This has been our favorite place to stay each year at this time but disappointed with decline in customer comfort. Kitchen not well stocked (no drinking glasses, substandard coffee etc.). Bathroom paper products of inferior quality. Advertised made to order omelets for breakfast but discontinued and no longer available. Locked out of room before regular checkout time. Usual high, Hyatt standards @ this location, seem to be lacking. Personnel friendly & attentive but still very disappointed in overall environment.

Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast could use some other choices although the omlette station was very good. The rooms were spacious and my only complaint was the limited choices for TV stations. Other than that I would stay here again when in town.

Absolutely lovely place!
Stayed there for 5 nights, had to check-in at 2 AM, but there were no complaints from the staff. Everyone at reception is so friendly. Had some problems with my bank and John and Kelley were helping me for day and a half.
Breakfasts are amazing. The neighborhood is beautiful and there is a market in a walking distance.
Totally recommend!
Hope to visit again some time!

Very fair price. Could be a little cleaner inside, but overall very pleasant stay. Front desk was very nice with great customer service. Very fast check-in. Nice outdoor basketball court in the middle. A lot of good food options nearby.

The room was very clean. The kitchen was supplied with basic utensils and dishware. The beds were very clean and the pillows and sheets were comfortable. The only issues I had were that the TV in the living room didn't work and they didn't initially supply us with enough towels

The rooms are clean and spacious but need a little upgrade because the interiors are not modern. The complimentary breakfast spread looks nice, but doesn't taste all that great- they have an omlette bar where you can make your own omelette or get the omelette of the day, this guy makes nice omelette. The buffet usually has scrambled eggs, bacon, fruits, yogurt, cereal, a variety of milk, juices and coffee. They have an outside dinning area by the pool.. There's a grill for guests to use. A very small swimming pool and play area. All in all you pay what you get for- we weren't short of anything.

This was a beautiful place to stay. It reminded me and my boyfriend of being at the beach. Clean room, great accommodations. Breakfast was good as well.

Good customer service. They fixed the noisy bathroom door and the tiny cra h through which ants were coming into our suite as soon as I had called the front desk. Housekeeping was super nice.

The front desk staff was very friendly, the room was very nice. The bed very comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints. The sitting area and kitchen were big.

I am just beginning an extended stay at Hyatt House, and I like my experience so far. The front desk staff answered my questions during check-in, and my suite is comfortable. There are TVs in each room and the kitchen has basic cooking tools and dishes. There's also a full-sized fridge and a dishwasher. Breakfast is provided and there is a grocery store within walking distance. I don't know the area very well so I'm not sure what else of note is nearby. I have some minor complaints, but nothing that negatively impacts the quality of my stay. One of the light fixtures is slightly damaged, and use of the laundry facilities isn't included in the price (except for one load a month). Overall, I think this is a good hotel and I look forward to spending a significant part of the summer here.

Breakfast was a bit lacking in vegetarian selections. Room was decently sized for family of 3. Nice to have TVs in both main room and bedroom. Lots of storage space. The hotel is also reasonably close to the Shady Grove Metro station.

Very impressed so far. We have a family king suite and are halfway through a 7 night stay. Room was very clean, much better than the pictures I saw before booking. Staff has been very nice and the shuttle to the metro is great. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended! :)

This hotel wasn't what I initially expected, but I was generally pleased. It's a large, garden-style complex of different buildings resembling a condominium development. The suites are surprisingly large and comfortable. I'd say it's better than average for an extended-stay property, but doesn't have all the amenities a business traveler would expect (e.g., power outlets, fast WiFi, HD TV channels). All in all, it's a little rough around the edges but generally quite comfortable.

Room was really nice, the staff were helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was great. My only complaint is my room that faced the highway was loud.

The location is good, close to 270 and not far from metro plus they have a shuttle service. The room was very good. They all have mini kitchens. Comfortable bed and plenty of room. I didn't like that it wasn't set up as a typical hotel all the rooms have exterior entrances. Service was great. Employees were very welcoming and requests were fulfilled quickly. I would stay there again.

We just came back from our short but sweet vacation in Gaithersburg. This hotel is wonderful. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Great location and very friendly staff. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back.

Staff is always very nice and assist very diligently. The rooms always are in excellent condition. Breakfast is very good.

The place is really nice, rooms are like little apartments with separate living room area and kitchen. Breakfast buffet was included and really good. There is also a laundry room available in the premises. Shuttle van can take you and pick you up to the metro station.

Great place I stayed in a king size bed room. It's like a miniature house. It had a microwave, an oven, a full size fridge, a toaster, a dishwasher and included all kinds of dishes.

It's living room area has a chase sofa combo which was super cozy with a bar into the kitchen. The bedroom was nice convenient outlets on the lamps. Bathroom was a good size area although disappointing it was just a shower. Nice walk in closet. I enjoyed my stay in this nice villa. Although it has stairs and no elevator. The outside was nice with a basketball court fire pit.

Really impressed with this place. I don't have anything negative to say for once. To my surprise the breakfast was really good. They had an omelet station, cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt. The rooms were spacious. Full kitchen with a stove and full size fridge. Honestly I would love to come back here if I get the chance. Area is also quiet.

We recently stayed here for a soccer tournament with 23 families and our 12-13 year old children. This place is perfect! The pool area is large and outdoors. There is a basketball court with a net around it which proved to be an outstanding makeshift soccer field. The rooms are large with 2 master suites. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is fantastic! Everything you need is there including silverware, dishes and AN OVEN! We will definitely be back.

Staff was great. Pool was a bit chilly but kids still had a great time! Rooms are not the fanciest but spacious and clean. Given the price, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent rooms, staff, and breakfast. When we checked in rather late, at 10:30 at night the staff was kind, funny, and courteous. The room was impeccably clean and had pretty much anything you could ever need. The breakfast had a ton of options, including omelettes which as I type this are being delivered to my table. Will definitely be coming back if we pass through the area again.

Rooms very comfortable and well equipped. Staff is really friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay. Only quip is with their WiFi which isn't adequate for the amount of guests. I'd still definitely recommend
