Phenomenal room, HOWEVER!!!! No vending machines at all on the premises. There is a sweet shack in lobby. That being said, 2 20oz cokes, a 20oz sprite and 2 small bags of chips.....$16 Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were very spacious, clean and the kitchen had all essentials for cooking and doing dishes! I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here for medical travel for my son for seven years and have always had great customer service! Traveling with with a medically fragile child is not easy but Karen and staff go out there way to make our stay as easy as possible. Karen never fails to greet us as we come in or hug us as we go on our way.

I spent seven weeks at Homewood Suites on an extended business trip and was thoroughly pleased with the room and especially the staff. Being away from home for so long can be difficult, and everyone I came in contact with from the front desk to housekeeping, engineering and management were wonderful. Thank you for helping to make my time away from home and family as pleasurable as possible.

We liked the facilities quite a bit. It is easily located off the main thoroughfare. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and efficient. The facility itself is very neat, clean, new and modern. The room is literally a suite and quite large. Everything is in good repair. The common area comfortable and oversized. The pool is right-sized for the kids. There is a grill outside for cooking, two guys were taking advantage of it and boy did it smell good. We're through here just for one night, but if I were back in the area I would certainly stay here again

Very convenient place to stay in Louisville KY area. Offers free breakfast and wifi. Great for families, kitchenette in every room. Convenient to lots of restaurants and attractions. About 40 minute drive to Bourbon Trail distilleries.
Front desk and all hotel staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.
For weekday travelers has a free beer, wine and appetizers reception Mon-Thur 5pm - 7pm.
No charge for parking.

Nicer than expected but we've come to rely on Hilton properties for consistent quality and experiences. Nice, clean place with large rooms. Bathroom shower glass door off the tracks, but everything else was nice. But what is it with hotel thermostats? Are they just placebos? I’m told that the “close door” button in elevators is fake—it does nothing. It just gives the user some false sense of control. Is it the same for hotel thermostats? Before bed, I sat the thermostat at 70 (it was a very hot and humid day) and woke up to a 74 degree room. This has happened at just about all hotels, so I’m thinking I’m being misled.

Pool Birthday Event for children. Nice hotel and staff. Sleepover was in a very spacious suite.

Staff was friendly, check in was easy, rooms were up-to-date and clean with no broken furnishings. My daughter forgot her toothbrush so I asked at the front desk if they had one and they gave her one for free. Breakfast was great it was eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy and the usual continental breakfast items. The only complaint I have is that the pool wasn't open yet they said that the pool would open May 25th even though it was at least 90° two of the days I was there. All in all it was a great stay and I would stay again.

The halls are smelly but the suites are nice. The bed isn't horrible but it's certainly not soft. Great location next to good restaurants and set back from the street so very little traffic noise. The front desk people are extremely nice and helpful.

Had a great stay here! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful dinner the night before and breakfast the next morning. The room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

The location is great , we did have the do not disturb sign on out door so I haven't yet seen the room service , the breakfast was good and the room is vary nice, over all pretty great

Homewood Suites is my favorite Hilton brand to stay at! This one specifically we were amazed within our first 10 minutes. We were super sad that we did not get to the hotel in time for the evening reception, but the lady who ran it was there and insisted we take enough food for our whole stay. She did not want it to go to waste. She was my favorite person there! All of the staff our whole weekend were great! Everyone was friendly and helped us however we needed! The room was clean and beautiful! My only complaint would be that I was not a fan of the pillows or the duvet. I ended up using the extra blanket in the closet. I also wish there was an oven, but that is obviously not something they could have helped me with. The workout room was very nice. TVs were built into all the cardio systems. They had a nice half basketball court and outdoor seating area. All in all I will absolutely choose this Homewood Suites next time I am in the Louisville area.

I remember I was here last month and the staff were friendly. Everything went smoothly and I got no issues at all with the place. The price and reservation were okay since you are paying what is worth your money.

I don't care if I pay more as long as they keep the services perfect. I highly recommend if you would like to stay in a place where you surely can say cozy with great staff.

The rooms here are clean and the bed is comfortable. Every week night there is free food in the evening (salad, pasta, sliders, pizza). It's in a great location with tons of places to eat within ten minutes. The staff is super nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, breakfest could use some work, washers and dryers are cheap. Over all a great experience. Close to some restaurants. Near alot of options.

Good place. Not the greatest evening staff, the beds are old, but the rooms are rooms and reasonably quiet. I like the chain and use them a lot, but this location is less than.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was friendly, and super helpful when we had car troubles. They went the extra mile to make sure that my group could check out late if we needed to, they contacted car repair services and helped us pick the cheapest, most reputable options. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel with kitchenette & very easy, close access to a bottle store for wine or Scotch just next door to Lucky's Grocery which is actually one of the finest, quality grocery stores I have ever visited.

Beautiful hotel. Lobby is very modern and elegant. First impression here is spot on. The room was very cozy and quiet. I think there is a good level of soundproofing in the walls, ceiling, and floor, as I didn't hear a thing from any adjacent rooms. Where this place stumbles is the breakfast and dinner option. Food is is very minimal and spartan. I get the impression here that the management is trying to keep a tight budget. For a Thursday night they had chicken fingers on... a hot dog bun with a tiny green salad selection. Friday's breakfast was equally underwhelming. Also the food serving area is extremely dark, it almost feels like a cave. On the other hand, staff were very warm and friendly. I would stay here again for the quality of the hotel room alone.

Manager Dan was fantastic. Room was nice, plenty of room for whole family. Quiet well kept outdoor pool and hot tub. Enjoyed the stay!

Alexis at the desk was a delight! Hot breakfast options were pretty typical for hotels nowadays. Room was clean. Pantry by front desk didn't have many options. Wanted some ice cream & the only flavor they had was plain vanilla. Overall an average experience.

Booked the hotel for a class reunion. Perfect location, staff was over the top, very accommodating. Food at the bar and restaurant very good and generous servings. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would definitely book another event and stay here again.

We were very impressed with the variety of foods offered. My friend got a bacon cheeseburger with home made chips. I got a southwest chicken wrap. Both were excellent. The only reason we didn't give it a 5 star was the food took a while to come out. The bill was much lower than expected. We highly recommend this place

This place has had a huge renovation! Totally remodeled... Once you walk through the door and see its stunning décor, you believe that you will spend a pretty penny. However, its quite reasonable. The staff are very fast and friendly too. The buffet has a huge variety. From sushi, hibachi, Chinese and a little bit of American. Its absolutely stunning..

This is an awesome place to stay! We had a double queen for two nights. Our suite was more like a spacious apartment. The staff was professional and pleasantly helpful. As motel breakfast goes, this was one of the best because of the variety and tasty cooking. We were very impressed!

Wonderful property with quiet spacious rooms. Nice open reception area with full cooked breakfast as well as complimentary evening special reception events. Staff was top notch. Pleasant, caring and efficient. Convenient to restaurant, shopping and interstate. Can't wait to come back!

Was a good stay. Location is pretty center to the business district. The room was big with living room, kitchen, and big bed.

We have stayed here twice on the beginning leg of a road trip and then on the way back and loved it both times. On the second leg of the trip, we weren't supposed to be staying in KY, but due to two sick toddlers, we called the Homewood Suites in Louisville at 10pm hoping they had availability. They did, -and when they learned we were traveling so late with sick kids, they upgraded us to a two bedroom suite AND made sure it was on the ground floor. As a mom of sleeping sick kids, that alone is amazing. Thank you, Homewood Suites for making a terrible situation feel much more bearable and much more like home.

It's fine. They need to do general maintenance. Drains so slow you cannot even get the water to hear up before it hits the overflow drain. So disgusting.

Great hotel. Our room was plenty spacious for my wife and our kids. The breakfast was good, I just wish they served it past 9 on weekdays.

Home from home. Been here twice and really have nothing bad to say about it. Miles ahead of the competition. We just stayed at the marriott residence Inn and it pails in comparison to this place. Rooms are huge, quality fixtures and the place smells so fresh. Worth the price difference.

The hotel was good overall. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, staff was helpful. All to be expected.

However, the purpose of a hotel is to give you a comfortable place to sleep. Sleep was tough to come by. I had a 1st floor room right by the pool, which sounds great until you see that there are NO BLACKOUT CURTAINS in the room. So the ridiculously bright lights surrounding the pool almost fully lit up my room all night long, this resulted in very little sleep on my behalf. Not to mention the razor thin sheer curtains have you little to no privacy from on lookers enjoying the pool. I have no idea whose idea it was to not install blackout curtains in the rooms, but they need to add those immediately.

I always stay here on business for at least a week at a time. Its clean and a great value

Great service, friendly staff, awesome room, very comfortable beds, free warm breakfast: eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles. What more could you ask of a place? Well worth the 30,000 hilton points!

I am so appreciative of the staff at this Homewood Suites location! They were able to work me in to stay at the hotel under some pretty impossible circumstances.

The room is incredibly clean and well maintained. It even smelled good when I first entered.

I will definitely be staying here again if I ever happen to be in Louisville.
