Hotel seemed new inside. Modern spacious and comfortable. I loved the pillows. It was also located close to some convenient amenities especially if you travel for work. I would recommend for business for sure.

Very nice and clean place. Close to downtown Greely. Hotel staffs are very nice. Housekeeping doesn’t do a good job cleaning on Saturday for some reason. I stayed here for one month. It was convenient that they provide both breakfast and dinner. Would stay here again.

I use Hilton properties all the time and really like them but this has to be one of the best yet. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that your stay is going well and if you need anything they are right on it. You can tell if they are just doing it because they just want to keep their job or if they really care, these people care! This place rocks!!

I am a stickler for great service and when I get great service I want everyone to know. One of the best experiences I have ever had was last week when I stayed at Homewood Suites. The first thing you notice when you walk in the door is that it smells clean!! It reminded me of a saturday morning growing up as a kid. That was the day mom deep cleaned and it always smelled amazing! The next thing is the awesome friendly staff at the front desk! I was greeted by a very nice young lady who was dressed nicely and acted happy to see me! I lucked out and got the last room and after receiving my key, I headed upstairs. My room was large, well appointed and again, really clean! I gotta say, the view out my window wasn't all that, but I am in Greeley :) I headed to the hot tub and then retired for the night. After a great nights sleep, I went down for breakfast (included in my price) and again, was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. They have a large dining area and it was very comfortable. I could go on and on but let's just say I found a diamond in the rough with this hotel. 5 star service at a 3 star price, can't beat that. I had the opportunity to speak with the manager and let her know about my experience and after meeting her, I understand why her place is so great. If you are in town and need a place to stay, I HIGHLY recommend you try Homewood Suites out, I know you won't be disappointed.

Pam and the staff were great. They offered to drive our group downtown. Great room, good breakfast and a feeling of "we care" was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Commendable services. Delicious complementary breakfast every morning. Comfortable beds, and exceptional pull out bed inside couch. Complete furnishings such as : dishes, blankets, towels, etc. for short term living. Complementary drinks from the bar 5-7pm!
Amazing patio space and grill for family or friendly uses.

Excellent experience, friendly, inviting, caring staff (I have to Nick extra kudos for all his hard work). The location is great! The rooms and hotel are clean. Have an decent workout room along with a basketball court outside that you can use (one day I did HITT, another day I did yoga out there) pool and hot tub are great. Complementary Breakfast AND dinner with cocktails. Highly recommend 👍 Thanks for the great hospitality!

Stayed at Homewood Suites in Greeley for one night and it was a great experience. Rooms were really nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was better than most, and the evening cocktail hour was a great touch. Would definitely stay again.

We stay here when we recruit at the UNC teacher fair. Always kind and accommodating. Great new area of Greeley with shopping and restaurants close. I would highly recommend!

Homewood Suites was the best hotel stay I have had hands down. The staff is amazing, Mandy and Pam were by far the friendliest individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting. They made my stay easy and comfortable from the point of check in!

Hosted a 3 day training event for 45 people. Joey, the sales person, made the entire planning process easy. Sleeping and conference rooms were taken care of. Every request was handle expeditiously. Breakfast was good. Executive reception was good, food options were sufficient for most. Everyone gave good reviews of the facility and staff. I would recommend to anyone looking to host an event or for a relaxing night away from home.

I was only there for a seminar they had that afternoon but its a vey nice new hotel at least the conference room I was in was very nice

The room had a small kitchen and a separate room for watching tv (living room) and a door that lead to the bedroom. The pool was great and there was a hot tub too. The mini bar in the lounge was a nice addition and the free continental breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel over all the others in Greeley.

The place would have been one of my best experiences... but.. unfortunately items worth more then $500 we're stolen from my room and because they could not see anything on camera they did nothing. Very disturbing

Had no trouble checking in, staff was very polite and courteous. The first room we were in smelled funny, and they upgraded our room to a 1 bedroom and kitchen with living room, with no hesitation. And it was all at no extra charge. The pool is always clean and stocked with new towels everyday, as is the hot tub. Our stay here has been wonderful.

It is located in a great area near a bunch of restaurants. The rooms are very nice and the price was good. The breakfast was amazing. Overall a great experience.

I like the hotel but the breakfast is gross. That really throws off the stars. I would give it 5 stars of the breakfast was better

I want to make sure that Joey at the front desk gets recognized. He was a tremendous help to me when I called trying to book a room for my mom and her friend that were traveling. I live on the east coast, so his help made me feel better about where my mom and her friend were going to be for the night. He was extremely nice and caring and even my mom said he was wonderful to her when they arrived. So THANK YOU! They said the place is very nice. Big rooms and awesome staff!!!! Especially JOEY!

Very clean hotel. The GM of the hotel helped out tremendously when issues arose. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They also had a bar which is not usual in hotels. They have a hot breakfast and a hot dinner provided in the stay. The only Hotel I would stay at in Greeley Colorado.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at. Housekeeping not as thorough as I like, but not dirty by any means. Free laudry rooms to use, stove in your room, and full size fridge. No oven, but that's okay. We will definitely be back next year.

Great rooms, very friendly and helpful service, releaxed 'rules' about hanging out late grilling food on the patio. Even saw someone take a dip in the pool after midnight (gasp!). And then a tasty, hot breakfast in the morning. This is a hotel should be run. Cheers guys!

We travel often and this is one of the best stays we have had - Friendly staff and clean hotel/room. Pool was very clean and actually had someone out there checking the levels and cleaning. Complimentary dinner, beer/wine & massages! Close to shopping and dining if needed. Overall great stay!

This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in in awhile. The lobby is really nice. Our room is very comfortable and the view is INCREDIBLE! The staff is super friendly. This is THE place to stay in Greeley, Colorado, U.S.A. !

I highly recommend. The staff provides phenomenal customer service, is incredibly personable, and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as closest to home as possible. This is the second year my family and I have stayed here, and we look forward to returning next year because of Pam and Mandi. The Hotel is very clean, provides an amazing complimentary breakfast every morning, and a complimentary evening social time during the week where you can have wine and beer!

I am a frequent traveler and wish there were more places like this where I can cook my own meals in a beautiful suite such as I found here in Greeley. The staff is equally as wonderful as the rooms. Well equipped gym, modest pool and soothing hot tub.

Other than having to wait to be checked in about an hour after check in time, we had an amazing experience and would come back here if we come back to the area.
We stayed during the week, the food that was served for breakfast and the light dinner was SO good! They always had a great selection of food. There staff was very helpful and accommodating during our stay and the pool and laundry room were very clean! Homewood Suites will always have our business!

Nice, new, clean, friendly staff, detailed rooms that are updated to this decade, overall great! I appreciated the abundance of power outlets to charge my electronics. Also appreciated the many TV channels and small kitchenette. Free beer and wine with light snacks from 5-7 as well as a delicious hot breakfast in the morning. Great job!

The excellent customer service started before we checked in with front desk answering calls promptly and questions. Digital check in was great. Greeted by Whitney as a Hilton Honors member. Lovely room, spotlessly clean hotel-everywhere. Delicious breakfast, lovely relaxing pool and hot tub and gym. Almost didn't want to leave.

Awesome stay! Rooms were great for our week long stay. The staff was wonderful and the young bartender was the highlight of one of our nights, he gave us a little serenade! Happy hour, weekly specials like a free massages, and drink specials.

Great new hotel. Just opened up about a year ago I think. I had stayed there then too. Good light dinner at night and breakfast, and the dinner has beer and wine (and other alcohol for a fee too). Thursday nights they still I think have a masseuse that comes in and gives a nice chair massage for tips which was outstanding.

This is a newer hotel in the Hilton Suite. Rooms are fairly good size and nice. I've stayed here a couple times for work. The room I have this time and last both have ceiling fans. Decor is nice too. The only issue I have is with Room 422 this stay. When water is run or toilets flushed a grinding ramping up noise can be heard from the wall just above the headboard. The wall even feels warmer to the touch while other parts of the wall are cool. Reported to management and they were going to move me. Arrived back and they stated they thought it was fixed; nope. Sounds almost like a semi truck running or something grinding when it's at its loudest. 3 nights of disturbed sleep because the hotel is sold out. Management made it right and moved to another room on Thursday. The free chair massage the hotel provided on Thursday is awesome; I have to say that was the best part of the stay.

My stay at the Homewood Suites in Greeley was great. The hotel is new, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly and consistently helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a wedding, and arrived in the afternoon on a Friday and the room was not ready so we had to get ready for the rehearsal in someone else's room. Also, for being a newer hotel there were a lot of cosmetic blemishes in our room, especially the bathroom. Service was slow and poor. Wait time of 45 minutes to check in. Housekeeping never checked for cleanup. Others in party were double charged upon check out as well. Breakfast was good.

My friend and I were in Greeley for the annual Jazz Festival. We stayed in the Homewood Suites, and it was GREAT! Our rooms were spacious enough for 3-4 people. Large, comfortable bed, nice bathroom (a little small in some of the rooms, there are three or four layouts), stocked kitchen with full refrigerator and dishwasher. The service and complimentary services were awesome! Breakfast was also amazing: hour breakfast every morning with fresh fruit and good food and coffee. I have no complaints about my stay!
