The Best 5 star. These folk are fantastic. We were on a family cross country road trip and they put us up first class at the last minute, on a pre holiday week day. I hope they treat you just as well. They even had breakfast. We chose to order take out breakfast from WildBerry, just a few blocks away next to Costco. (Try thier vegan choice). 👍😀

Nathan at the front desk deserves a raise! That man went up and beyond for my kids and I. I hope he knows how much I appreciate it even though your pool was closed. As for the hotel not bad but not great kinda squeezed in behind a car lot and between large offices.

This was our first time staying at the Homewood Suites. The location was good staff seemed friendly. Housekeeping left a very nice Valentine’s Day note with two chocolates .
Unfortunately we did not have a good night stay in the room seemed very drafty and not up to Hilton standards. There is a hole in the bedroom door that was repaired but was very noticeable at the bottom. In the bathroom some of the wallpaper border was peeling off between the tube and the door. My wife and son slept on the pullout couch and they said they froze all night the window seem to be leaking along with the door. Property reminded me of the old motels we used to stay in years ago. Like a super eight or a Motel 6.
We did however enjoy the main building that had the front desk and breakfast in the fireplace was nice breakfast was wonderful staff was very courteous this part was very good.
Hoping it all the Homewood suites are not designed like this one but if they are I probably will not stay again.

This was a very quite and intimate place. I enjoyed our all inclusive room, it was like home, away from home. We had several family members come down for the holidays and a birthday celebration..But, the conference room was rather small and there wasn't a whole lot of space for the people we had. Other than that, it was great.

Nice hotel! Stayed here at a decent price ($165) for one night. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Hotel staff was friendly. Room was as clean as you'd expect. There is an inner common area with a pool and basketball. Would stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel in many occasions and I always enjoy going back. Barry and the majority of his staff are very friendly, take the time to get to know you, and make your stay very pleasant. The hotel was recently remodeled (within the last year) and looks pretty modern. The beds are comfortable and the remote controlled fan allows you to turn the bedroom light of without getting up. The hotel has a evening social Monday through Thursday and the small plates they serve are really good, and free. On some days they have scones for breakfast, grab two of those!

I honestly can not say enough good things about my stays here, and yes I said stays! My work brings me out to Chicago for training a few times a year and I always have stayed here. The staff is exceptional and the rooms are fantastic. You always feel like part of the family and welcome. They really go out of their way to make sure your comfortable in every aspect of your stay. The rooms are always very clean, maintained and spacious. The evening socials are filled with great food thoughtfully planned out for the seasons and even for the guests staying there at times. You honestly can not go wrong with staying here! Give it a try when your in town next time you won't be disappointed!!!

My family and I loved our stay there. The pool was nice and clean, as well as the basketball court and sitting area. The rooms are a good size. We comfortably fit five people. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. A very large spread is served for breakfast and they and evening food and activities Monday through Thursday. We highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future.

This hotel is adorable. It's like a little neighborhood of condos instead of a stingy hotel. Barry is fantastic and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Awesome suite!! Living room area, double bed bedroom, and pull out couch. Staff is wonderful and free breakfast is great. Stayed here after going to NXT Takeover Chicago 2 and WWE Money in the bank. Hotel was fabulous and felt like a home away from home

Hotel staff very friendly. Room was a king suite and very spacious. The bed and pillows we're comfortable. Didn't care for the blankets. The one we stayed at in Chicago had a really nice down comforter. Room was clean and all appliances worked well. Good sized flat screen in bedroom and living area with direct TV/guide which was nice (had 3 kids with us) Also included some movie channels too. Breakfast was included each day and there was plenty to choose from to eat and they kept it stocked well. Food wasn't over the top spectacular but still good.

My room did not have hot water in the sink. The pressure was good but it needed. Hot water. The breakfast was good but you need to wake up really early because it goes fast right away. Also they over bleach the rooms. It smelled a lot of it when you get into the rooms

Got a great deal through travelocity. The "room" was more like an apartment [actual name: one bedroom suite with double beds]. It had a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom with two double beds. Just what the doctor ordered for my family of 6.

Best part is that they didn't charge extra for the amount of people! Oh and did I mention the amazing FREE breakfast?

If you have a family... book it now.

Stayed three nights. Rooms feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. Dishes, glasses, silverware, and pans provided. We had intended on doing dishes but came back one evening to find they were done for us. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Very accommodating, rooms were very warm and the thermostats worked like a champ because it was one of the coldest nights of this year's winter. Ice machine did not work on our floor but the front desk was more than happy to drop off a bucket of ice for us in no time!

They have free parking,free breakfast Monday to Thursday they have a social with appetizers and drinks. Chris at the front desk is an absolute pleasure to deal with and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. they also have a shuttle that will take you within 5 miles of the hotel.

Homewood suites are a great value. The rooms are nice and spacious plus extra amenities like a full fridge, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. Also there is a cozy fireplace for cold nights. The staff is very nice and offer an included breakfast and light dinner. Will definitely stay again.

Great staff. I had problems with my business card and they were helpful the whole time. They even have free dinner Monday thru Thursday. It's off the main road so it's really peaceful

My stay over the weekend was fabulous! Margarita at the front desk was professional and plesant. Receiving a gift bag at the front desk was extremely nice and hospitable. The hotel was clean. Every thing was just perfect. Anna was very nice. She made sure we hadd everything during breakfast. She was very helpful and informative. I will plan to stay here again soon.

Rooms are clean and well appointed. Complimentary dinner and beer/wine on week nights which was a nice bonus that I wasn't aware of.

This hotel has a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and 2 large HDTV. The pool was currently under construction but they did offer passes to a different place with a pool.

Arrived very late at night. Very simple and quick check in. They gave me a snack and a water which was nice. The room may have smelled a bit like weed but I was tired and I wasn't sure. The room was otherwise very nice. I'll stay here again in the future.

Putting this review after a long delay. I stayed here for almost two months. Quite literally became my home. Amazing, friendly staff. You are always greeted with a bright smile which gets your day going. The rooms are decent, albeit a little outdated perhaps. The best part is the free supper with beer and wine on tap. There's a good variety on the menu too. It was a wonderful couple of months stay here.

Service during check-in was great. The shuttle service staff is professional and timely.

This place is amazing..! 'Home'wood Suites, yes this has been my home for almost 20 days. We were welcomed by a warm welcome kit. The rooms are very spacious and special mention to the wonderful kitchen area with all the cookware ; I could cook for me and my husband. Thanks for the wonderful complimentary Breakfast and Dinner. Breakfast has very good options both sweet and savoury. The so is the dinner. Omg the soup, salads, pasta, nachos etc are too good. We are vegetarians and yes I was surprised that they had balanced the food items (meant and meatless). The staff working here are very friendly. Looking forward to come back again. Very good service. Both dinner and breakfast are free and comes with the reservation. And it's surprisingly delicious to me. But a big problem here is that the room's air conditioning makes the room gets very dry. I woke up twice to drink water for that. But everything else are very nice.

Great location near the mall. Very friendly service, rooms are very clear and spacious. Doors open to the outdoors. I am staying for just 4 nights but I would be very happy to stay here for an extended time. Kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge, two electric hot plates, sink, and full size refrigerator. Continental breakfast in the morning is good and typical for hotels. They have a small snack available and tapped beer in the evening starting at 5.

The room itself was great and fit the need for a one night getaway with my wife. The location of the room and car parking was a bit confusing. The person who checked us in, made it felt like the whole process was rushed through. Still, all things considered, we'd still come back.

We loved this place 5 years ago when I took a new job and needed temporary housing in the area. This weekend my folks were town and needed a comfy and quiet place to stay. The manager found them a great room and a lower than advertised rate. Hilton operates great properties and has some of the best trained staff.

Love this place. Even though I've only stayed one night I would recommend this for families or couples that may be staying for much longer. Nice and clean facilities, and the rooms are top notch! Also great on your budget since they offer free breakfast and light dinner on most nights. I'm glad I found this gem!!!

I usually stay here whenever I'm in this part of Illinois. It is clean. The staff is friendly. They offer breakfast and dinner. They offer free alcohol at dinner. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family

This place is the best. We had a bad experience with Expedia (they booked us rooms that weren't available). We showed up to Chicago after driving 8 hours and we were pretty tired. The assistant manager, Christy, was so kind to us and stayed on the phone with Expedia for 2 hours! She also called around searching for a hotel for us to stay in for the night, along with continuing to do her job. She found us a hotel, got us a deal, got us free breakfast, AND proceeded to give us a deal for her hotel for the following two nights! Honestly we were blown away! As we were leaving for the other hotel, she collects some food for us. So kind! We couldn't believe her kindness, especially since the whole ordeal wasn't even her fault, at all. We gave her a hug and I can't stop thinking about that amazing experience. Thank you, Christy. You made a bad situation, good. Oh and our king suite was beautiful.

Not the best Homewood. Normally they are all I stay at. I'll give a 4 of 5 since I did not get exterior access doors nor the smoking room I wanted. But they were very nice and housekeeping was PERFECT. I've actually never been to a Hilton property where I've worried about leaving valuables in the room including my Macbook Pro.

Rented three rooms last wkend and were very pleased with the rooms. Jesse, at the front desk, was very helpful, professional, and friendly. Appreciated his help. He made our stay even better! Rooms were clean, arranged well, and we really liked the full kitchens.
