves. Highly recommend this venue.

Awesome place. Very clean. Had a not so great experience at an Embassy Suites about 3 years ago is why I mention way better than expected. Friendly professional crew from the front desk to the bar to the restaurant. Only downer (very minor) was bathroom sink has low water pressure. Thankfully kitchen sink worked great. Would absolutely stay here again. Short convenient ride to auto train. Less than 10 mins.

This place is amazing! 2nd time staying here, they always make sure you feel welcome, the food at the free breakfast is amazing and endless choices. Room service was great! Room was very clean and spacious. Only hotel I will stay at out there!

The suite we stayed in was nice, spacious, and clean. I forgot my toothbrush and was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the complimentary toothbrush they provided. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Gym was also very spacious and clean.

The hotel was great, spacious with comfortable suites. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially Susan T. who was in charge of the booking for our guests for our daughter' wedding. She went out her way to make sure everything was wonderful. The free breakfast was fantastic.

Located right off the highway, very easy to get around from the hotel. Room was clean, plenty of towels, bed was comfortable. Fantastic free breakfast, great selection for lunch/dinner or room service. The best part was Complimentary drink service from 4-7. The gym was a little disappointing, good number of cardio machines, but the weights only went up to 50lbs, not ideal Overall, fantastic experience

My company goes here for meetings, and it's nothing great. In the conference room the projector is dim and out of focus, and the in-ceiling speakers we connect our PA to has a significant amount of noise/hiss. But the furnishings are nice, and most of the staff is friendly, though there are a few grumps.

The food is excellent. The people at the desk awesome. The rooms are clean sanitized beautiful the beds are so comfortble. Staff and visitors creates great positive energy. Love this place. Bathrooms are nice and large. Clean the towels hooks great. The best rest in a longtime.

Great hotel! We stayed one night on the way south and it was exactly what we needed: clean, new, spacious, and friendly. The evening reception is why I usually book with Embassy when I can - it is wonderfully relaxing after a long day on the road. This one was perfect since you could also order extra food from the restaurant menu without leaving the reception. I wish every Embassy would do that!

Very spacious and comfortable suites with separate bedroom and sitting area. The complimentary breakfast that is put on every morning is above and beyond what you get at most hotels with a chef tending to an omelette bar. As is par for the course for DC area hotels, a nightly happy hour with complimentary food and a beer on the house. The 24 hour fitness center is spacious and has enough equipment to keep the jettsetter happy with any type of fitness regime they might be attuned to.

We rated it an excellent 5. Beautiful environment, enormous resort. Friendly and professional staff. Rosa was one of our favorites during the stay. Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The rooms are big, modern, and welcoming. The restaurant is surprisingly good with helpful staff and good food. Free breakfast and evening reception are nice touches that push this from four stars to five stars. The location is excellent, as it's directly by I95. Parking is ample. I highly recommend this hotel.

Compared to other restaurants, it had a Great Buffet. I also appreciated all of the televisions that were around for me to watch the different games. The bartender was a nice guy. He makes a good representation of the Embassy Suites location. I also enjoy the fact that you have a lot of handicap parking out front. I myself am handicapped and love when I can easily find a spot available. I also very much like the fire pit that gets lit up at night. I do think that you need to take care of some of the burn holes in the fabric around the fire pit. However all in all it is a very enjoyable experience that I recommend to everyone. With the lack of good restaurant bars around the Springfield Lorton area I find that Embassy Suites fills a need that they could make better. But don't get me wrong they do a great job

This is the second or third year that my work has had a social event hosted by this establishment. Both ears Google survey has asked me to write reviews. This year I found the employees attentive and polite. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and they made sure we were having a clean and neat work dinner. The food was a lot better this year. The rooms were also neat and clean. It's really nice to have friendly faces whenever you're away from home for the night.

Came to visit to scope out a location to plan an event. The place was very well designed and looked very pleasant. People at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful. Had no problems answering any of the questions we had. Request to meet the event manager was quick and accommodating.

I really enjoy this place. The rooms are clean and staff are so courteous. Front bar is one of my favorite things. The only odd thing I've ever had in this hotel was them moving my toothbrush and a number of other things. I threw them all out of course but I thought it was odd that they would touch my toothbrush and a few other personal items.

This hotel was amazing. For $139.00 we had an awesome studio like room, nice view, gorgeous bathroom, free complete breakfast from eggs, bacon, sausage, omelets, juices, teas, coffe, bagels, toast, muffins, danish, oatmeal, grits, cereal, waffles, pancakes, jellies, jams, butter, cream cheese, etc. and to top it off everything looked brand new in our room. It was so clean. I wish we could've stayed longer & enjoyed the pool, gym, testaurant for lunch or dinner.

Nice large room with a great big walk in shower. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The hotel had a large buffet style for breakfast and even a manager special reception at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Always clean. Great glass & tile walk in shower with high water pressure. Kitchenette is a small fridge, microwave, and sink - no plastic or silverware or plates. Great full breakfast with made to order omelets. Great complimentary non-alcohol & alcoholic drinks with heavy snacks.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. The only issue I had involved the pool. You have to go to the 2nd floor, down to the very end of the hall, then down an elevator to get to the pool. Then the pool looked milky and dirty. I didn't want to swim in it after the long search. Other than that, hotel is great!

Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast food and staff are outstanding. Room is great but closet could be bigger for two people with a long stay. Amenities are good. Not sure about cleaning services yet.

Best hotel I have ever been to. Visually stunning from the lobby to the room. The person at the service desk made sure I was aware of all their ammenties and answered questions I didn't even realize I needed to ask! I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone staying or visiting this area.

Excellent hotel conveniently located just down the street from Fort Belvoir. The free breakfast with your stay easily bests out some 4-star restaurants. The rooms are immaculate and spacious and staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Love staying here when I'm in the area.

Really nice hotel. It's super convenient to highway. I wish there were a few restaurants a little close, but even driving it's only a couple minutes to get to a bunch of decent places. The happy hour and breakfast are solid, and better than most high end chains I stay at.

Was there for interview. Did not see rooms, but lobby was beautiful and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room was large and very quiet. Small dining table, microwave and fridge made it convenient. Breakfast was good, and the dining area was very spacious. Bed was amazing!! Can't say enough about how comfortable the mattress was. Nothing is within walking distance, but there is a good selection of restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. They have a decent gym and the breakfast was quite yummy. Also, there was a free cocktail hour! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Clean. Decent rooms. Great bar, great breakfast, good food too. Honestly would give it a 5 star but I book a double queen room and they gave me a king and a couch instead. I've been sleeping on a pull out for 3 nights. They gave me free food tickets, but that doesn't fix my back.

I roughly can be more satisfied! Went with all my family and were very comfortable and well treated. They have free shuttle service to the metro station so you can go to Washington.

The room was large, clean and cool enough to not get too hot too fast. The voice of my speaker was able to carry well in the room without me having to ask him to speak up. The snacks and coffee were good and still soft and warm throughout the three hour meeting. The grounds were clean, the staff was kind and acted professionally when it came to assisting me and greeting me.

I have no complaints. Normally I don't stay at embassy suites because they then to be on the expensive side however it is definitely worth the value. The breakfast was a wonderful spread and the staff was super friendly. Same thing at happy hour. For being free drinks they served premium beverages and they had plenty of snacks. I ordered dinner to nights in a row and was surprised by what I received and the price tag. The food was amazing and so was the price. The room was also amazing. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work and the hotel. Absolutely top notch. If possible I'm only going t stay at embassy suites now.

Stayed recently. One of the best Embassy Suites, EVER. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Our room was impeccably clean and very comfortable.

The shuttle service was nice, but it's unfortunate it doesn't start until 7 am. The free drinks and chips in the early evening is nicely done. The attendant that checked me out made a very off color joke as he did, and it costed two stars.

Used their parking lot to meet some friends! Very nice lot with clean black asphalt! I Highly recommend it for anyone wanting to reunite with long lost friends or just admire parking lots.

The facility is spotless. The room was perfect and spotless. Check in and parking was a breeze. The free breakfast deserves a review of its own. It was that good. Everyone on staff was polite, courteous and actively engaged. Good management and good management practices show. Everything appears well thought out. We ordered several items from the restaurant and they were expertly prepared There is a lady with a beautiful smile who prepares omelets which you order off an Ipad. I could go on forever but suffice it to say you can't go wrong with this location.

Very clean and well organized! The restaurants food at this hotel is really good. Complimentary free drinks and snacks from 5:30-7:00 pm. Awesome free breakfast every morning. The staff at Embassy Suites are very helpful and they have excellent service.

Great room and perfect location for those traveling on I-95! Stayed here during a family road trip. Room was large enough to let the kids run around a bit and the food from the bar was top notch! Pool was very nice as well, though the deck was a bit slippery when wet!

This is a great hotel to stay in when visiting the area. Easy on/Easy off the highway, a great lobby that is home to a good bar, (free drinks at night) great breakfast in the morning that puts many hotels to shame and a friendly staff. The room was cozy and like a room in your house. The only problem that I found and let the staff know about was the air filter. IT WAS GROSS! I don't think it had been exchanged on a couple years. Totally grown over with filth. I asked for it to be changed and it was. They gym, as usual, was nothing remarkable, but it got the job done. And typically not that crowded. Overall, a wonderful room and a decent value.

Tastefully designed rooms decorated with furnishings that are stylish, quality and comfy. I absolutely enjoyed my moments here and would stay here again in a heartbeat! The staff was a delight too!

My room was so clean, the bed made you feel like you were in heaven. All you could do is roll around in this bed, because it was unbelievable how it felt. The guest service was excellent, it had several concerns that I was stressing about, everyone when above and beyond to take care of my needs. All I can say that the service there is priceless. I'll stay there again and again when I come to Washington, D.C. If you flying in, please fly into Ronald Regan Airport, this way you only take the blue train to the Metro, then Embassy sends the shuttle to pick you up when you call to let them know that you're at the metro station.

Nice location and facilities. Business function paid by company to include light food and drinks. Bartender was not informed and refused service and wouldn't check himself, so employee had to go and get the manager. Very embarrassing and not good customer service.

Beautiful and clean. Naturally the restaurant is pricey but the food is really good. Unfortunately on my visit my refrigerator was broken. I was traveling with medication that needed to be cold so I had to use the ice bucket.

This hotel was great. The breakfast buffet was incredible. loved the options. food tasted fresh and hot. The room was so comfortable and clean. lots of channels on the tv. big screen 40" tvs in room too very big sized fridge in kitchen area. The bathroom was luxurious with its roomy tiled shower. loved how the elevators moved quickly and very responsive to the open and close buttons. was right across the street from a gas station so i could fill up fast before hitting the highway. and i enjoyed the gym. 24 hours a day accessible. equipment was up to day and big screen tv's to watch while i worked out. didn't like the fact that people would bring their kids in there while they worked out. kids were all over the place playing on and with the equipment. parents there just didn't care. i haven't been to VA in years but, wow the traffic is ridiculous there. wanted to just stay in the hotel the whole time.
