I usually don't give 5 stars. I stayed here for 2 days and I had a great time here!! The room was nice and clean. They have a small kitchen in your room, so you can cook. The pool was clean and only 8 people at a time which is nice do it won't be too crowded. They had a small grab and go breakfast cause of covid-19. The staff was very nice and helpful when I needed some milk and spoons after 9 at night. I would definitely come back..

Clean facilities, very polite and friendly staff, very relaxing and quiet rooms.

Not there fault but because of covid19 pandemic there is no regular room cleanings unless you ask for it. My phone's were not working and only found out when at 1:30am I was woke up by people partying next door.

Currently going under renovations. So I'll update when I go back. Overall all a great experience. We chose this location because it's a quick access to all the important roads in Austin. We were in front of the domain and not to far from downtown or round rock. The staff was great. Breakfast was pretty good. And overall have always had a good experience here.

I have stayed in several Hilton hotels and was compelled to write a review after having amazing service at this Hotel. The manager Alec was so welcoming and friendly. His service and attention to detail made our stay feel like we were at a five star resort. The rooms were impeccably clean and well maintained. Alec provided the small extra touches that made our stay memorable. This is the best value hotel in al of Austin. Thank you Alec.

Decent price and good location but surprisingly outdated. TV's are smaller and with crummy remote, elevators are crazy slow. Although, the ceiling fan in the bedroom is valuable for a hot sleeper (many hotels used thermostats that throttle the a/c). That being said. There's ups and downs to everything and this is no different. Good location, friendly employees, decent breakfast. Get a room on the first or second floor to avoid needless elevator delay by taking the stairs when possible.

This hotel was great, very clean, and the breakfast was amazing for a Homewood Suites. The staff was hospitable and friendly and always wanting to strike up a conversation. The staff should be happy that they really make Homewood seem like home away from home. I highly recommend this location too for those wanting to experience the more natural and quite areas of Austin. The hiking and biking areas and lakes and parks were fairly close. Another great thing about the hotel was they offered their own recommendations on what to do for the immediate area and where were good local eateries to visit. Again, loved my stay and I would definitely come back when in Austin.

Good location near the Domain and located close to the Arboretum. It’s very convenient if you have business in that area. Also located near Sams Boat as well. They have evening snack and breakfast in the mornings.

Got a one bedroom king size suite which exceeded my expectations. Room was clean and nice. Liked the new LG tvs they had in the living room. Everything was nice and tidy. 10/10 will stay again..

I just recently moved to Austin and have had a terrible experience with extended stay. I stopped into this location to get more information about a stay. Kennedy, one of the managers, was absolutely wonderful. She sat down and went over so many options and gave amazing recommendations in the area for apartments as well. Thank you Kennedy for taking the time to provide and amazing service. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and clean.

Picking up a friend staying at hotel. Front desk staff were very friendly in greeting me. Friends room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Used the conference space for my team to use as a work space, as we had run out of conference rooms at our office. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Space served purpose perfectly.

The service is good. Food is tasty. I like social evenings, where you can get together. Although, the gym has 3 machines where 2 out of them are out of order

Lovely hotel in a great location! They had a delicious breakfast in the morning for us and the room was bug and very clean.

If you want to be in a nice, cozy place close to Austin "second downtown" this is the right place. All the staff is really nice and they work hard to make your stay enjoyable.

Good clean place, and parking was always available.

Unfortunately their gym is small with only 3 cardio machines, and 2 of them were out of service that week. Ended up jogging around hotel area.

Gas station is conveniently located next to hotel as well.

Staff is friendly, facilities are clean, good water pressure, warm and cold water, rooms are spacious. Will definitely return.

Nice suites that really feel like home, you get your own kitchen and living room and bedroom and breakfast and dinner are included in your stay. Also there's an outdoor pool. The only negative is the location as it isn't really close to anything.

Great place to be. Only annoying factor for me was not so good sound proofing in some rooms... I had to change room to be perfectly comfortable.

Good business hotel covered by beautiful trees. I give the hotel 4 stars because the bed is very mediocre. There is a good kitchen and living room set up to enjoy after work, I hope they invest in a smart tv (they have a DVD player connected to the tv). Decent breakfast every morning. There was broken window glass along one of the parking sides, so make sure not to leave valuables in your car!

Nice hotel and our room was absolutely wonderful. The only thing I didn't like was the beds, ours was very hard.

I really can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. After traveling for 12 hours on a Sunday I walked in to a lobby that felt very homey and very Texan and the manager, Kennedy, checked me in and was beyond friendly and very genuine. She even went the extra mile and had some wine chilled for me along with a note from my boyfriend who had called ahead to arrange it. (Yep, he's that amazing!) The rooms here were really awesome. I've stayed in some high-end hotels and you notice that plaster or a tile is cracked here and there - nothing like that here at all - the rooms were very well maintained. I love that they had separate living room and full kitchenette. The a/c was plenty cold and the bed and pillows were perfect! I felt totally safe, even staying on ground level. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation at all.

The lobby is currently under going construction updates. Rooms are nice and roomy. Location is central.

I enjoy the DVD player they have in the suites. They will be top of list if needing to book just because of the that! But overall the suites are nice! Very clean, comfy bed, good amount of towels, Neutrogena products, good breakfast varieties, nice staff, and great location. Can't go wrong.

Great place! Staff was very friendly and it is a 5 minute drive to the Domain, which is a fun place with upscale shopping and bars.

Upon arrival the staff was very welcoming...being a Diamond member, he immediately upgraded us. The location is great to get around Austin. Close enough to get anywhere within downtown Austin and but gets you away from the heavy traffic as well. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area to keep everyone busy. The room's are immaculate and very well updated. Parking was easy no valet. We were in town for a business meeting and it was nice to have the space to meet with one another when needed.

The rooms are great for the price. The coffee machines in the rooms aren't great.

Once again, Homewood Suites succeeded in providing a quality stay. For it's relatively low price, the breakfast is ever so slightly above average, the rooms are clean & comfy, & the service is superb. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a hotel in the area.

I'm a Hilton Honors member so I tend to stay at most of their hotels when I have a family trip. Homewoods are some of the most beautiful hotels Hilton has to offer at a great price.

The staff here are exceptional, very friendly, smiling, and helpful. The free breakfast was way more than myself, my husband or my 6 kids could ask for. Very clean and feels like a 4 star hotel than a 3 star. Easy access to 183 and Mopar. This is our first time visiting Austin and would definitely come back to this hotel. We have a 2 bdrm suite which came with a pull out bed as well as a full kitchen. This hotel is very conveniently located near fast food, shopping centers and fun activities for the family.

Pet friendly with breakfast and dinner included. The breakfast was better than most hotels but dinner was lacking. All suites with a kitchen so if you're staying more than a few days try cooking dinner.

Clean room and a great complimentary breakfast. Located right off Breaker between 183 and Mopac.

Yeah, definitely staying here again. Very nice rooms, lobby and everything is very well done, awesome staff. Location was pretty great too - not too far away from things, but definitely not too close (as in, you can actually drive a fair bit around this hotel without hitting traffic.)

We stayed in a three room suite (King room, should queen room and a living/kitchen area). We only stayed one night but it was perfect for our needs. My daughter was celebrating her 13th birthday and me, the dog and five giggling girls had a blast! The staff were amazing, the rooms were very clean and having a large enough space for everyone was perfect. I loved that it had a full size refrigerator, it held all the sodas, water and leftovers.
