I thought it was very expensive for what I got, which I'm sure is because they're all suites. But I didn't need a suite for my quick overnight stay. (I'm sure this hotel was booked for me because of the location to the place I needed to be in the morning, but I'm also sure there were other non-suite options available.) If you need a suite, I'm sure it's an excellent option. But in the future, I will watch out for bookings at Homewood Suites because I don't need a suite and it's more expensive than a regular hotel.

Quiet, nice room, roomy shower and fold out bed. Really nice night of sleep. Breakfast buffet was included over all great experience.

This is a nice getaway for the Independence holiday. After cooling off in the indoor pool... end off the day outdoors in the patio, can’t be more thankful for building these memories with the family. Totally worth the experience!

Very nice lobby, eating area, and private conference room. I felt very comfortable even though I was not an overnight guest.

The woman at the front desk was lovely and helpful, and there was complementary breakfast and taco night the night we arrived. Unfortunately, the room we had was very dirty/dusty/unclean. We were here for two nights for a medical procedure, and did not have time to ask them to clean. Even after housekeeping came the next day there were still dead bugs in the corner, etc. The sheets and towels were perfectly clean at least. I think more attention needs to be payed to the whole room between guests, and this would be a much nicer place to stay.

First time staying at this location and it was great. Rooms were clean they had soy milk option for breakfast which I appreciated a ton. My kids have dairy allergies. The pool was freezing cold though and it took almost 30 mins to get sheets for our pull out bed. We would stay again. Its very close to sesame place .

New building. Fresh and clean. Room and fixtures were clean and in great condition. Comfortable bed. The hotel was very generous at dinner, compared to other Homewood suites I've been to

This is the best chain hotel I've stayed at in years. Really superb. Big comfortable suite was clean as a whistle. Nice big shower, comfortable bed, and FREE SNACKS in the room. That's right, a basket filled with little bags of chips, cookies, and candy bars. They didn't fill it the last day, but I figure it was because it was the Superbowl and everyone called in sick to watch the Eagles. Reasonably priced, quiet, good hot breakfast. What more could you want!

The room was clean. The staff helpful. But, missing in the room was tableware and knives for food prep. The breakfast was not great. In the potatoes was some kind of meat. The breakfast items should be labeled.

Very nice rooms; large; clean. Plenty of facilities (Fitness, Pool, Conference). Exceptionally nice staff.

Was there for business. Super convenient to restaurants, the highway, and other places of interest. Roon was clean and updated. Only complaint was that the thermostat wouldn't go below 65 degrees, making for a slightly warm night of sleep.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I've encountered in a long time. I stay in hotels 95% of the time and the Homewood Suites I'm Langhorne has truly exceeded expectations. I know this sounds like a fake review but it is definetly not.

I had a great experience staying at this Homewood Suites. Thank you to the staff and keep up the good work. In addition to staying overnight here we rented meeting space for business meetings and the staff was available and helpful to make sure we had the amenities and accommodations we needed.

Hotel is located off major highways which is a big plus. Staff are helpful and pleasant,evening social was excellent,breakfast could use some improvements. I gave a 4 because housekeeping can do a better job.Stains on furniture in breakfast area,in the room and dirty drapes not acceptable.

Hotel was ok. Biggest problem with the hotel is CNN blasting in the main hall all day, every day. We couldn't change the channel if other people were in the area. I'm not saying they should have had FoxNews on either. They shouldn't have any news channel on. If people want to watch political propaganda, they can watch in their rooms. Multiple people had a problem with CNN, and community areas should avoid politics since there are always going to be people who disagree with the channel.

Nice enough hotel, very friendly staff and clean rooms. Unbelievably frustrating internet logon process. Forcing paying guests to go though this once per stay would be inconvenient. Once per day, per device, is worse.

Great evening social! I've stayed at a lot of Homewood's and appreciate the roomy, comfortable, and clean rooms. However, the meal at the evening social here at the Newtown Homewood was the best I've ever had. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, big rooms, very spacious dining area on the main floor. Showers were nice. Wish the elevators were faster. Would stay here again!

Hotel was clean and sufficient. Breakfast wasn't ready at the right time in the morning which really hurt our travel plans. I get people call in sick, but I feel like the manager and others should have chipped in more than it appeared they did to get the breakfast started on time.

Rooms are nice. Staff are very accommodating love the social dinner and the big breakfasts in the mornings. My kids love coming here and swimming in the pool

We now have become big fans of the Homewood Suites of Hilton. They are always clean, and accommodating. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I love having a kitchen right there, especially when traveling with young kids. The people are super friendly and always helpful. We love having a warm breakfast with lots of choices. They are healthy and delicious! This stay we got in late and needed milk for my three year old and the woman at the front desk provided us with some instead of us having to run to the store. Most likely will always choose a Homewood Suites over any other Hotel in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is great. I spent my time in a suite which was wonderful with basically a full kitchen, omitting an oven. It was very nice and accomodated all my needs for the two nights that I stayed. The complementary breakfast was great with all the typical options and a specific abundance of pastries. Aside from that all the ameneties were great invluding the pool. Would recommend especially for a longer stay

Extremely friendly staff. The breakfast and social dinner were both delicious. The room was very clean except for a couple suspicious stains on an armchair and a faint urine smell in the bathroom, as well as one of the elevators. Pool and fitness room were both wonderful.

Aside from some shady stains on a chair, the hotel was great. The staff was really nice, the breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the room was very clean. The only problem was location as the nearest gas station was 10 minutes away.

Professional, clean, friendly, and well managed! Perfect setup for the business traveler on the road. If you use extended stay hotels and don't do Homewood you don't know what your missing.

We stayed for one evening as we were driving down from NY to buy a car. The hotel was clean and comfortable. For an overnight trip we didn't have any complaints. The staff were all very helpful, especially during breakfast. The complimentary breakfast is what you'd expect, so go out for breakfast if you're looking for a gourmet meal. Oh, and the only other very small complaint is that the elevators are a bit slow! Other than that, a great place to stay.

While I didn't stay at the hotel per se, my friends from out of town got married at a nearby winery and used this place for lodging for their guests. The hotel was gracious enough to allow the party of about 50 or so people to use the very spacious lobby as an after-wedding gathering spot. That's an A+ in my book.

Great hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable bedding, clean kitchenette and bathrooms. Nice breakfast served with Rall silverware. Minor annoyance, although very quiet, the room AC started "heating" when we raised the temperature 2 degrees... As a result it smelled burnt for half the evening.... :(

Conveniently located close to downtown Newtown. Hotel is on the newer side so everything is in good condition. Front desk staff were friendly enough. We were in a king suite which was quite spacious. Rooms have a kitchen which is nice, though we were only there for the weekend and didn't make use of it. Plenty of outlets available which makes charging your numerous electronics much easier. Bathroom was nice, with the toilet/shower behind the door, and sink outside. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the stay and would consider this hotel again if we were in the area again and the price was right.

Very nice hotel - clean and fresh. Staff was very friendly. Arrived very late at night but staff was still friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good as always with the homewood brand. Nice location on a small lake. Was a bit pricy but better overall than paying for a room down the street from Sesame Place. Only a 10 min ride to the park. Will definitely stay again.

Location is very convenient to shops and restaurants. The room was decent. I slept on the sleeper sofa and found it remarkably uncomfortable. I've slept on floors that were more comfortable. Also, there were no sheets for it, just 2 blankets. Breakfast was okay - a lot of the hot food was actually cold, but there was a good variety - waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, juices, coffee, etc.

Desk chair in my room was haggard and unusable to work at the desk. I asked for a replacement which did not show. Then asked the housekeeping staff who said no, I could not have a replacement chair.
Upgraded $5 internet could not stream any video content.
Could not run on either treadmill in the fitness center- both belts just slip at 8:30/pace.
Shower caulking was peeling back making the shower look dirty.

I stayed in this hotel for few nights on a business trip. It is a good place, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are nice. I'll be happy to stay there again.

We used this hotel as the wedding hotel for my daughter's wedding this October. The Staff (especially Sean S.) were all awesome, welcoming and extremely accommodating. Our family and friends were raving about how beautiful and clean all their rooms were and how nice the breakfasts were at the Lodge. Sean went above and beyond with making sure our after-party, catered breakfast and all check-ins went smoothly. The hotel staff left nothing to chance and made sure all our guests had a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for either personal or business stays. There were three different wedding parties using this hotel the same weekend and I didn't see one unhappy guest! I commend Homewood Suites of Newtown on their excellent staff training and extremely high standards. Certainly the finest hotel in the area!

Had a great experience here. Suites were large compared to other hotel suites in the area. Hotel was clean everywhere and rooms were well maintained each day. Will book next time we go to Sesame Place.
