I would love to rate this hotel 5, but we had some issues. Its is a very clean and nice hotel. Everyone was very friendly. However, we had a horrible night's sleep. The beds were unusually hard and it sounded like a herd of animals were upstairs. We checked in at the last minute and received a king suite. For the price we paid we were hoping to have a better night's sleep than even being at home. Maybe the sound insulation in the ceiling was never provided!

The last time i stayed at Homewood Suites i was very impressed with the hotel. The room was wonderful and clean and the hotel was quiet which is important to me as a business traveler. I was surprised during this visit to find the room dirty upon arrival. There was a wadded up paper towel on the floor, some long black hair stuck on the wall in the shower, and a dishwasher full of clean dishes . I dismissed it thinking that housekeeping could have just had an off day. When i returned to my room the next night, there were still the same dishes in the dishwasher and when i went to use utensils from the drawer i found that they were covered in food. My room had been turned over and the towels that i had hung up in the bathroom had been removed and replaced, which i found odd since the hotel promotes that they will not replace these things if they are hung up. Overall this visit has made me question as to if i will stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Mason.

Friendly staff. Seems like it is fairly new. Very clean. Breakfast was surprisingly tasty, but was several items were in short supply including utensils, bacon, and potatoes. Overall a good experience. Will stay there again if in the area.

My and my team (45 people) did stay there for about 2 weeks and it was perfect for us! Amazing service when needed! Good food and a really fun pool! I can really recommend this to everyone!

My family and I booked two rooms here. It was probably one of the best hotel experiences that I have had in a long, long time. The hotel looked very clean, smelled very clean, and was so quiet. The rooms were perfectly cleaned and spacious. The breakfast were hot and provided and nice change from day to day with eggs, omelets, biscuits and gravy, sausage, cereals, rolls, waffles, juices, coffee and milk. They even have an inclusive dinner during the week if you don't wan't to get out and fight the crowds! The beds were very comfortable and it is in a convenient location for just about every restaurant you can think of, shopping, Kings Island, water parks, etc. I will always stay here when I am in the area. LOVED IT!

We stayed at this hotel for a vacation trip to Kings Island. The hotel and our suite were so nice, clean and accommodating. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel served breakfast and dinner daily and the food was delicious. The hotel is just a few minutes from Kings Island making it close and convenient. We will definitely be coming back to Homewood Suites!

Floor and upholstery in main area were very dirty. Cups in the room's cupboard had lipstick stains. Walls were marked up. Yuck! The rest of the place seemed clean - including the room, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I don't need fancy in my hotel, just cleanliness.

Great pick if your visiting Mason Ohio. Near King's Island. Nice, clean, and big rooms. Offers breakfast and afternoon snacks. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again if I find myself in the area.

Love staying here when I travel for work. Having a kitchen allows me to cook my own food. The have a happy hour with good food, beer and wine that is perfect when you want to stay in.

Stayed here for business and had a really positive experience. Hotel was in a nice area with plenty to do, quiet, new amenities and friendly staff. Gym was newer/nicer than majority of my stays, would stay here again if near the area.

Overall, I enjoyed the week at Homewood. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. Location is fine and the evening appetizers are a nice touch. Overall, I'd recommend staying here and will be staying again on my next trip to Cincinnati.

We had a double queen room with a full kitchen for 2 adults and children. The room was a good size. Location was good. Staff were great and friendly! Breakfast was great. Pool was small and disappointing compared to the rest of the place. Workout area was great for me. Would definitely return.

Everything here was excellent. Rooms were awesome. Very clean, kitchen in my room was well equipped (dishwasher, full sized fridge, dishes, pans, silverware, coffee maker, toaster and even a garbage disposal.) Hotel has a gym and indoor swimming pool. Hot breakfast was good. The evenings had a free light dinner and free beer. I would highly recommend.

I did not stay overnight but I did met a friend in the lobby and had coffee and breakfast. The lobby and breakfast area is gorgeous. It is very spacious with tall ceilings and lots of windows and natural light. It was so lovely in the morning. The breakfast was as nice as most hotels have, maybe even fancier, especially for a free breakfast.

Amanda took our reservation over the phone and got us a great rate. She was there when we arrived and had awesome customer service skills. We had to get two rooms and she was able to get them as close as possible. We would certainly stay here again. Only complaint was in the room where my mom and nephew stayed that toilet became clogged and the day person (not Amanda) gave a plunger to my nephew and told him to unplug it. Not only was that tacky but extremely unprofessional.

Near Kings and Great Wolfe Lodge. We had a 2 queen bed suite. Lots of room. Clean and comfortable bed. Loved our stay. Nice breakfast.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Just ok breakfast - some days better than others. I never made it on time for evening drinks/Good. Great that there is a kitchen so you don't have to eat out ever night.

However my bed was sunken in the middle. Husband had to sleep at the edge of bed. Breakfast was good in the morning. I would of given this a perfect score but can't due to bed situation!

Extemely busy hotel. It appears many baseball and softball teams use this hotel often. Ita an older hotel, but clean. Breakfast is pretty good as well. They had a couple of pool tables which was nice for the kids.

We had a good stay, the breakfast was ok, it served it's purpose. The selections were very common. Rooms pretty clean. The staff VERY helpful. :) the only thing I question is the beds (queen) seemed smaller than our queen at home. That is the reason I can't give a five. But would I stay again... yes definitely.

Rooms are nice and clean. Internet is miserably slow and offers a faster version for a daily fee, which is an unacceptable nickel and dime policy. No bar or restaurant. Complimentary breakfast is nice with decent variety.

Honestly, I think this Hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed at. The hotel room was incredibly clean and it was incredibly big. It came with a full size kitchen, a desk, a couch, a chair, coffee table, and two queen size beds. The hotel was great, service​was great, and the location was great. I can't recommend this hotel enough! I loved it!

The suite is spacious, complete with kitchenette, and has a very modern look. The air conditioners work great, something that surprisingly few hotels can claim but it's a big plus for me. The WiFi needs work, however. The breakfast is decent. They offer dinner as well on certain days.

When I am in or stopping near Cincinnati, I stay here without deviation! This place is reasonably priced and for that price, you will not find a better place to stay! This location is always clean, the staff is mannerly and attentive. Everything about this location is top notch! If you are staying in or near Cincinnati, this place is a quick drive outside of the city limits and definitely makes up for that 20 minute excursion!

I travel to Cincinnati quite regularly. I stay at this Homewood Suites as often as I can. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and without odors which you can't take for granted at most other hotels. They have a nice breakfast and a happy hour every night with drinks and food. There are a lot of good places to eat nearby. If you travel as much as I do you may be sick of eating out. Each room has a small kitchen which I like to take advantage of. There is a Kroger, Whole Foods, and Walmart nearby to allow you to pick up something to prepare in your kitchen if you so choose. The hotel is located near the highway but not so close that you get any noise from it. I can't recommend this Hotel enough.

I had a great stay here! The complimentary breakfast is really good- they had French toast sticks that were actually pieces of French toast (bread in an egg batter) cut into slices as opposed to the frozen ones you see everywhere else. They have a lot of snacks downstairs and will grocery shop for you. My room was really nice. I'll be staying here again!

The rooms are very clean and very up to date. Every night they have a nice happy hour with free drinks and free food. The breakfast is well done. The staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Huge, HUGE, clean and comfortable room. Very quiet, too. Good breakfast with plenty of seating. Didn't get a chance to sample the complimentary evening social, but wished we could have.
