Wonderful Customer service and hospitality. Rosa is absolutely amazing and the staff are just genuinely great and very kind hearted.

The Staff is amazing. When we checked in they gave us all the information we needed and answered all our questions. When we got to our room is looked very clean. Only problem we had was the bed sheet looked warned, not durty. We called the front desk and within minutes the staff was in our room to fix the problem. I will be staying here again.

Very nice place to stay. The rooms are well maintained and service is awesome. It's great that they offer free breakfast and dinner with a small upgrade of food menu they would receive a five star rating. Overall a can't miss choice.

Great front desk. Stayed there for 1 am while I was getting a new a.c. unit in my house. Good free food.

Very clean room, excellent breakfast and evening snacks, pleasant smell in all of the hotel areas we visited. Location is very convenient, close to a variety of stores within easy walking distance. Because of its size, the hotel never felt crowded, which made for a very relaxed atmosphere. We will stay here again.

I like this place. It's quiet, newer rooms, convenient, very nice staff, good food in the morning and happy hour. Cleaning staff is on point, and walking distance to just about anything you need if you don't feel like driving. I will keep staying here, great job!

One of the nicest and cleanest places I personally have ever had the chance to stay at! Actual a.c. not just small window units. Nicely furnished with a decent little kitchen in my room and all the hot breakfast I could eat!

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Wifi service is excellent. Full breakfast every morning and dinner social Monday thru Thursday evenings.

Spacious rooms, clean service, adequate amenities. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay off the strip.

Awesome property! I stayed here for one night, and learned that I will be a loyal customer here, at this location! I stayed in room 347, and it was awesome, but the only drawback is that it was far from the elevators, but I guess stairs were nearby. The pool is nice, and the little pantry to buy food in the lobby is too. The room was also very clear upon first sight/entrance. I will be coming back in 2 weeks, so you can click my little avatar in two weeks to see a detailed review. I am coming back because this is such a nice hotel! The free breakfast was also great! Will be coming back for sure!

Woke up, jumped in the shower and had no hot water. Not fun starting your day with a cold shower. On top of that, shower head was loose and wouldn't stay where I needed it to.

Great room tons of space. Breakfast daily very good. They also serve hors d'oeuvres Monday through Thursday. Staff friendly awesome experience. Only bad thing is only 2 washers and dryers for the entire Hotel. Took forever just to do laundry.

Good location. Property was very clean and well maintained. I have stayed here more than once and always had a good experience.

Lovely hotel.. Breakfasts were fine.. Rooms were comfortable. Employees were very friendly and courteous. The only thing we didn't like was the toilet flow. There wasn't enough pressure to flush everything down and the bathrooms had no fan in them.

A quiet, comfortable and affordable alternative to The Strip casinos. Easy parking and located way from the worst Las Vegas congestion. Weekday hosted happy hour and daily breakfast are welcomed perks. Clean and well maintained facility with a nice pool and spa. Rooms are spacious and include a fully-featured kitchen.

Location is great for just about anything you need, especially good options. Within 15 min of the syrup and airport. Rooms are up to date and mine at least had a fireplace and balcony, great for colder seasons.

Great place easy to navigate. Super big elevator! A little slow however. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay in the Henderson area. Love it!

Stayed in a two bedroom corner suite. It was nice and spacious. The furniture was updated and everything was nice and clean.

Was served dinner and breakfast. Minor problem with plumbing fixed within 10 minutes of telling them. Amazing friendly staff. Great atmosphere.

Didn't care about the wrong reviews, still decided to stay @ Homewood Suites Henderson, from the time of arrival, thru our stay, great staff all around, you can feel the ownership, being the hotel just renovated, it feels and smells brand new... up to today technology in the kitchen & tv's in the suite. .. it's far enough from sin city, but still close to enjoy it, tons of options for restaurants & grocery stores, what an amazing location, we will be back, someone mentioned bugs. .? Where ?? not even in the street, and now, it's summer time.. well, let them be negative, I tooked my time to write the review so I prove it myself, Homewood suites Henderson, it's a great option to stay, business or pleasure. . (If you don't mind a little bit of driving from the strip).. LS

Really nice place and excellent location. The staff is nice and overall I think it is a great place to stay especially if you want to save some money in Vegas. The breakfast size is amazing, but you can't be a picky eater to really enjoy it.

Excellent hotel stay, spacious, modern, clean rooms and great customer service! A special thanks to the breakfast lady that worked the morning of 7/3/17 she was a taller, slim, African American lady who wore glasses. I tried to see her name as she did have a name tag on but I didn't catch it. She was very attentive with guests and responded to everyone's needs in record time. She saw that the food was running out and hustled to the back to make sure she appropriately accommodated each guest. Then she went around asking if anyone needed anything or wanted more of anything else. She was an excellent multi-tasker and very sweet. You can really tell she likes what she does for work and she is very good at it. I don't write reviews often but definitely wanted to take the time out of my day to give a 5 star review and a Thank YOU! to this woman for taking care of my family and going to work ready to get the job done happily! It was so refreshing and delightful to watch her work.

Big spacious and clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast. Only negatives is that their internet is slow and the pool was closed during my stay.

Lazy dog is the perfect lazy afternoon outdoor lunch with a nice setting and view of the Muvico 16-plex and an eclectic menu. Great salads. You can bring your dog--really! Great burger and a great reason to get to the movie an hour early!

Quiet, great wifi, clean, love the kitchen and bathroom in our room. Breakfast provided every morning and other meals too. Would highly recommend.

It was a great hotel. It was under going renovation but it didn't take away from the atmosphere. It was clean. The breakfast was great as well.

Very mediocre experience. Booked the 2br kitchen and found that kitchen did not have knife, cutting board, bowls - got them after calling for it. The rooms are old with a lot of housekeeping oversight. Ok breakfast with food that can run out soon. Nice room views ( we had the 4th floor with city views).

Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Had to be picked up at the airport by shuttle, great service offered here at this location. The driver was super nice and made some recommendations for restaurants and local places to shop. Thank you Homewood by Hilton.

The room was good, with coffee maker and amenities if staying for awhile.

Bed was comfortable and meets or exceeds Hilton/Hampton/Homewood standards. I love how comfortable I sleep in their beds!

The rooms are great, better than other Homewood Suites I've stayed before. There was some constructions so the lobby was dusty. Overall is a good place to stay.

Good people running the business. Adrianna, the front desk person very decent and polite. The evening social hour kitchen with oriental looks was very awesome. Room service people are all very honest and trustworthy people with a Smile!!

It's a Casino. Like all the others in Las Vegas. A little less smoke than most though. The bartenders are good. All the same games and tables as anywhere else.

Nice room, love the breakfast and the social hour. The door handle to my room doesn't worked, I've asked several times to have it fixed without response.

A wonderful place to stay for someone in my position. I'm away from home for weeks at a time and the full size refrigerator, stove, sink, utensils and dishes are a must-have. There are restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and department stores all close by. The staff is great and even helped me when I lost my car keys they where left in a fast food bag and ended up in a dumpster, they went out of their way to find them for me. The complimentary breakfast and dinner are great if your schedule allows them. The TV channels and internet are not the best but it's a small mark on otherwise great Hotel.

We came here before a camping trip with REI. The suite was pretty cool - a kitchen with oven, stovetop, pots, pans and utensils. Though it was just over night, the suite was spacious and I would definitely come back here again for a longer stay. The breakfast the next more was pretty good - make your own belguim waffles, some breakfast sandwiches, juice, coffee, milk and cereal.

Decent rooms in a quiet hotel. Breakfast was not quite as good as in other Homewood Suites

The location was in a nice place because it wasn't too busy. The rooms are nicely sized but we found some things that belonged to the family who used the room before us still in the room. The complimentary breakfast, lunch/dinner, and wifi are all excellent. The staff was nice to us even when we were being idiots.

Stayed here while visiting family in Henderson. The rooms are nice and clean. Staff is friendly too. I guess the only complaint is that the free breakfast isn't the best I've had, but it's hard to complain about something you get for free.

There was plenty of room for the six of us. Friendly, genuinely caring staff.Response to needs were met quickly. It was a nice treat to have both dinner and breakfast offered. My only complaint is that the sofa bed was broken and even after being 'fixed" no one was able to sleep on it while pulled out. I will definitely stay here again and I have no problem recommending it to friends and family.

Wonderful environment. You really do feel right at home. Complimentary warm breakfast, light dinner Monday - Thursday it was so nice not having to worry about where to eat after a long day. I am forever a fan of Homewood Suites and will definitely be staying again.
