It has been a pleasure staying at this hotel.. The attention and the service i have received form the staff is one of a kind.. Rebecca, Tamara and JP were amazing. At soon after arrival i receive a message asking if everthing in the room was good. The next day another message making sure if I needed anthing to please let them know.. LOVED IT.. I Really recommend this hotel to everyone, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

Loved the room and the pool, service, and breakfast but my sister did step on a tiny metal shard.

Bad with names but the girl and guy at the front dest were great! Pleasant, personable, and helpful. Room was immaculate. Really nice compared to alot in the area. Will absolutely be my go to when staying near Sanford Intl.

Enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast is served daily and there is a variety of items to choose from. There are also evening socials available Mon-Thur. Gym is available on site, small but still able to get some cardio in. The pool and lounge areas are also great. Convenient location and many things to do nearby.

Everyone has been very nice and accommodating. The rooms are nice and clean are the reception area pool area and the patio. Have enjoyed our stay.

Good and friendly staffs. stay over always done perfectly. One star less for the smell! Can't understand which smells. But I overall a pleasant stay for a week. Breakfast were good.

Also, amenities are just close by. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family here in Canada.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the plumbing is terrible. The water drains too slowly in the shower. The toilets do not flush properly. The breakfast is terrible and not fresh tasting. Food taste bland as well. There are several restaurants near by, this is a plus.

Had a couple issues (lack of TV/light bulb out), but they were all address efficiently. The carpet is clean, but is showing wear. I have work white socks in the room and they don't get dirty, but the carpet looks rough. The shower curtain rod was installed upside down. This means the curtain constantly falls to the middle, leaving space for the water come out of the shower. The sink was cracked, but didn't cause any issues. Sink pressure is a little weird. All issues I brought up were addressed quickly with smiles. The people working here are what made it a great experience. The rooms definitely need to be refreshed though. They did get newer TVs with the ability to stream from your phone.

All staff has been very nice and accommodating. Rooms are well maintained although the bathtub is showing its age.

Staff were friendly and tried hard to assist guests. Kitchen units not well supplied...keep asking for dish soap. Bring your own bottle opener. Beds need better mattresses. It is a comfortable 3 star hotel for a 5 star resort price.

This is a great hotel for our long weekend family reunion. The suits are great to have tons of family in and make our stay great. Rebecca at the front desk really took care of us and all of our crazy requests. She made our night perfect!

Stayed here for a week in April. This was my first time staying at a homewood suites and i loved the set up. The only issue i had was that the sofa bed mattress was so thin I actually slept on the floor the second night i was there. They didn't have rollaways so my friends and i had to double up in double beds. I would recommend getting thicker mattresses for the sofas or getting rollaways.

Overall this is a good hotel. However doing my stay the gym equipment and TV in the gym was not working. I went to drink a drink and the glass broke.

All the staff is very friendly & helpful. They allow pets (dogs up to 50lbs). They don't have a restaurant, but they serve a great buffet breakfast. Would recommend staying here.

The room was great and had plenty of space for all 5 of us. But the real difference was the helpfulness of the staff, from the front desk to housecleaning, everyone was friendly, polite and accommodating.

Disappointed in the rooms, they didn't even have a hair dryer (Days Inn/ Motel 6 have them). Also when we left for the day and they were changing linens, they took half our towels, all but one wash cloth and bathroom floor mat and didn't replace them. It was fustrating. Plus the water pressure was horrible and there was a rut in the tub so it didn't go down the drain you stood in dirty water or had to push down other people's leftover waste water.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located conviently not to far from interstate highway 4. It was a great stay and will go there again definitely when in the area.

We were in Lake Mary for a baseball tournament. We reserved a room with two beds but the initial room they gave us only had one. We immediately told them of the problem and they fixed it on the spot.

The pool was good, the breakfast omelet was tasty, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location next to restaurants and a Publix (not too far) was very convenient also.

The check in guy was friendly. Something was wrong with the water we were advised not to drink. I had to brush my teeth with bottled water. The breakfast and dinner were blah. My family and I ate out. The kitchen staff was unwelcoming.

We had a two bedroom suite which was nice. However the bathrooms could be cleaned better. It smelled like wet dog and I found a hair, not my own, in the bathroom shower.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. Only complaint was a lot of noise from our hotel neighbors.

Stayed here for a week for training. Very nice desk person at check in as well as all of the staff I encountered. Room was nice and appeared to be clean. I had a one bedroom suite with a living room and kitchen. The only complaint I had was the bathroom shower had some slightly old caulking but was clean otherwise. Housekeeping came in every day. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. The evening happy hour was nice with various foods. Noise was never an issue even being by the freeway. The area around the hotel was nice as well which was a big plus for me. Close to a lot of stores and places to eat. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone coming in the area. Wifi was good too even using the free wifi. Never had any connectivity issues on any of my devices.

First of all let me say the moment you walk in you are warmly greeted by the staff and the rooms are big, clean and smell nice. The staff also will do anything within their power to make you feel as comfortable as possible and all are knowledgeable about the area as in helping you find whatever you are looking for. I do have a couple major complaints though. First of all I stayed in room 123 which is right next to Housekeeping and even though I REPEDIATELY called and PLEADED for the Management to tell the Housekeepers (Who are very nice and sweet too) to PLEASE STOP talking and laughing LOUDLY for about an hour EVERY SINGLE DAY and BANGING their carts agains my walls which is where they put their carts at night. They also were yelling at each other (not in a fight like) but because they were at opposite ends of the hallway. I called and called and came out of my door EVERY SINGLE morning for a week asking them to be quiet as possible. The next day it got even louder so I must have made them mad maybe or they just forgot. I work at night and sleep during the day and I didn't sleep hardly at all the entire week I was there. Another complaint was the breakfast and supper that is free along with complimentary beer and wine but truist me when they say breakfast is from 7a.m. till 9a.m. that DOES NOT mean 9:01 am. They start putting everything away at 15 to 20 till whether you are done or not and that was quite upsetting. To top it off the man who works the supper shift named Drew said when I asked if if he had ever had to cut anyone off and he said "Yeah, once, hopefully it's not gonna be twice", then I replied "I work at night and eat only once per day" and then he VERY SARCASTICALLY said back "Yeah I see that, you've been eating since 5pm", which as you canimagine COMPLETELY HUMILATED and EMBARRASED me as their were MANY other guest standing right by us who heard him. What is it to him when or how much I eat??? My last coimplaints are the lack of good channels. they have about 20 and 4 of those are news and 3 are shopping networks, and last but not least make sure you stop by the store on your way there unless you plan to "finance" the absurd prices on items in their pantry.

I guess between no MUCH NEEDED sleep because of Housekeeping, getting humiliated by Drew because I was eating too much in his eyes, the high pantry and movie prices because you really have hardly a choice with their regular channels its a good thing the Front Desk Staff were so nice.

I don't pay the kind of money I spent a night there to have an experience like this. You owe me a week Homestead Suites of a room NO WHERE NEAR Housekeeping and Drew owes me an apology and should NEVER talk to guest the way he does. SOOOOOOO unprofessional. You get that handled and give me the week you owe me and provided my experience is much better I certainly will write another review that tells people you made me right, cause right now I'm still bent about it.

Great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

Extremely nice room with friendly staff and awesome pool/outdoor area. Starting with the room: We had one bedroom, one bathroom, a sitting room, and a kitchen. The openess was great and I was not expecting all the amenities. However, the huge stain on the carpet, along with the texture of the carpet, made me not want to take my shoes off...so it was a bit difficult to get comfortable. Then there was the humming from the lights... that's a pet peeve of mine, I hate hearing lights hum. And lastly (in regards to the room) as we were packing up to leave and I was checking all the drawers and such to make sure we didn't leave anything ... we found a used condom wrapper under the bed skirt ...BARF CITY!!! Despite those details, there is plenty of room to explore outside as the hotel is right next to a lake, and there are tons of side walks, but there isn't close shopping so if that's what you're looking for...head a little further north towards the Embassy Suites in Altamonte Springs. There is a ton of things to do in walking distance!!

The pool area is cool, it has a couple grills and a putt putt area. And while the pool seemed pretty clean, the tiles were pretty scummy.

Nice stay so far. Great managers reception and breakfast.

The hotel was nice on the outside but the rooms themselves left a little to be desired it was obvious the rooms were attempted to be renovated however the signs that the rooms were old were all over

The location is close to everything on Lake Mary Blvd which helps if you want food delivered. Although, they serve complimentary dinner and beer/wine on the weekdays. It's nothing spectacular, but it is nice to not have to go anywhere after a long day.

We booked a 2 room suite for a wedding block, but right before checkin they told us none of the 2 room suites were available due to an electrical issue. Instead we got two 1 bedroom suites. We have a 4 and 1 year old so this was beyond inconvenient, on top of that other guests in the party were told something different about their rooms. The whole situation didn't sit right with us.

Stayed here while on Thanksgiving vacation a year ago (2015). The kids absolutely loved it. Homewood Suites is a definite plus if you have kids, also the breakfast is fantastic!

The suite has everything i needed to live for a week and it is big enough for parents and 2 children.

The only thing you should keep in mind is the big distances to Disney world and the airport.

Great hotel. Newly remodeled, beautiful pool, cute little putting green, excellent breakfast and evening dinner included in the price! My room was very clean even by Hilton standards. I always stay here when in the Orlando area.

Love this hotel we stranded here after our amazing anniversary party. The front desk people were amazing. The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast in the am was amazing too. This is a wonderful place to stay if your looking for friendly clean and good breakfast.

Beautiful set up with TVs in each room. Bathroom was very small but other than that no issues.

The renovations are done. Great rooms and super service. I have nothing negative to say about this place.

Stayed here because of availability and not because of desire. I was looking to save some money and decided to use points instead of money on our hotel room. The only problem is we were spending our time at Disney.

Every morning we had to drive through downtown traffic to get to the Magic Kingdom. It was kind of a pain but I couldn't beat free.

Like all Homewood Suites it had free dinner & drinks from Monday through Thursday, which we never took advantage of because we were enjoying Walt Disney World. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast every morning. The food was fresh and there was plenty of it.

Our room was typical for a Homewood with a master bedroom, living room with couch bed, bathroom and full kitchen. I love the full kitchen because if I want to cook I can. Plus the full size fridge is great to keep perishable items fresh.

Would I stay here again? Maybe. Is this close to Disney World? No was the hotel nice? Yes

We spent a couple of nights here after a long visit in Florida. We were flying out of Sanford very early. Upon arrival, the lady at the desk had remembered talking to us earlier in the day when we confirmed our reservation. All people at the desk were very nice and sincere in welcoming us. The room was beautiful. The only slight complaint I could give would be the beds. This is mostly my fault, I didn't read the directions on how to adjust the firmness or softness of the bed. Because the hotel is located just off I-4 (bonus), I would recommend asking for a room away from the interstate, some road noise was audible and if you are a light sleeper, it will cause you problems. The staff went out of their way to assist me while packing for the airport. We had to use space saver bags for our trip and the staff found me a shop vac to use. This facility is close to restaurants, the interstate and is a 10 minute straight shot to the airport. If we ever fly in or out of Sanford again, we will stay here!!! Thank you for ending our much needed vacation with a very positive experience!
