Good customer service and facility. Everything was clean and the staff was accommodating. Breakfast was good. Kids loved the pool area. Close to plenty of places to shop and eat. 10 minutes to Schlitterbahn.

Very nice hotel. The suites have a full refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top, microwave, and coffee maker. Two separate rooms plus a bathroom. The hotel has a very new and modern feel. Breakfast is very good as hotels go. The room also has a ceiling fan and light, which is unusual for a hotel. The free shampoo gets replaced every day so by the end of a week, you will be loaded! Highly recommend.

Rooms where well kept. The pool was refreshing. Tried to play basketball. The sun was in our eyes the whole time. Lucky I am horrible at basketball, and I got to blame it on thr sun.

Very comfortable, breakfast was super fresh, location to nearby restaurants and bars is great. Right by a Buc'ees is also a plus. Not loud at all. Easy to sleep and room had excellent temperature control. Extra room for our babies' portable crib and staff was super friendly all around. The stay was... super?

Extremely clean hotel with great suites and friendly staff. There's even a basketball hoop and pool out back. Not far from the outlets and plenty of restaurants nearby.

This is a great hotel. I've been a frequent Hilton guest for more than 15 years and this is one of my favorite of the lower tiered Hilton brands. The hotel is new in a newly developed area with tons of shopping. Before I arrived, the hotel manager emailed me with more precise directions because it is in a new location. This was a nice touch that was much appreciated.

Very nice hotel. A bit of a problem with checking in. But overall nice clean and very spacious room. I will definitely return as long as standards don't change on cleanliness.

Not only was our stay wonderful and everyone was so kind, but the staff here has gone above and beyond to help me. After returning home, which is 4 hours away, I realized I had left my medication and hearing aide supplies in our room in a drawer. They not only had all of my things, but they shipped them to me the same day I called. They saved me! Our room was spacious, clean, up to date, beds were comfy, and everyone was so accommodating and kind. This is my hotel of choice in New Braunfels from now on!

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and good sized. Loved the free dinner buffet, great food and a free beer, can't beat that. Exercise room was well equipped and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay! Even the bed was comfortable unlike most hotel beds where it’s softer to sleep on a concrete slab! The employees were super friendly and the breakfast was full of tasty foods.

Hotel and rooms are clean, service is excellent, zone is good to, very close to stores.

Staff are sticklers for procedure, and were a pain during check-in. On top of that they consecutively lost, then cancelled the rebooked, and then charged the wrong price for reservations made by some of my family members.
The rooms are large and clean with good amenities. Beds comfy, shower large. The building itself is nice and they serve a decent breakfast.

Nice new hotel but nothing special. It is not up to the standards of other Homewood Suites I have been in. Has mostly king studio rooms.

Wonderful breakfast buffet, they even had a waffle maker. Light dinner Monday through Thursday with free wine and draft beer. Super friendly staff. The room was great. No complaints. Lots of people out at the pool. I was too tired from Schlitterbahn. The blackout curtains make the room dark so you can sleep late.

Stayed her for July 4th. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel is located in a nice upcoming shopping area. The only downside was the breakfast. When food ran out they were slow to replace it. Same for the juices. Other that that we would definitely return.

Great hotel and amenities!! New hotel with outdoor grill and fire pit, lots of lounge areas indoor and outdoor, nice breakfast with several options and on weeknights they serve free dinner, wine and beer!! Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Location close to the freeway and in and out burger!! Was attending a wedding at the Allen farmhaus. Only 7 min from there. Small pool bur very nice, surprising basketball half court.

Really nice in looks and feel of the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and took care of us. Breakfast was great. However, bed-wise it was just a little stiff. Nothing horrible but nothing that blew me away in comfort.

Extended stay guest. This hotel offers complimentary breakfast every day and complimentary dinner, including alcohol, 4 nights a week. Excellent location with several dining options available close by.

The location was nice. The rooms were nice as well. Everything was clean and it was nicely decorated. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. Although it was free, there wasn't many choices and it did not taste good.

New hotel, comfy beds, clean rooms. Good plentiful breakfast. Needs more staff and a large canopy so we can get our things out of car without getting drenched in the rain.

Great hotel overall. Rooms are spacious, full kitchen is nice. Only issue is they were out of a simple item that I asked for and I was told they'd been out for 3 days when I asked. I would think in order to keep the customers happy they'd have made a bit more effort to keep their stock up.

This hotel is brand new and amazing. One thing that I really loved was the cookie you get at check-in, it's a nice treat after a long drive or flight. Beyond that the service is great, I forgot my shaving cream and a toothbrush but the front desk was kind enough to give me both. The room is completely clean and everything works because it is brand new. The downside is that it is in New Braunfels, beyond a nice outlet mall there isn't much to do there and try end up driving to San Marcos.

I was very excited to see that there was a New hotel in New Braunfels! Stay at Homewood in November and going back this week. The place is exceptionally clean, the rooms are very nice and the breakfast is Great!

The stay here was tops. I really enjoyed my stay, my sleep, my breakfast. Homewood Suites by Hilton is awesome to say the least.

We are here from Illinois for a family event. These rooms are spectacular and very spacious. We are currently in a room that has 2 queen beds with a kitchenette, full refrigerator, couch/seatting area with TV, and a lovely bathroom with a walk in shower. This space is marvelous and we have enjoyed all of our interactions with the wonderful staff whom have accumulated us very professionally and kindly. I would highly recommend this place to any any all looking for a true home away from home experience.
