It's what you'd expect from a Homewood Suites, great rooms/facilities, very clean, friendly staff. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the Hamilton area.

A 3 star property. Well maitained and operated. Good continental breakfast, nice rooms, clean wash rooms. Busy place, can't be much flexible on check in and check out times. Only pais parking

My aunt paid for a room for my girlfriend and i on our vacation, the room we got was a huge room you could live in. It had a kitchenette and a beautiful living room set up. It's located a short distance from 1st Ontario place (Cops Colosseum), down town, and Hess village. The free breakfast was great.

Very convenient to client. Great exercise facility. Good room. Friendly helpful staff. Good reception dinner. Room smelled a little funny.

Very modern and the staff was very friendly. We showed up with three children two of which were toddlers and they gave us a second room for free to help spread out the family. Much appreciated!

Visited the hotel for wedding games. Lobby is very modern and clean. The suites are pretty big, although they do show their age a bit. Staff was very kind and courteous as well.

Nice Hotel, friendly, warm feel. Breakfast was included, not a full buffet but not continental... inbetween. Stayed with friends so we did a suite. Was clean, well kept.

Great hotel for team bookings. Our team has booked on 3 separate occasions and I have never heard a complaint from any of our team parents. Breakfast includes a good variety of options from cereal to continental to waffles, eggs and bacon. Rooms are spacious and provide all the basics of your home away from home.

My daughter and twin granddaughters stayed 3 nights. There isn't one negative thing to be said about this fabulous hotel and it's amazing staff. They go out of their way to accommodate and always have a smile. ....rare these days.

Arrived earlier than expected but Darlene and the front desk agent was still able to assist me. The hotel looks beautiful from the lobby to the room. Staff are pleasant and nice. My fiance and I are trying it out before our wedding in August and this is our late mini Valentines celebration as well. Service is just excellent and Darlene and staff are very helpful.

I've never stayed at the hotel but my daughter works there. It's beautiful and clean. . I would love to spend a night or two there! This is the only picture I have right now.

Good hotel room but I found it weird that my friends who booked the same room style as us had a desk with a wheel chair but we didn't. We also didn't have functional coffee machines. Staff was okay and the breakfast was great.

There is a lot of construction going on around the building, leaving only one usable entrance. The entrance area stays busy with all construction traffic. The hotel itself is beautifully designed while maintaining an elegant modern touch. There are always events that one can attend. The hotel is clean, and the friendly staff make your stay comfortable.

Stayed here for one night before and was happy.

Went for four night this time on business. First three nights went well and no issues. Pool was nice and the breakfast was adequate. Room was very nice and clean.

Last night there was an issue with my door and after going out on the town for a couple hours, came back to find my door not working. They had to call someone in to replace the entire handle which took about an hour and a half. I understand that things happen but I was not allowed in my room for some reason. So I waited and finally got in my room after an hour and a half and it was around 2 am at this point.

Then the fire alarm went off at 530 am. Apparently it was the building beside us and it was an inconvenience.

As for my room and not being able to get in, they took off two nights of parking. I guess that's ok, I would have liked some coupons or something. Meh.

Everything else was good. Boy was I tired the next morning.

Side note, it is Hamilton, so I found the staff excellent, but a little suspicious of everyone. I guess they may have had problems in the past.

Was there for one night. Really great location. Very convenient to get to everywhere. Firstontario concert hall, Natural food market etc. Facility is good. We had one bedroom suite with a full kitchen. Great for family travel.

Rooms were big and clean. Friendly staff, breakfast was great and the light suppers were a great touch. Pool is a little small, but the kids enjoyed it. Underground parking was tight.

Amazing rooms. Very spacious, and every room has a full kitchen! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet could be improved.

A home away from home..It was a wonderful stay during our initial days in Canada. Everyone made us feel welcomed. They have a variety of dishes for breakfast and it's very appealing too. The staff is very generous.

The staff took absolutely great care of me and has been very accommodating. I am here for 1 month and so far I am loving my stay with the great gym, pool, and free breakfast

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Some of the staff here are great, others could hardly care for the guests. My room had an issue with the heating and in spite of personally registering a request at the front desk, a maintenance person wasn't sent to check it out. Two days later a different person at the front desk made sure that someone investigated this and when they couldn't fix it they left a space heater in the room. Instructions left with the same front desk person by my colleague to have a package that he was expecting to be delivered to his room were also not followed. Breakfast is supposed to be served from 6 am but they start laying it out from 6 which means that it can be 6.30 by the time everything is available. So if you are looking for an early morning breakfast before heading out then this isn't the best option.

Great place to spend a weekend, especially if you're here in town for a couple of days since they have a kitchenette included in every suite I assume? I also enjoyed the privacy of having another door that separates itself to your room so you can avoid hearing the foot traffic walk by in the hallways. The place is very tidy, appliances brand new and clean, with all utensils and kitchenware provided. 2 tv's included - as there's one outside in the main living area, and then one again in the room. The only downside for me was the bathroom not having a fan in there in case a guest decides to use the washroom.

Best hotel we have stayed at so far. Very kid friendly. Super comfy beds and very clean all around. Loved the access to a laundry room and the free breakfast was amazing! We will definitely be using this hotel for all future Hamilton stays from now on.

Pretty nice place, free breakfast and dinner (nothing to big or fancy) is a nice touch, they even have rooms with full kitchens (I don't understand why they exist but hey, it's still pretty interesting). And the showers are actually big enough for tall guys like me! (I'm 6'1')

Always improving in terms of facilities and customers experience. Much more better than 2yrs ago when I last visited. Keep up the good work

Awesome hot breakfast, huge room with kitchenette. King size bed is comfortable with good variety of pillows. Location is great for restaurants and seeing the city. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Security is good as well since room keys are required to use the elevators. Everything is immaculately clean.

Buffet breakfast is wonderful and the social hour in the evening Monday to Thursday you are given complimentary dinner never seen that before what an excellent bonus. I would recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton in Hamilton ON to anyone it is an excellent place to stay.

I Was helping to plan a wedding. Staff is very accommodating, easy going and friendly. They are excellent with their in house notes making sure all their staff who we came into contact with were well informed. Seamless on their part. Will definitely patronize them again

Pleasantly surprised. Great room, comfy beds and an excellent breakfast. We especially loved the kitchenette. Parking was only 12.50 for the night. 2 thumbs up.

Great rooms. Fast check-in. Didnt get to the pool. Breakfast was simple, but a step up from a continental (scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, plus the standard toast/bagel/yogurt).

Very nice and clean place. Breakfast is excellent wirh lot of options. Room was very tidy when we checked in and everything you need is in there. The parking is a little bit of a hassle, especially if you arrive late at night. But overall, the hotel is very good.

Sleek and modern design, the rooms are extremely spacious with all the amenities I need. Good front desk staff. Free wifi. LOTS of cozy hangout space in lobby. The evenings sometimes have free basic dinner and you can always grab a quick free breakfast in the morning.

I attended a bridal shower at the hotel. The lobby was beautiful. Very clean and cozy. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and was refilled frequently. The venue was perfect for the event. I loved the floor to ceiling windows.

Great and welcoming atmosphere. Very clean and food was excellent. But do your self and favour and park at the lot right beside the building and not across the road.

My family and I were displaced by fire. Various hotels became our home for a night or two. Homewood suites became the family favorite for a number of reasons, but first and foremost had to be the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to help make things as painless as possible. We never considered leaving Homewood suites until a replacement home was found for us.

They can accommodate very easily wish is a plus for the in the go person like myself. Nice staff very clean. Loved how close it was to everything else like shops and restaurants. Uber friendly to. Will come back

Only one elevator was functioning around check out time. Staff was friendly, however when we asked the maid to make up the pull out couch for us while we were out, she refused and said we had to do it ourselves. The hotel had a good breakfast.

It's not in a very attractive area but is close to the convention center and city hall. They do have some medium size function rooms that can be a better deal then the actual convention center. Nothing fancy but it's clean and in good repair.

Location was convenient even though it's Hamilton, it is close to some areas of interest such as bars and pubs. The hotel itself, rooms and service are all very good quality. Would stay at this hotel again.

The room, staffs and breakfast are good. However, I have stayed there 3 times in a 6 months span and every weekend when guests exiting one elevator is broken. Thus, with only one other elevator working it takes over 40 minutes to take the luggage to the lobby area. Apparently, this the norm as other guests said it happened to them on other occasions.

This place has it all, spacious rooms with a kitchen, big workout room with new equipment, and a bar. Complimentary dinner makes this place a must stay, Internet speed is very good, streaming movies and shows with no lag. Highly recommended.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at the Homewood Suites Hamilton. We are here because of a house fire that forced us from our home. We have 3 children under 4 years of age and the prospect of not being home for Christmas was pretty depressing. Today, the front desk manager, Peter P. Came up to my room with a Christmas tree, ornaments and gifts for my kids. I am totally blown away with his generosity and thoughtfulness. I cannot express how much this means to my family. Peter saved Christmas for us and for that I will always be thankful!

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, and personalable employees. Located conveniently downtown Hamilton, with many nice restaurants within walking distance. The only drawback is parking cost an additional 12$ per night.

Stayed in a king bed suite. It was a nice getaway for me and my family. Receptionist very polite. Quick check in process. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed stay. Very recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for a total of 2 nights 3 days with a big group for work. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. During our stay we had a conference roomed booked where we held meetings and had lunch catered by the hotel. Overall I had a great experience and I will definitely be back!

The hotel was very clean. Our room was available early and parking was very inexpensive. The room was a great size and very nice and modern. The location of the hotel was easy to get to and near restaurants for eating. The staff was very friendly.

location is perfect. specially if you're going out in the night time, it's close to Hess street and all the restaurant around it. the place is comfy and beautiful but the price is a little higher than average. you can always book early and save the money. service is nice the only thing i didnt like is I had to wait 10 to 15 mins just to get checked in because there was only one computer running while the other being fixed.

It was a very nice experience. The only coplaint would be the erratic availability of the wi-fi.

We had to wait forever just to check in. They made us wait while they cleaned the room despite the fact that the room was supposed to be clean before we get there.

The sofa bed provided was broken and one of us just took the mattress from it and slept on the floor. The pillows were super uncomfortable.The pool was out of order and they had too few staff to deal with all the complaints.

The elevators were super slow and the underground parking was sketchy.

The place is nicely decorated though and was very clean.

Easy to access off the highway. Large room with well equipped kitchen. Large shower. Close parking. Within walking distance of local restaurants and shopping.

Cons: room had an odd smell. Unable to close blinds properly so room was very bright. Only 2 elevators for 16 floors - real bottleneck. Called for a cab which never came. Breakfast area was small and overcrowded, so get there early

Stayed for about a week when in town for my brother's wedding. Rooms are comfortable and the staff was great. Only downside was access to and from the garage due to construction next door - stairwells weren't all open and one or the other vehicle exits were blocked a few times when we were trying to get in or out.

Brand-new Hotel, 2-room suites for like 125 bucks... can't go wrong there. Good location in Hamilton, too, from what I can tell. BYOB if it's the weekend though, no alcohol was around at all and it was a Saturday night! They have a great looking bar, but only open Mon-Thurs?! Also, windows don't open in rooms (but that's every new hotel). Overall, perfect place to stay for the weekend.
