The room I stayed in was simple, with a single king sized bed and the additional amenities that you would expect from a hotel. The only thing that wasn't present, which took me by surprise, was a mini fridge. Overall, though, it was a very pleasant stay

Great experience for our family. Close by to attractions, friendly staff, well maintained facilities, nice pool, nicely stocked room, large breakfast. We would stay again and recommend to others (for reference- family of 4, with 2 small children).

Loved staying at this hotel. No issues. Great pool that is fun for kids (2 and 5 yrs old). Spacious room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great breakfast options too! All around great experience.

My husband and I stayed here in a suite for a weekend trip to Columbus and the room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very nice every time we saw them. I definitely recommend them if you are visiting the Columbus Zoo as it's only a 20 minute drive away. It is also very close to a mall and a ton of different restaurants which is very convenient. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Columbus!

Stayed on busy weekend. Service was quick & awesome. Staff where all super friendly. Clean rooms, great breakfast. Forgot my phone there... Both Sarah & Kaitlyn were super helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend.

My mother in law was staying as an overnight guest. We visited to have dinner and swim in the pool. She had an small suite. The room was very nice and tidy but the colors were very strange and looked honestly made no sense. I know this seems odd to point out, but that's how strange they were. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating and we we're welcomed very graciously as if we were paying guest. Minus the very poor decor, I would have no issues staying here and recommend it to families with young children.

First time stay here. Front desk check-in friendly and painless. Housekeeping staff friendly and thorough. Very clean suite. Smaller than the suites at Embassy Suites but descent sized. Good complementary breakfast in the AM, complementary beers, wine and soft drinks in the PM but the acompanying 'meal' was kind of tough to figure out. Would have preferred just some finger food. Overall, I'd come back.

Excellent staff and very high class rooms. I stayed for 3 weeks and had the most pleasurable stay. Rooms are large and clean and have been renovated lately which is a big plus.

My favorite place to stay in Polaris. Easy access to highway. Professional and very friendly staff. Great breakfast and social hour. Rooms are modern and very comfortable!

Stayed a weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. I had lost my room key card and they gave me new ones quickly and changed them on request to make me feel safer with no hassle. The gym was more than I expected which was a bonus. The pool looked very nice and the area was clean but I didn't get to go for a swim. It was filled with children having a wonderful time which is great for families but after my 7hr drive I was more looking for relaxing quiet time so I opted out on taking a dip. Overall my stay was very pleasant and the location was quite convenient with all the stores and restaurants nearby

We were very happy with our stay here. We go to Columbus annually, and have typically stayed at a hotel in Worthington, but this year we tried Homewood because our usual place had construction going on.

I don't think we'll go back to the other hotel, we were so happy with the room, amenities, and price here. There are several malls/restaurants/places to go nearby (including the new Ikea!!!), the front desk staff were friendly, and the room was awesome. We really liked the doors separating the bedroom from the living area, and it was very well designed and appointed. We made mention to several people just how impressed we were with Homewood Suites, and we'll be back next year!

Had a business function, we rented a conference room. We easily fit in all 28 people and still were able to move about the room. The staff was very nice and professional, they really made our event a success. I would come back to have a function here again.

Great experience. We spent two nights and our stay was well worth the price. Breakfast was average, but the overall experience made up for it. I would highly recommend this Homewood Suites facility.

Check in was easy and fast. The staff was friendly and absolutely amazing. They honestly seemed happy to be there. The breakfast had lots of choices and everything was hot and delicious. The room was spacious and clean. There was a kitchen with a dishwasher and full fridge. It definitely felt like home away from home.

Was there to visit a friend who was in town. We wanted to go swimming but the water was too cold and the outside door was very drafty. Considering it is January in Columbus, it is way too cold to enjoy a swim in a cold pool area and cold water.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds and nice decor make this one of our "go to" places while traveling. Yummy hot/cold breakfast buffet is included, as well as a small indoor pool and fitness area. Close to shopping and major highways for added convenience.

This was a great hotel. Seemed new and clean. Free WiFi provided and breakfast until 10am. All rooms have at least a small fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, 2 electric burners, dishwasher, and sink). This location also offers an indoor pool, a fitness room, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit and grill. The only complaint I had was that it was rather loud in the rooms. I think the sound in the halls tends to echo in the front portion of the suite where the kitchen is.

The staff is super nice and super helpful in every regard. The dinners throughout the week are pretty good. Of course the continental breakfast. The Suites are fantastic everything you would need for a lengthy stay. I would highly recommend.

Nice hotel, clean and the night staff was pleasant. Breakfast was the standard, but the ladies attending we're as helpful as could be since we had a lot of allergy related questions.

Location is good near Polaris, rooms were very nice, clean, and modern, and hotel staff was very friendly.

Really nice, spacious room. Everything was clean and seemed updated. Enjoyed the stay very much. Pool was big enough (but cold) and outdoors there is a patio with grills and a basketball court. Can't beat the free breakfast and evening social (food was good). Front desk staff is very friendly.

Stayed for a night while traveling south. Your cellphone being your room key is a nice feature, just don't lose it! Rooms are nicely sized, beds are plenty comfortable, even the pull-out bed. Breakfast is readily available, but is somewhat limited on its selection. Overall a great experience!

I was in a suite with a king bed. The rooms were really nice and had everything we needed to make our stay great. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a good variety.

This hotel is one of the nicer properties I've stayed at in recent memory. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was spotless and large. We stayed in the larger king suite with a pull-out sofa with 2 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. We could watch TV in our room while the kids were in the living room playing and watching their own TV. Our only issue was that the pool was quite cold...like borderline freezing. Once you were in for a while, it was OK, but that initial shock was a bit much. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they said that it has to do with regulations in the state for pools at hotels - have to be a certain temperature. It didn't help that we stayed over a weekend that was a bit chilly.

Regardless, I would like to pack up this hotel in my carry-on to have this experience wherever I travel.

Quick stay for a conference with family. Hotel was wonderful! Evening social is AWSOME!!! Especially with a family. Room is perfect for larger families (5). Pool and exercise rooms were clean and staff very friendly!!

My little grandson and daughter took me here especially to try the biscuit French toast. It was amazing!! Down in the historic area, complete with bigger than life sized papier-mâché roosters, the atmosphere is fun, cozy, and comfortable. Can't wait to go back and try more of the offerings.

Everything about the hotel was awesome except they number of people there. If was near impossible to find a place to sit for breakfast. They actually had to turn the conference room into extra seating.

I still highly recommend staying here. It's clean with friendly staff and spacious rooms. By the way, the colors are no where near as horrid aab pictures show.

Stayed here for an entire week during a work trip. Stayed in room 219. Had a nice view out the window of the social area outside. Nice looking facilities. Great spacious room with a full fridge and freezer. Also a microwave, top stove, dish washer with a full set of actual dishes/silverware. Ceiling fan, and nice bathroom with separate mirror.

Exceptional service and cleanliness. Hotel is in a great location. Hotel staff is very friendly. Evening social is fabulous. Only complaint would be no TV channel listing in room, but this is a very silly compliant and for all the positive this hotel has to offer. No worries here, loved my stay for a week traveling for work and would recommend to family or friends.

We were traveling home and Columbus was the mid point of the trip. This hotel was rated #1 for this area. It was convenient to get to and was not too far away from the highway, but far enough away not to hear the traffic too much. The hotel seems to be a newer building and updated. The room was crisp and clean. The only issue was the tile floors were dirty and turned our socks black on the bottom. But other than that, it was a nice hotel to stay at.

The rooms were very clean. Check in was fast and easy. I was able to check in online and select my rooms. Free breakfast was okay but the homemade waffles were great. Close to lots of restaurants and a big mall.

The location of the hotel is conveniently located within 20 minutes of downtown Columbus. Our suite was spacious for a family of four. The room was very clean. The staff was very courteous and nice. Lastly, the breakfast was one of the best complementary breakfasts I have seen.

The room was well prepared, it has everything you would need for an extended stay, a decent size fridge (not a mini), dish washer, stove top. Decent TV selection with DVDs from the front desk. Nice pool and a basketball hoop. Plenty of space.

The location was easily accesible and close to the freeway. Any needs you have can be met by a business nearby. The rooms were clean and well stocked with all amenities. Hotel workers were friendly and helpful. The aesthetic of the overall building was very pleasing. This was my second time staying at a Homewood Suites and I will continue to stay there in the future. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

The staff was quite attentive and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool was a bit cold but probably the longest hotel pool I've seen in my travels, we were still able to swim some laps. Overall an excellent experience.
