Where do I begin? The rooms are clean, the people I interacted with who work at the hotel are really nice but that's where it ends. Getting into the hotel is the first challenge...the entry is too small and it is nearly impossible to get in or out around busy check in times. The happy hour and breakfast were nowhere near what I'm used to with Homewood Suites in the past. Juice tasted watered down, not much of a selection of anything food-wise. As far as the rooms go...be warned...most buildings have exterior entrances like a motel. Only one building had an elevator, so if you are in one of the two-story buildings you must lug your things up and down the stairs. Not fun after a long day of travel and work. The bed was way too soft, I slept well the first night but only because it had been a long travel and work day and I was exhausted. I won't be staying in this location again. 😥 sad, because I have stayed in several other Homewood properties that were amazing.

We booked two suites on Thanksgiving weekend. During our three day visit, one of them was never cleaned, towels were not replaced, garbage was not collected, even after complaining at the front desk the second day. The employee entered a note at the log book but nothing happened. Breakfast was great, never crowded.

I continue to stay at this hotel because of my brand loyalty to Hilton and it’s proximity to my office, I think I’ve stayed 4 times now. 3 of those 4 times I found cockroaches/silverfish in my room/shower, and have informed the hotel each time and they have never offered to compensate for it in any way. That is just one of a myriad of issues I have had at this hotel, I won’t go into all of them because roaches in the room and a hotel that doesn’t care to make it right really says all you need to know. Unfortunately I’ll probably stay here again with my new roach buddies as the next nearest one to my office is 15 miles further away.

On another note, they have “premium rooms” which are apparently regular rooms that come with snacks. As a gold member I have always gotten a free upgrade and I enjoy the water and snacks being there in my room. One time the room didn’t have any goodies and a staff member showed up a few minutes after checking in and dropped off a ton of stuff. I always liked that about this hotel. This time when I asked why no snacks they told me I wasn’t upgraded because all the premium rooms were booked... not following the logic there... how can all the snacks be booked?

The hotel itself was great. However I did get walked the first night of my stay due to over booking. They did pay for me to stay at another hotel and upgraded me to a suite when I returned there so I was satisfied with their resolution of the situation (it happens)... The breakfast was not very good. They had a nice selection but the food itself could have been better. Overall it's a great hotel though. I'd stay again.

Fantastic rooms, feels like a small apartment. The free breakfast was a good start to the day and the location is close to a lot of good shops and restaurants. Even more exciting, I was in town for an event at the Cobb energy performing arts center, and the hotel could not be more conveniently located.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and SunTrust park, yet somehow quietly tucked away with privacy. The staff were delightful and the rooms spacious and clean. Definitely worth a repeat stay!

I love staying at Homewood their two room suites and a decent kitchen. Their work out room was a little small with only 1 treadmill and oliptical. Breakfast was average but weekday evening socials we're great.

Location was very convenient for various activities in Atlanta and the surrounding areas. Front desk was friendly. The suite was clean and felt like a small apartment!

Great place, will stay again. Social food is great. Breakfast is great. Rooms super clean. Great staff. Great pool.

Our stay here was pleasant. The room was adequate. Not immaculate, not dirty. Finishes in the room we're rough. Bubbling wallpaper, discolored popcorn ceilings, shabby furniture. The sleeper sofa was awful to use as a sofa The bed was nice enough. The pool was clean and nice temperature. The nightly dinner was okay, as was the breakfast. Overall everything was just okay. Not bad, not great. I would probably stay again. Or maybe somewhere else. No shuttle service on Saturday. Gate was nice for the lot.

We had a very nice weekend stay here while visiting the Atlanta area. This location is great for shopping. The rooms are nice and large. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff was excellent. We will be back again soon.

Rooms were great in the B building. Layout was a little strange but not too far out there. You go into the bathroom to get to the bedroom. Club house was great! Pool table is a big plus, plenty of seating, and Monday night happy hour was a hot with us!

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very courteous and helpful and the daily hot breakfast was really good. I was a little hesitant about staying at this property based on previous reviews, however I'm so glad that we stayed here.

Hotel was laid out very well. There are several buildings on site and a central office/services building. There is gated parking as well.

The hotel is dated and could use renovation. The floors were creaky and sitting in the main room of the suite it was worst as people walked down the hall or moved in the room above. Also, my first night taking a shower it got cold quickly. In calling the front desk I was told each room has a small hot water tank and normal. So, if you stay you will need to get creative with showering unless you like cold showers. The main building and the amenities (breakfast, evening social, fitness center etc.) were nice though.

We had an awesome visit.. the associates/ workers that provided the food for breakfast and dinner.. was the best. Customer satisfaction at it's best!

Beautifully maintained hotel suites with full kitchen. They serve full hot breakfast every morning and have evening socials in evening which serves food and wine. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Free shuttle service within a 5 mile radius. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and activities for families. It is right near AMC movie theatre and Main Event which has video games and laser tag. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room I had was a little dark, but it was cozy and the fireplace and insta-log came in handy when temps dropped. Breakfast was also really good.

Not cheap but you get what you pay for. 24 hour on call maintenance. Awesome breakfast. A suite with kitchen. This place has everything one is looking for in a hotel.

My stay was great. The only thing that I didn't like was when my key deactivated and I didn't know until late evening when I returned to the hotel. My daughter and I unloaded my car, leaving our hands full. We attempted to enter in the side door but my key card would not work. This happened also on the day of check out. I went to put some of our bags in the the car and to turn the car on. I attempted to go back in the side door but once again, my key card would not work. My car was running and my daughter was in the room with my spare key. Luckily one of the cleaning staff was in the cleaning room. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

We had just a little trouble getting into our room with door key but the staff was on it, they tended to the problem until it was fixed. They are very nice here we use to stay in Alpharetta but we love this so much we have decided to return each time we stay in Atlanta.

The location is nice but the construction of the building is very poor. Doors are misaligned and causes jams. The front door isn't properly sealed leading to excessive noise coming in. The toilet was poor at flushing. The sink faucet barely reached the sink basin which was awkward. Could've been built a lot better.

Stayed at the hotel to go to a Braves game at Sun Trust Park. The room was nice, only problem I had was one of lamps didn't work. Otherwise nice room.

I booked this hotel through the reservations number provided on the website. Before booking the room, I specifically asked if I could have a late check out for my bridal party to do hair and make up. I was assured that a note would be placed for the manager to take care of that. Turned out that never happened, and the clerk on staff at the time of check in told us that late check out wasn't an option and offered getting ready in the hotel lobby as the only solution. It wasn't until consulting with a different clerk THE MORNING OF MY WEDDING that they offered for us to pay for half of another day. Do you realize how stressful that became? I'll never recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention I called the direct line to the manager during check in and he never returned my call. For the amount spent, there are better hotels. What's unfortunate about the entire experience is that the room was actually a good set up for a moderate sized group.

I Haven't had breakfast yet so I can't say anything about the food. The grounds are well kept, well lit, seemingly safe (we walked from Sun Trust stadium around 11pm), room quiet and clean. The bed was comfy, and the a/c and fan very cooling after sweating to death at the baseball game. Thx for a good night!!! Zzzzzzz

Not a great place. I imagine this facility was pretty awesome when it was built but it doesn't look like any maintenance has been done since. The room had a door that would barely lock, spider webs, dead flies and mosquitos on the walls, chipped/peeling paint. Not a great place overall

The place is amazing, tucked away and quiet. Staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms are soooo cute and cozy.

Rooms have been updated, but there are plenty of leftovers that were not updated. The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan, so nothing seems to dry out. The evening socials are nice, and they continue to bring out food. My kids had fun playing with the big blocks and the tic-tac-toe board.

Rooms were great. Parking is horrible. The spaces are only big enough for golf carts, and parking is extremely limited

Overall, the place was very nice. First impression was bad because it seemed the door had been broken in to. I checked all areas and it was safe but a bad first impression.

I was pleasantly surprised during my brief stay at this Homewood Suites. It was homey, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in could use an update, as there were paint scuffs, bubbling bathroom vinyl, and entry doors that didn't entirely seal. But it got the job done and was very affordable for what I was looking for.

Kind if dated. People were nice but it was an average experience.

The hotel was easy to find, and the room was very nice. All furnishings were in good to new condition. Check-in and check-out were very easy. We love Hilton properties and this was no exception!

Great breakfast, very nice suites with a fully stocked kitchenette. Staff was friendly and helpful. The entrance is a bit inconvenient, had to keep making u-turns.

Room has everything you need and is clean and really spacious. Reception area is beautiful and the pool is clean. There is a great BBQ area and a basketball court too. The night manager, Devontae is awesome and really friendly and helpful. He especially made my Miss 5 feel very special. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Atlanta.

Pros-Friendly staff. Great rooms. Quiet and spacious suites. Separate living room. Full size fridge Microwave. Dishwasher. Plates and utensils. Nice to have this stuff. Good breakfast and free dinner too.

Many pluses as well as negatives. GREAT: friendly staff, EXCELLENT breakfast, pool table, basketball hoop, pool, good location. SO SO: two-story old buildings with dated interiors, tiny gym, multiple buildings on a spread out campus instead of one modern building. POOR: no elevator, very soft beds. Everyone has their own preference regarding beds. My preference is firm at beds with a soft top. These beds were just plain soft and very uncomfortable to me and my wife. Neither of us slept well because of that. For me if the hotel doesn't help me sleep well it is below average overall.

Great Hotel and the staff is very friendly. Close to the Galleria for business meetings and conferences.

I am in Hilton properties every week. This hotel does not meet typical standards. Bathroom floor tile litany came up off of the floor. Room 342 the door jamb was broken and barely locked. This place is old and dated. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful.

Staff is always a company's greatest asset... An A/C went out last night and woke me up a half a dozen times.

The group put a maintenance guy on it immediately, then went the extra mile to share a simple token of their appreciation and apologize for the experience.

I stayed here this weekend and enjoyed my stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and the location was perfect. 20 minutes from downtown, cumberland mall was right down the street and a number of great restaurants literally across the street. the breakfast and office staff was okay. I would stay here again.

Awesome hotel experience, clean room, nice amenities, and excellent customer service. Enjoyed the free movie rentals and high speed internet. You can walk to nearby shopping and dining venues....however the hotel will shuttle you.
