We took a one-bedroom suite. The bedroom was really well separated, both rooms were spacious. Everything was really clean and neat -- there were even recycle trashbins. Buffet breakfast (included) was excellent too, you could even make your own waffle. All in all one of the best hotel experiences.

We are enjoying the 2 bedroom suite. Spacious great for a almost 2 year old to run around in. Breakfast is good and convenient. The 24-hour coffee is also great.

Check-in was smooth and painless. The front-desk manager was very kind and friendly. The suite (King suite) was very nice, clean, and tidy. I did not use the kitchenette much, but from what I saw of the silverware, it was also clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. My only complaint is in regards to the door that separates the sink from the toilet and bath: the door is a little too close to the toilet and bath so there's not a lot of room to open/close the door if someone is standing in there. Overall, great place to stay and the daily dinners/breakfasts are good too.

I am Extremely Proud to say that our stay was Life changing experience. The staff was a God send. My prayers were answered by the staff in every way possible. I am so excited about our stay. The service was Beyond my Wildest Dreams. Me and my soon to be wife will make it a Memorial weekend stay every year because of the way we were treated. The name of the hotel said it all. Home was how we felt, just like we were home. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE ! LET THE ENTIRE STAFF, FAMILY, I said THANK YOU FROM THE DEEPEST PART OF MY HEART. My life ❤ has been enhanced greatly by meeting everyone there.

It's was a nice stay for the price. Our rooms were clean on arrival. Spacious for my family's needs. Also, the complementary breakfast and dinner was delicious. Great atmosphere and staff. Thank you for this experience. My family and I will be back to a Homewood Suite chain.

Right at the exit of the NJ parkway. Very impressed with their suite with full size kitchen. On Wednesdays and Thursdays they have social events that you could grab free tap beer or wine and food from 5 to 7pm.

Wonderful. Rooms are beautiful and more like small apartments. Breakfast and snacks/appetizers (basically dinner) offered on weekday evenings are good and have variation. Everyone I've spoken to here is friendly and helpful. The only down side is that the free internet is quite slow- they do offer higher speeds for about $5/day if you really need it.

This place was home away from home. The bed held me hostage. It was so comfortable I imagined it would be like laying on a bed v clouds! The suite was equipped with a full kitchen. Absolutely worth the price!

We have been using the hotel pretty regularly. Usually I have no complaints but this time our room was very oddly designed. In order to get from the living room area into the bedroom, you had to walk through the bathroom. Also the bathtub was clogged. I would use them again but hopefully I won't get that room next time.

Stayed here a few nights and had a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, with a unique 2 bedroom layout compared to other Homewood's I have stayed in which was also appreciated. Little older hotel and the bed was not the most comfortable for myself. Would stay here again and recommend. Thanks for reading.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The pool was closed when I was there. The gym was small. My room was very spacious and everything was very clean. The prices were not too much more than other places in the area but the value was way higher.

I really enjoy using this Homewood suite. Had my wedding near by and use Homewood for a place for my guest to stay including myself. They were very helpful. Made sure all my guest be able stay and extended cut off days many times when last minute guest came up. Also last minute I needed to extend my stay and they made it happen for same low rate I paid. Staff was great and amazing! Signed up for their reward program because plan to stay again in our travels with my new bride.

The suites here are really nice. There's a sitting room area and kitchen. There were two TVs also. The free breakfast is also a nice touch. I would stay here again.

We booked a king room and they ended up upgrading us to the 2 room suite to accomidate another party who had a preference of not being separated. The suite we got was amazing. 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette, and living room. Simply amazing. Everything was very clean, the linens were nice and soft, and the beds and pillows were also very comfortable. Lobby was well decorated and inviting. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and curtious. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. I don't have the need to use hotels/motels very often, but when I do, I will now be a loyal customer to Homewood Suites.
Affordable prices, great rooms, friendly staff, pet friendly, and they have a pool (which we unfortunately did not get to use since we came in December).

What more can you ever ask for?

Beautiful hotel. Employees are extremely helpful. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing. Beds were very comfortable The only negatives are that the coffee/hot water wasn't warm and fresh at night and the fitness room is really small.

New room key entry method is easy and useful, great small gym, fast and friendly room service and maintenance, and quality breakfast. NOTE: Breakfast is from 6-9AM! If you are planning to sleep in, schedule around the free breakfast time!

The happy hour isn't anything but everything else is great. Quiet, clean rooms, no problems.

I was coming into the area for a wedding and wasn't sure where to stay. The home wood sweets is beautiful and was a great choice. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is fantastic. If I come back into the area I will definitely stay here.

Good service. Great if you have dogs of any size. Although they will charge extra. Certain others will not. Clean rooms.

Don't have much of an opinion. I was simply visiting a resident of the hotel. However, I did notice the lobby was beautifully decorated.

Not a bad place at all. A bit confusing on entry but an overall secure place to park and spend the night.

The hotel it self is on a weird corner. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. M-Th they have a complimentary dinner. Wine and beer are included. My only negative mark is that they stop replenishing breakfast about a half house before it was over. I wouldn't have cared as much if there wasnt still a large group of people still trying to get breakfast. Most hotels I go to stop replenishing at the end; they aren't cleaning up before its over. Especailly not if there is people there.

Had two rooms, one room was clean and had no issues. The other looked like or was only refreshed and still had personal stuff left behind from the last person. Big space, breakfast was good. Mixed about the experience.

Was referred to this location for possible place to help my guest in my future wedding make possible accomendations. The place is very friendly and was treated with respected and was helpful to our budget. Saw a tour and all rooms that have different layouts. Explained in details best days and times for best price. Even if we don't use this place I would recommend people to stay here because of how inviting and helpful they are. Has everything you need in the hotel. Will be a great place to stay

Solid 3-star hotel. Roo. Was clean and well appointed. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Fitness room was barebones but did the job. Free breakfast and a happy hour in the evenings are a nice touch.

The hotel was very clean with a good sized room. It would definitely be a good place to stay for multiple nights and be able to cook. The breakfast was good with hot eggs, hash and bacon.

Seems like they recently redid the hotel. The rooms had a nice layout. The living room was separate from the bedroom. Unfortunately, my living room area smelled of bad food or BO. Fortunately the bedroom was fine. Also, the fan wasn't working properly to air the room out. The evening happy and breakfast were nice.

Pet fee was way too expensive. Charged me 150.00 and their own book in the rooms say 75.00

My wife and I along with our granddaughter stayed here. We checked in in the evening and the staff was very welcoming. Once we got in our room my granddaughter asked about the cookies. When we stayed at the Double Tree Hilton we were given chocolate chip cookies and my granddaughter remembered them. We went back to the desk and Valerie explained that the cookies were something unique to the Double Tree. She offered other snacks that were available to make up for the cookies but my granddaughter said no. The front office supervisor, David Lee, was there and said there was no way he could not have cookies for my granddaughter even if he had to make them himself, "which he did". He went out of his way to help us feel welcome and my granddaughter got her cookies. The room was clean and nice and we very much enjoyed our stay. I recommend this hotel and very much appreciate the staffs attitude and professionalism. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The location is good, the waffles were amazing, although select items at breakfast look good they were cold. House cleaning is great, also the flo of the room was easy to maneuver, and felt inviting.

Our family stayed in the Homewood Suites Property in Cranford, NJ this past weekend. It was our first time staying in a Homewood suites property but it will not be the last. I own and operate a retail business so I understand how difficult it is to motivate excellence in customer service. Also, my family travels frequently and we have stayed in more than our share of hotels. We speak from experience. Congratulations to this team in Cranford, NJ. From the moment of our arrival to the hour of our departure this team greeted us with warm and friendly smiles and continual offers of assistance. Without question they all exceeded every expectation. The 2 bedroom suite was clean, comfortable and an excellent value. Next time you want to visit the greater NYC/NJ area in top of the line accommodations for a great price, choose the Homewood Suites in Cranford, NJ.

I have been staying here for the last month and a half, I travel with my work, and they have been very accommodating. rooms are nice sized with separate bedroom and living room. Internet speed is not great, but they were very easy to work with even in that issue. would have no problem staying here again. Manager Luisa, and Supervisor David are great people!!!
