First of all, as soon as I walked through the lobby I was greeted. The young lady with the blonde braids was perfect! She gave me the most perfect room(rooms are great btw) she gave me a print out of local restaurants. Also she told me to go to Moody Street for food or just entertainment and she was spot on. I would definitely stay again.

Really nice accommodations at a pretty decent price for the Boston area. I stayed here with my speech and debate students while competing at Harvard, and the location was convenient for our travels back and forth. Staff was great to us the whole time. Breakfast area was clean and had pretty good buffet food. There's an omelette station that looked nice, too. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great hotel. Very clean and big rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Water pressure could be better though. Breakfast is great. And my kids enjoyed the pool. Having a kitchen in our site was real nice. Would recommend.

Suites are great her for two or more persons. It is good hotel to take your family to. it is quite place.

The people at the front desk are attentive and focused and ready for our questions and requests. I love the interior of the rooms. They are clean, smell clean, feel clean. They have great service, an outdoor pool, a convenient gym, and their morning breakfast has great food including waffles, sausages, some kind of eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal. This place is newly built and will not let you down.

Now a fairly regular haunt for me, this Hyatt is a standout in my mind. Front desk was a huge help with a date mix up and they went well out of their way to accommodate. Consistently friendly. Rooms are clean, but room fees reflect the high Boston hotel market.

Super dope and helpful staff. The facilities are very clean and up to date! Local food places delivery, and the pool is awesome. Like most Hyatt House hotels, you can bring your dog along for $75 per stay. Nice breakfast options, and the adult beverage bar is good too. #hyatthouse

Pros- Location is great! The area has free parking and very quiet. Staff very friendly. Provided cookware, gym, laundry room and computer room.

Cons- Very limited menu items at the bar. Be prepared to order alot of take out or do your own cooking. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Outdoor pool.

Loved the service. The bartender was very nice and helpful with navigating good eats on the menu. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast is very nice! I loved my cereal, french toast, potatoes and eggs in the morning. They also have a good selection of teas! I stayed in a suite and it was very clean and cozy. The sheets smelled very homey, which is important for feeling comfortable. My only complaint would be the pillows. They are not very fluffy. Good thing I brought my own :)

I stayed for 3 nights with a camp group and it was very nice. The beds are comfortable in the suites and there are plenty of TVs. Although the breakfast was really the same everyday most of the stuff was nice except the scrambled eggs. so 4 stars from me.

I went here for a social gathering and had a great time. Staff was really friendly. Rooms were large, spacious, and cleaned to the t. Would definitely recommend staying here

Excellent suite dimensions. Excellent for the price. Good location. May be ole furniture but well maintained. Needs better experienced housekeeping and a must to add a blower in the breakfast area to keep smell from penetrating guest's clothing. Friendly staff. some guests behave in an unacceptable way during breakfast and in handling hotel property.

Not the best, not the worst. If I could, this would really be a 3.5 star rating. For instance, the room was clean, but not as clean as it could have been. There was a lot about our (one night) stay that was "almost." I don't want to discourage anyone from staying here, but, maybe with a little more effort, this could have been a four or even five star review.

Hyatt House was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is nice too. Service desk wasn't the nicest though. Overall, pretty great.

Great rate.. room was excellent.. king suite with sofa in living room t.v and TV in bedroom kitchen is fully stacked and amazing. With fridge, freezer, microwave, stove etc.. staff was very friendly. And breakfast very good.

They play games with the room rate. Always book online and never call the desk. My online rate was $117 and when calling my rate was $240! What a deal... The room itself was clean however I had no cold water in the kitchen sink. The stairwells didn't look like they have been vacuumed in weeks. Not the best hotel I have stayed at, but also not the worst.

The stuff were very friendly. Breakfast was really good. We got a free upgrade. Clean rooms, comfy bed and free parking. I'll again want to come back in this hotel.

We stayed here for a full week to sight see the local area. Highlights are: breakfast buffet went over well with me AND the kids. WiFi was free and a strong signal. House keeping was nearly invisible getting their work done. The kitchenette and fridge were used and appreciated. The property was easily accessible from the freeway, but tucked away enough that it was quiet and quaint. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. Would stay with the chain again and would recommend.

The location was very nice and located near plenty of restaurants. The rooms were decent with some issue like the door not being able to close in the bathroom and a wobbly countertop. The service was fine although during our stay people were outside screaming at around 2 in the morning and we could hear them from the third floor and they were near the entrance to the hotel but somehow the reception desk couldn't hear them at all.

Great stay- a few concerns. Was booked originally by my boyfriend but using my colleague rate because I was coming as well, however I called to change the name from his to mine because we were not sure that he would make it and also because it was under my discount. Woman at front desk on phone assured me that this change had been made but when we arrived it had not. If my boyfriend hadn't of been there this could have been a bigger issue. Front desk should not make promises they cannot keep. Also, plastic plates and cups were issued at breakfast, I found this lazy and in poor taste. We would certainly never do this at my Hyatt. When first arriving to room, refrigerator had large dent on it and there was NO shampoo, conditioner, or soap at all in room. Also watch for hair in bathrooms! There was one front desk person (male) complaining aloud about the wedding party being noisy at the bar. He was saying this in front of us and other guests which I found incredibly rude and unprofessional. Besides for these concerns, it was a great stay. Nice room, good breakfast, perfect location for us.

The rooms were clean, well sized, and well kept. We had no complaints or regrets staying here. It's also great if you want to get a suite for you and your family to share. Two bedrooms and a kitchenette and living room. We enjoyed our stay and everything was very good.

Clean and acceptable accomodations. We were able to get a room much earlier than our designated check in time which was much appreciated. We did not take advantage of many of the amenities, but have no complaints.

Room was large, clean, full-size refrigerator + stove/oven was a nice perk. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel for a family vacation in Boston. You can't beat the price for a full family. Breakfast was well served with good eggs. I would recommend and come back again.

Excellent rooms, received an upgrade on spot, well equipped kitchen that comes with a big refrigerator and dishwasher, staff is friendly, love the experience.

We got the double bedroom and it feels like a small apartment. It could easily fit 6+ people. It's not to far to travel to Boston. We were able to visit minute man statue, Salem witch museum, and Boston area within 30min to hour drive each time from the hotel. Breakfast from the hotel is decent. Worth the price if you plan to just get simple breakfast. They sometime have an omelette station.

Stayed with another guest while visiting. Location was inconveniently far out from Boston, and as I wasn't involved in any pricing decisions here I can't judge whether that was a good trade-off. Couch bed wasn't great. Breakfast and service were both good. Company was fantastic. Would consider in future.

What a surprise. This relatively inexpensive hotel had great space, and amenities. The morning breakfast was fantastic, and stadmff was friendly and available. I will definitely be back.

Great hotel with fantastic staff. I was here with a large group that needed to wake up earlier then normal multiple days, and the staff was more than willing to open up breakfast early for us. We also had a room issue when we arrived, and the issue was solved fast and efficiently.

I like stranded because of a storm. They were very accommodating. Allowed me to check-in hours early. And provided help to take out my car the next day. The room was very quiet and clean.

I love Hyatt House. It is today's hotel experience. Gone are the overfancy lobbies and hello comfort. Having a full kitchen with full fridge (with ice maker), stove and sink along with the pots, pans, dishes and silverware is awesome (and dishwasher). After cracking a beer sit on the couch in the living room and watch a nice TV. When you're tired, head into the bedroom to go to bed. I feel like I'm home here. It isn't high-end or luxury, I don't need that though I just want to be comfortable. It's easily 2-3 times the size of yesterday's hotel room. No $10 snickers bars or $8 cans of beer, just like at home. The included breakfast far exceeds your 'continental breakfast' with made to order omelets, fresh juice, hot breakfast buffet, bagels and pastries. Hyatt House has completely revamped the hotel experience for today's consumer. Whether I am traveling for work or for fun, I always check to see if I can find a Hyatt House. Thanks guys!!!

Convenient location. Have a two bedroom suite. Roomy with a kitchen and open sitting area. Nice, knowledge staff. Also saw pets are allowed.

Lavish, clean rooms that are spacious with full kitchen, living area and bedroom with bathroom. Even the two-bedroom suites are awesome with living room and kitchen separating the two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Great place to stay. We checked out a bunch of hotels in the area to get a room block for our Wedding and I would highly, highly recommend this place over any and all others. They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

This was my first stay at a hotel ever and it was a hood one. Room was clean and pretty, could have used more bkankets for the beds but the niceness of the room made up for that. The bar tender was also very fun and personable offering suggestions as to where we should go the next day as tourists. The free breakfast was also delicious and was never out of anything. Thumbs up.

Can't comment about the rooms, as I wasn't a guest. Location is convenient for Waltham Business Park(s), as the shuttle will drop you off to most nearby businesses. However, the shuttle schedule is not very flexible. No such luck for the rest of Metro Boston. Public transportation options are extremely limited to nonexistent. So it's a cab or your own car (or Uber). Parking is plentiful but not always convenient. It has an 1980s motel feel. This is enhanced by rather sparse decor of the common areas. Food options are limited, but there are two new restaurants right down the street, more open inside the Westin hotel on the same corner, and more restaurants within walking distance on Totten Pond Road. Only one fairly expensive gas station at TPR as well.

The staff was very accommodating. Our party didn't fit in the two room suite, so they did everything that they could to make our stay comfortable.
Omelette station and breakfast buffet is great. Cereal, eggs, bacon, potatoes, milk, juice, coffee, fruits, yogurt, and much more INCLUDED!!!
Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Outdoor pool is heated, kids had a great time!

Our stay has been great. The staff are friendly and professional, and have helped us out with any issue that arose. The rooms are comfortable, though the beds are a bit stiff for my liking. Overall, a good experience.

Room was great--very clean and spacious. Food was delicious. Adriano from the front desk and Eric at the bar made the visit extra enjoyable--both were extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk with, almost like hanging out with friends. The only reason I won't give 5 Stars is because I was there with part of a reunion group and we were told that our rooms would be together, yet all the rooms were spread apart.

I stayed 6 weeks. Rooms are very very big, well equipped, clean but not that modern. Cleaning service is perfect. Breakfast is good but doesn't change from day to day and lack choice. The free wall street journal in sufficient quantity was much appreciated.
The barman is also very cool ! And always willing to explain football rules or American beer.

I didn't try the swimming pool.

You definitely need a car from this area.
The gym is way too small, go to planet fitness instead.
The desk people were rude when my card got blocked, despite the fact that I spent more than 6000$ there !!

Very nice all suite hotel. Feels new and suites are well sized with everything you would expect. Free breakfast is great with plenty of hot and cold options. The location is great but you need a car.

The rooms are pretty nice. The bar is good, but expensive. It will always be my go to when I am in the area though, as it has a solid rate and good rooms!

Mindy, is the best representative of a hotel I've ever met. Polite, friendly, helpful. I've stayed at 100's of hotels and this was by far the best experience I've ever had!

Hotel is clean, food is good and there's a bar, which you wouldn't expect. The gym is good for a Hyatt.

Excellent hotel rooms, loved the location, the staff, and the breakfast. Would give the place 6 stars if I could. Then I took the kids to the pool. It is terrible. Missing a bunch of tiles, dirty is an understatement, a giant hole in one wall where there is supposed to be a light. The railings were lose. It was amazing to me that they even consider the opening the pool. To be fair, the hotel is being spruced up. Maybe they will get to the pool area. It is a sad thing, because the condition of the pool was such a notable negative on an otherwise great stay.
