I stayed over the night for medical reasons and this hotel was very accommodating. The staff was helpful and kind and made my stay easy and smooth. First they had a shuttle service to Duke hospital, which helped immensely for having to worry about one less thing. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It also had a small kitchen complete with stove, microwave, fridge, and dishes. They also have breakfast and dinner during the week. It's not that great, but it's another thing that you don't have to worry about. I will be using this hotel when I am on town in the future.

Breakfast is excellent. Evening happy hour was awesome. There was beer and wine, pizza, and salad, plenty for all. The pool is clean and warm, with plenty of seating in both shade and sun. 2 nice gas grills, and with Walmart right down the street, we had great grilled hotdogs poolside. Rooms have high ceilings, plenty of space, doors for privacy between bedroom and living room spaces. Staff is super helpful and quick to respond! We called the front desk for a couple of minor things, they sent maintenance right away.

The suites are spacious and provide all of the amenities that a longer stay might require. The beds are comfortable and the breakfasts are delicious. The evening social hours also provide an evening meal on most weekdays. The staff have always been professional and accommodating. My wife and I stay at the Homewood Suites whenever we are traveling and have the opportunity.

Room was comfortable and rich with features. Cozy beds, full kitchen, and pool access made this a pleasant stay. Staff members were also friendly.

One of my best experiences at a hotel. Extremely clean. Wonderful, friendly staff. Complimentary hot dinner and breakfast. Spacious rooms fully equipped for an extended stay alone or with family. Perfect.

This place is incredible! The accommodations are unbelievable, as far as price and cleanliness goes! The room we got is a one bedroom with a full King and has a very comfortable and dreamy pull-out sofa and a full kitchen!!! They have a fitness center and complimentary breakfast and coffee for their guests. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood lined with trees...also, a very convenient shopping center, with Kohl's, Blaze Pizza, Applebees, several nail salons, Duke Medical Offices, Five Guys and a Donut Shop.

Rooms have kitchen, bedroom and living room. Also have wheelchair accessible rooms. Evening social wirh small food and breakdast. Only few minutes from duke university hospital. They offer a ahuttle service

Great price. Friendly staff. Plenty of free parking. Suites are small, beds are doubles not queen. Sofa bed was decent. Full kitchen. Free wifi and hot breakfast. Pool is outdoors and was closed. Biggest complaint is that no one knew how to switch TV to alternative input so we could watch our Amazon Fire Stick. However they do have a full Spectrum cable package with multiple HBO channels and the ability to pause live shows. I have never seen that in a hotel before...

Homewood Suites was a cozy hotel with Happy Hour from 5pm to 7pm where they serve you beer or wine as much as you like for free! The staff was extremely friendly one in particular was an employee named ROB he really looked out for the guest and he was always happy and kind. -excellent customer service skills.

It's conveniently located then if you have something in Durham. Everything very nice and clean looks renovated recently. I haven't tried any of the food although they have it.

Room was great, pretty much like all the other Homewood suites, separate living and sleeping areas, full kitchen with a full-size fridge . I really do not like those mini fridges, because you got so little to work with. But bed was super comfy, and the chair was nice to relax in.

Two little quirks I found odd, first, my room was on the odd number side, facing the parking lot next to the pool. There was a door on that side of a bldg right near the stairs like you normally have, but it was just a fire door, you could not use it as an entrance from the outside. So when I parked my truck (in front of my room) i had to walk around to the opposite side of the bldg to get inside, maybe 300ft, not terrible, but annoying. And secondly, the fitness center was on the 2nd floor. First time I have seen that in a Hilton Brand hotel.

The hotel was very well appointed and convenient to several restaurants. The room was clean and much larger than I realized. Will definitely stay here again!

Love the rooms and the staff were always very polite and eager to please, the next time I stay I would like an end suite with the balcony would have loved that even more.

The service was quite good except that the food during the morning buffet was rather sparse (items, utensils, glasses, etc were not replaced for long periods of time).

The rooms are separated between a living space with kitchen and bedroom. They are kept fairly clean and the beds are comfortable enough. The hotel offers breakfast everyday and dinner Monday through Thursday. They also offer shuttle services to Duke hospital. I'd recommend this hotel especially if you are coming for medical.

The room was very nice and the breakfast was fantastic. We drove from Johnson city, tn to stay for me to take my nursing boards the next day. The hotel was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel. The "evening snacks" were closer to dinners than snacks. Everybody was great, especially Travis in the dining room.

Needed a fast Tesla charger. Only local place that had one and was near a lot of things! Quick too!

Everything was awesome. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great and suited our needs and the breakfast was just enough to get us going the next day. Oh, and the water pressure in the shower was incredible!

The pool is great! The coffee all day was great. The room was huge and clean and we got everything. The Suite Shop was perfect for a late night snack. I would recommend it!

Great hotel, fantastic location. It's right by I-40, only 15 minutes from UNC Chapel Hill, and the facilities are very nice. The only reason I won't rate it 5 Stars is because I had booked a king size bed and they gave me a double bed room instead. Staff was friendly and helpful, but it was pretty uncomfortable sleeping in a double bed with my wife. All things considered, it wasn't terrible.

This hotel is convenient to both Durham and Chapel Hill. The renovation promises to make the common areas more attractive. Not a great fitness area, but adequate for cardio. I think it would be fine for weekend travel.

Best stay in a hotel ever! The staff was wonderful! They were all kind, professional and very responsive. The accommodations were lovely. The location is perfect, quiet yet close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

Quite comfortable with a lot nearby within walking distance. Not great sound proofing. You could hear everyone in the halls when trying to sleep and when other people nearby closed their doors it rattles the other doors.

Very pleasant stay here. The hotel was easy to find, affordable, and close to everything. The double suite was a little smaller than it looked in the photos, but the beds were super comfy (including the pull-out couch) and the breakfast was excellent. Definitely would stay here again anytime!

Cool air didn't work. Room was over 90 degrees for hours overnight. Also, booked for King but placed with 2 doubles. Otherwose, accomodations were acceptable at best.

Rooms are so nice and big. It's just like staying at home. There's even a full refrigerator and a stove top.

Everyone I've interacted with has been beyond nice and helpful.

They have complimentary breakfast and dinner(different per day), which makes life that much easier.

They also provide a shuttle to the Duke hospital free of charge. Also room was clean with a fridge and stove provided to make it seem just like home.

I went to spend time with my family. I was not a guest at the hotel. The amenities all seemed nice and it's near many restaurants and shops.

Homewood Suites was a very pleasant experience. The rooms was spacious and well appointed. All dishes. Pots and pans, full sized fridge.

This was my 2nd overnight stay at a Homewood Suites. It was clean, the staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was your typical buffet style meal. The eating and serving area for breakfast was inviting and clean. I would stay again for business.

Housekeeping was amazing and pleasant! The food was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean right down to the grout!

Thank you Homewood Suites for a wonderful stay! We were a group of 12 yoga teachers attending a training conference at Duke Integrative Medicine. Mark, Ibraham and the front desk team treated us like royalty! We needed a space to practice yoga so they made the conference room available to us each morning at 6:30 am and it was perfect! Mark made a point to remember our names and continually helped us with all the little details that make a stay nice. We gave Homewood Suites a very high recommendation to the Duke's Integrative coordinators as "The Place" to stay for future conference attendees. We loved the coffee station, the teas, the oatmeal bar and wine with dinner! Great job front desk, catering and housekeeping staff!

One final note….my only suggestion for improvement for your purchasing manager…please refrain from ordering styrofoam bowls and plates and replace them with a more eco-friendly, biodegradable product.

Stayed at this establishment for two nights while visiting relatives in the area. Were surprised to get a room as it was a weekend for a nearby Duke Football home game. The room and service was excellent other than a coffee maker issue where the pot didn't match the coffeemaker. Our room was surrounded with teenage girls - we assumed a soccer team due to their uniforms - and we never heard a thing - very quiet rooms. Will definitely stay there again when in the area
