The room was very nice with a fridge and small kitchen. Nice big shower. Only stayed one night and I would definitely stay there again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was extremely clean and updated. If I had to stay here for an extended length of time, I would find this hotel and location very suitable. The room was able to block the light very well and the bedding was clean and comfortable. If I stay in that area again, I would book at the same hotel

This hotel is awesome. We visit are Grandma GG quite often, and she literally lives half a mile from this hotel. The rooms are always clean, and smell great. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is always delicious. The pool is fun to swim in, the hot tub is relaxing, and they put pool towels in the chairs so you don't need to bring one from the room. We have had only one incident that was upsetting. We live in Odessa and it is usually a 6 hour drive. My mother had made the reservations for three rooms, and paid for them three days in advance. She got there in the afternoon on Friday, and claimed the first room. My aunt got there shortly after, and claimed the second room. We left Odessa late that day, and weren't going to be there until 1 AM. My mom told the front desk that we were going to be coming in late. This little bit of information was not passed to the night clerk, and he sold our room. We got there, and had to hangout in the lobby until the situation was sorted.

Beds comfortable and rooms are quiet. Breakfast adequate but missing bowl of apples and bananas have had in the past. Requested repair to shower sliding door first day. Obviously the lower track had been missing for some time. Exercise room lacked sweat towels and cups for cooler plus ceiling tile hanging precariously down.

I hosted my wedding block here and everything went smoothly. We had a ton of out of town guests that needed suites. We were able to block up to 20 rooms. Very easy to book a room/block with their staff. Check in was quick and you can choose your own room if you have Hilton honors. The rooms were very tidy, quiet, and have all the common amenities. Breakfast the next morning was great! They had a great selection to choose from! We hung out by the pool that morning and there were entrances with key card practically every corner. When you have a large group there are bound to have issues. But the hotel was able to fix all of my problems. Great place!

I am a loyal Hilton customer because of their friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent service. This Homewood Suites was a great property. The morning breakfast was hot and plentiful. And the evening wine and a lite meal was a great touch. I highly recommend this hotel!!

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom suites. It was a nice place with a basketball court and outdoor pool. Breakfast wasn't very good though. The eggs were runny.

Came by to see friends. Nice quiet lobby but didn't see much staff (it was close to 2am though). Solid rooms, you can't really go wrong with Homewood from my experience

Very nice rooms, food is good but runs out quickly, and great amenities. There are a few issues with this place:
1.elevators will get stuck multiple times. In my time being here, I've had 3 times that the elevator has stuck on the fourth floor and has not let me out. Additional to my experience with the elevators, my family members each individually have experienced being stuck in the elevator at least once. That's 5+ issues in one week. Doesn't seem very safe.
2.keycards expire too soon and/or without reason, causing us to take the elevator(read above), or walk down 4 flights of stairs to get more keycards just to have them randomly expire on us.
Overall, this place is great. The people are nice, food is good, comfy beds. But, this place has some issues that need to be fixed.

FEELS LIKE HOME. I stay here whenever in Dallas. Staff is very accommodating. This trip was LOUD as bb parents/Coaches didn't control the boys that ran the halls and stairs.

Hotel was great! Swam in the pool and got in the hot tub. Hotel was clean and everyone was friendly, EXCEPT the guy that works nights.

We went to a concert one night and when we got back the front door was off, understandably because it was late. The one instructions on the door were use you card to get in. (But the card machine didn't work.) We were just about to push the doors open when he opened them from the back office cause apparently he had been sitting there watching us on camera trying to use the card machine. He then came out an rudely announced you could have called the machine is broken.

We never saw the phone and there was no sign noting that the machine was broken.

Comfortable, Continental breakfast is above average, AT&T WiFi isn't fast.

Attentive service, clean and quiet rooms, well-maintained grounds, bountiful free breakfast, and overall an excellent value. I was surprised at the quality and variety of fresh fruit offered at the buffet-style breakfast — bananas, apples, oranges, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, fresh pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and more!

If we're in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel which offers a nice sized room for a great value. The place is clean, quiet and professional. The furniture is a little dinged up in the room but given what you pay, I could have easily gotten a lot smaller room with less amenities for the same price. I easily recommend this hotel if it fits your price point.

I've been staying at Homewood when visiting my grandmother for about one and a half years. I have become spoiled by this hotel. The rooms are luxurious. The beds and pillows so soft and I always get a treat nights sleep. The 2 room suites are my favorite since I have kids. A king bedroom for privacy while my kids sleep in the living room on a sofabed.
The full kitchen is perfect for longer stays or if you just want to be able to make a quick lunch. Everything is included from knives to pots for cooking.
The full hot and cold breakfast is the best. Always has eggs, a meat, and either a bread like French toast sticks or potatoes. There's oatmeal, waffles, a fruit bar and some pastries. On the weekends breakfast lasts til 10 am. When I come to Dallas for any reason, I always want to stay here.

I have stayed here on three different occasions and the service is just great! The food is great and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here if you are staying near Allen.

The room at Homewood is incredible, especially considering the price. Our suite is comparable to a small apartment and it is more than accomadating, as is the staff. The continental breakfast is excellent. We have had time to check out the outdoor pool as well which is beautiful. It is both kid and adult friendly! Would definitely stay here again. They set a new standard for hotels.

We were headed to Austin for a birthday party, with an unwrapped present. The excellent staff was happy to loan us scissors and tape to save us a trip to target. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was excellent.

Homewood Suites is a very beautiful hotel. When you walk in you feel good about the design and style of the hotel. Very well maintained and a very clean hotel.

Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms are super clean. Workout room has two treadmills, two ellipticals, weights, and is nice and cool for working out. Breakfast and dinners are great. The dining area is large and comfortable. It's centrally located to many businesses and attractions. Staff remembers return visitors. A well run and happy establishment.

The location is a bit isolated if you want shopping or eating within walking distance. Rooms are very nice and well kept. Breakfast bar has a good selection with cold or hot breakfast. There is always some type of meat, potato, and egg. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay for the price.

This is your standard Home wood Suites. Large suite style rooms with a small kitchen, breakfast in the morning, and a light dinner in the evening. This hotel is close to the express way so it is easy to get to.

Room was a spacious suite. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to get an early check-in despite it being Memorial Day weekend. Standard but good breakfast of eggs, waffles, fruit, ham, etc.

The hotel is a very typical homewood suites. A nice hotel for the price but nothing fancy. It is convient due to its proximity to my office but far away from Dallas or Fort Worth. The rooms are clean with a small kitchenette.

I always stay at Homewood. The rooms having a kitchen are helpful. But the breakfast can be hit or miss as they are franchised. But THIS location has an excellent breakfast!

Excellent experience after the initial check-in. The room was spotless, new, spacious, and comfortable. It was conveniently located near the exercise room, pool and other facilities. Our teacher group of 3 was there for R&R time. It fit our needs perfectly with a kitchen, plenty of beds and 2 bathrooms. Our concern was the delay in getting the (preregistered) room and receiving communication concerning what was happening. Other than that - I would definitely recommend this hotel. We certainly enjoyed the stay.

Great hotel, great staff. Drove in to Texas and booked my stay at last minute. Their breakfast was delicious. The evening social is a bonus. Our room was extremely spacious which was great for my family of five. My kids loved the pool. Very clean and friendly staff. I will be staying here again and is one of my favorite hotels.
